Abstract

Analisa risiko kegagalan proses adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendeteksi risiko-risiko apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kegagalan proses utamanya proses produksi yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh terhadap kegagalan sistem. Dari analisa tersebut nantinya akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengatasi risiko yang timbul di masa akan datang dan juga dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan atau menghilangkan kegagalan sebelum kinerja sistem mengalami penurunan. Konsep analisa risiko kegagalan dengan pendekatan metode FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) konvensional dan Fuzzy FMEA diterapkan pada 5 tahapan proses produksi penjernihan air bersih didapatkan 20 failure mode. Penentuan urutan prioritas perbaikan kegagalan proses dengan menghitung nilai RPN dengan metode FMEA konvensional kemudian menghitung nilai FRPN dengan metode Fuzzy FMEA. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari perbandingan hasil perhitungan yang disajikan kedua metode tersebut sehingga mengurangi bias yang terjadi dalam menangkap informasi prioritas perbaikan yang harus dilakukan. Hasil akhir diharapkan dapat dihasilkan usulan perbaikan sesuai dengan kondisi riil yang ada pada perusahaan. Kata kunci: Risiko, Proses Penjernihan Air, FMEA, Fuzzy

Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Namun semakin bertambahnya penduduk maka semakin meningkat pula kebutuhan air yang harus dipenuhi. Akibat penurunan kualitas air tanah, menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang beralih menggunakan air PDAM. Penggunaan air PDAM oleh konsumen, pada umumnya diukur dengan menggunakan meteran air atau watermeter. Untuk pengecekan jumlah penggunaan air oleh pihak PDAM dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan petugas ke masing-masing pelanggan setiap bulan serta mencatatnya satu persatu. Cara tersebut kurang efektif dan efesien serta membutuhkan banyak tenaga dan biaya serta menghabiskan banyak waktu. Disamping perihal tersebut, pelanggan tidak bisa memantau pemakaian airnya secara langsung serta wajib menunggu petugus tiba untuk mengetahui jumlah pemakaian airnya sepanjang satu bulan. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah alat untuk memudahkan pihak dan pelanggan PDAM dalam melakukan monitoring penggunaan air sekaligus jumlah pembayarannya. Alat tersebut berupa sebuah Sistem Monitoring Penggunaan Air PDAM menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things dengan menggunakan sensor water flow yang akan mendeteksi penggunaan air yang dihabiskan dan diolah lewat Node MCU. Hasil data yang sudah diolah akan dikirim kedalam database dan dapat dilihat melalui website E-Water pada setiap akun pelanggan.

Abstract

Pengembangan produk Meja Sablon Semi Otomatis sangat penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen untuk melakukan kegiatan penyablonan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada umumnya dalam industri kecil atau rumah tangga untuk menyablon pakaian masih menggunakan alat sablon manual sehingga mengakibatkan waktu pengerjaan yang lama dan menguras tenaga serta hasil sablon kurang presisi. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat Meja Sablon Semi Otomatis untuk skala usaha kecil dan menengah dengan menggunakan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment). Berdasarkan hasil rancangan dengan analisa QFD dihasilkan Meja Sablon Semi Otomatis dengan harga jual sebesar Rp Rp 2.592.629. Meja Sablon Semi Otomatis hasil penelitian ini sudah ditambahkan dengan rangkaian pneumatic sebagai otomatisasi. Selain itu meja terbuat dari bahan besi yang kuat dan tahan terhadap tekanan serta mudah dibongkar pasang sehingga produk tersebut awet dan mudah dibersihkan. Abstract

Meja belajar merupakan salah satu penunjang kegiatan belajar namun disain meja belajar yang ada saat ini tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen, khususnya bagi mahasiswa. Pengembangan disain meja belajar ini diharapkan dapat menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan serta menghasilkan meja belajar yang ergonomis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan produk meja belajar multifungsi ini menggunakan pengukuran parameter metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Antropometri. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan customer needs menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 atribut (customer requirement) dan 13 parameter teknis (technical response). Berkaitan dengan hal itu dalam perancangan produk meja belajar multifungsi menggunakan material berupa kayu triplek, penggunaannya dapat dilipat dan diatur disesuaikan dengan posisi yang diinginkan. Ukuran tinggi maksimal alas meja 58 cm, Panjang pada alas meja 43 cm dan lebar 48 cm. Meja ini memiliki beberapa fitur yaitu terdapat fitur port USB, terdapat fitur penyimpanan, dilengkapi dengan power soket, desain yang simple, menarik, praktis serta ergonomis dan dimensi produk yang ideal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dalam pemakaian produk tersebut. Abstract

