Abstract

The performance of the road sweeping task force is the result of employee work achieved by meeting the criteria and deadlines that have been set. Some of the factors that affect performance include discipline and occupational health and safety (K3). This study aims to analyze discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of the sweeping task force. This study aims to analyze discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of the sweeping task force. This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 55 respondents. The distribution was carried out offline by measuring answers using a linkert scale score of 1-5. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of the road sweeping task force. whereas occupational health and safety (OHS) does not have a significant effect on the performance of the task force for sweeping the southern cleanliness rayon road 1 of the Surabaya City Environment Agency.

Abstract

Advances in medical imaging and utilization have encouraged the development of more sophisticated image analysis technologies. In this context, image segmentation acts as a fundamental preprocessing step, but fetal echocardiography (FE) image segmentation still faces challenges in terms of accuracy and efficiency. The dataset for developing the FE image segmentation model was obtained from the examination results of patients at Muhammad Husein Hospital (RSMH) in Palembang who had normal conditions, atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD), and atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD), totaling 650 FE images, which have been verified by experts. Compared to previous studies, this study focuses on creating a DL-based segmentation model for FE images using an open-source framework and the Python MIScnn library, which is specifically designed for medical imaging. This differs from previous DL frameworks that are more general, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, which do not emphasize specialization for medical imaging. Furthermore, in an effort to improve model accuracy and efficiency, various configurations were tested, including variations in batch size and loss functions. the Model performance evaluation was conducted comprehensively using various important metrics in addition to pixel accuracy and IoU, such as F1 score, average accuracy, precision, recall, and False Positive Rate (FPR). This method is expected to provide a more in-depth picture of model performance compared to previous studies that may have only considered a few metrics. The best results were achieved using the U-Net architecture with a batch size of 32 and the binary cross-entropy loss function. This U-Net model demonstrated excellent overall performance, achieving a pixel accuracy of 0.996, an IoU of 0.995, a mean accuracy of 0.965, an FPR of 0.004, a precision of 0.929, a recall of 0.933, and an F1-score of 0.941. These findings highlight the significant potential of deep learning methods in improving the accuracy and efficiency of fetal echocardiography image analysis.

Abstract

Chelsea Pet Studio Medan has experienced a decrease in customer satisfaction as seen from several customers making complaints so that the influence on customer visits to Chelsea Pet Studio Medan has decreased due to price and product quality. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to determine the influence of Price and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Chelsea Pet Studio Medan. The research method used is quantitative. The number of respondents was 200 customers and the number of samples was 64 customers with the sampling technique being simple random sampling. Price and product quality influence on Customer Satisfaction at Chelsea Pet Studio Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the adjusted R Square value of 0.693, which means that price (X1) and product quality (X2) can explain customer satisfaction (Y) by 69.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Pepper (Piper nigrum L.) has a high selling value. The price of pepper in the domestic or international market that is always high can be a great opportunity to increase farmers’ income. Tirtomoyo District is dominated by hilly areas with common soil types of Litosol and Latosol. As one of the efforts to develop the regional economic rate, especially in hilly areas, pepper cultivation can be a solution offered by the agricultural sector. The study was conducted using an explorative descriptive survey method consisting of field observation and laboratory analysis. The analytical unit used was Land Map Unit (LMU) obtained from soil map. The sampling sites were selected using purposive sampling method according to the research objectives and representing the study area. The results show that the actual land suitability for pepper in Tirtomoyo District is marginally suitable (S3) for all LMU. The main limiting factors are water availability and nutrient availability, thus the Tirtomoyo district still have potency for pepper cultivation by applying some improvement measures such as fertilization, irrigation, organic material addition, and cover crop planting.

