Abstract

Gotong-royong pada dasarnya adalah suatu aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat secara sadar untuk mencapai, suatu kepentingan bersama tanpa didasarkan oleh pertimbangan imbalan materi bagi mereka yang terlibat di dalamnya. Dengan demikian, pada pengertian gotong-royong terdapat tiga kata kunci, yaitu : 1) . Aktifitas bersama didasarkan atas kesadaran bersama; 2) . Kepentingan bersama; 3) Tanpa pertimbangan imbalan materi bagi yang berperan serta di dalamnya. Saat ini, masyarakat Indonesia sedang bergerak dari masyarakat agrarian menuju masyarakat industri. Transformasi sosial ini, secara langsung atau pun tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi berbagai nilai yang berkembang di masyarakat. Salah satu yang turut berubah adalah nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam gotong-royong sebagai sebuah konsep budaya. Memberdayakan masyarakat dengan program Jum'at bersih (Jumsih) sebagai bagian dari kegiatan gotong-royong di masytirakat. Yang dimaksud Jumsih dalam istilah ini adalah kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar dan hal-hal yang bersifat fisik baik lingkungan kita maupun diri kita sebagai manusia yang membutuhkan kesucian fisik dan non-fisik (kesucian batin) Kata Kunci: Gotong royong, Jumsih, budaya masyarakat

Abstract

This research was inspired by the condition of the world today dominated by secular education. The danger of secular education for human life is producing generations who eliminate religious principles in their life. To examine the concept of Educational Exegesis (Tafsir Tarbawi) the contents away from the secular need to be empowered. Research products offered the format of important themes in the study of Quranic Educational exegesis. The restriction of problems of this research is the problem of education in view of the interpretation of Sheikh ‘Abd al-Qa>dir Ji>la>niy. In this study the author used the following methodology: 1) Paradigm of thematic analysis, which collecting the verses in Educational themes. Then analyze and summarize as a reflection of the Quran answers to the mentioned problems, 2) Content analysis. The orientation is inductive reasoning, the conclusion of a general nature to a special nature. The results of this study indicate those who studied in the view of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qa>dir Ji>la>niy is preferred. Interpretations of the Educational verses as follows: The goal of education-oriented by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qa>dir Ji>la>niy was towards cleansing the heart or purification of the soul, this is a high degree in the educational process. The material of thought that developed by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qa>dir Ji>la> ni about educational stated behavior and certain obligations that must be considered by the teacher in treating his pupils. Teaching methods used by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qa>dir Ji>la>niy often give back in the name of Allah (Quran) and The Tradition of the Prophet in exposure-presentation. Then he showed a tremendous emphasis on the importance of firmness and constancy in the oneness of Allah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the importance of organizational change and development in improving the organization's ability to adapt to environmental changes. This qualitative research with a literature approach is sourced from various literatures; journal articles, reference books, textbooks, and related documents. The findings show that organizational change and development in Islamic educational institutions after the COVID-19 pandemic can be designed through three aspects; changing attitudes/values, modifying behavior, and encouraging structural and policy changes. So it is necessary to develop organizational leadership to influence people to behave in accordance with the expectations of the leader, and adapt to the strategic environment of the organization. Post-pandemic, Islamic educational institutions must be oriented to three things; the use of Islamic reasoning based on the Qur'an and hadith, human resources (human needs), and technology. Online learning has a positive impact, teachers and students no longer rely on face-to-face learning because they are used to doing distance learning. The challenges of Islamic Educational Institutions in overcoming organizational change and development are; (1) consider the fundamental role. (2) pay attention to the function of the instrument as an educational tool. (3) there is a constructive role. The three roles are an effort to integrate components to realize Islamic education, make changes and organizational development on government policies through the nature, roles, responding to challenges and developments as well as post-pandemic technology

Abstract

Tujuan dari konsep pendidikan multikultural adalah untuk memahami pelajar, mahasiswa, dan semua warga agar memperoleh inspirasi pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan peran-peran kemanusiaannya pada masyarakat demokrasi-pluralistik serta diperlukan untuk berinteraksi, bernegosiasi, dan komunikasi dengan warga dari kelompok beragam agar tercipta sebuah tatanan masyarakat etis dan bermoral yang berjalan untuk kebaikan bersama. Prinsip multikulturalisme mengajarkan kepada kita untuk mengakui berbagai potensi dan legitimasi keragaman dan perbedaan sosio-kultural tiap kelompok etnis. Berangkat dari prinsip demikian maka individu maupun kelompok dari berbagai etnik dalam pandangan ini bisa bergabung dalam masyarakat, terlibat dalam societal cohesion tanpa harus kehilangan identitas etnis dan budaya mereka, sekaligus tetap memperoleh hak-hak mereka untuk berpartisipasi penuh dalam berbagai bidang kegiatan masyarakat. Sehingga keberagaman budaya yang ada di belakang, di depan dan disekeliling kita bisa memberikan sumbangan yang paling berharga bagi semua orang. Pendidikan multikultural sekurang-kurangnya memiliki lima tujuan. Pertama, meningkatkan pemahaman diri dan konsep diri secara baik. Kedua, meningkatkan kepekaan dalam memahami orang lain, termasuk terhadap berbagai kelompok budaya di negaranya sendiri dan Negara lain. Ketiga, meningkatkan kemampuan untuk merasakan dan memahami kemajemukan, dapat meng-interpretasi-kan tentang kebangsaan dan budaya yang kadang-kadang bertentangan menyangkut sebuah peristiwa, nilai dan perilaku. Keempat, membuka pikiran ketika merespon isu. Kelima, memahami latar belakang munculnya pandangan klise atau kuno, menjauhi pandangan stereotype dan mau menghargai semua orang.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengungkap kajian akhlak interaksi antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam hubungan keseharian. Urgensi akhlakul karimah merupakan hal yang sangat berguna dalam mengarahkan dan mewarnai berbagai aktivitas kehidupan manusia di segala bidang. Seseorang yang memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang maju disertai dengan akhlak yang mulia, niscaya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi modern yang ia milikinya itu akan dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya untuk kebaikan hidup manusia. Akhlakul karimah yang lurus harus berdasarkan nilai-nilai Tauhid. Dalam arti sesuai dengan ketentuan Ilahiyyah yang memberikan tuntunan-tuntunan Akhlak Islami. Oleh karenanya tauhid adalah esensi pengetahuan pokok Islam yang sesuai dengan ketentuan Allah yang memberikan identitas dan mengikat semua unsur Ilahiyah sehingga menjadi utuh. Unsur-unsur itu tidak terlepas dari tauhid sebagai sumbernya.

