Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nusa Tenggara Barat Nomor 3 Tahun 2025 tentang pembagian urusan pariwisata dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, serta menelaah implikasi hukum administrasi terhadap potensi tumpang tindih kewenangan antara pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota akibat pengaturan operasional lintas wilayah dalam Perda tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan fokus pada pengujian legitimasi dan validitas Perda NTB Nomor 3 Tahun 2025. Berdasarkan asas lex superior derogat legi inferiori, Perda harus selaras dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 karena fungsi Perda adalah sebagai instrumen pelaksana teknis, bukan sebagai perumus ulang pembagian urusan pemerintahan. Perda akan kehilangan legitimasi dan dianggap bertentangan dengan prinsip desentralisasi apabila materi muatannya mengambil alih kewenangan yang secara eksplisit menjadi hak kabupaten/kota, khususnya dalam aspek perizinan operasional. Potensi tumpang tindih kewenangan yang muncul dapat dikategorikan sebagai pelanggaran terhadap Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik (AUPB), yang berimplikasi pada terjadinya maladministrasi, ketidakpastian hukum, hingga sengketa di Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Lebih lanjut, Perda tersebut berisiko dibatalkan melalui uji materiil oleh Mahkamah Agung atau melalui pembatalan oleh pemerintah pusat. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan Perda harus dilakukan secara cermat untuk menghindari tindakan ultra vires serta memastikan tata kelola pariwisata yang efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan prinsip otonomi daerah.

Abstract

Facei mist was a beiauity carei produict in thei form of a spray or mist which fuinctions to increiasei thei moistuirei of thei ouiteir layeir of thei skin. Thei binahong plant (Anreideira cordifolia (Tein.)Steieinis) has many activei compouinds, incluiding alkaloids, flavonoids and saponins. Thei flavonoid conteint in binahong leiaveis (Anreideira cordifolia (Tein.) Steieinis) plays a rolei in facial cleiansing produicts, facial masks and freisheineirs. Thei high conteint of flavonoids and vitamin Ei makeis it eiffeictivei in fighting freiei radicals. This stuidy aims to eixaminei thei physical characteiristics and stability of a facei mist preiparation from 96% eithanol eixtract of binahong leiaveis (Anreideira cordifolia (Tein) Steieinis ). This reiseiarch was a typei of quiantitativei reiseiarch carrieid ouit eixpeirimeintally by making a facei mist preiparation by comparing thei physical characteiristics and stability of thei facei mist preiparation with 96% eithanol eixtract of reid binahong leiaveis and carrying ouit organoleiptic teists, pH teists, homogeineiity teists, moistuirei teists, dry timei teists and stability teist. Thei reisuilts of this stuidy show that in thei stability teist of facei mist preiparations, theirei is no significant diffeireincei in thei Ph teist, and theirei is no significant diffeireincei in thei moistuirei teist, P > 0.05 in thei pH teist. dry P > 0.05. Concluision: 96% eithanol eixtract of reid binahong leiaveis contains thei seicondary meitabolitei Flavoid saponin, Tannin. Comparison of thei physical characteiristics of facei mist preiparations from 196% eithano eixtract of binahong leiaveis at conceintrations of 6% and 10%, theirei arei diffeireinceis in thei oragoleiptic teist.

Abstract

The current study aims to investigates the effect of pre service EFL teachers awareness of promoting deeper learning on students 21st century skills encouragement This quantitative research uses a cross sectional survey design The participants were 366 pre service EFL teachers from five universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Indonesia The data were collected by distributing two questionnaires: the Deeper Learning Awareness adapted from Jiang 2022 and Rodriguez and Fitzpatrick 2014 and the 21st Century Skills questionnaires adapted from Kelley et al 2019 The pilot testing expert judgement and SPPS analysis were used to assess the questionnaires validity reliability and practicality The data were analyzed using Regression Analysis The result reported that pre service EFL teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are aware of promoting deeper learning to support students 21st century skills Their deeper learning awareness also significantly predicted the promotion of 21st century skills The more pre service EFL teachers are aware of promoting deeper learning the more the 21st century skills are implemented in the EFL learning < p>

Abstract

Perencanaan Strategis dibutuhkan untuk menyesuaikan gerak langkah organisasi dengan sistem informasi yang pas dengan irama perkembangan organisasi dan mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem informasi organisasi di masa yang akan datang. Perencanaan strategis Sistem Informasi dan teknologi informasi diharapkan  dapat mendukung Politeknik Negeri Sambas dalam mencapai visi dan sasaran-sasaran strategis yang ingin dicapai. Layanan-layanan IT diharapkan dapat menyajikan informasi yang cepat, tepat, akurat, dan mudah dipahami kepada pihak yang terkait dalam rangka untuk mencapai visi Politeknik Negeri Sambas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui analisis value chain terhadap perencanaan strategis si/ti yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengembangan arsitektur sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi. Bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah menggunakan studi kasus dengan objek penelitian pada Politeknik Negeri Sambas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah analisis value chain terhadapstrategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang mengacu pada rencana bisnis organisasi  bagi Politeknik Negeri Sambas dalam pengembangan sistem/teknologi informasi guna mendukung pencapaian visi, misi dan tujuan bisnis organisasi.

