Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi daya tarik Taylor's University di Malaysia sebagai destinasi studi lanjut bagi mahasiswa internasional. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengungkapkan faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pilihan mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di universitas ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taylor's University menawarkan keunggulan akademik dengan reputasi internasional, lingkungan belajar yang multikultural, serta fasilitas kampus modern yang didukung teknologi canggih. Selain itu, universitas ini memiliki pusat layanan karier yang membantu mahasiswa dalam mencari peluang magang dan pekerjaan, serta menyediakan beasiswa parsial yang membuat biaya pendidikan lebih terjangkau. Penelitian terdahulu juga mendukung temuan ini, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar multikultural, program pendidikan berbasis proyek, dan dukungan karier memainkan peran penting dalam menarik minat mahasiswa internasional. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kolaborasi internasional dan adaptasi praktik terbaik di pendidikan tinggi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas keterkaitan antara gizi, kesehatan, dan kepribadian dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas hidup individu dan masyarakat. Gizi, yang berasal dari kata Arab "ghidza," berperan penting dalam menyediakan zat gizi makro seperti karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak yang esensial bagi kesehatan. Kesehatan mental, yang melibatkan kesejahteraan emosional dan kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi stres, juga menjadi fokus utama, mengingat pentingnya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan hubungan sosial. Di era digital, kepemimpinan pendidikan berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inovatif dan adaptif. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sepuluh artikel yang relevan, menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, pola asuh, dan pendidikan kesehatan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan kepribadian dan kinerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan, perhatian terhadap perkembangan anak, serta pengelolaan kesehatan reproduksi sangat penting dalam mencegah masalah kesehatan. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan holistik yang mengaitkan faktor fisik, mental, dan sosial untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi semua masyarakat.

Abstract

Background: Malnutrition Is a state of a person's status who is malnourished, or whose nutrition is below average. Malnutrition is a deficiency of nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins needed by the body. 1 How to assess nutritional status can be done with anthropometric, clinical, biochemical, and biophysical measurements. . Children who are malnourished will experience a decrease in their immune system so that children are susceptible to infectious diseases. Pathophysiologically, malnutrition and malnutrition in children under five (12-59 months) experience protein energy deficiency, iron nutritional anemia, disorders due to iodine deficiency (GAKY) and vitamin A deficiency. Deficiency of the four sources above in children under five can inhibit growth, reduce immune system so that they are susceptible to infectious diseases, resulting in low levels of intelligence, decreased physical abilities, impaired physical and mental growth, stunting, blindness and death in children. Purpose: to gain a better understanding of problems related to malnutrition in terms of causes, effects, and remedies. Method: In this study we used a research method in the form of library research, which is a series of studies relating to library data collection methods, or the research was collected through various kinds of library information (scientific journals, books, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, and documents). Conclusion: Based on the research results obtained from reviewing journals that match the theme, it can be concluded that nutritional status in children under five is often used to see the nutritional status of society in general.

Abstract

Background: Degenerative diseases are generally defined as diseases caused by a process of decreased organ function which generally occurs in old age. This disease has many varieties and symptoms and often attacks the community in general. In Indonesia, the epidemiological transition has led to a shift in disease patterns, in which there has been an increase in degenerative diseases. Degenerative disease is a chronic non-communicable disease due to the decline in the function of the body's organs due to the aging process. Indonesia's health sector is currently bearing a double burden, because on the one hand there has been an increase in degenerative diseases, while on the other hand infectious diseases are still rampant. Purpose: to gain a better understanding of problems related to degenerative diseases: causes, effects, prevention and management. Method: In this study we used a research method in the form of library research, which is a series of studies relating to library data collection methods, or the research was collected through various kinds of library information (scientific journals, books, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, and documents). Conclusion: Based on the research results obtained from reviewing journals that match the theme, it can be concluded that the poor and middle class are more at risk of death from degenerative diseases ENMD and DCS than the rich. While the population with the age group of 45–54 years is more at risk of dying from DCS degenerative disease than those aged 33 years.

Abstract

Children are the future of the nation and state because they are the next generation. So that children can grow and develop normally, the role of nutrition is very vital and must be considered. With the fulfillment of nutritional needs, such as carbohydrates as a source of energy (energy), protein as a builder substance and vitamins/minerals as a regulatory substance. will help prevent disease. This results in stunted growth and development of children. Growth and development will be assisted by the proper nutritional composition; healthy food is food that is adjusted to the activity level and age of consumers. This is so that by fulfilling nutritional needs, the components of maintenance, growth, repair of damaged/worn/lost bodies, and reproduction of physical energy can be carried out entirely. Objektif: The benefits of balanced nutrition in children can make their body, intelligence, and abilities develop properly. rapidly. Physically, with good nutrition, children will be healthier and not get sick easily. Methods: The method used is the study of literature from various international and national journals, with a descriptive analysis approach. Results: The results showed that there was a positive relationship with strong strength and statistically significant between growth stimulation and child development. Conclusion: Nutrition is an important factor in the process of physical growth and development of children who are growing and developing. The nutrients needed include breast milk (ASI), energy, prolein, fat, carbohydrates/carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. In providing nutrients, it is hoped that it will be in accordance with a balanced menu and large portions adjusted to the child's acceptability

