Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the mapping quality of early childhood education either child care, play groups, kindergartens or raudlatul athfal in the District of Mojokerto. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The design of this study used a survey method at Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Mojokerto regency. Sampling in this study using 82 samples of saturated sample techniques. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis, from 82 PAUD institutions, it is found that the mapping of the quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Muslimat NU Mojokerto Regency is mostly in high quality as many as 74 PAUD institutions (90.24%), in the current position there are 7 PAUD institutions (8.54%), and less categories by 1 PAUD institution (1.22%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of sociodrama techniques in increasing anti-bullying awareness of students through group guidance services. This study used action research (Action Research), with 2 cycles, namely cycles I and 2, each meeting two times and each meeting using a time of 1 time 40 minutes. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation to determine the level of politeness of students in the implementation of group guidance services in schools. The research subjects were 10 students from school who have problems in their polite behavior. Based on the results of observations of students in cycle I and cycle II, it is known that there has been an increase in the politeness of students which includes good criteria for the implementation of group guidance services using the Sociodrama technique, namely at the meeting after the implementation of cycle 1, there was a change in the behavior of students reaching 63%, which means that in shows the politeness behavior of students in Good Criteria, and at the meeting after cycle 2 there is an increase to 76%, namely in Good criteria. Thus from the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the action research hypothesis which reads "The use of sociodrama techniques can increase anti-bullying awareness through group guidance with sociodrama techniques" can be accepted.

Abstract

Pada aspek kognitif, anak mengalami perkembangan pada otaknya sehingga mereka semakin mudah untuk belajar, mengingat, serta berpikir logis. Tujuan ini ialah dalam rangka melakukan kajian menangani hambatan siswa dalam belajar berdasarkan sudut pandang neuropsikologi melalui memberikan informasi data hasil temuan agar bisa diberikan terapi serta pemeriksaan lebih lanjut secepatnya. Riset ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 116 siswa yang mana memiliki prestasi rendah dalam belajar sejumlah 60 orang (sebagai kasus) serta sejumlah 56 orang lainnya mempunyai prestasi tinggi (sebagai kontrol). Disamping dilakukan tes kemaknaan dan korelasi antara kasus dan kontrol terhadap temuan aspek neuropsikologi Peneliti menggunakan analisis data melalui perhitungan proporsinya kemudian dilanjutkan pada tabulasi silang untuk selanjutnya diuji kemaknaan diantaranya, t-test, chie square tes dan uji korelasi r. Pearson. Pengaruh beberapa variabel bebas (jenis kelamin, umur, BMI, gangguan neuropsikologi) terhadap variabel terikat (prestasi belajar rendah) menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar sangat dipengaruhi secara kuat oleh adanya gangguan pada perkembangan anak serta neuropsikologi (p <0.05). Masalah ini bersifat interdisipliner antara bidang ilmu medis (neurologi), psikologis, linguistik, terapi wicara dan ilmu-ilmu terikat lainnya.

Abstract

The presence of "new media such as mobile phones, internet and social media has made major changes in the delivery of messages and communication patterns in children and adolescents. On the other hand, media can make children and teenagers lose their identity, and worsen the morality of children and adolescents. Based on preliminary studies, the negative effects of the "new media are among the addicted children of online games, addicted to social media, children's time to play mobile phones, children become victims of sexual harassment through the media, the emergence of conflict due to postings on social media, and so on. Some of the roles that school counselors can do to anticipate the emergence of a moral crisis in children and adolescents are; 1) improving skills in utilizing the presence of "new media"; 2) working with teachers and parents in monitoring the use of œnew media, in the form of frequency, duration and content; 3) educating positive internet usage; 4) studying counseling strategies to deal with emerging problems, addiction to onlie games, pornography, bullying and hate speech.Keywords: Role, Counselor, Moral Crisis, "Baru" Media

