Abstract

Basic business management training at KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati aims to improve members' skills and knowledge in managing their businesses. This study evaluates the impact and effectiveness of the training program in improving the performance and sustainability of micro enterprises in the financial institution. The research methods used include surveys, interviews, and data analysis to measure changes before and after the training. The results showed a significant improvement in members' knowledge and management skills after the training. Trainees also reported improvements in the operational efficiency and financial management of their businesses. The active involvement of members in the training process was also a key factor in the success of the program. In conclusion, the basic business management training at KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati had a positive impact in improving members' business skills and performance. The program not only provides individual benefits, but also strengthens social cohesion and economic growth in the community. Further efforts are needed to develop and expand this training program to support the growth and sustainability of microenterprises at the local level.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di masjid Al-Muttaqin yang terlak di Jalan Sungai Rupat 13 Kelurahan Pagar Dewa Kecamatan Selebar Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang   manajemen pengelolaan masjid untuk meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan pengurus masjid  tentang pengelolaan masjid yang baik dan berkualitas. Rancangan kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu kegiatan pembinaan dan pendampingan manajemen keuangan  mesjid.  Saat ini manajemen pendanaan dan investasi masjid Almutaqqin belum sepenuhnya dikelola dengan maskimal. Hal ini disebabka masih terbatasnya sumber pendaan yang diperoleh. Disamping itu  masyarakat belum sepenuhnya menjadikan masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan, sehingga peranan masyarakat untuk memakmurkan masjid masih rendah. Dampaknya adalah rendahnya sumber pedanaan secara operasional yang berasal dari jamaah. Berdasarkan pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pengelolaan masjid sangat terkait dengan upaya memperbaiki management kepengurusan; management kesekretariatan; management keuangan; management dana dan usaha; management pembinaan jama’ah; management pendidikan dan pelatihan. Saat ini juga peranan masjid untuk mecetak kader masih rendah, terbukti kurang aktifnya remaja masjid dan majlis taklim. pengelolaan masjid lebih ditekankan pada pembentukan kepengurusan remaja masjid dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsi remaja masjid yang meliputi memakmurkan masjid, kaderisasi umat dan generasi, pembinaan remaja muslim melalui kajian rutin, mendukung kegiatan takmir masjid termasuk dakwah dan sosial kemasyarakatan

Abstract

The swift progression of industrial technology has profoundly influenced the manufacturing sector, especially in the domain of sheet metal manipulation. Hydraulic plate bending machines hold a pivotal role in contemporary production due to their precision in shaping sheet metal components. This study aims to elevate the versatility and efficiency of hydraulic plate bending machines through innovative modifications. Key components underwent substantial alterations, including punch substitution, installation of dual punch locking plates, and integration of a pressure gauge. An evaluation ensued to determine the optimal parameters duration and force requisite for bending sheet metals ranging from 1 mm to 4 mm in thickness, aimed at assessing machinery efficacy. Test outcomes unveiled the modified machine's adeptness in accurately bending sheets of varying thicknesses, affirming its intended functionality. Moreover, the machine's enhanced adaptability allowed for seamless interchangeability of punches with diverse sizes and shapes. These empirical findings provide invaluable insights for enterprises striving to streamline manufacturing processes and boost overall productivity. Notably, this study highlights the pivotal role of technological advances in hydraulic plate bending machines, offering firms an efficient avenue to cater to diverse sheet metal shaping demands, thereby amplifying productivity and adaptability in industrial operations.

Abstract

The Merdeka Mandiri curriculum is the curriculum chosen by UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik to implement the independent curriculum initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim. This research aims to determine the design of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed Islamic Religious Education learning and the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed the learning of Islamic Religious Education, as well as evaluate the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed in the learning of Islamic Religious Education. To achieve the objectives of this research, qualitative research was the choice to reveal the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, especially in Islamic Religious Education learning with the method used to collect data: interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research are the design of the Merdeka Mandiri Curriculum Changes in Islamic Religious Education learning in accordance with the central learning outcomes and developed by teachers in charge of Islamic Religious Education through teaching modules, the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning is carried out in accordance with the teacher's understanding and when there are problems in the process solutions were sought for learning together through MGMPS Islamic Religious Education and teacher meetings. Evaluation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum for Islamic Religious Education learning was carried out internally from UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik and externally from the Education supervisor at the end of the semester.

