Abstract

Abstract: An environment is a place where living things live and all of the surrounding nature. The environment can be defined as a system of interactions between living things and other living things, and between living things and the surrounding environment. The purpose of the interaction is to maintain the sustainability of life itself, then the interaction must be in the form of interaction with balance, harmony, and harmony with the natural environment. Humans as the center of interaction between creatures and the surrounding nature must avoid interactions that damage, exploit, and harm the lives of other creatures, and for their natural environment. The importance of environmental care character education aims to make a person aware of the importance of environmental sustainability, as well as spiritual and religious values, the theme of this research is environmental care character education in the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith, and the focus of this research: first: character education, second: character education caring for the environment, third: understanding the Quran and hadith, fourth: character education caring for the environment in the perspective of the Quran and hadith. The research method used is library research or literary study, which is a study carried out to solve a problem based on a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials in accordance with the focus of the research. The results of this study, First: That character education is: an active effort in order to form a habit (habit) of a value, Second: That character education cares for the environment is: a process in which a person is expected to acquire environmental awareness, knowledge, skills, values experience and determination that enables them to act collectively or individually in solving environmental problems. Third: That the meaning of the Quran is: kalamullah which was revealed from lauhil Mahfudz to the prophet Muhammad s.a.w., through the intermediary of the angel Gabriel, which is written in the manuscripts. and hadith are something that comes from the prophet Muhammad s.a.w in the form of words, deeds, confessions, and strong desires (hammiyyah), as well as the characteristics of the prophet s.a.w. Fourth: That Character Education Cares for the Environment in the perspective of Al-Quran and Hadith: It is divided into three main areas: 1. The importance of environmental cleanliness, 2. Using the natural environment wisely 3. Maintaining or preserving the natural environment.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning outcomes are a measure of a student's success as a learner, and are influenced by various factors, including the effectiveness of student learning. Teachers can use various educational methods to ensure that they use appropriate learning methods during the learning process, one of which is the Imla method. This method is also usually called the dictation method in other languages, where a teacher gives a lesson while the students write again in their respective books. The aim of the research was to analyze the learning outcomes of class VIII students before and after using the imla method in Reading and Writing Al-Qur'an lessons; to analyze how the imla method impacts the learning outcomes of class VIII students in learning to read and write the Qur'an at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang; and to find out how effective the imla method is. Researchers use a quantitative approach. The type of research used is Quassi Experimental Design, and Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The results of this research are: 1) The learning results before learning the imla' method from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 64, a maximum score of 79 and an average score of 72.48 and a standard deviation of 5.363. Meanwhile, the learning results for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 53, a maximum score of 79, and an average score of 68.59 and a deviation score of 7.750. 2) The learning results after being given the imla' method learning from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 79, a maximum score of 91 and an average score of 84.86 and a standard deviation of 4.442. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes using conventional methods for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 66, a maximum score of 88, and an average score of 79.59 and a deviation score of 5.360. 3) There is an influence of the effectiveness of the imla' method on the learning outcomes of class VIII students in the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing subject at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang independensi hakim serta disparitas putusan hakim pada perkara kasus korupsi di lingkup Mahkamah Agung. Faktor Undang-Undang sangat substansial, di mana Undang-Undang merupakan acuan penetapan jenis dakwaan dan tuntutan bagi pelaku. Fakta hukum dan independensi hakim juga turut mempengaruhi terjadinya disparitas putusan dan disparitas putusan juga dijadikan landasan untuk mengukur apakah hakim telah independen atau belum dalam menetapkan sebuah putusan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif atau library research (kepustakaan) dengan menggunakan Undang-Undang Kekuasaan Kahakiman, Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, KUHP dan putusan perkara korupsi yang mengalami disparitas sebagai bahan hukum primer dan karya ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian sebagai bahan hukum sekunder. Artikel ini dianalisis menggunakan teori kepastian hukum Hans Kelsen dan teori sistem hukum Lawrence M. Friedman. Penulisan ini menemukan penyebab terjadinya disparitas putusan pada perkara tindak pidana korupsi, independensi hakim terhadap sejumlah putusan perkara korupsi, dan indikator independensi Hakim dalam Disparitas Putusan Korupsi. Kata Kunci: independensi hakim; disparitas; korupsi; mahkamah agung.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the unclear regarding the award of honorarium for excess teaching hours at the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. This research aims to find out the rules for determining excess teaching hours and honorarium for excess teaching hours for Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic lecturers, to find out their implementation and the conformity of implementation with the rules.The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are documentation and interviews. The results of this research are the rules for determining excess teaching hours and honorarium for excess teaching hours for Ujung Pandang State Poly- technic lecturers: The mandatory teaching load is 9 credits which are charged from practicum courses first; The maximum teaching load is 24 credits; The teaching load that can be paid as excess teaching hours is a maximum of 15 credits; The teaching load paid as excess teaching hours is calculated from theoretical lectures first; Lecturers who are continuing their studies do not have a mandatory teaching load. The Implementation for determining excess teaching hours for Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic lecturers is to calculate the number of credits taught in regular D3 and D4 classes. The maximum number is 24 minus 9 credits. The difference is the excess teaching hours expressed in credit units. The excess teaching hours are first calculated from the credits for theory courses. If the number of excess teaching hours is less than the number of credits for theory courses, then the remainder is taken from the credits for practical courses. The unit uses theory credits and practical hours. The implementation of determining the honorarium for excess teaching hours for Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic lecturers can clearly be calculated using mathematical formulas. The implementation of determining excess teaching hours and honorarium for excess teaching hours for Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic lecturers is in accordance with the applicable regulations

