Abstract

Metode statistik membantu mengorganisasi data hasil belajar, baik itu dalam penyajian, pemusatan, dan penyebaran data. Selain membantu membuat keputusan yang tepat, pemahaman statistik merupakan dasar untuk membangun keahlian berpikir. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi penggunaan metode statistika untuk menganalisis data evaluasi hasil belajar siswa, Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan penggunaan metode statistik secara daring melalui platform google meeting, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara daring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan guru yang didasarkan pada focus group discussion (FGD) mengungkapkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam menggunakan metode statistika untuk analisis data evaluasi hasil belajar siswa terkategori mampu memahami dan mampu membuat alat evaluasi sederhana baik itu berbasis excel dan google form. Sehingga dari kegiatan ini, telah memberikan kesempatan unik para guru dalam memahami statistik pada tingkat konseptual tanpa terlalu terjebak dalam persamaan dan rumus.  Use of Statistical Methods to Analyze Learning Outcome Evaluation Data at SMPN 1 Gerung, West Lombok Regency Statistical methods help organize data on learning outcomes, both in presenting, centralizing, and disseminating data. In addition to helping make the right decisions, understanding statistics is the basis for building thinking skills. The purpose of this service is to socialize the use of statistical methods to analyze student learning outcomes evaluation data. The implementation method used is focus group discussion (FGD) and is followed by training on the use of statistical methods online through the google meeting platform, and ends with an evaluation of the results of activities. The results of this service show that online training and evaluation of the results of teacher activities based on focus group discussions (FGD) reveal that teacher performance in using statistical methods for data analysis of student learning outcomes evaluation is categorized as being able to understand and be able to make simple evaluation tools both excel-based and google forms. Thus, this activity has provided teachers with a unique opportunity to understand statistics at a conceptual level without getting too caught up in equations and formulas.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian  tentang analisis kondisi terumbu karang di perairan kecamatan Liukang Tuppabiring kabupaten Pangkep Sulawesi Selatan, dimana tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui kondisi terumbu karang di perairan kecamatan Liukang Tuppabiring secara umum  baik berdasarkan stasiun (pulau) maupun level kedalaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Remote Sensing (penginderaan jauh) sebagai metode dalam melakukan pendugaan kondisi terumbu karang di seluruh wilayah perairan kecamatan Liukang Tuppabiring.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ekosistem terumbu karang di perairan kecamatan Liukang Tuppabiring secara umum masih dalam kondisi “baik” yaitu berkisar rata-rata 59,1% tutupan karang hidupnya. Berdasarkan  hasil olah citra satelit Landsat ETM +7 menunjukkan luasan  karang hidup yang masih tersisa di perairan kecamatan Liukang Tuppabiring mencapai 12.108,16 ha.

Abstract

The role play method has become one of the most popular teaching methods for children. The purpose of using this method is to stimulate children's development, one of which is to develop children's moral values. Moral values ​​are very important in human life because of that, it needs to be planted since early childhood. However, most teachers use conventional methods to teach so that this method is less applied as a teaching method, especially in schools that are more academic. This article presents a teaching method using the role play method to stimulate children's moral values. The study design used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest non equivalent control group design. Data collection used observation and compared with the -t test in the experimental group and the control group. The results show that effective role play methods are applied as children's learning methods to stimulate the moral value of early childhood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine eighth grade student problem-solving ability on number pattern material. This study was held academic year focused on assessing students learning styles. The methods used in this study were questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The results showed that class VIII students consisted of 26 students had visual learning styles, 24 students had auditory styles and 16 students had kinesthetic styles. Subjects taken in this study were 2 students from each learning style, then the subject was given a test to describe the number pattern material and conducted an interview. As a result, based on the analysis of the problem-solving ability stages, students with visual and auditory learning styles were able to reach the stage of understanding the question / problem, designing and choosing a solution strategy, and solving problems with a mathematical model, but have not yet reached the stage of re-checking the solutions obtained. On the contrary, Students with a kinesthetic learning style have been able to reach the stage of understanding the question / problem, but have not been able to reach the stage of designing and choosing a solution strategy, or solving problems with mathematical models, and even re-checking the solutions obtained. This shows that the problem solving ability of students with visual and auditory learning styles is better than students with kinesthetic learning styles.

