Abstract

The problem in this study is how to manage risk at the Solok Regency Amil Zakat Agency in identifying risks, analyzing risks and evaluating risks in the Solok Regency BAZNAS. The purpose of this study is to find out the risk management in the collection of zakat and the distribution of zakat in BAZNAS Solok Regency, including to know the constraints in the BAZNAS program of Solok Regency in risk management. The type of research that the author uses (field research) field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique carried out by the author is interviews and documentation obtained from amil in BAZNAS Solok Regency. The results in the field can conclude that Risk Management, starting from the stages of risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk mitigation. Risk Management Research, starting from the stages of risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk mitigation. From these stages, risk identification to risk evaluation obtained 5 possible risks that can interfere with the performance and process of BAZNAS Solok Regency at any time.  The field of zakat collection in Solok regency high risk includes not achieving zakat, Muzakki Dissatisfaction medium risk includes limited access by Muzakki, low risk includes lack of manpower, lack of understanding of zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Service of Tanah Datar Regency which is mediated by organizational culture variables. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 33 respondents with total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Path analysis. The results showed that motivation and leadership had no effect on organizational culture but discipline had an effect on organizational culture. Motivation has no effect on employee performance while discipline, leadership and organizational culture affect employee performance. Motivation, discipline and leadership have no effect on employee performance through organizational culture. Organizational culture as an intervening variable is not able to mediate the variables of motivation, discipline and leadership so that these three variables have a direct influence on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Office of Tanah Datar Regency..

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on human capital development in developing countries, utilizing data from the Scopus database and visualization tools from VOSviewer. By examining 1,842 scholarly publications from 2000 to 2024, the analysis identifies key themes, influential authors, collaboration patterns, and temporal trends in the literature. The findings highlight that “human capital” is closely interlinked with core concepts such as “economic development,” “education,” and “sustainable development,” reflecting its central role in the discourse on inclusive growth. Over time, research has expanded to encompass newer topics like “innovation,” “climate change,” and “foreign direct investment,” indicating a shift toward integrative and forward-looking frameworks. Co-authorship and country collaboration maps reveal a dominant role of developed nations, particularly the United States, but also an encouraging rise in contributions from emerging economies in Africa and Asia. While the literature is increasingly diversified and collaborative, gaps remain in gendered analysis, informal labor perspectives, and South–South knowledge production. This study underscores the need for more inclusive, interdisciplinary, and context-sensitive approaches to advance the human capital agenda in developing countries.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of financing and Third Party Funds (DPK) towards the Return on Assets (ROA) of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in West Sumatera. This field research is a quantitative study with seven PT BPRS in West Sumatera as the object of the research. This research uses secondary data in the form of panel data which combined cross section and time series data. The panel data are quarterly financial statements from 2016 to 2018 which are recorded in Financial Service Authority (OJK). The result of this research shows financing and third party funds (DPK) influence ROA in the amount of 59,65% simultaneously. The rest of it are influenced by other factors that are not investigated. Partially, financing is the only subject that has influence toward ROA. Meanwhile, third party funds had no significant influence towards ROA of seven BPRS in West Sumatera. This case is interesting to be researched since quantitative data reflects fluctuation based on financing from 2016 until 2018 while DPK tend to increase. However, financing is the only subject that has significant influence towards ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen kelas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Talise, peneliti ingin menganalisis apakan ada hubungan atau pengaruh efektivitas manajemen kelas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan sebjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Talise menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran yang diamati berada dalam kategori baik dengan persentase skor 75.60%, pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup efektif, Guru yang diamati menerapkan pendekatan yang menyeluruh dalam mengelola kelas, dengan menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran berdasarkan suasana hati dan situasi siswa pada hari tersebut. Rutinitas yang jelas dan pengelolaan waktu yang baik menjadi dasar untuk memastikan pembelajaran berjalan efektif. Strategi yang digunakan melibatkan penggunaan teknologi, variasi dalam metode pengajaran, serta penguatan nilai kolaborasi dan kerja sama antar siswa. Secara keseluruhan, strategi manajemen kelas yang diterapkan berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, terbukti dengan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai mereka.

