Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ways in which widows of conflict victims manage their assets and their abilities in an effort to survive and improve social welfare after the Poso conflict. Data were obtained from two sources: an analysis of literature during the Poso conflict and interviews with victims and their relatives. The results of the study show that widows in desperate situations save their lives from threats and riots by utilising social capital by relying on relatives with ownership. Assets and capabilities are linked by access and property ownership. This was built before the conflict occurred so as to strengthen the bonds of post-conflict social capital with kinship strength among the closest relatives, such as parents, siblings, and nephews or nieces, based on the same religion, for their survival.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the symbols and meanings of the Mematua ritual procession among the Kaili indigenous people in Siniu Sayogindano Village. This research uses an ethnographic analysis. Ethnographic analysis is an approach that begins with field facts, analyzes them based on cultural theories and relevant arguments to explore the cultural situation of the community, and ultimately yields a conclusion. The results show that the Mematua ritual procession among the Kaili indigenous people is an event rich in symbols and meanings, embodying deep cultural values and reflecting local wisdom. The eight stages of this procession, from the Polele fetching the bride to both newlyweds seeking blessings from their parents, not only represent steps in a wedding ritual but also teach the importance of harmony, respect, and commitment in marital life. Each aspect of the Mematua ritual reflects harmony among individuals, families, and the broader indigenous community. This underscores that marriage in the Kaili indigenous tradition is an event uniting two individuals and a community ritual involving respect for social and spiritual values passed down through generations. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Education and Culture of Parigi Moutong Regency intensify efforts to document and research the Mematua ritual procession of the Kaili indigenous people to ensure that the richness of symbols and meanings in this tradition is preserved and continues to be recognized by future generations. For the Kaili indigenous people, it is advised to continue nurturing and practicing this tradition, not only as a way to celebrate significant life moments but also as a means to strengthen community bonds and honor a rich cultural legacy. Greater involvement of the indigenous community in preparing and conducting this ritual procession can effectively preserve the social and spiritual values foundational to the Kaili tribe amidst the challenges of modernity and globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to delve deeper into the process of cultural transformation through the educational system of Tondo Lino Ngata Toro Nature School. This research uses an inductive qualitative analysis. Inductive analysis is an approach that begins with field facts, analyzes them based on relevant theories and arguments, and ultimately yields a conclusion. The results show that the Tondo Lino Ngata Toro Nature School is an educational innovation that combines local wisdom values with interactive and experiential learning methods. Arising from the Ngata Toro indigenous people’s need to preserve their culture amidst modernization, this school adopts a holistic approach to education, enriching the curriculum with traditional values and local wisdom practices. The outdoor learning process, designed to involve students through a learn-through-play method actively, ensures that they acquire knowledge and develop deep connections with their environment and community. This initiative demonstrates that education rooted in local wisdom and implemented through direct experiences in the outdoors can be an effective tool for sustainable cultural transformation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Village Government, Traditional Institutions, Community Leaders, and the Ngata Toro indigenous people continue to support and develop the Tondo Lino Ngata Toro Nature School. Strengthening collaboration among various parties is necessary to enrich learning resources and ensure the sustainability of this program. Ideally, the local natural resources and wisdom should be utilized as significant assets in the curriculum by providing more outdoor learning opportunities and incorporating more aspects of local culture into the learning process. Additionally, developing training for facilitators and teachers on experiential learning methods and learn-through-play will enhance the quality of education and the learning experience for students. Finally, encouraging active community participation in the school program will strengthen the relationship between the school and the community and support transmitting cultural values to the younger generation.

Abstract

This study explains how people live their lives by activating their remaining potential to survive the crisis that suddenly comes due to natural disasters, and definitely changes their lives. This study develops understanding from the perspective of adaptation and strategies that are unique to humans as cultural creatures. However, this study develops deeper by revealing the cultural acceleration of humans using/activating their potential in overcoming the crisis conditions that surrounded them at that time. Therefore, this study site is placed in community life after a natural disaster in Lere Village, West Palu District, Palu City. This study uses a case study approach by highlighting the post-tsunami phenomenon which only took place 1 year after 28 September 2018, with the aim of capturing people's memories and intentions in living life as survivors, which is still relatively new and well recorded. The results of the study show that the crisis faced by the driving community is a natural disaster, however, the way the community understands and develops its actions is very diverse and polyphonic. However, the cultural acceleration that is developed relies heavily on social, cultural conditions and material availability. This means that even though people are required/pressured to experience sudden and urgent conditions, they will continue to develop accelerated actions based on the conditions and phenomena they are living at that time, as a form of negotiation and compromise regarding their lives.