Abstract

Metacognition is the students awareness about their thought processes and monitoring their thought processes. One of thought processes which referred is problem solving ability. In problem-solving the students were different levels of metacognition. Level of metacognition consists of tacit use, aware use, strategic use, dan reflektive use. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of metacognition of students in solving problems and the relationship between mathematical problem solving abilities and the level of metacognition. The research was conducted by giving test instruments to 23 sample students. This research was a descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative data analysis used flow models method with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, quantitative data analysis used spearman rank correlation. After the data analysis process, the results of the research were metacognition level of class IX students consisting of tacit use, aware use, and strategic use with percentages of 80%, 15%, and 5%. Furthermore, relationship between problem solving ability and the level of metacognition are in the very high category with a correlation coefficient of 0.68. Therefore, when the problem-solving ability increases, the level of metacognition also increases.

Abstract

Abstract:” Cryptography is one of the important subjects to learn because the content of the discussion discusses data security. Data security has a very important role considering that most transaction activities are carried out on the internet. Many platforms offer virtual transactions, such as motorcycle taxis, online marketplaces, and banking. For transacting on the internet, reliable data security is needed to maintain the security of user data from internet crimes (cybercrime). For cryptography learning to produce students who understand cryptography in-depth, this learning is carried out independently. One of the lessons to improve independent skills is a project approach. With project-based learning, students will be actively involved in completing projects given by the lecturer. To facilitate interaction and monitor projects completed by students, an LMS (Learning Management System) was created. The lecturer will later upload the student projects through the LMS, and if the student wants to work on the project, they can download it from the LMS.           Keywords: Cryptography; LMS; Online transactions  Abstrak:” Kriptografi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting untuk dipelajari karena isi bahasannya membahas tentang pengamanan data. Saat ini, keamanan data memiliki peran yang sangat penting, mengingat sebagian besar aktivitas transaksi dilakukan di internet. Banyak platform yang menawarkan transaksi virtual, seperti ojek online, pasar online dan perbankan. Dalam bertransaksi di internet dibutuhkan keamanan data yang handal untuk menjaga keamanan data pengguna dari kejahatan internet (cyber crime). Agar pembelajaran kriptografi menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memahami kriptografi secara mendalam, maka pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara mandiri. Salah satu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mandiri adalah dengan pendekatan  project. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis project,  mahasiswa akan terlibat aktif menyelesaikan project yang diberikan dosen. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dan monitor project yang diselesaikan mahasiswa, maka dibuat LMS (Learning Manajement System). Setiap project mahasiswa nantinya akan di unggah oleh dosen melalui LMS dan mahasiswa bisa mengunguh project di LMSDengan menambahkan LMS dan pembelajaran yang berbasis project pada  pembelajaran kriptografi menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil tinjauan dilangan dengan penyelesaian sebuah soal dan hasil ujian akhir mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Kriptografi; LMS; Transaksi Online,

Abstract

Rivers are ecosystems that play an important role in the lives of living things around them. The river is not balanced if there are disturbances such as activities around it. Candipari River is one of the polluted rivers which is influenced by the activities in the vicinity. This study aims to determine the quality of river water using the macroinvertebrate community structure (diversity index, dominance index, and BMWP-ASPT). This research uses a biomonitoring method with macroinvertebrate bioindicators, and the retrieval technique uses kicking and jabbing techniques. Measurement of water quality can be seen based on the biological components contained in the water. These biological components are found in water such as macroinvertebrates. These macroinvertebrates can be used as bioindicators, by knowing the role of macroinvertebrates as bioindicators to determine water quality. Analysis of macroinvertebrate data can be identified and calculated by determining the index value. The results of the water quality research based on the BMWP-ASPT method are that at station 1 is a river in the Very Polluted category with a value of 3.57, at stations 2 and 3 a river in the Moderately Polluted category with a value of 4.