This study goes into the intricate web of social class dynamics depicted in the Indonesian novel "Laskar Pelangi" by Andrea Hirata. Set against the backdrop of Belitung, the narrative unfolds the lives of a group of students as they navigate the challenges of education and dreams. The primary aim of this research is to dissect the nuanced portrayal of social classes within the novel, examining how they shape characters' identities, opportunities, and interactions. To achieve a comprehensive understanding, a qualitative approach is employed, involving close textual analysis of key passages and character interactions. The analysis focuses on identifying and categorizing the various social classes represented in the novel, exploring the factors that contribute to their formation, and elucidating the implications of these class distinctions on character development and societal structures. Themes such as education, economic disparities, and cultural influences are scrutinized to unravel the intricate threads that weave the social tapestry of "Laskar Pelangi." This study concludes by synthesizing the findings, offering a nuanced understanding of how social class dynamics are intricately interwoven into the narrative fabric of "Laskar Pelangi." Abstract

This research highlights the importance of PAI teacher competency in driving schools. The aim of this research is to analyze the competency of PAI teachers at driving schools at Annuqayah High School. The Driving School is part of the Merdeka curriculum in learning. This research method uses qualitative which can describe the competency of PAI teachers. The qualitative method used is descriptive by obtaining data from interviews, observation and documentation. As a result, PAI teachers become facilitators, digitalizing reflective learning to evaluation, the supporting factors are collaboration and coordination. The inhibiting factors are lack of supervision and inactive KKG.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran manusia dan implementasi dalam kehidupan, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manusia dalam perspektif alquran dan hadis serta tantangan dalam kehidupan kontemporer serta solusi dalam menghadapi permasalahan keihidupan kontemporer, sumber primer dan sumber sekunder, Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jurnal mengenai filsafat dan hadist dan data sekunder yang di gunakan jurnal dan buku buku yang relavan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam tentang peran manusia dalam kehidupan kontemporer sangat penting untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang adil, harmonis, dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Through education, awareness of the importance of climate change as a global issue can be delivered. Aligned with the encyclical Laudato si issued by Pope Francis that mentioned climate change, the seminary as a Catholic school is expected to fulfill the Pope's call. This study aimed to determine the needs of Saint Paul's Junior Seminary students to design English speaking materials based on climate change. This study used mixed methods with ADDIE development model. The data was obtained through questionnaires and face-to-face semi-structured interviews. The participants of this research were 31 students of the 4th grade at Saint Paul’s Junior Seminary and an English teacher. The results of the needs analysis showed that: 1) students still had difficulty speaking English; 2) there were no English-speaking materials that specifically discuss climate change; 3) students needed learning resources that provide English language materials that specifically discuss climate change; 4) there should be more practice speaking English about climate change which will increase students' awareness of the environment, in line with Pope Francis' Laudato si. From these needs, it was necessary to develop English-speaking material based on climate change because of the students' inability to speak English about climate change and to increase students’ awareness of climate change.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how students' self-confidence is seen from their fluency in speaking English, types of self-confidence in students seen from their self-confidence, and also the strategies used by teachers to increase students' self-confidence at SMP Islam Terpadu Generasi Muslim Cendikia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected using observation techniques, speaking tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The subjects were 24 female students of class VIII/C at SMP Islam Terpadu Generasi Muslim Cendikia. The observations were indirect observations, where the researcher was not directly involved in the activities. A speaking rubric was used to measure the level of fluency in speaking English, and student self-confidence was determined based on self-confidence indicators during student speaking. For the questionnaire, a Likert scale is used and finally, the researcher conducted interviews were conduct is used with related teachers to determine strategies to increase student self-confidence. Based on the results of the analysis the results of the speaking test and survey questionnaire showed that students who have a high level of confidence also have high scores, and vice versa. There are 5 kinds of self-confidence in students, namely confidence in speaking in formal situations, confidence in speaking in class discussions, confidence in speaking with peers, confidence in speaking in everyday situations, and confidence in speaking in academic contexts, it is also found that there are 8 strategies that teachers can use to increase students' self-confidence.

In today's era of uncertainty, various challenges arise in efforts to manage human resources in the governmentsector, where human resource management (HRM) holds an important battle in the success and efficiency of theimplementation of public services in the government environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the influenceof Workload, Discipline and Work Safety on the Performance of Employees of the Padang City Civil Police Unit(SATPOL PP). Satpol PP in the Padang City area, West Sumatra. The type of research used in this study is associativeresearch with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all Contract Employees (No PNS) in the Padang CityCivil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP). The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The technique of collectingresearch data through questionnaires uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linearregression.Based on partial statistical analysis of the Workload variable with a tcount value of 3.283 > ttable 1,665 with avalue (Significant = 0.008 <0.05) This means that the workload has a positive and significant effect on the performanceof the Employees of the Padang City Civil Police Unit. Work Discipline Variable (X2) with a tcount value of 2.084>ttable1,665 with a value (Significant = 0.041 <0.05) This means that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect onthe Performance of Employees of the Padang City Civil Police Unit. Occupational Safety Variable (X3) with a calculatedvalue of 2.183> ttable 1.665 with a value (Significant = 0.048 <0.05) This means that occupational safety has a positiveand significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang City Civil Service Police Unit.The result of F that the value of Fcal> Ftable with a value of 1.463 > 3.1 respectively with a significant value of(0.031) < 0.05 which means that Workload, Discipline and Occupational Safety simultaneously or together have asignificant positive effect on the Performance of Employees of the Padang City Civil Police Unit (SATPOL PP).
