Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence and its role in developing high-quality human resources, with a specific focus on the implementation at SMAIT Ash-Shohwah Berau. Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence refers to a form of spiritual capacity derived from deep interaction with the Qur’an, encompassing the intelligence of the spirit, soul, heart, and moral consciousness. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to provide an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, participant observations during religious and academic activities, and documentation analysis of school programs. The findings reveal that the cultivation of Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence at SMAIT Ash-Shohwah Berau is systematically integrated into the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs, particularly through the high-quality Tahfidzul Qur’an program, which is mandatory for all students. The process of memorizing the Qur’an is not only aimed at achieving mastery of verses but also at nurturing closeness to Allah SWT, shaping attitudes and values that form the foundation of high-quality human resources. Students participating in the program demonstrate notable improvements in discipline, responsibility, enthusiasm for learning, social competence, emotional regulation, honesty, independence, and leadership skills. Furthermore, the study highlights that Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence serves as a transformative element, influencing both academic achievement and personal character. It fosters an integrated development that balances intellectual capability with moral integrity, enabling students to contribute meaningfully to society. The results suggest that embedding Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence in educational settings can be a strategic pathway for producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also spiritually grounded and socially responsible. This has significant implications for Islamic education institutions aiming to develop comprehensive human resources aligned with Qur’anic values and the demands of the modern world.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media for logic gate material in Industrial Electronics Engineering subjects at SMK Negeri 5 Batam by utilizing Adobe Flash CS6 integrated with CircuitVerse. This media is designed to provide a more interesting, interactive, and applicable learning experience, so it is expected to improve students' understanding of the concept of logic gates which is a basic material in the field of electronics. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 4D development model that includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Research data were collected through validation by material experts and media experts, as well as practicality tests involving students. Data collection instruments were in the form of validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed that the developed learning media obtained a score of 88.20% from material experts and 93.88% from media experts, both of which are in the "very valid" category. The practicality test involving grade XI students obtained a score of 92.80%, indicating that the media is "very practical" to use in the learning process. This interactive media combines elements of text, images, animation, and digital circuit simulations using CircuitVerse, so students can learn logic gate concepts visually and directly practice them virtually. This integration not only makes it easier for students to understand the theory but also trains problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The findings of this study indicate that interactive learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 and CircuitVerse has great potential to increase learning motivation, student engagement, and conceptual understanding of logic gate material. This media is also relevant to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes project-based learning, independent learning, and complete competency mastery.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Survei Status Gizi Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan berada pada posisi ke-6 (30%) dengan kejadian stunting tertinggi di Indonesia. Di Kota Banjarmasin, Puskesmas Alalak Selatan pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan peningkatan kasus stunting menjadi 246 balita. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Alalak Selatan yang mengalami stunting pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 43 orang, tahun 2022 sebanyak 48 orang dan tahun 2023 sebanyak 210 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan gizi dengan media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting di Puskesmas Alalak Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimetal design dengan rancangan pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang berada Puskesmas Alalak Selatan sebanyak 54 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Marginal Homogeneity. Hasil menunjukkan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan gizi, sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 35 orang (64,8%), kurang sebanyak 16 orang (29,6%) dan baik sebanyak 3 orang (5,6%). Setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan gizi sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 51 orang (94,4%), cukup sebanyak 2 orang (3,7%) dan kurang 1 orang (1,9%). Hasil uji marginal homogeinity didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,0001 sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan gizi dengan media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting di Puskesmas Alalak Selatan.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that can lead to complications such as peripheral neuropathy, characterized by decreased sensory sensitivity in the feet. One recommended non-pharmacological intervention is diabetic foot exercise using a ball as a medium. This study aims to describe changes in foot sensory sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes following diabetic foot exercise therapy using a ball. A descriptive case study approach was employed involving two two elderly participants with diabetic neuropathy. The intervention consisted of six sessions over two weeks, with each session lasting 15–20 minutes. Evaluation was conducted using the 10g monofilament test and in-depth interviews. The results indicated an increase in the number of sensation points detected after the intervention. Subjectively, both patients reported reduced tingling and lighter discomfort in the feet. These findings suggest that diabetic foot exercise using a ball can stimulate peripheral nerves and improve blood circulation. This foot exercise can be performed regularly by individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus to maintain good sensory sensitivity in the feet and ensure optimal nerve function.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Financial Ratios to assess the health of telecommunications companies in Indonesia. The type of research used by researchers in this study is descriptive research. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing variable indicators Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Return On Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Indosat, Tbk and PT. XL Axiata, Tbk for 5 years, namely from 2019 to 2023. The type of quantitative data and data taken in this study is secondary data. The population used in this study is the financial statements of 18 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is the financial statements of 3 telecommunications companies listed on the IDX with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques and literature studies. Data analysis uses ratio analysis and uses one-tailed t-test analysis (One Sample t-test) with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and statistical tests on the financial ratios of the last five years (2019–2023) the three largest telecommunications companies in Indonesia are in an unhealthy condition.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the Muslimatan Jumat group in Tunggak Cerme Village, Wonomerto District, Probolinggo Regency, in preserving religious traditions and strengthening social solidarity within the local community. The method applied was Participatory Action Research (PAR), actively involving around 200 members of Muslimatan in every stage of the program, from preparation and implementation to evaluation. The preparation stage was carried out through observation and coordination with community leaders to identify routine activities and formulate program objectives. During the implementation stage, the KKN team assisted routine activities such as istighotsah, tahlilan, and social gatherings, while also providing interactive counseling and facilitating group discussions on traditions and social solidarity. The evaluation was conducted through small-scale forums to collect feedback, suggestions, and reflections from members. The results indicate that the program successfully increased community awareness of the importance of preserving religious traditions, strengthened social bonds, and encouraged youth participation in safeguarding local culture. Thus, Muslimatan Jumat can be regarded as a driving force in maintaining the spiritual and social values of rural communities.