Abstract

Teaching factory has several main objectives, namely increasing the competence of SMK graduates, fostering entrepreneurial spirit, and producing products in the form of goods or services that have added value. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data obtained were then analyzed using non-statistical descriptive methods to explore information about the implementation of teaching factory learning management to improve the competence and entrepreneurial spirit of students majoring in light vehicle engineering at SMK. The results of this study are (1) Implementation of Teaching Factory Learning Management: Comprehensive planning and a solid organizational structure are clearly visible, with implementation in accordance with industry standards. However, evaluation based on achievement analysis still needs to be improved; (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors: Infrastructure that meets industry standards and qualified teaching staff are the main supporting elements. Challenges faced include the mismatch between planning and implementation time, and limited collaboration with industry. Proposed solutions include implementing a block scheduling system and increasing partnerships with relevant industry sectors; (3) Effectiveness Evaluation: The assessment of Teaching Factory learning management shows that the program is efficient and effective in developing entrepreneurial spirit among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis strategi menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) pada usaha budidaya ternak lele. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil adalah pemilik usaha ternak lele yang beroperasi di daerah Pesisir Selatan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif, dengan mengidentifikasi komponen-komponen utama BMC yang relevan dengan usaha budidaya ternak lele. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmen pelanggan yang paling potensial bagi usaha ternak lele adalah pengepul atau agen, pedagang pecel lele, rumah makan, dan konsumen individu yang mencari ikan lele segar. Proposisi nilai yang ditawarkan oleh bisnis ternak lele meliputi kualitas produk yang baik, harga yang kompetitif, dan layanan purna jual yang memadai. Saluran distribusi utama yang efektif mencakup penjualan langsung dan pasar tradisional, serta kerjasama dengan agen distribusi lokal. Hubungan dengan pelanggan terjalin melalui pelayanan yang ramah, konsultasi teknis, dan program loyalitas. Sumber pendapatan utama berasal dari penjualan ikan hidup, bibit lele, dan pakan cacing sutra untuk bibit lele.

Abstract

A big part of being an entrepreneur is keeping up with modern technological advancements. However, many factors can lead to the ambition to launch an online company. Digital social entrepreneurship methodology examines the effects of college students' entrepreneurial mindset, smartphone usage habits, and Locus of Control on their digital business intentions. This research is fundamental because it provides information to universities that they can use to evaluate their plans for a digital-based entrepreneurship learning model that will help them provide a good education. This study involved 428 respondents, and the data obtained from the respondents were examined using the application of structural equation modeling with a survey approach for this research, which looks at a small portion of the community and collects data through questionnaires. The primary data was examined using SmartPLS 4.0 software and structural equation modeling. This study found that having an entrepreneurial mindset, smartphone use, and locus of control exerts a substantial and meaningful impact on one's aspiration to become a digital entrepreneur. We wanted to find out how college students' thinking about being an entrepreneur affects their desire to become a digital entrepreneur, using smartphone usage habits and locus of control as influencing factors. To make someone who wants to become an entrepreneur, this research needs to measure Digital Entrepreneurial Intention appropriately in students who take Entrepreneurship courses.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is becoming an essential part of everyday life today. But the social problems of society, especially cases of hunger, have also become an essential issue to date. Digital entrepreneurship has become a trend recently, with many digital business platforms and emerging applications. However, combining digital entrepreneurship with social activities becomes more attractive, which we know as Digital Social Entrepreneurship. This study describes and explains the stages in designing NasiQu, a mobile social entrepreneurship application, to see how agile can make digital social entrepreneurship interesting by involving people's sense of concern for people in need, in this case, hungry people. The Agile method, one of many used in software development, is the one that is being used. The Agile method is a short-term system development approach that calls for quick adaptation and developers who can work with any change. The results of this product from NasiQu can facilitate donations in the form of packaged rice to those who need food; in the case of this implementation, it is still specifically for orphans. In this application, there are three users, namely donors, admins, and partners. All these users have different roles and application usage flows. In addition, this application makes food donation activities more effective and can be done anywhere and anytime. It is hoped that the ongoing implementation of this activity will help many people who need food and impact opening new job opportunities.

Abstract

Vocational high schools are one of the educational stages impacted by Indonesia's low quality of education. Vocational High Schools play a crucial role in improving human resources. Graduates of Vocational High Schools can continue their education at universities or enter the workforce directly. Many students are found to have not yet considered their career path after graduation. At the same time, graduates are still expected to find mismatched employment with their expertise and skills. This research uses CRISP-DM, or Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining, to build machine learning models. The approach used is content-based filtering. This model recommends items similar to previously liked or selected items by the user. Item similarity can be calculated based on the features of the items being compared. After students receive job recommendations through intelligent job matching, they can use these recommendations as references when applying for jobs that align with their results. This process helps students direct their steps toward finding jobs that match their profiles, ultimately increasing their chances of success in the job market. These recommendations are crucial in guiding students toward career paths that align with their abilities and interests. The Intelligent Job Matching Model developed in this research provides recommendations for the job-matching process. This model benefits graduates by providing job recommendations aligned with their profiles and offers advantages to the job market. By implementing the Model of Intelligent Job Matching in the recruitment process, applicants with job qualifications can be matched effectively.