Abstract

Abstract Rutting is a type of damage that occurs in the form of grooves on the road pavement surface caused by traffic loads, material quality, and asphalt mix design. This study aims to determine the potential for rutting in a Split Mastic Asphalt-Fine mix using two types of aggregate, namely aggregate-1 and aggregate-2. Permanent deformation test was conducted using a Hamburg Wheel Tracking Device under dry conditions at 60°C and 10,000 passes. This study shows that aggregate characteristics influence the potential for rutting. Test results indicate that the SMA-Fine asphalt mix using aggregate-1 has better permanent deformation resistance than the SMA-Fine asphalt mix using aggregate-2. Keywords: rutting damage; asphalt mix; permanent deformation; aggregate characteristics Abstrak Kerusakan Rutting merupakan suatu kerusakan yang berbentuk alur pada permukaan perkerasan jalan yang disebabkan oleh beban lalu lintas, kualitas material, dan rancangan campuran beraspal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan potensi terjadinya rutting pada campuran Split Mastic Asphalt-Halus, yang menggunakan 2 jenis agregat, yaitu agregat-1 dan agregat-2. Pengujian deformasi permanen dilakukan dengan alat Hamburg Wheel Tracking Device, dengan kondisi kering pada temperatur 60°C dan 10.000 lintasan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik agregat memengaruhi potensi terjadinya kerusakan rutting. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan campuran beraspal SMA-Halus yang menggunakan agregat-1 memiliki ketahanan deformasi permanen yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan campuran beraspal SMA-Halus yang menggunakan agregat-2. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of informed consent to dentists' responsibilities under civil law and to analyze the application of informed consent to dentists' responsibilities under criminal law. This study falls into the category of normative legal research. The research approaches used consist of a legislative approach, a comparative approach, and a conceptual approach. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of informed consent, in the context of civil liability, reflects the application of contractual principles in the professional relationship between dentists and patients. This relationship is based on a valid agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata). This study also shows that without valid consent from the patient, medical actions performed by dentists may lose their legal justification and, from a juridical perspective, can be classified as unlawful acts, such as abuse or negligence resulting in criminal consequences. This is in line with the provisions of Article 440 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, which regulates criminal sanctions for medical personnel whose negligence causes serious injury or death. This provision is further strengthened by the general provisions in Articles 466 to 469 of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP) which regulates criminal acts against the human body.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan E-LKPD berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada System Ekskresi kulit pada manusia untuk peserta didik SMP, 2) Mengetahui hasil respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) peserta didik di SMPN 01 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Namun penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada tahap Develop. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Lembar angket wawancara, 2) Lembar angket  validasi  ahli  materi  dan  ahli  media,  3)  Lembar  angket  respon  peserta  didik.  Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata uji validasi ahli materi 96% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan pada uji validasi media mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 95% dengan kategori sangat valid. Pada uji respon peserta didik mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 83,2% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan layak untuk diujicobakan. Berdasarkan hasil uji respon peserta didik mendapatkan kategori sangat baik hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa sebagian peserta didik memberikan respon sangat baik terhadap E-LKPD.   Kata kunci: E-lkpd, contextual teaching and learning, system ekskresi kulit manusia   ABSTRACT   This study aims to: 1) Determine the feasibility of E-LKPD based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the Human Skin Excretory System for junior high school students, 2) Know the results of student responses to E-LKPD based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) students at SMPN 01 Bengkulu City. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). However, this research is only limited to the Development stage. The instruments used in this study are: 1) Interview questionnaire sheet, 2) Material expert and media expert validation questionnaire sheet, 3) Student response questionnaire sheet.  The results of this study showed that the average result of the material expert validation test was 96% with a very valid category. Meanwhile, the media validation test obtained an average result of 95% with a very valid category. In the response test, students got an average result of 83.2% in the very good category. Based on the results of the validation test, it can be concluded that the E-LKPD developed is feasible to be tested. Based on the results of the student response test getting a very good category, this can be interpreted that some students give a very good response to E-LKPD.   Keywords: E-lkpd, contextual teaching and learning, human skin excretory system

