Minyak jelantah merupakan limbah rumah tangga yang volumenya terus bertambah seiring tingginya aktivitas menggoreng di tingkat keluarga maupun usaha kuliner skala kecil. Pendekatan ekonomi sirkular menempatkan minyak jelantah bukan semata limbah, melainkan sumber daya yang dapat diolah kembali menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah nyata penerapan ekonomi sirkular pada level RW dengan pendekatan yang sederhana dan mudah direplikasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di kelompok Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) RW 05, Pisangan, Ciputat Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pelatihan partisipatif yang memadukan penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Peserta memperoleh pemahaman mengenai risiko lingkungan dari minyak jelantah serta mampu mengikuti tahapan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi. Pelatihan ini juga membuka peluang penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga karena produk lilin aromaterapi berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai usaha skala kecil. Keberlanjutan program dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembentukan mekanisme pengumpulan minyak jelantah di tingkat RW.

The success of an artificial insemination program in native chickens is largely determined by the quality of liquid semen used during storage. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of diluents containing 30 mM glucose, 30 mM glycine, and a combination of both on the motility and viability of native chicken liquid semen stored at 3-5°C. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments: control, 30 mM glucose, 30 mM glycine, and a combination of 30 mM glucose-glycine, each with five replications. Fresh semen from three native roosters aged 10-14 months was collected using the massage method, then diluted with a Ringer's lactate-egg yolk-based diluent at a ratio of 1:5. Evaluation of spermatozoa motility and viability was carried out daily for three days of storage. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that on the first day, all treatments had motility 75.76-75.85% and viability 87.03-88.32% which were not significantly different (P>0.05). On the second and third days, the 30 mM glycine treatment and combination showed significantly higher motility 42.02-42.20% and 33.19-33.22% respectively, and viability 67.87-67.92% and 57.89-57.90% respectively compared to the control and single glucose. The 30 mM glucose treatment did not show any superiority over the control. It was concluded that 30 mM glycine supplementation, either alone or in combination with glucose, effectively maintained the quality of native chicken liquid semen for up to three days of storage through osmoprotection and antioxidative mechanisms.

Plastic takes hundreds of years to decompose in nature, leading to a buildup of waste that is difficult to manage. As a restaurant that produces a significant amount of plastic waste, Subway has launched a campaign to reduce plastic usage. This study aims to explore how Subway Indonesia's Marketing Public Relations (MPR) campaigns promote environmentally friendly products. The theoretical foundation used in this study is Strategic Environmental Communication by Robert Cox. Strategic environmental communication refers to the practice of communication designed with a clear purpose, primarily to influence how people think and act regarding environmental issues. This research adopts a qualitative approach, based on a constructivist paradigm, using a case study method with a descriptive nature. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Subway’s MPR communicates environmentally friendly messages directly to customers through the role of operational staff. In addition, environmental campaign posters are also placed in strategic areas. Subway’s MPR activities in delivering environmental messages have successfully raised customer awareness about the global issue of excessive plastic use.

Sidenreng Rappang Regency is one of the duck production centers in South Sulawesi Province. However, most duck eggs are still marketed in fresh form with limited innovation in processing and packaging. The traditional management of existing processed products generally results in low competitiveness. This condition highlights the importance of innovation in processing and packaging to optimize local potential and contribute to improving community welfare. The purpose of this program was to empower PKK women’s groups in Manisa Village by enhancing their skills in producing oven-salted eggs and product packaging. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach through three stages: socialization, technical training on salted egg processing with an oven, and packaging training. The implementation showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge across all aspects. Pre-test and post-test results indicated that basic knowledge of salted egg production increased from 37% to 76%, production using the wet method from 38% to 77%, and the use of ovens and packaging rose from 25–30% to 79%. This twofold increase reflects the effectiveness of practice-based training, where participants not only understood the concepts but were also able to apply the skills independently. Participants were also able to practice using vacuum plastic and attaching labels. The participants' response was very positive, as seen from their enthusiasm in the discussion and hands-on practice