Abstract

High levels of anxiety and low resilience remain common psychological challenges faced by individuals in coping with life stressors. Technology-based approaches, such as mental health applications, offer innovative and easily accessible solutions, yet remain under-researched in Indonesia.  This study aims to analyze the Qolbu Care application’s effectiveness on respondents' anxiety and resilience levels. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach involving 90 respondents. The intervention was administered over eight weeks using the Qolbu Care application. Standardized anxiety and resilience questionnaires were used as research instruments. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test. The analysis revealed a statistically significant reduction in anxiety levels (mean = –16.45; SD = 8.12; SE = 1.05; p = 0.0001), as well as a statistically significant increase in resilience (mean = 11.40; SD = 6.85; SE = 0.98; p = 0.0001). The Qolbu Care application has proven effective in reducing anxiety and enhancing resilience among respondents. These findings affirm that digital-based interventions can be an innovative alternative for psychosocial support within nursing practice.

Abstract

The increasing of bacterial resistance to antibiotics, which encourages the use of herbal medicines in treating infectious diseases. Acacia auriculiformis leaves are known to have metabolites that can act as an antibacterial agent. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of A. auriculiformis leaves extract against the growth of Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria in vitro. This research was conducted by extracting the leaves of A. auriculiformis using ethanol as a solvent. The inhibition test of A. auriculiformis leaf extract was carried out using the well diffusion method. Antibacterial activity was indicated by the presence of a clear zone around the well. The results showed that the leaf extract of A. auriculiformis had the ability to inhibit the growth of Bacillus sp. and Staphylococcus aureus with the category of strong inhibition. Leaf extract of A. auriculiformis was not able to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli. Phytochemicals screening test showed that A. auriculiformis leaf contains flavonoids and tannins compounds as antibacterial. Therefore, A. auriculiformis leaves extract had the ability to inhibit the growth of Gram positive bacteria but not Gram negative bacteria.

Abstract

Background:Smooth breast milk (ASI) production is very important for ensuring a food source for breastfeeding infants. The smooth flow of breast milk is influenced by many factors, or multifactorial causes. Approximately 30% of postpartum mothers are unable to breastfeed their babies. About 35% of breastfeeding mothers face difficulties in providing breast milk due to problems with milk production. According to the 2021 Health Profile Report from the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in South Kalimantan in 2020 was 50.16%, while in Banjarmasin City it was only 32.14% for babies aged 0–6 months. Mothers who are unable to breastfeed in the early days of the postpartum period are often affected by anxiety and fear over low milk production, as well as a lack of knowledge about the breastfeeding process. Therefore, efforts to facilitate breast milk production in postpartum mothers are necessary. Objective:To evaluate and assess the effect of Oketani massage on the smooth production of breast milk in postpartum mothers at RSKIA Annisa Banjarmasin. Method:This study is a quantitative research using a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 30 postpartum mothers who gave birth at RSKIA Annisa Banjarmasin. Data were analyzed using the Paired T-Test. Results:The results showed that the mean breast milk production before Oketani massage was 8.93, increasing to 38.30 after the massage was administered. The significance value was p = 0.000 (≤ 0.05). Conclusion:There is a significant effect of Oketani massage on the smooth production of breast milk in postpartum mothers at RSKIA Annisa Banjarmasin. Abstract

Based on observations on 4th grade student of SD Labschool UNNES, researchers found several problems, there are lack of understanding of students in learning Instruction text, lack of active participation of students in learning, and the learning methods used by teachers were less communicative. This research aims to describe the application of reading Instruction text with the the PjBL model assisted by Interactive Slide and Direction for grade 4 of elementary school students. The focus of this research is: (1) Reading Instruction text (2) Steps to the PjBL learning model (3) Interactive slide and Direction. The approach in this research is qualitative research, the research object is Indonesians subject. The subjects of this research are: (1) activities reading Instruction text using the PjBL model assisted by Interactive slide and Direction. (2) the student of grade 4. (3) The teacher of grade 4. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, work on LKPD, and project creation by students. Data processing was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results showed that students' understanding of learning in reading Instruction text using the PjBL learning model assisted by Interactive slide increased and Direction. Based on these results, the use of the PjBL learning model assisted by Interactive Slide and Direction has an influence on the understanding of learning concepts for 4th grade student of Elementary School.