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar LKPD berbasis Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) Pada Materi Zat Aditif Kelas VIII SMP yang tervalidasi oleh para ahli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D dengan dibatasi hanya pada tahap pengembangan (development). Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 05 Seluma. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket validasi ahli dan angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis validasi yang digunakan adalah formula Aiken’ V . Hasil penelitian ini berupa pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) Pada Materi Zat Aditif kelas VIII SMP. Hasil penelitian LKPD dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan  skor keseluruhan rata-rata dalam kategori sangat valid, yang menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan telah layak secara konseptual dari aspek materi, bahasa dan media. Hasil respon peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 05 Seluma terhadap bahan ajar LKPD secara keseluruhan mendapat persentase rata-rata dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memberikan respon positif terhadap bahan ajar LKPD yang telah dikembangkan.   Kata kunci : LKPD, STM, Zat Aditif,   ABSTRACT   This study aims to develop teaching materials for the development of Science-Based Community Technology (STM) Student Worksheets on Additive Substance Material for Grade VIII SMP which are validated by experts. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model limited to the development stage. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 05 Seluma. The instruments used in this study were expert validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The validation analysis technique used is the Aiken' formula. The results of this study were in the form of developing student worksheets based on Science Technology Society (STM) on additive material for class VIII SMP. The results of the study on the development of student worksheets were declared fit for use with an average overall score in the very valid category, indicating that the teaching materials developed were conceptually feasible from the aspects of material, language and media. The results of the responses of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 05 Seluma to the teaching materials for the development of worksheets for students as a whole got an average percentage in the very good category. This shows that the majority of students gave a positive response to the teaching materials for the development of student worksheets that had been developed.   Keyword : STM, Worksheets , Additives.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SLB Negeri 5 Kota Bengkulu, guru membutuhkan inovasi bahan ajar IPA yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan siswa tunagrahita dalam belajar IPA salah satunya dalam bentuk bahan ajar berupa handout elektronik bergambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan handout elektronik bergambar tema keanekaragaman hewan berbasis KOKO (Kontekstual dan kooperatif) untuk siswa tunarahita dengan melihat kelayakan produk dan respon guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D. terdiri dari 4 tahap, mulai dari pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Namun penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap develop saja. Jenis data yang diperoleh adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek materi dinyatakan sangat layak dengan presentase 93%, aspek bahasa didapat presentase 94% dengan kategori sangat layak dan aspek media didapat presentase 95% dengan kategori sangat layak Sehingga handout elektronik yang dikembangkan ini sangat layak untuk dilanjutkan pada tahap uji lapangan.  Hasil analisis dari validasi isi menggunakan rumus Aiken V. Nilai validitas isi untuk aspek materi adalah 0,91 dengan kriteria validitas tinggi, nilai validitas isi untuk aspek bahasa adalah 0,92 dengan kriteria validitas tinggi. Nilai validitas isi untuk aspek media adalah 0,93 dengan kriteria validitas tinggi. Nilai validitas isi rata-rata untuk total hasil validasi adalah 0,94 dengan kriteria validitas tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon guru terhadap handout elektronik bergambar tema keanekaragaman hewan berbasis KOKO (Kontekstual dan Kooperatif) subtema perkembangbiakan hewan di SLB Negeri 5 Kota Bengkulu didapat hasil 93 % respon guru dinyatakan sangat baik.   Kata kunci: handout elektronik,KOKO, tunagrahita. ABSTRACT          Based on the results of observations at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City, teachers need innovative science teaching materials that can support the needs of mentally retarded students in learning, one of which is in the form of teaching materials in the form of illustrated electronic handouts. This study aims to produce electronic handouts with the theme of animal diversity based on KOKO (Contextual and cooperative) for mentally retarded students by looking at the feasibility of the product and the teacher's response. This research is a developmental research with a 4-D model. consists of 4 stages, starting from definition, design, development, and deployment. However, this research is limited to the develop stage only. The types of data obtained are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the material aspect was declared very feasible with a percentage of 93%, the language aspect was obtained with a percentage of 94% with a very feasible category and the media aspect was obtained with a percentage of 95% with a very feasible category. So that the electronic handout developed is very feasible to continue at the field test stage. The results of the analysis of content validation used the Aiken V formula. The content validity value for the material aspect was 0.91 with high validity criteria, the content validity value for the language aspect was 0.92 with high validity criteria. The content validity value for the media aspect is 0.93 with high validity criteria. The average content validity value for the total validation results is 0.94 with high validity criteria. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh, besarnya pengaruh, dan tanggapan siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe connected berbantuan alat peraga sederhana terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 11 Kota Bengkulu dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII C. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis pengaruh menggunakan uji-t paired diperoleh hasil  >  (-17,344 > 2,042) dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 (0,00. < 0,05). Sehingga kriteria pengambilan hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Besarnya pengaruh dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan effect size Cohen’s sebesar 0,32 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang sedang. Serta analisis angket tanggapan siswa terhadap beberapa indikator dalam penerapan pembelajaran berkategori baik dengan skor rerata 77. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe connected berbantuan alat peraga sederhana memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa.   Kata kunci: tipe connected, alat peraga sederhana, sistem pernapasan manusia, penguasaan konsep.   ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe the effect, the magnitude of the effect, and student responses in the application of connected type integrated science learning assisted by simple props on student concept mastery. The type of method used in this research is pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest research design. This research was conducted at SMPN 11 Bengkulu City with the research sample being students of class VIII C. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the calculation of the effect analysis using the paired t-test, the results obtained  >      (-17.344 > 2.042) and sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.00. < 0.05). So that the criteria for making hypotheses in this study are H0 rejected and Ha accepted. The amount of influence was analyzed using the calculation of Cohen's effect size of 0.32, which means that there is a moderate influence. And the questionnaire analysis of student responses to several indicators in the application of learning is categorized as good with an average score of 77. So it can be concluded that the application of connected type integrated science learning assisted by simple props has a significant effect on students' mastery of concepts.   Keywords: connected type, simple props, human respiratory system, concept mastery.
