This article analyzes the influence of the principal's leadership on improving literacy and numeracy achievements at Junior High School, using Education Report data from 2022 to 2025. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with document analysis and interviews involving 10 teachers and the school principal, the study examines how leadership practices affect student learning outcomes. The findings reveal a substantial increase in literacy achievement from 51.11% in 2022 to 86.67% in 2025, and in numeracy from 31.11% to 74.42% over the same period. This progress is attributed to the principal’s strategic focus on data-based learning, consistent academic supervision, and teacher empowerment. By systematically analyzing educational data, the principal identifies learning gaps and implements targeted interventions. Academic supervision sessions enhance pedagogical practices, while structured professional development fosters teacher innovation. Furthermore, the principal cultivates a collaborative culture where teachers share best practices and engage in continuous training. These results highlight the principal's role as a change agent who fosters a supportive and high-achieving school environment. The study underscores the importance of effective leadership in strengthening educational quality, particularly in literacy and numeracy. It recommends that school leaders adopt evidence-based strategies and prioritize teacher development to drive sustainable learning improvements.

In the digital era, IKIP Siliwangi Cimahi seeks to enhance educational service quality by improving its new student admission process, which has faced issues like limited information, access difficulties, and data errors. This qualitative case study explores the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, impact, strengths, weaknesses, and design of a management information system (SIM) for admissions, using POAC management, SIM, and academic selection theories. Data were collected via observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD, and analyzed through triangulation. Results show that the SIM is well-structured, improves information access and registration efficiency, and is managed and supervised effectively. Benefits include faster, more transparent admissions, though challenges remain with internet access and occasional technical issues. This study contributes to the field of educational management by providing an in-depth analysis of the development and implementation of a well-structured Management Information System (SIM) for new student admissions at IKIP Siliwangi of Bandung at Cimahi.

This article investigated the enduring value of esoteric wisdom in guiding spiritual seekers through contemporary challenges. Despite the fast-paced, chaotic nature of modern life, esoteric teachings offer critical solutions to existential issues that transcend cultural and historical boundaries. Employing a constructivist paradigm qualitative approach, the research aimed to understand individuals’ behaviors, perceptions, motivations, and actions. It revealed how these teachings aid in achieving inner peace, resilience, and self-awareness. Findings indicated that cultural and spiritual practices, despite being influenced by migration and economic pressures, retain core beliefs that foster identity and continuity. The study concluded that esoteric attitudes, embedded in daily life and rituals, emphasize humility, gratitude, patience, and sincerity. These values provides a solid foundation for individuals navigating modern existential challenges. By integrating these teachings into everyday life, people can cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and connection, offering valuable insights for contemporary seekers. The research underscores the importance of maintaining and revitalizing traditional spiritual practices to address the complexities of modern existence. Ultimately, the study highlights the timeless relevance of esoteric wisdom in fostering spiritual growth and resilience, helping individuals find balance and meaning amidst the uncertainties of modern life.

This study aims to describe the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum. This type of research is a qualitative research with a library study method. Data sources in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources from various reliable references such as scientific journals, books, and other sources that support the research. Data analysis in this study includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum can be done through co-curricular, intracurricular, and extracurricular activities. The implementation model of the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum is broadly divided into three, namely integration within one discipline or subject (within single disciplines), integration across several disciplines, and integration between and between (internal) learners (within and across learner). Factors that support and hinder the process of integrating the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile values into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum are closely related to the understanding of educators, commitment and cooperation between the entire madrasah community, support for facilities and infrastructure, support and cooperation between educators and parents, and the diverse backgrounds of students.

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including economic and business activities. E-commerce as a modern internet-based buying and selling transaction model has become an unavoidable phenomenon. This study is a qualitative study with a literature study method and field study that explores the practice of e-commerce and dropshipping at MA Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta. In this method, students are guided to conduct simple research related to certain fiqh topics, collect data from various sources, and present findings in the form of papers, presentations, or posters. This method develops the skills of researching, processing information, and presenting ideas scientifically. From the perspective of muamalah fiqh, e-commerce transactions are a development of the concept of buying and selling (al-bai') which is prescribed in Islam. Buying and selling is defined as the exchange of property for property on the basis of mutual consent ('antaradhin), or transferring ownership of goods with compensation based on the method permitted by sharia. This study is expected to contribute to the enrichment of the treasury of contemporary muamalah fiqh as well as becoming a model for research-based learning innovation in madrasah aliyah.