This study analyzes the strategic role of quality-based marketing models in enhancing the competitiveness of kombucha products, with a specific focus on Rumah SCOBY DBA, produced by the Yayasan Dharma Bintang Akademia. By integrating Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC), the research explores how quality-driven frameworks contribute to marketing effectiveness, consumer trust, brand positioning, and sustainable performance in the functional beverage industry. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with conceptual analysis, the study systematically examined publications from 2015 to 2025 across leading academic databases, focusing on themes of quality management, functional beverage marketing, kombucha production, consumer behavior, and digital strategies. The findings reveal that product quality—characterized by fermentation stability, microbiological safety, and nutritional consistency—serves as the primary driver of consumer purchase intention. Process quality, through standardized SOPs, hygiene protocols, and traceability systems, reinforces credibility, while service quality, including transparent labeling, health education, and digital engagement, strengthens brand trust. Integrating TQM principles into marketing fosters consumer loyalty, differentiates brands in competitive markets, and supports long-term sustainability. This study provides practical guidance for producers, community-based enterprises, and policymakers to adopt quality-driven marketing models, offering a novel conceptual framework tailored to kombucha products and mapping future research directions in functional beverage innovation.

Construction disputes in national strategic electricity projects often hinder cost and time efficiency. This problem is fundamentally rooted in pre-construction document uncertainty and the regulatory gap between national contracts and international standards. This research aims to analyze the juridical implications of incomplete Employer’s Requirements documents on claim validity. It also evaluates gaps in notification mechanisms and differences in work between SOE contract standards and the FIDIC Silver Book, and constructs a dispute-prevention harmonization model. The research method used is normative legal research, with statutory, comparative, and case approaches, applied to the Asahan 3 HEPP project. The results show that disputes in the execution phase are residues of errors in concept design in the pre-construction phase. This condition creates information asymmetry and injures the principle of good faith. Comparative analysis reveals significant gaps in variation and substantiation procedures. Bureaucratic rigidity in national contracts due to the disharmony between Law Number 2 of 2017 and the state finance regime hinders rapid resolution compared to the FIDIC early warning system. However, empirical evidence shows that SDB activation can effectively mitigate conflict escalation. The research concludes that the ideal harmonization model must transform the paradigm from dispute resolution to dispute prevention. This is achieved by integrating SDB institutionalization with the validity of BIM digital data as indisputable primary evidence. This step is necessary to guarantee legal certainty and the sustainability of national strategic projects.

Abstrak: Permintaan pasar akan kosmetik menjadi terus meningkat akan mendorong perkembangan industri kosmetika di Indonesia. Namun, maraknya bermacam jenis kosmetika tanpa ijin edar membawa resiko bagi penggunanya. Sejumlah studi menyebutkan bahwa beberapa sediaan produk kosmetika menunjukkan adanya kandungan pewarna berbahaya rhodamine B. Di samping itu, pemeriksaan pada lotion pemutih juga menunjukkan adanya kandungan logam berat merkuri di atas ambang batas persyaratan dari BPOM. Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan pada 23 orangbagi ibu-ibu kader PKK dan dasawisma tentangagar memahami cara memilih kosmetika yang tepat dan aman. KMetode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metodeini adalah ceramah presentasi dibantu video dan pemberian booklet berisi informasi tentang bahan kimia berbahaya pada kosmetik ilegal, tanya jawab dan diskusi juga membagikan kueisoner untuk menilai tingkat pemahaman ibu-ibu. Pada awal dan setelah penyuluhan, dilakukan evaluasi Hasil pretest dan postest terhadap pengetahuan kader. tentang kosmetika yang amanHasil evaluasi menunjukkan diketahui adanya penyuluhan dapat meningkatkanpeningkatan pengetahuan skor posttest 19% lebih tinggi dari skor pretest (p=0,01)para ibu PKK dalam memilih kosmetika yang aman. Kegiatan ini sangat diapresiasi oleh para ibu dan pemangku kepentingan, dikarenakan ibu-ibu adalah pengguna kosmetik sehingga diharapkan dapat untuk meminimalkan resiko kesehatan akibat menggunakan penggunaan kosmetik dengan kandungan bahan berbahaya.Abstract: Market demand for cosmetics continues to increase, encouraging the development of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia. However, the proliferation of various cosmetics without distribution permits carries risks for users. Some studies state that several cosmetic product preparations contain the dangerous dye rhodamine B. In addition, examination of whitening lotions also shows that the content of the heavy metal mercury is above the threshold requirements of the BPOM. Therefore, in this community service activity, 23 women from PKK and Dasawisma cadres provided counselling on how to choose safe cosmetics. Community service activities are carried out using the lecture method and giving booklets containing information about dangerous chemicals in illegal cosmetics. At the beginning and after counselling, an evaluation of the cadres' knowledge is carried out. The evaluation results showed an increase in the posttest score, which was 19% higher than the pretest score (p=0.01). This activity is highly appreciated by mothers and stakeholders because mothers are cosmetic users, so it is hoped that they can minimize the risk of using dangerous cosmetics.