Abstract

Currently, human needs are increasingly complicated, especially for vehicles as a means of support in every activity. Therefore, the role of Islamic financial institutions in this case is needed as a facilitator for people who are constrained by capital. Islamic financial institutions have a financing agreement "Ijarah Al Muntakiya bit Tamlik" (financial leasing with purchase)/IMBT as a solution to this problem. IMBT is a combination of leasing (ijarah) and buying and selling at the end of the lease contract. Purchase of vehicles on credit in leasing can be used as a community solution option. however, community literacy regarding leasing is still limited, especially in the fiqh muamalah approach. Method This research is a qualitative descriptive study in which the researcher describes the results that have been studied. Application of Ijarah Muntakiya Bittamlik (IMBT) at PT. Adira Finance is almost in accordance with the study of muamalah fiqh, except that in handling bad loans it uses a forced pick-up system on the main road as a warning to customers who are in arrears. If it is related to theory, this should have been avoided. But on the other hand, if at the end of the financing period or the consumer contract has paid off its obligations, the leasing party will provide BPKB as proof of transfer of ownership. Abstract

Sebagai suatu konsepsi bermulti-dimensi serta komprehensif, dalam pembangunan terkandung beragam permasalahan lingkup ekonomi dan bukan ekonomi. Pembangunan ekonomi dalam islam mengorientasikan pandangan objektifnya pada keberhasilan pencapaian kebajikan manusia yang pada ekonomi konvensional, nilai moral ini diabaikan. Padahal nilai moral ini merupakan nilai yang tidak dapat diukur serta tidak pula dapat dipisahkan dalam membangun ekonomi negara. Problematika tahun ke tahun yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan di Indonesia ialah angka kemiskinan yang kian tahun kian meningkat, dengan banyak faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan tersebut. Penelitian studi kepustakaan ini ditujukan untuk dapat diketahuinya proses pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi islam, yang mana nilai-nilai islamisasi ekonomi inilah yang merupakan solusi aktif terpaling sesuai dalam penanganan problematika perekonomian di seluruh dunia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan aktivitas siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT  di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen 1 tentang tes hasil belajar siswa dan instrumen 2 tentang aktivitas siswa. Hasil tes awal menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan awal siswa adalah  33,3 dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terjadi peningkatan pada Siklus I hasil belajar siswa adalah 66,7 dan pada Siklius II menjadi 86,7.Berdasarkan hasil observasi  aktivitas belajar siswa pada Siklus I  adalah 60,85% dan pada Siklus II menjadi 93,35%. Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperartif Tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa MAS PP Darul Qur’an T.P. 2019/2020.

Abstract

Background and Study Aim. Physical fitness is a parameter used to assess a person's ability to perform physical activities, lead a productive life and have good health. The body's ability to overcome fatigue during sports activities is very important to maintain concentration and focus on learning. Therefore, information about the physical fitness of elementary school students is very important to know.Material and Methods. This research method uses a quantitative approach conducted by survey then giving tests and measurements to elementary school students. The sampling technique uses total sampling, so all students in one class are sampled, totaling 25 people. This research instrument uses the 12-Minute Cooper Test. Analysis is assisted using the SPSS 26 application.Results. Based on these results, it shows that physical fitness, especially the endurance of elementary school students, is included in the moderate interpretation with a percentage of 52%. Based on the results of research on the analysis of physical fitness, especially aerobic endurance in elementary school students, it can be concluded that students' physical fitness is still in moderate interpretation.Conclusion. The results of this study serve as a reference for designing lessons to improve physical fitness. That way these results can be taken into consideration in developing exercise programs to improve the physical fitness of elementary school students.

Abstract

E-commerce includes various activities such as sales, procurement, distribution and promotional transactions carried out via the Internet online network or electronic platforms. PT. Sarana Jaya Elektronik is a company that specializes in the distribution of electronic devices. Currently, PT. Sarana Jaya Elektronik has used an e-commerce system, namely the Tokopedia application, to sell its products. In order to find out the effect of implementing an e-commerce system on improving sales strategies, an analysis process can be carried out using descriptive methods. Descriptive research refers to a methodology in which researchers examine events and phenomena in the lives of individuals, encouraging one or a group of individuals to narrate their experiences.

Abstract

Karena perkembangan teknologi dan munculnya ide-ide baru, manajemen operasi, sebagai fungsi utama dalam sebuah perusahaan, dan sberkembang pesat. Fenomena ini tidak hanya digunakan dalam dunia bisnis, namun banyak perusahaan yang menganggapnya sebagai instrumen strategis dalam persaingan pasar. Kekuatan manajemen operasional untuk menciptakan inovasi dan perubahan positif menjadikannya sangat penting. Perusahaan harus menghasilkan produk atau layanan berkualitas tinggi sebagai respons terhadap perubahan zaman dan kemajuan industri, serta mempertimbangkan dampak lingkungan dari operasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen operasional pada PT. Opto Lumbung Sejahtera / Scarlett, jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa  PT. Opto Lumbung Sejahtera / Scarlett sudah menjalankan manajemen operasional dengan baik dengan menggunakan strategi yang kompetitif pada tujuan perusahaan mereka.