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher as the main actor who manage education, should have the ability and personality. There are important factors that influence the religious and emotional intelligence. Teachers who have a religious attitude will become a person who has faith and devotion to become the pious, honest, trustworthy and responsible for the work plus the factor of emotional intelligence, a teacher is able to control, manage emotions and can establish a harmonious society with the school community and surrounding communities. This is why the writer to do this research, to see how much influence the religious and emotional intelligence on the performance of State High School teacher Bangun Jaya. The study consists of two independent variables (independent variables) are religious (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2), while the dependent variable (the dependent variable) is the performance of teachers (Y). In this study can be classified as field research with quantitative approach. The method used in this study are associative to see the impact of the issues examined. Data collection techniques for distributing a questionnaire using a Likert scale, every statement has five alternative answers, ie very suitable (SS), Match (S), sometimes (KD), is not appropriate (TS) and was incompatible (STS) number religious statement 19 items, 17 items of emotional intelligence and performance of teachers 19 items. The population of this research with the subject teacher at National High School Bangun Jaya. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis using SPSS Windows 16.0 shows that: First, there is a low impact on the performance of religious teacher at National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.0354 lies between 0.20 to 0.399. Secondly, there is a considerable influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of schools in the National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.540 lies between 0.40 to 0.599. Third, there is a significant influence of religious and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at the National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.461 lies between 0.40 to 0.599.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and prices on visiting intentions through tourist satisfaction. This research is a quantitative descriptive type with path analysis using Smart PLS. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with sampling using accidental sampling. The population in this study amounted to 746,368 people. At the same time, the number of samples determined by the Slovin formula is 100 people. The results showed: (1) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction; (2) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on visiting intentions; (3) Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on visiting intentions; (4) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on the intention to visit through satisfaction. TMII managers are expected to maximize the function of the traditional house building as a display of forms from Indonesia to increase the number of regional tourist visits. It is hoped that the Ministry of Tourism can increase the number of visits to TMII by working with YouTubers or celebrities to promote TMII. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pendekatan berbasis tugas dengan strategi diskusi. Hal ini dipilih dengan pertimbangan kebermanfaatannya dalam perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa dilakukan oleh guru-guru Bahasa Inggris, bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah dan Tsanawiyah se-Pondok Pesantren Syeikh Zainuddin NW Anjani Lombok Timur. Kegiatan ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 20 September 2018 di MTs dan MA Syeikh Zainuddin NW Anjani Lombok Timur. Peserta simulasi berjumlah 30 orang guru yang berasal dari 3 mata pelajaran bahasa yaitu; ahasa Inggris, bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Arab. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan ceramah oleh Narasumber dengan materi strategi diskusi yaitu sebuah strategi pengembangan profesionalisme pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi. Kegiatan diskusi dilakukan agar siswa bisa berbagi ide tentang sebuah peristiwa atau mencari solusi dalam kelompok diskusinya. Dalam diskusi, pengajar menyampaikan tujuan diskusi agar poin diskusi menjadi gayut (relevant) dengan tujuannya. Dengan demikian, siswa tidak menghabiskan masanya hanya untuk mengobrol tentang hal-hal yang tidak gayut. Sebagai contoh, siswa bisa terlibat dalam diskusi tentang kesetujuan atau ketidaksetujuan. Dengan memberikan sosialisasi terhadap guru guru bidang studi bahasa Inggris, Indonesia, dan Arab memberikan pengalaman bagaimana pelaksanaan strategi diskusi di sekolah sehingga mampu mengembangkan profesionalisme pendidik di MTs dan MA Syeikh Zainuddin NW Anjani Lombok Timur.