Abstract

Background: Learning to read and write the Qur’an is a fundamental skill for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Traditional teaching methods often result in limited student engagement and lower learning outcomes. Implementing an active learning model, such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), is expected to improve students’ Qur’an reading skills. Objective: This study aims to determine the improvement in students’ ability to read the Qur’an after the application of the PBL model. Method: The research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR) in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of one meeting, which included action planning, implementation of the PBL model, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Student learning outcomes were analyzed descriptively by comparing results from Cycle 1 and Cycle 2. Results: The findings indicate an improvement in students’ Qur’an reading skills in Class 2B at MIN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Learning outcomes increased by 5%, from 62% in Cycle 1 to 67% in Cycle 2, within four days of implementing the PBL model. Conclusion: The PBL model effectively enhances students’ Qur’an reading skills by fostering active participation and problem-solving abilities. Contribution: This study guides teachers on implementing PBL to improve Qur’an reading learning outcomes, promoting active learning and student engagement in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the education equity policies in remote areas of Indonesia and Malaysia to identify the differences, similarities, and effectiveness in addressing socioeconomic disparities between urban and remote regions. The study examines policy documents, government reports, and previous research using a qualitative comparative approach. Indonesia employs a regional autonomy approach, while Malaysia adheres to a centralized system in education policy. Both countries have adopted financial assistance programs to increase the participation of students from low-income families in remote areas. Critical challenges in policy implementation include limited facilities and infrastructure, demanding access to transportation, limited human resources, and sociocultural barriers. The study finds that policy successes are evident in increased student participation, improved infrastructure accessibility, provision of teaching staff, and community support. However, budget constraints and human resource limitations remain significant obstacles. The research concludes that effective education equity policies require proactive government involvement, active community participation, and periodic monitoring and evaluation to enhance policy effectiveness.

Abstract

English learning materials play a pivotal role in supporting vocational high school (SMK) students in acquiring language competencies relevant to both academic progression and workplace demands. This study evaluates the quality, relevance, and pedagogical suitability of government-issued English coursebooks for Grades 10, 11, and 12 used in Indonesian vocational schools. Employing the SQRAR (Structure, Quality, Relevance, Appropriateness, and Readability) evaluation framework, expert reviewers in English language teaching assessed the coursebooks based on content organization, contextual alignment, linguistic features, and usability. The findings show that while the materials generally align with the national curriculum, several aspects require enhancement—particularly in integrating vocationally contextualized content, improving readability, and strengthening task authenticity. The study highlights the need for systematic revisions and adaptive learning resources that better reflect the linguistic, professional, and communicative needs of vocational students. Recommendations include embedding workplace discourse, incorporating industry-relevant tasks, and enriching multimodal resources to ensure that English materials more effectively support students’ future employability in diverse vocational fields.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in school marketing management in order to increase the number of new students. Principals play an important role in developing effective marketing strategies to attract prospective students and parents. This research will involve school principals, teachers, students, and student guardians as respondents. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collected using observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Efforts made by madrasa heads to increase the number of new students involve several steps, such as market analysis, understanding competition with other educational institutions, financial analysis, forming marketing teams or committees, and implementing marketing strategies through various methods such as promotion through print media, optimizing relations with educational institutions and other institutions, as well as word of mouth promotion. Apart from that, service counters were also made, and information was provided to the public about the absence of registration fees and tuition fees. The process of supervising the implementation of activities is carried out through weekly evaluation meetings and directions to team members and teachers. The results of marketing management carried out by the head of the madrasa show that the community in general feels the presence of Madrasa Aliyah Nurul Iman Singkut and the good contribution it makes to the surrounding environment. The marketing efforts undertaken have also succeeded in improving relations with stakeholders. Even though marketing management has been well implemented, the increase in the number of new students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Singkut is still not significant due to certain factors that become obstacles, such as competitors in educational institutions, limited budgets, limited facilities and infrastructure, and limited human Resources. on the other hand.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the influence of STEM-PjBL learning integrated with technology media on students' critical thinking skills on the material of the Nature of Science and Scientific Methods in the context of social phenomena, and to see the effectiveness of this approach in improving students' scientific reasoning. Methodology: The study used a mixed methods sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were obtained through critical thinking tests and questionnaires, while qualitative data were obtained through interviews and observations. Analysis included normality, homogeneity, t-tests, ANOVA, and effect size tests using SPSS. Learning was supported by digital simulations, virtual experiment applications, and technological devices in the implementation of STEM-PjBL.. Main Findings: The results showed a significant increase in critical thinking skills in the experimental class compared to the control class. Posttest scores, gain scores, and effect size (d = 1.58) indicated a significant effect. Qualitative findings revealed increased student engagement, ability to interpret data through digital media, self-reflection, and more effective application of scientific methods during the project compared to conventional learning. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research offers novelty through the simultaneous integration of STEM-PjBL, interactive technology media, and basic material on the Nature of Science within the context of social phenomena, which has rarely been studied before. This study also simultaneously assesses critical thinking and science process skills, thus providing a new contribution to the development of technology-based science learning to strengthen students' scientific abilities.

Abstract

Obat merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan, namun penyimpanan dan pembuangan obat yang tidak tepat masih banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Tingginya kepemilikan obat sisa, rusak, dan kedaluwarsa di rumah tangga berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan, seperti penyalahgunaan obat, pencemaran lingkungan, serta peredaran obat palsu. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai cara pemusnahan obat yang benar menjadi salah satu faktor utama terjadinya permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang bahaya membuang obat sembarangan serta memberikan solusi pemusnahan obat yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi menggunakan presentasi dan media leaflet. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Rejosari bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas setempat, dengan melibatkan 30 orang ibu rumah tangga sebagai sasaran utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penyuluhan, sebagian besar peserta belum memahami cara pemusnahan obat yang benar dan cenderung menyimpan atau membuang obat langsung ke tempat sampah. Setelah kegiatan edukasi, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai identifikasi obat rusak dan kedaluwarsa, dampak buruk pembuangan obat yang tidak tepat, serta prosedur pemusnahan obat yang aman.
