Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia. Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (2023) mencatat prevalensi stunting nasional sebesar 21,5%. Ubi jalar ungu dan biji labu kuning memiliki potensi sebagai bahan pangan fungsional karena kandungan gizinya yang tinggi. Mengetahui daya terima dan kandungan protein, lemak, karbohidrat pada brownies ubi ungu dengan substitusi tepung biji labu kuning. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat formulasi: P0 (kontrol), P1 (18%), P2 (28%), dan P3 (38%) dengan substitusi tepung biji labu kuning). Uji daya terima dilakukan secara organoleptik menggunakan metode hedonik oleh 30 panelis agak terlatih. Kandungan gizi dianalisis di Laboratorium pada produk terbaik (P3). Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan nyata pada parameter aroma dan rasa (p>0,05), namun terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada parameter warna dan tekstur (p<0,05). Formula P3 memperoleh skor tertinggi secara konsisten pada semua parameter sensori, terutama warna, rasa, dan tekstur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa P3 merupakan formula yang paling disukai oleh panelis. Hasil uji laboratorium formula P3 brownies ubi ungu dengan substitusi tepung biji labu kuning kandungan protein 6,93%, lemak 17,24%, dan karbohidrat 42,45%. Formula P3 (dengan substitusi 38% tepung biji labu kuning) memberikan daya terima terbaik serta kandungan gizi (protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kontrol (P0). Oleh karena itu, formula ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai inovasi pangan fungsional dalam upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of slow-release fertilizer based on corncob biochar which is enriched with various nutrient sources (NPK, SP36, cow urine and Azotobacter). Research methods include making biochar through pyrolysis and nutrient impregnation. Fertilizer characterization includes analysis of nutrients, material fractions, biochar stability, and functional groups using spectra (FTIR). The results of the four analyzes carried out showed that the SRFbiochar+SP36+cow urine formulation provided the best results in retaining nutrients and water.  The nutrient content produced by SRFbiochar+SP36+cow urine, namely N(0.35%) P (0.63%), K (0.7%), Corganic (6.49%), volatile content (15%) strengthened by the ultimate results which show high nutrient content (C=10.09%, N=0.35%), which is explained by the formation of hydroxy functional groups (O-H) in tire 3444.87 and carboxy groups on the band 1635.64. These results indicate that the SRF-BiocharSP36+bovine urine formulation has the potential to be developed as a slow-release fertilizer to increase fertilization efficiency in dry land for sustainable soil fertility improvement.

Abstract

World Health Organitation (WHO) mencatat angka kejadian astenopia di dunia rata-rata 75% per tahun, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan dalam meminimalkan kejadian tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh wudhu dan strategi 20:20:20 terhadap sindrom astenopia pada karyawan pengguna komputer di RSUD Kota Makassar. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimen yaitu pada 60 responden yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok (kelompok wudhu, kelompok strategi 20:20:20 dan kelompok kontrol). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji paired t test dengan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada kelompok wudhu pre test mean±SD : 4,25±1,11 dan pada post test mean±SD : 3,00±0,79, dengan perubahan mean±SD 1,25±0,78, demikian halnya pada kelompok strategi 20:20:20, pre test mean±SD : 4,05±0,88 dan post test mean±SD : 2,95±0,88, dengan perubahan mean±SD : 1,10±0,85, ada pengaruh signifikan wudhu dan strategi 20:20:20 (p:0,000) terhadap sindrom astenopia pada karyawan pengguna komputer di RSUD Kota Makassar. Oleh karena itu disarankan kepada pihak manajemen RSUD Kota Makassar untuk menginstruksikan pembudayaan wudhu dan strategi 20:20:20 pada karyawan pengguna komputer, dan juga karyawan pengguna komputer agar menerapkan wudhu secara terjadwal setiap 2 – 3 jam dan strategi 20:20:20 saat bekerja serta diharapkan kepada karyawan pengguna komputer untuk memperhatikan gejala sindrom astenopia dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Determine the level of feasibility of animated video-based learning media and (2) Analyze the effectiveness of animated video-based learning media created using the Canva and Capcut applications. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The process of developing animated video-based learning media starts from the analysis stage, followed by the design stage and enters the development stage, then the implementation stage and finally the evaluation stage. The validation results show that this media meets quality standards in terms of appearance, content, and effectiveness in delivering learning materials. The results of trials with students and teachers at SMAN 12 Kupang City show that the developed learning media is effective to use and students feel more motivated in learning and understanding the material through video media. It is recommended that teachers combine their teaching methods with video-based media to be more interactive. Further research is important to explore the extent to which the use of this media affects students in the long term.