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkankan kompetensi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru Bimbingan dan Konseling tingkat SMP di Kota Mojokerto. Target yang adalah meningkatkanya pemahaman serta keterampilan memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di bidang karier terutama dalam hal mendampingi siswa dalam program perencanaan individual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik wawancara dan angket terbuka. Subyek penelitian adalah 44 guru BK. Adapun teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik prosentase. Kompetesi yang dilatihkan adalah softskills berupa pelayanan di bidang karier yag berorientasi pada pendekatan CIP..Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM adalah pelatihan kepada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam waktu tertentu dengan menggunakan siklus Communication, Analysis, synthesis, Valuing, dan Execution (CASVE)  berfungsi sebagai suatu basis untuk membantu para konseli dengan pengambilan keputusan.  Hasil pelatihan dengan menggunakan instrument angket terbuka menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling sebesar 91%. Sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelatihan ini mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,36 atau 84% atau masuk kategori sangat berguna dan 3,24 atau 81% memenuhi kriteria kepatutan. Sedangkan untuk peningkatan ketrampilan communication meningkat 88,24%,  Analysis 85,29 %, synthesis 91,18%, Valuing 91,18%, dan Execution 94,12%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student discipline through cognitive behavioural counselling in SMP Negeri 1 Dawarblandong, Mojokerto Regency students. The research population was all students in class IX, and the research sample consisted of seven students with low levels of discipline. Test and post-test. Data analysis techniques using SPSS using experimental methods. In this research design, the researcher used an experimental model, namely a research design that contained a pre-test before being given treatment and a post-test after being given treatment.The results showed that the level of discipline of students of SMP Negeri 1 Dawarblandong with cognitive-behavioural counselling was practical. This is following the results of a score of 0.000, where 0.000 <0.05, then there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test data, meaning that there is a change after cognitive-behavioural counselling was carried out in improving student discipline SMP Negeri 1 Dawarblandong Mojokerto.

Abstract

The formation of a nation can be seen from the people in it who are faithful, pious, intellectual, dignified, and responsible. Educators play a major role in the formation of students in schools towards the development of attitudes and behavior to create a strong nation. Furthermore, if intelligence is formed, it will manifest good attitudes and behavior. With the literature study method, this research will examine spiritual intelligence, social attitudes of elementary school students, and the relevance of spiritual intelligence to the social attitudes of elementary school students. This study is sourced from journals, thesis, internet, theses, dissertations, books, or other relevant sources. In the aspect of spiritual intelligence, it proves to have an effect on the attitudes and behavior of elementary school to university students. There is a need for more specific follow-up research to find out the relevance of spiritual intelligence to the social attitudes of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the correlation between perception of organizational support, culture of organization, and support of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) . Subjects were employees who are working at PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. The sample consists of 28 employees. Data collected using questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that rxy= 0,411 which means that there is no significant relationship between perception of organizational support, culture of organization, and support of organizational citizenship behavior among participants. It can be assumed from the result that the higher perception of organizational support and organizational culture does not correlate to higher organizational citizenship behavior.Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional untuk menguji hubungan antara antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)  . Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang sedang bekerja di PT Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan dan sampelnya 28 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya dengan rxy= 0,411. Hal tersebut menunjukkan apabila persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi tinggi, maka tidak berarti organizational citizenship behavior tinggi pula.

Abstract

This study aimed at exploring the emotional dynamics of children with autistic. A qualitative approach with case study method was employed. Two autistic children with average autism severity in Cita Hati Bunda School and Therapy Center for autistic children Sidoarjo were recruited as participants. Data were collected from interviews, observation, and relevant documents. The Plutchiks concept of emotion components, namely stimulus event, inferred cognition, physiological arousal, feeling state, impulse to action, and overt behaviour and effect was used to invoke some psychological insight in the analysis. The study found that the dynamic of emotions that occurs in autistic children was influenced mainly by situational factors. The result suggested that autistic children need more times to perceive the contexts of stimuli. However, this study was not able to explain how these children make meanings of those stimuli.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika emosional pada anak-anak autis. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus diguna-kan. Dua anak autis dengan tingkat keparahan autisme rata-rata di Cita Hati Bunda Sekolah dan Terapi Pusat autis anak Sidoarjo direkrut sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen yang relevan. Konsep Plutchik tentang komponen emosi, yaitu stimulus event, inferred cogni-tion, physiological arousal, feeling state, impulse to action,  overt behaviour dan effect digunakan untuk memberikan wawasan psikologis dalam menganalisis data. Studi ini menemukan bahwa meskipun ketika emosi itu bangkit anak-anak autistik ini tidak mampu mengontrolnya, namun dinamika emosi yang terjadi pada anak autistik sesungguhnya dipengaruhi terutama oleh faktor situasional. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak autis perlu waktu yang lebih banyak  untuk memahami konteks rangsangan. Namun, penelitian ini tidak dapat menjelaskan bagaimana anak-anak ini memaknai berbagai rangsangan yang mereka terima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the representation of science process skills in science learning tools from a neuropsychological perspective uses tools that are valid, practical, and also effective in training science process skills which will later produce an image or representation of science process skills. This study uses three stages of the 4-D model, with the stages of definition, design, and development. This research is only limited to development. The representation of the learning device was tested in the fifth grade of elementary school with a one group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the representation of science process skills was interesting and easy to understand. By showing learning practicality data, device validity data, and also device effectiveness data in representing science process skills. Assisted by a very positive student response, it shows that the neuropsychology of students looks good. Overall, the representation of science process skills using this learning tool can help students process thinking more logically, and balance behavior better.