Abstract

Humans as the main actors in social action are a concern that cannot be underestimated when the problems that arise threaten the existence of human values. Islam comes as a founder that facilitates basic human rights. This paper seeks to explain the attitude and efforts shown by the Prophet towards slavery and its implications in upholding human rights. This research uses library research by referring to several literatures such as ḥadīths, books and scientific articles that are relevant to the discussion. The method used is descriptive-analysis, by first describing the Prophet's attitude and statements related to slavery, then analyzing their relationship and role in the context of human rights. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the Prophet were essentially to abolish slavery. At least there are several concepts that become steps to abolish slavery, including treating slaves like their own brothers, the recommendation and order to free slaves, and the order to free slaves as a sanction for crimes committed. These steps are evidence of the role and contribution of Islam which first voiced and upheld human rights. The role played by the Prophet needs to be studied and researched in a broader and deeper scope to find out how Islamic attitudes and actions in overcoming humanitarian problems and implementing them in world development.

Abstract

The Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah order first entered Indonesia in the mid-19th century, brought by Ahmad Khatib ibn Abd al-Ghaffar al-Sambas al-Jawi and had a positive impact on society as far away as Banten. This research aims to explore congregation-based education in Banten. This research uses a qualitative approach with two methods, namely library research and field research, using observation and interview techniques conducted with figures there. This research shows that tarekat-based education uses the wiridan method to bring students closer to Allah. Apart from that, Erekat-based education is egalitarian, without discrimination towards society for anyone who wants to learn and know God. There is a need to develop tarekat-based education to be applied in other educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the psychology of widows who have been left behind by their partners. The research object criteria were widowed women aged 27-40 years. Women who have been widowed for less than 5 years. The results of this research are that they still have not made peace with their past. They are still drowning in sadness. However, they also don't want to always be in this position. They want to experience change so they can make peace with their past and live a life without feeling pressure on their psychology. They have done well enough to make the change.

Abstract

Pesantren is an original Indonesian education based on Islamic values and a moral fortress. Pesantren is a base to protect people from various kinds of moral damage that impact the quality of the nation's future. This study aims to describe the role and responsibility of Pesantren in facing moral degradation in Pesantren Al-Hadi Ciruas Serang Banten. This qualitative case study research was conducted over two months using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation techniques. Data analysis collects, reduces, presents, and verifies data. This study found that the Al-Hadi Islamic Boarding School implements character education by practicing the values that form the character of a modern Islamic boarding school and then implementing it in the learning process, forming Islamic boarding school culture, co-curricular activities, and extracurricular activities. Integrally the whole process of education and learning in Islamic boarding schools forms a distinctive culture of Islamic boarding schools that distinguishes it from the education system outside Islamic boarding schools. The values developed are (1) sincerity; (2) simplicity; (3) independence; (4) brotherhood based on religious spirit and care for the environment. The values that shape the character of modern Islamic boarding schools are then implemented in the learning process, the formation of Islamic boarding schools culture, and co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep nasut dan lahut dalam pemahaman hakikat Baitul Makmur yang memiliki dimensi penting dalam tradisi tasawuf Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten terhadap naskah-naskah klasik dan interpretasi para ulama sufi, studi ini mendalami makna esoteris dari dualitas nasut (dimensi kemanusiaan) dan lahut (dimensi ketuhanan) dalam konteks Baitul Makmur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep nasut dan lahut pada Baitul Makmur merepresentasikan perpaduan antara aspek zahir dan batin dalam spiritualitas Islam, di mana Baitul Makmur tidak hanya dipahami sebagai bangunan fisik di langit ketujuh, tetapi juga sebagai simbol pertemuan antara dimensi manusiawi dan ilahiah. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa pemahaman akan dualitas nasut-lahut pada Baitul Makmur memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan diskursus tasawuf dan penghayatan spiritual umat Islam. Temuan ini memperkaya khazanah pemikiran Islam, khususnya dalam bidang tasawuf dan kajian esoteris.