Abstract: The mining sector in Indonesia continues to grow, leading to an increased utilization of heavy equipment in operational activities. PT X, as a mining contractor, faces significant challenges in managing used heavy equipment inventory, which consists of hundreds of units that still possess potential economic value. The main issues include limited data accessibility, outdated information, low data accuracy and transparency, complex data structures across multiple Excel files, and manual administrative processes for disposed documents. These conditions potentially reduce inventory management efficiency and increase the risk of inaccurate decision making. This study aims to develop a web-based prototype of a used heavy equipment inventory information system to improve data accessibility, accuracy, transparency, and real-time data update efficiency. The research utilizes inventory data from PT X covering the period from 2010 to 2024. The design thinking method is applied through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The empathize stage involves interviews, observations, SCOPES analysis, and activity system mapping, followed by the define stage using affinity diagrams, point of view, and how might we. The ideate stage employs SCAMPER and a priority matrix to identify key solution features, which are then implemented in a high-fidelity prototype. Prototype usability is evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show a SUS score of 74.29, indicating good usability and acceptability. The proposed system is expected to support faster, more accurate, and more transparent strategic decision-making in used heavy equipment inventory management. Abstrak: Sektor pertambangan di Indonesia terus berkembang sehingga berdampak pada meningkatnya penggunaan alat berat dalam operasional perusahaan. PT X sebagai kontraktor pertambangan menghadapi permasalahan dalam manajemen inventaris alat berat bekas yang berjumlah ratusan unit dan masih memiliki nilai ekonomis. Permasalahan utama meliputi keterbatasan aksesibilitas data, data yang tidak selalu diperbarui, rendahnya akurasi dan transparansi, kompleksitas struktur data pada berbagai file Excel, serta proses administrasi dokumen disposed yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan efisiensi pengelolaan inventaris dan meningkatkan risiko pengambilan keputusan yang kurang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan prototipe sistem informasi inventaris alat berat bekas berbasis web untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, akurasi, transparansi, serta efisiensi pembaruan data secara real-time. Data penelitian berasal dari inventaris alat berat PT X periode 2010–2024. Metode design thinking digunakan melalui tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Tahap empathize dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, analisis SCOPES, dan activity system mapping, dilanjutkan define menggunakan affinity diagram, point of view, dan how might we. Pada tahap ideate digunakan SCAMPER dan matriks prioritas, kemudian dikembangkan high-fidelity prototype dan diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in the digital era often faces the challenge of student passivity, especially in junior high schools, thus requiring innovation to increase student activity. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative model integrated with digital media to encourage the activity of 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Waru in the even semester of 2024/2025. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a field study design, involving IRE students and teachers as key informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an increase in student active participation in discussions, digital-based games, and tournaments, a decrease in passive behavior, and an increase in collaboration. This study concluded that the TGT model in the digital era encourages student activity in PAI learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan pabrik terhadap motivasi belajar IPS dan angka lulusan yang melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi di MAN 1 Serang tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII MAN 1 Serang sebanyak 222 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel 143 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat (normalitas dan linearitas), serta analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pabrik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar IPS, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 7,5%. Sementara itu, lingkungan pabrik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap angka lulusan yang melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,087 > 0,05 dan kontribusi pengaruh hanya sebesar 2,1%.
