Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how client loyalty in the marketplace is impacted by brand awareness and the caliber of electronic services. Research of this kind is referred to as quantitative research. The sample for this study included up to 100 respondents who were students who had utilized e-commerce at least twice. Both incidental sampling and nonprobability sampling were used in the sampling strategy. Results of questionnaires that were delivered to respondents online through Google Form were used as the major source of data for this study. While this is happening, secondary data takes the shape of linked documentation. Then, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and instrument test analysis were used to analyze the data that had been obtained. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness and the quality of electronic services. This is demonstrated by the t test results, which have significance levels of 0.000 0.05 for the brand awareness variable and less than 0.05 for the electronic service quality variable.

Abstract

Humanitarian organizations that support social communities by providing work opportunities for employees. In actuality, a website is required to serve as a channel for contacting new contributors and publicizing the organization. In order to create websites for humanitarian organizations using the task-centered system design methodology, research was done based on these issues. Identification, requirements, design as a scenario, and walkthrough evaluation are the four stages of this process. The PACT framework is used to identify users and necessary tasks during the identification phase. The tasks that are actually required are then chosen at the requirements stage. The task-based design is then completed using the Figma program during the design as scenario stage. The workflow and usability of the website, which was developed utilizing cognitive walkthrough and SUS, are also evaluated at this point. Based on the findings of the assessment, it can be said that cognitive walkthrough testing can be used to assess the components of an interface that are easy to learn, effective, and efficient, and that SUS can be used to assess the usability of the design outcomes. Based on the findings of the cognitive testing, a learnability and effectiveness score of 95% with the predicate "very good" and an average efficiency value of 0.1 goals/second with the predicate "very fast" were obtained. The SUS test then yielded an acceptable predicate and a SUS rating of 83

Abstract

This bibliometric study examines how the field of sustainable crop management research is developing through an analysis of publications and their citations. We use VOSviewer software and sophisticated bibliometric approaches to find emergent research subjects, co-authorship networks, trends, and influential publications. Our data shows a significant increase in research publications over the course of four decades, which is indicative of the growing understanding of the significance of sustainable agriculture. Key publications by well-known writers offer fundamental information, and co-authorship networks emphasize cooperative research initiatives. Agroecology and climate-resilient agriculture are two emerging study subjects that provide insights into the field's future orientations. Through an awareness of these trends and key publications, this research helps to support well-informed decisions about food security and sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

This study explores how technological developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) decision support systems within Indonesian manufacturing organizations interact with the intricate dynamics of trust, accountability, and technology. The study employed a cross-sectional quantitative research approach to gather responses from a representative sample of professionals spanning different organizational levels, age groups, and functions. The results show that there is a high degree of trust in AI systems, which is largely impacted by dependability and transparency. Strong perceived accountability frameworks encourage prudent decision-making. Technological developments have a big impact on trust and responsibility, especially in Explainable AI and bias prevention. A nuanced interpretation is ensured by the study's demographic analysis, which provides practitioners and policymakers with practical insights to support ethical AI integration in Indonesia's industrial sector.

Abstract

Through a quantitative approach, this study examines how social media influencers affect Indonesian Generation Z consumer behavior. A heterogeneous group of 450 participants, ranging in age from 16 to 24, was involved, reflecting a range of genders, socioeconomic backgrounds, and geographic locations. The results show that social media influencers have a big influence on people's decisions to buy, as 85% of participants acknowledged. The majority platform, Instagram, accounted for 75% of the total, with individuals using social media for two hours a day on average. The most popular content categories (65%) were product and lifestyle reviews, highlighting the significance of authenticity. Transparency (72.5%) and authenticity (67.5%) were important trust-building qualities; on the other hand, inconsistent brand endorsements (30%) and a lack of financial transparency (22.5%) eroded confidence. Sponsored material worked very well (80%), and 60 percent of users preferred partnerships that were authentic. Strong positive correlations between sponsored content, consumer behavior, and influencer engagement were found via regression analysis (R-squared = 0.754). The findings offer significant perspectives for marketers seeking to maneuver through the impactful terrain of Generation Z in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and reading interest of class XII students in one of the high schools. The approach in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods with a correlation approach. The population of this study were all XII grade students and the sample used was 30 students. The technique used in sampling is proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Variable measurement was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and correlation test. The results of this study found that there is a relationship, where the use of smartphones affects students' reading interest. Based on the result the product moment correlation test analysis with a value of X ̅ = 67,77 and Y ̅ = 80,4 resulting in r = 0,949 meaning that there is a significant correlation between gadget used toward reading interest. This evidenced by the value of the product moment coefficient which shows that r> 0.01. Therefore, Teachers/parents are expected to be able to minimise students' gadget use, in addition, the role of teachers/parents in motivating providing reading materials or reading activities can be one aspect of supporting students' interest in reading.
