Abstract

Transaksi syariah telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak transaksi syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia melalui pendekatan literature review. Berbagai studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem keuangan syariah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi indonesia. Adapun kajian / aspek dari transaksi Syariah berupa perbankan Syariah dan inklusi keuangan, pasar modal Syariah sebagai sumber investasi, peran fintech syariah digitalisasi keuangan serta stabilitas ekonomi dan ketahanan krisis keuangan Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning outcomes are a measure of a student's success as a learner, and are influenced by various factors, including the effectiveness of student learning. Teachers can use various educational methods to ensure that they use appropriate learning methods during the learning process, one of which is the Imla method. This method is also usually called the dictation method in other languages, where a teacher gives a lesson while the students write again in their respective books. The aim of the research was to analyze the learning outcomes of class VIII students before and after using the imla method in Reading and Writing Al-Qur'an lessons; to analyze how the imla method impacts the learning outcomes of class VIII students in learning to read and write the Qur'an at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang; and to find out how effective the imla method is. Researchers use a quantitative approach. The type of research used is Quassi Experimental Design, and Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The results of this research are: 1) The learning results before learning the imla' method from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 64, a maximum score of 79 and an average score of 72.48 and a standard deviation of 5.363. Meanwhile, the learning results for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 53, a maximum score of 79, and an average score of 68.59 and a deviation score of 7.750. 2) The learning results after being given the imla' method learning from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 79, a maximum score of 91 and an average score of 84.86 and a standard deviation of 4.442. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes using conventional methods for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 66, a maximum score of 88, and an average score of 79.59 and a deviation score of 5.360. 3) There is an influence of the effectiveness of the imla' method on the learning outcomes of class VIII students in the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing subject at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang.

Abstract

Kegiatan Sosialisasi Bahaya Penyalahgunaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Kalangan Remaja ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan sikap preventif remaja terhadap bahaya narkotika dan psikotropika melalui pendekatan edukatif dan pendampingan langsung. Permasalahan utama yang mendasari kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya literasi remaja mengenai narkoba, serta masih lemahnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi berbasis partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, video testimoni, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi situasi penolakan narkoba. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru Bimbingan Konseling serta observasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan di salah satu SMA Negeri 1 Woha, Kabupaten Bima NTB. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa sebelumnya memperoleh informasi tentang narkoba dari media sosial dan teman sebaya, bukan dari pendidikan formal. Guru BK juga mengakui bahwa pendekatan edukasi selama ini belum menyentuh aspek emosional dan sosial siswa secara mendalam. Observasi selama kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam diskusi serta munculnya sikap reflektif dan kritis terhadap pengaruh lingkungan. Beberapa siswa secara sukarela menyatakan minat untuk menjadi penyuluh sebaya sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi berbasis pengalaman nyata dan pendekatan dialogis memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk kesadaran dan sikap preventif remaja terhadap bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba

Abstract

Project management is used to plan, implement, and control project activities to minimize risks to project time and cost. Completion of an infrastructure project on time is a top priority. One of the problems that often occurs is the time delay of the project caused by the incompatibility of the schedule planning with the character of human resources, building materials, disasters, company regulations that can result in construction failure and have an impact on costs. Type of the research was descriptive quantitative, quantitative, and qualitative data sources. Planning for the construction of subsidized type 36 houses using Gant cart takes 75.5 days/604.5 hours in the construction of 1 unit of subsidized housing. This study aims to determine and analyze the network of construction of subsidized type 36 houses at PT. Jingga Properti Indonesia in Kalukubula Sigi Biromaru using the PERT (Project Evaluation Review Technique) method both in manual calculations and the assistance of POM-QM Software, the results of the research obtained that the construction of subsidized type 36 houses at PT. Jingga Property Indonesia can be completed in 400.47 hours. The results of the realization of house construction before the calculation using the PERT method were 538 hours. If targeted for 420 hours, the possibility of completion is 99%. The proposed schedule of 294.52 hours can be realized if the masons are added/more activities are done simultaneously.

Abstract

This study evaluates the drug prevention strategies implemented by the Head of Sambinae Subdistrict and identifies key barriers affecting their effectiveness. Using qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the strategies are effective due to strong collaboration between the subdistrict office, Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, community leaders, religious figures, and the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The integration of Soft Power, Hard Power, and Smart Power approaches enhances the impact of prevention efforts. Optimal resource allocation including facilities, personnel, and funding and effective coordination and further support implementation. However, challenges such as limited human resources, geographical constraints, and low community participation persist. Legal reinforcement through Law No. 35 of 2009 and informal educational programs, such as the Anti-Drug Peer Youth initiative, are crucial in raising awareness. Multisectoral collaboration remains a key factor in the sustainable prevention of drug circulation in the Sambinae Subdistrict.