Abstract

Pendidikan matematika di sekolah dasar memegang peran penting dalam membentuk dasar kemampuan berpikir logis dan kritis bagi siswa. Pada kelas III, siswa mulai mempelajari konsep-konsep matematika yang lebih kompleks, seperti operasi hitung dasar, pengukuran, dan geometri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan PBL dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas III di sekolah dasar, serta mengetahui dampak penerapan model ini terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan PTK yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.  Teknik Analisis Data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sepuluh siswa pada siklus pertama, empat orang memperoleh nilai di atas KKM (atau 40%), sedangkan enam orang memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM (atau 60%). Dari siswa siklus kedua, 80% siswa melampaui dan melampaui KKM, sementara 20% siswa tidak mencapainya. Siswa kelas tiga di UPT SPF SDN Kompleks IKIP1 Makassar mengalami peningkatan prestasi akademik, menurut laporan tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas tiga di UPT SPF SDN Kompleks IKIP1 Makassar memperoleh manfaat dari strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) ketika mempelajari matematika

Abstract

Pembelajaran project based learning adalah model pembelajaran yang diminati oleh semua kalangan Pendidikan saat ini untuk mendukung kurikulum merdeka belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis gagasan melalui model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model project based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis gagasan dalam bentuk laporan hasil observasi secara logis dan etis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata keterlaksanaan siklus I 66, 88 % (kategori sedang) dan skor keterlaksanaan siklus II 67.88 % (kategori tinggi), sehinggah dari siswa 34 orang semua mencapai nilai KKM dan dikatakan TUNTAS. Dapat direkomendasi bahwa kegiatan menulis cocok menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL).

Abstract

The synergism of life fostered together can increase metabolic products that can potentially be utilized for useful purposes for humans, especially in the field of health. Kale plant development is a very popular vegetable. This vegetable is usually made into stir-fry, chili, or fresh vegetables. Kale is also efficacious as an anti-toxin and can treat various health problems. In addition to its good taste, kale also has a high nutritional content. Kale contains vitamins A, B, C, protein, calcium, phosphorus, carotene and sitosterol and mineral ingredients, especially iron, which are useful for the growth and health of the body. The abundant availability of kale and the perishable nature of the product cause the selling price of kale to be low. This results in farmers often suffering losses. This activity was carried out with a direct training method to the target group. The training began with socialization of the benefits of kale, training on how to make healthy, halal and presentation kale noodles, then preparing a follow-up plan. The expected outputs in this activity are 1) The creation of products in the form of noodles made from kale that can be consumed daily; 2) The opening of business opportunities for partner communities; 3) The formation of a community that cares about health; 4) The formation of a frugal society. And to determine the level of understanding, counseling participants were conducted pretest and postest. The results achieved from this activity are the increased knowledge of partners in Moncongloe lappara Village, Maros about the utilization of kale as a healthy and halal noodle base.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behaviour is a behaviour that is practised in everyday life. The purpose of implementing clean and healthy living behaviour in the dormitory environment is so that the dormitory community continues to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle during the COVID-19 pandemic so as to prevent transmission in the dormitory environment. The approach to overcome partner problems is through counselling and mentoring methods as well as providing facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviours. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out in all dormitory buildings of Dharmas Indonesia University. Implementation of activities is counselling about clean and healthy living behaviour which includes counselling about clean and healthy living behaviour and implementation of clean and healthy living behaviour, as well as healthy exercise. Then cleaning is done throughout the dormitory environment. In addition, activities for clean and healthy living behaviour through mutual cooperation activities are carried out every Sunday. The benefits of gymnastics have been felt by the dormitory community, such as improving sleep quality, being able to relieve stress, and controlling weight.

Abstract

Introduction: Cassava peels contain phenolic compounds such as tannins, flavonoids that act as antioxidants that can inhibit free radical activity. The purposeof this study was to make a liquid soap formulation from cassava peel extract and determinate the most powerful antioxidant levels contained in the liquid soap formula. Method includes experimental research by making several formulas of cassava peel extract liquid soap preparations with concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15%, then conducting physical evaluation tests and antioxidant activity test using Uv-Vis spectrophotometry. Result: The test results were described in tabular form and analyzed with One Way ANOVA statistics followed by post hoc (LSD) to find differences in the percentage of antioxidant activity from various concentrations. The results of antioxidant activity research from the three formulas have IC50 values FI (5%) 96,415 ppm (strong), FII (10%) 101,774 ppm ( medium), and FIII (15%) 101,322 ppm (medium). The amount of concentration in each formula affects the amount of antioxidant activity in it. The results of the One Way ANOVA test obtained a significance value of (p<0,001) which shows that there is a difference in antioxidant activity in each formula. Conclusion. this study is that cassava peel extract can be formulated into antioxidant liquid soap preparations but has not met the standards of physical quality stability of good preparations and the highest antioxidant activity is found in FI (5%) at 96, 415 ppm.

Abstract

Peanuts are one of the agricultural products developed in Borisallo village. Peanuts are rich in fat (non-cholesterol), protein, carbohydrates, vitamins E, A, K and B-complex, minerals Fe, F, Ca, contain lecithin and choline, amino acids lysine, methionine and threonine, the fat content is 50% unsaturated fat, contains phytosterols that help the absorption of cholesterol and has a low glycemic index value because of its high fiber content. This activity aims to teach partners how to process peanuts into healthy and nutritious chocolate peanut butter. This activity is carried out by providing a pre-test questionnaire, followed by providing materials and training. PkM partners are given material about the nutrients contained in peanuts and their health benefits and training on how to process peanuts into healthy and nutritious chocolate peanut butter. Based on the results of the pre- and post-material questionnaires, the results obtained were an increase in partner understanding of ......%. It can be concluded that the implementation of PkM in Borisallo village, Parangloe district, Gowa Regency provides benefits for partners in utilizing peanut agricultural products into healthy, nutritious and popular food products.