The This study examines the debate surrounding the first created being in Islamic cosmology, where various opinions exist. Some argue that the first creation was the Pen (al-Qalam), while others claim it was the Throne (‘Arsh), the air, or the Light of Muhammad (Nur Muhammad). The main issue addressed is the limited and fragmented information found in classical hadith sources regarding the sequence and nature of the initial creation. Methodologically, this research employs a qualitative approach by analyzing the chapter Bad’ al-Khalq (The Beginning of Creation) in key hadith collections. The findings show that although some hadiths mention early creations such as the characteristics of heaven and hell, the seven layers of the earth, and angels, detailed and systematic narratives about the order of the first created beings remain scarce. Various views on who or what was created first appear in the literature, ranging from al-Qalam and ‘Arsh to Nur Muhammad, but no absolute consensus has been reached. This study aims to fill that gap by compiling and analyzing relevant hadiths to provide a more focused and in-depth perspective on the first created being and the sequence of creation. Additionally, this research emphasizes the theological and cosmological significance of these beings and their implications for understanding the structure and purpose of the universe. It is hoped that the results of this study will enrich the body of Islamic scholarship and encourage deeper reflection on the orderliness and existence of Allah’s creation.

This study uses a qualitative approach, while the method used is a case study method. A qualitative approach with the case study method is used to examine and answer problems and to obtain a deeper meaning about the management of facilities and infrastructure. A qualitative approach is a research and understanding process based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problem. In this approach, the researchers create a complex picture, examine words, report detailed, views of the respondents, and conduct studies in natural situations. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data is done by using triangulation. The results showed that the entrepreneurial management process at the Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Islamic boarding school, Sukabumi, was through a management pattern of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Based on field observations, this Islamic boarding school has many entrepreneurial fields such as fisheries, animal husbandry, agriculture, laundry, and bottled drinking water. The management of these various entrepreneurs is to maintain the existence and carrying capacity of the cottage as teaching for students and managers if they are involved in the community. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mengkaji dan menjawab permasalahan serta untuk memperoleh makna yang lebih mendalam tentang manajemen sarana dan prasarana. Pendekatan kualitatif adalah suatu proses penelitian dan pemahaman yang berdasarkan pada metodologi yang menyelidiki suatu fenomena sosial dan masalah manusia. Pada pendekatan ini, peneliti ini membuat suatu gambaran kompleks, meneliti kata-kata, laporan terinci dari pandangan responden, dan melakukan studi pada situasi yang alami. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa proses manajemen kewirausahana di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi yaitu melalui pola manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan bahwa pondok pesantren ini memiliki banyak bidang wirausaha seperti bidang perikanan, peternakan, pertanian, laundry dan air minum dalam kemasan. Pengelolaan berbagai wirausaha ini guna mempertahankan eksistensi dan daya dukung bagi pondok sebagai bentuk pengajaran bagi santri maupun pengelola jika terjun di masyarakat. Quality education will emerge from schools that have good quality, therefore improving the quality and good learning outcomes. This study discusses the implementation of the Discovery Learning Learning Model to improve Student Mastery in Zakat Management Materials in the Fiqih Study Field in Class VIII Mtsn 6 Pasuruan. The formulation of the problem is how to plan discovery learning models, how to implement discovery learning to improve students' mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing discovery learning to improve student mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, in research This includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Research result. Discovery learning-based Fiqih learning planning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was realized in the form of a syllabus along with the development of lesson plans. The lesson plan is designed as a teacher's guide for teaching, what is unique is that in addition to containing competency indicators to be achieved, the lesson plan developed by the teacher is also loaded in full and in detail according to the scenario of the stages of the discovery model. Implementation of Fiqih learning based on discovery learning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was carried out in accordance with the stages of implementation of the discovery learning model (Stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, generalization). What is different from the discovery model, in general, is the way and innovation teachers in delivering, always updated according to technological developments and collaborating with existing media. This makes students able to complete their discoveries very well. Supporting and Inhibiting Factors Fiqih learning is based on discovery learning using repeating the core material into the subject matter, Providing several questions that are relevant to the material presented.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi stakeholder terhadap implementasi manajemen strategi di lembaga pendidikan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen pada beberapa lembaga pendidikan, madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi stakeholder bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat keterlibatan, kualitas komunikasi, dukungan sumber daya, dan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan lembaga. Stakeholder yang dilibatkan secara aktif dan diberikan pemahaman yang jelas cenderung memiliki persepsi positif dan mendukung implementasi strategi dengan lebih baik. Sebaliknya, kurangnya partisipasi dan komunikasi yang tidak efektif menyebabkan persepsi negatif, resistensi, dan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan strategi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya melibatkan stakeholder sejak tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi, memperkuat komunikasi, serta memberikan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi strategi. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan dan praktik manajemen yang lebih inklusif dan efektif.This study aims to explore stakeholders' perceptions of the implementation of strategic management in educational institutions and the factors influencing its success. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to collect data through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), participatory observations, and document analysis across various educational institutions madrasahs. The findings reveal that stakeholders' perceptions vary depending on the level of involvement, quality of communication, resource support, and leadership style applied by institutional leaders. Stakeholders who are actively involved and provided with a clear understanding tend to have positive perceptions and better support the implementation of strategies. Conversely, a lack of participation and ineffective communication leads to negative perceptions, resistance, and obstacles in strategy implementation. This study highlights the importance of involving stakeholders from the planning to the evaluation stages, strengthening communication, and providing adequate resource support to enhance the success of strategy implementation. The implications of this research are expected to assist educational institutions in developing more inclusive and effective management policies and practices.