Background: The maritime industry's increasing emphasis on holistic well-being and environmental responsibility necessitates a reevaluation of traditional training methods. This research evaluates maritime education program effectiveness in preparing cadets for industry demands, uniquely integrating health and sustainability with vocational competencies. This study aimed to evaluate the adequacy of current maritime education in preparing cadets for the physical, mental, and vocational demands of seafaring, and to identify methods for better integrating health and sustainability into the curriculum. Methods: This qualitative study explored cadet preparedness in maritime education, focusing on health, sustainability, and vocational competencies. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 participants, including maritime experts, lecturers, and graduates, selected for their diverse perspectives. Classroom and training observations supplemented interview data, providing a holistic view of current practices. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key themes related to competency development and sustainability, allowing for cross-group comparisons. Finally, narrative synthesis integrated findings into a cohesive understanding of how maritime education can better prepare future seafarers. This multi-method approach ensured a comprehensive and triangulated dataset, enhancing the robustness of the research findings. Results: The results indicate that current programs effectively prepare cadets for physical and vocational challenges, and sustainability practices are incorporated. However, there is a need for enhanced mental health support and deeper integration of contemporary sustainability practices. Conclusions: To ensure a resilient and sustainable workforce in the evolving maritime industry, it is crucial to refine maritime education by balancing physical, mental, and vocational competencies with comprehensive sustainability training.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The article, a literature review of the implementation of talent management on company sustainability, is a scientific literature article in the field of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review is qualitative and descriptive. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous research, each relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Talent Management affects Company Sustainability; 2) Ability affects Company Sustainability; 3) Assessment affects Company Sustainability; and 4) Mentoring affects Company Sustainability.

Abstract

The limitations of conventional learning media in improving the environmental literacy of high school students are a challenge in the digital era. To overcome this, media innovations, such as TikTok, are needed that are contextual and relevant to the habits of the younger generation. This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality, readability, and effectiveness of TikTok-based biology learning media products with socio-scientific forest conversion issues in the Indonesian Capital City to support the environmental literacy of high school students. This research is a development research or Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The research subjects comprised material experts, media experts, biology teachers, and 36 SMA N 1 Godean students. The research instruments used were expert validation questionnaires, teacher assessment questionnaires, and student assessment questionnaires analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques, as well as pre-test and post-test assessments of students with N-Gain analysis. The results of the study showed that TikTok-based learning media with socio-scientific issues of forest conversion in the Indonesian Capital City to support environmental literacy of high school students was successfully developed in the form of EnvironByTikTok media. The EnvironByTikTok media was declared very feasible based on the results of the validation of material experts by obtaining a percentage of 96% and was also declared very feasible based on the results of the validation of media experts by obtaining a percentage of 88%. In addition, the assessment by teachers obtained a very practical category with an average assessment percentage of 100%, and the assessment from students obtained a very good category with an average percentage of 97.9%. The N-Gain score result of 0.675 indicates that the EnvironByTikTok media is effective with a moderate category to support the environmental literacy of high school students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh tegakan jati (Tectona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) dan campuran terhadap kondisi faktor fisik-faktor kimia dan faktor klimatik, (2) mengetahui hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dengan tingkat keanekaragaman jenis makrofauna tanah pada pola agroforesri berupa jati (Tectona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) dan campuran di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta, dan (3) mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman jenis makrofauna tanah pada pola agroforesri berupa jati (Tectona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) dan campuran di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif eksploratif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Jetisjogopaten, Kapanewon Sleman, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan uji metode pit fall trap dan hand sorting serta menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa indeks keanakaragaman jenis, indeks kemerataan, indeks kekayaan jenis, indeks dominansi, dan korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komposisi tegakan memberikan peningkatan dan dampak yang lebih baik terhadap sifat fisik dan kimia tanah. Lahan dengan pola agroforestri jati lebih baik pada sifat fisik tanah, yaitu intensitas cahaya, kelembaban tanah, suhu udara, suhu tanah, kelembaban udara, dan pH tanah. Selain itu juga meningkatkan sifat kimia tanah, yaitu kadar bahan organik tanah berupa C dan N, (2) terdapat hubungan atau korelasi positif pada intensitas cahaya dan kelembaban tanah  yang menandakan adanya peningkatan yang dapat menaikkan indeks keanekaragaman makrofauna tanah, dan korelasi negatif pada kelembaban udara, suhu udara, suhu tanah, dan pH yang menandakan jika penurunan suatu faktor lingkungan maka akan dapat menurunkan indeks keanekaragaman makrofauna tanah, dan (3) makrofauna tanah yang ditemukan pada ketiga lahan dengan pola agroforestri terdiri dari 26 spesies, yaitu Lumbricus terestris, Geotrupes stercorarius, Xystrocera festiva, Phyllophaga sp., Lepidiota stigma, Scolopendra sp., Tetramorium caespitum, Ochetellus, Solenopsis spp, Camponotus pennsylvanicus, Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa, Gryllus assimilis, Euborelia sp., Forficula auricularia, Eurycotis floridana, Oxyopes javanus, Coptotermes curvignathus, Hirudo medicinalis, Haemodipsa sp., Lymantria dispar dispar, Stomoxys calcitrans, Geophilus flavus, Leptocorisa acuta, Dysdercus cingulatus, Anoplodesmus saussurii, dan Mantis religiosa. This research used a quantitative approach with an exploratory descriptive study design. The aims of this study were: (1) to know the influence of teak’s stand (Tectona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) and mixtures on the conditions of physical-chemical factors and climatic factors, (2) to know the relationship between environmental factors and the level of diversity of soil macrofauna species at agroforestry patterns in the form of teak (Testona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) and mixtures in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, and (3) to know  the level of diversity of soil macrofauna species in agroforestry patterns in the form of teak (Testona grandis), sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) and mixtures in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with an exploratory descriptive study design. This research take the location at Jetisjogopaten Village, Kapanewon Sleman, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. In collecting the data, the researcher used pitfall trap, hand sorting, data analysis techniques for species diversity index, evenness index, species richness index, dominance index, and Pearson correlation. The results of this study showed that: (1) the composition of the stand showed its increased and a better impact on the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Land with an agroforestry teak pattern is better on the physical properties of the soil, namely light intensity, soil moisture, air temperature, soil temperature, air humidity, and soil pH. In addition, it also improves soil chemical properties, namely soil organic matter content in the form of C and N, (2) there is a positive correlation on light intensity and soil moisture which indicates that an increase in light intensity can increase soil macrofauna diversity index and a negative correlation on the air humidity, air temperature, soil temperature, and pH which indicate that a decrease in an environmental factor will reduce the index of soil macrofauna diversity and (3) the macroanimal soil found in the three agroforestry land pattern consist of 26 species, there were Lumbricus terrestris, Geotrupes stercorarius, Xystrocera festiva, Phyllophaga sp., Lepidiota stigma, Scolopendra sp., Tetramorium caespitum, Ochetellus, Solenopsis spp, Camponotus pennsylvanicus, Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa, Grylborus assimilis, Euficula assimilis, Euficana sp., Oxyopes javanus,Coptotermes curvignathus, Hirudo medicinalis, Haemodipsa sp., Lymantria dispar dispar, Stomoxys calcitrans, Geophilus flavus, Leptocorisa acuta, Dysdercus cingulatus, Anoplodesmus saussurii, and Mantis religiosa.The diversity index value of each land is mixtures (1,622); sengon(1,501); and teak’s (1,312).Keywords: Environmental factors, diversity, agroforestric land, macrofauna soil