Abstract

This study examines education administration services using the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) application whose services have not been able to carry out the Computer-Based National Assessment simultaneously on September 19-22, 2023. The purpose of the research is to analyze the service standards of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) using the Application of Basic Education Data (Dapodik) in Junior High Schools (SMP) in North Aceh district related to facilities and infrastructure. The obstacles analyzed in the implementation of this Assessment are related to internal and external interactions. The theoretical perspective used is the theory of public service standards (Alfianto, 2020). Barriers to public servants (Atep, 2021). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study related to facilities show that education administration services using Basic Education Data in the simultaneous Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) service are not optimal because the facilities owned by schools with passenger status are still using semi-online servers. Regarding obstacles related to internal and external employee interaction, serious things have not been found that can hinder the service of the Computer-Based National Academies in North Aceh.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explain the independent clause of Balantak language. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The data source of this study is based on interviews with the Mamping village community. Data were collected using Sudaryanto's theory (1993), namely the simik and katat techniques. To analyze the data in this study, the researcher used the equivalent and distributional methods. The results of this study found three internal structures of Balantak language, namely intransitive clauses, transitive clauses, and equative clauses. Balantak language clauses consist of three core constituents, namely subject, predicate, and object.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of symbols in kaili customary sanctions and describe the meaning in the form of symbols in kaili customary sanctions. Kaili customary sanctions do not only function as punishments but as a holistic process that aims to restore balance and harmony in the community both socially and spiritually. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that Symbols such as goats and buffaloes represent different levels of sacrifice and purification, adjusted for the weight of the offense. Goats for general cleansing and expressions of gratitude, while buffalo for serious offenses that require total purification and a deep restoration of honor. Guma (machete) symbolizes the firmness of customary law and the power to break the negative bonds caused by violations. Traditional plates, white ceramic bowls, and trays function as symbolic containers that represent agreement, purity of intention, and togetherness in the process of solving problems, as well as being a place to hand over fines or offerings. Meanwhile, the white cloth emphasizes aspects of purity, peace, and sincere intentions to start a new chapter. Finally, the dowry (customary fine) is a symbol of accountability and compensation, which affirms the recognition of wrongdoing and the commitment to restore the dignity or loss that has occurred.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan praperadilan dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peranannya dalam melindungi hak-hak individu dan mengontrol kebijakan hukum pidana yang diterapkan oleh aparat penegak hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap putusan-putusan praperadilan yang menjadi sorotan publik, serta literatur terkait dengan hukum acara pidana. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun praperadilan memiliki peran penting dalam mengawasi prosedur penangkapan, penahanan, dan penyidikan, praperadilan sering terbatas pada pengujian aspek formil, tanpa mempertimbangkan substansi hak asasi manusia yang lebih luas. Hal ini mengarah pada ketidakpuasan masyarakat terhadap hasil keputusan praperadilan yang sering kali dipengaruhi oleh faktor politik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perluasan kewenangan praperadilan untuk menguji aspek substansial, reformasi prosedur, peningkatan transparansi, dan pelatihan bagi aparat penegak hukum untuk memastikan praperadilan lebih efektif dalam melindungi hak asasi manusia dan keadilan substantif.

Abstract

Prediabetes occurs when someone has an excess glucose in their blood but not high enough to be called diabetes mellius. It is categorized as prediabetes when the impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) are defined. The aim of the research is to analyze the correlation between consuming sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs), obesity, and physical activity with the occurrence of prediabetes in young adults at STIKes Panakkukang Makassar. The study employs the quantitative approach and the analytical survey method by using the cross-sectional design. The research subjects are 75 students of the second year (2022), who were selected by using proportional stratified random sampling. The prediabetes prevalence is measured based on the FBS measurement with glucometer. The consumption of SSBs is measured based on the additional sugar consumption per day. The obesity is measured by using body mass index. The physical activity refers to the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). The data were analyzed by using Chi Square. The prediabetes prevalence was found 33.3%, consumed high SSBs was 61.3%, obesity was 84%, and lack of physical activity was 30.7%. The bivariate analysis of consuming SSBs (p=0.036) and physical activity (p=0.042) have shown the prevalence of prediabetes, whereas the obesity and the prediabetes prevalence had no correlation (p=0.519). Consuming the SSBs and physical activity have significant impact on the prediabetes prevalence, but there is no correlation with the obesity. It is important for the teenagers not to compromise their life style and perform more physical activities to control their blood sugar.