Abstract

Terminasi kontrak atau pemutusan kontrak adalah hal yang biasa terjadi apabila salah satu pihak melakukan penghentian kontrak yang disebabkan adanya kegagalan dalam memenuhi kewajibannya atas dasar kontrak yang telah disepakati antara kedua belah pihak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya terminasi kontrak dan bagaimana akibat hukum dari terminasi kontrak konstruksi tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara umum adalah bersifat empiris yaitu dengan cara mengamati secara langsung permasalahan pemutusan kontrak yang dihadapi oleh obyek penelitian. Pemutusan kontrak dilakukan oleh Institusi Auditor Perwakilan Provinsi Banten terhadap Penyedia Barang/Jasa PT. Jaya Karya yang disebabkan terjadinya wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh Penyedia dalam Pembangunan Gedung Instansi Auditor Perwakilan Banten, dimana rencana pembangunan yang seharusnya 57,9% namun realisasinya hanya mencapai 16,8% atau terjadi deviasi sebesar -41%. Sebelum melakukan pemutusan kontrak terlebih dahulu dilakukan SCM (Show Case Meeting) terdiri dari SCM ke-1, 2 dan ke-3, akibat dari pemutusan kontrak tersebut PT. Jaya Karya dikenakan sanksi yaitu terkait dengan; jaminan pelaksanaan, sisa uang muka harus dilunasi oleh penyedia atau jaminan uang muka dicairkan dan dikenakan Sanksi Daftar Hitam. Selanjutnya PT. Jaya Karya melakukan gugatan kepada Instansi Auditor Perwakilan Banten melalui PTUN, namun gugatan oleh PT. Jaya Karya ditolak oleh Pengadilan Negeri.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus, a metabolic disease, is a predisposing factor for diabetic nephropathy. This condition is defined by renal damage and hypercreatininemia in individuals with diabetes. Diabetic nephropathy is a multifactorial condition, with comorbidities playing a significant role in its pathogenesis. The purpose of this study was to determine the association between complicatin of diseases and serum creatinine levels among Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Nania Community Health Center, Ambon. The study adopted a cross-sectional design. A simple random sample was drawn for the study. The measurement of serum creatinine concentration is carried out using the Jaffé Reaction (Kinetic Method) at the Laboratory of the Maluku Province Special Regional Hospital. Chi-Square test was used to statistically analyze the data. A total of 30 patients were included in this study. Of these, 17 patients (56.7%) had complicatin, 10 patients (33.3%) had abnormal creatinine levels, and 7 patients (23.3%) had normal creatinine levels. Furthermore, 13 patients (43.3%) without complication had normal creatinine levels. The results of the Chi-Square test demonstrated a statistically significant association (p = 0.001) was found between complication and serum creatinine levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients. The results of statistical analysis demonstrated a statistically significant association (p = 0.001) between complication of diseases and serum creatinine concentration in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. This suggests that the presence of complication increases the likelihood of abnormal serum creatinine, consequently raising the possibility of diabetic nephropathy.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Hidayatul Muslimin 1 is situated in West Kalimantan Province. This school features 19 classrooms constructed from basic wooden structures. The educational facilities available at this school, including tables, chairs, blackboards, and shoe racks, were insufficient to facilitate effective learning; some students even had to sit on the floor due to the lack of teaching and learning facilities. In addition, the classroom walls look dull because the paint has faded, so they display the original color of the wood that is the material of the classroom walls. This Community Service initiative aims to create learning facilities that will not only foster a comfortable learning environment for students but also enhance the practical skills of Civil Engineering students in woodworking applications. The Community Service team and Civil Engineering students who practiced woodworking at the Civil Engineering Department Workshop at Pontianak State Polytechnic executed the project to create these educational facilities. The learning facilities created for Hidayatul Muslimin 1 Islamic Boarding School in West Kalimantan include 20 tables, 40 chairs, two whiteboards, and four shoe racks. Additionally, with the support of Civil Engineering students, several teachers, and students from the Islamic boarding school, the Community Service team renovated and painted two classrooms.

Abstract

Mata uang sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah sangat penting bagi masa perjuangan digunakan untuk logistik dalam revolusi fisik mempertahankan kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini membahas peran ORIDA (Oeang Repoeblik Indonesia Daerah) dalam perekonomian Sumatera Selatan selama Revolusi Fisik 1945-1949. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis latar belakang penerbitan ORIDA serta dampaknya terhadap kondisi ekonomi dan politik di Sumatera Selatan. Menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, penelitian ini menelusuri bagaimana kebijakan moneter darurat yang diterapkan melalui ORIDA menjadi strategi penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi di tengah keterbatasan distribusi mata uang dari Jawa ke Sumatera. Pemerintah daerah diberikan kewenangan untuk mencetak mata uang sendiri, yang dilakukan oleh berbagai otoritas, baik sipil maupun militer. Beberapa entitas yang terlibat dalam penerbitan mata uang ini antara lain Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Karesidenan Palembang, dan Kewedanaan Lintang IV Lawang, serta pihak militer seperti Brigade Garuda Dempo dan Sub Teritorial Palembang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerbitan ORIDA berperan penting dalam menopang perekonomian daerah, sekaligus mencerminkan dinamika perjuangan ekonomi dalam menghadapi ketidakstabilan akibat perang dan tekanan dari pihak Belanda.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a primary necessity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to thrive and grow in the digital era. In the city of Cilegon, many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods, which causes them to lag slightly behind in the digital market. Through this community service activity, training and assistance were provided on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in various business aspects, such as digital marketing, financial management, and product branding. The solution offered was AI education tailored to the specific needs of business owners. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using technology to support operations and enhance the competitiveness of local products. In conclusion, the use of AI contributes positively to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs, improving business efficiency, and sustainably expanding market reach.