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang konsumen yang pernah membeli di Holly Mart Kecamatan Tente dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (a) Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; (b) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; dan (c) Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Penulis menyarankan kepada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Harga, Promosi dan Minat Beli dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan untuk mendukung aspek pemasaran. Dari segi harga base on penelitian ini harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adanya indikasi negatif harga kurang ambil andil dalam penelitian ini, Dan disarankaan agar selalu Di tingkatkann tren dari hasil penelitain ketiga variabel yang di uji memiliki hasil yang sangat positif san tren yang sangat baik.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa SMP Unismuh Makassar melalui program Studentpreneur, yang melibatkan pengusaha muda sebagai figur inspiratif. Program ini mengedepankan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, di mana siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mendengarkan cerita sukses dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha muda dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan pengusaha muda, observasi partisipatif terhadap kegiatan, serta analisis tematik untuk menggali dampak kegiatan terhadap motivasi, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan keterampilan siswa. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk berwirausaha, memperkuat pemahaman praktis mereka mengenai kewirausahaan, serta meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait keterbatasan modal dan akses pasar tetap menjadi hambatan utama dalam implementasi usaha. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan penguatan program kewirausahaan di sekolah melalui penyediaan fasilitas dan dukungan praktis yang lebih konkret untuk mendukung siswa dalam mewujudkan ide bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian adalah nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam tradisi Maddoja Bine. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci, sedangkan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, catatan lapangan, dan rekaman suara merupakan instrumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) pelaksanaan tradisi Maddoja Bine selama dua sampai tiga hari dan terdiri dari 11 prosesi yaitu: Maddemme bine atau merendam benih, mengangkat benih padi, Ofong atau pengasapan, memasak, menyiapkan Sangiang Serri, Mabbaca doang atau berdoa, makan bersama, Massureq, Maccera bine, membungkus bekal, dan terakhir menabur benih padi. ​​2) Nilai-nilai Islam yang terdapat dalam tradisi Maddoja Bine yaitu: mempererat tali silaturahmi, ikhtiar, mempererat hubungan kekeluargaan, amanah, rasa syukur. 3) Kepercayaan masyarakat Bugis di Desa Binuang, Kabupaten Barru, terhadap tradisi Maddoja bine sangat kuat dan telah menjadi kebiasaan sebelum bercocok tanam. Persepsi ini tidak lepas dari kepercayaan leluhur mereka, yaitu Dewata Sewwa'e Sanggiang Serri, namun yang terpenting adalah mengetahui bahwa semua bentuk tradisi ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT atas berkah rezeki yang diberikan.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of profitability on firm value and further examines the moderating roles of intangible assets, research and development (R&D) expenditures, and technology investments in Indonesian manufacturing companies. The issue of how firms translate profitability into long-term value remains an important topic in financial and strategic management, particularly in emerging markets where resource allocation and investment strategies vary considerably. The research population comprises manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. Using purposive sampling, 105 firms were selected, resulting in 525 firm-year observations. Data were obtained from annual reports and financial statements, while the analytical methods employed include panel data regression, simple regression, and moderated regression analysis using EViews 12 software. The empirical results confirm that profitability exerts a positive and significant impact on firm value, highlighting its role as a primary driver of shareholder wealth. Nevertheless, the moderating tests indicate that intangible assets and technology investments weaken this relationship, suggesting that excessive or misaligned allocations in these areas may reduce the incremental benefits of profitability. Conversely, R&D expenditures were found not to significantly moderate the profitability–value link, implying that research activities alone do not automatically enhance firm value unless effectively commercialized. Overall, the findings enrich the literature on the resource-based view by emphasizing the conditional effects of intangible and technological resources. For practitioners, the study provides strategic insights into how managers should align resource investments with profitability objectives to optimize value creation in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

The revision of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP) through Law Number 1 of 2023 brings significant implications for the concept of complaint-based offenses (delik aduan), particularly in the context of victim protection. This study aims to examine the expansion of the delik aduan concept in the new Penal Code and assess its effectiveness in enhancing legal access and protection for victims. Using a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach, the research analyzes relevant regulations, legal literature, and supporting documents. The findings reveal that while the new Penal Code offers broader opportunities for victims and related parties to file complaints, its implementation still faces normative and institutional challenges. Synchronization with sectoral regulations and the strengthening of victim support mechanisms are necessary to ensure that the objectives of protection can be optimally achieved.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic operational management decisions implemented by MB Bakery & Coffee and evaluates its competitive position within Palu City's coffee shop industry using Porter’s Five Forces analysis. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews conducted in Besusu Tengah Urban Village, East Palu District. The analysis focused on ten strategic decisions in operational management, revealing how MB Bakery & Coffee has adapted to the dynamic and competitive landscape.The Porter’s Five Forces framework identified several key findings. First, the emergence of new coffee shops in Palu presents a significant competitive threat, requiring MB Bakery & Coffee to strengthen its value proposition. Second, customer purchasing power remains stable, primarily supported by loyal, long-standing patrons. However, the influx of new cafés and shifting customer preferences present challenges in attracting new clientele. Third, the threat of substitute products is currently minimal, though continuous innovation is essential to sustain market relevance. Fourth, supplier power is notably high, as MB Bakery & Coffee maintains strict quality standards for food ingredients and coffee beans, reinforcing its commitment to product excellence. Lastly, competition intensity is strong, with 67 coffee shops recorded in Palu City as of 2023. MB Bakery & Coffee faces direct rivalry from two businesses with similar concepts, highlighting the need for ongoing strategic refinement.The study concludes that while MB Bakery & Coffee has effectively executed several operational strategies, maintaining a competitive edge in Palu’s saturated market requires continual innovation, quality control, and customer engagement