Abstract

Abstrak: Kota Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota layak anak di Indonesia yang menyediakan berbagai ruang publik bagi aktivitas anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variasi bentuk ruang publik serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan ruang publik oleh anak-anak di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada dua lokasi, yaitu Taman Pintar dan kawasan Lempuyangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Pintar merupakan ruang publik yang dirancang secara terencana, sedangkan kawasan Lempuyangan tumbuh secara spontan tanpa perencanaan, dengan kondisi lahan terbatas dan minim fasilitas bermain namun tetap ramai dikunjungi anak-anak. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan ruang tersebut meliputi lokasi yang strategis, aksesibilitas tinggi, daya tarik lingkungan, rasa tempat yang hidup, serta fleksibilitas ruang yang tersedia.Abstract: Yogyakarta City is one of the child-friendly cities in Indonesia that provides various public spaces for children's activities. This research aims to find out the variations in the form of public spaces and analyze the factors that influence the utilization of public spaces by children in Yogyakarta City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in two locations, namely Taman Pintar and the Lempuyangan area. The results showed that Taman Pintar is a planned public space, while the Lempuyangan area grew spontaneously without planning, with limited land conditions and minimal play facilities but still visited by children. Factors that influence the utilization of the space include strategic location, high accessibility, environmental attractiveness, a lively sense of place, and flexibility of available space.

Abstract

Water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica) possesses hyperaccumulator properties, a high level of tolerance, and fast growth. These characteristics indicate that water kale (Ipomoea aquatica) can remediate leachate which is a source of pollution around the Banyuroto landfill. This study aims to (1) evaluate the effectiveness of the water spinach plant (Ipomoea aquatica) as a phytoremediator for Banyuroto landfill leachate, (2) assess the plant's performance as a phytoremediator for Banyuroto landfill leachate. A single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used with Leachate concentration treatments of 10%, 20%, 30%. Observed parameters included leachate water quality (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, total N, cadmium) and plant performance (number of leaves and wet weight). Leachate water quality was analyzed using the effectiveness calculation, while plant performance was carried out using One Way Anova. The results showed the highest effectiveness of phytoremediation at the 10% level for BOD, COD, TSS parameters. The highest total effectiveness parameter N is at the 20% level. Cadmium parameters at all levels of effectiveness value are the same. Furtehrmore, leachate had no significant effect on the growth performance of water spinach.
