Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam melestarikan tradisi tahfidz Al-Qur’an dan membentuk generasi muslim yang berkarakter Qur’ani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Pondok Pesantren Graha Tahfidz BUQ Minhajuth Thullab dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan santri serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi di lingkungan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembinaan yang mencakup program Bittuqo, metode setoran berjenjang, manajemen waktu disiplin, serta motivasi spiritual dan sosial terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan santri. Lingkungan religius, keterlibatan ustadzah yang kompeten, dan evaluasi berkala menjadi faktor kunci pendukung. Sementara itu, kesulitan tajwid, tekanan mental saat setoran, dan rutinitas yang monoton menjadi tantangan yang diatasi melalui pendekatan pembinaan holistik dan manusiawi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi aspek spiritual, pedagogis, dan psikologis dalam menciptakan ekosistem tahfidz yang berkelanjutan dan berkualitas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling discipline character values ​​in students at MIN 4 Way Jepara, Lampung Timur. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study included Islamic Religious Education teachers and students at the school. The results of the study indicate that teachers act as demonstrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator, and evaluator in the process of instilling disciplined character. The methods applied include role models, advice, discussion, and a love approach. The main challenge faced is the low personal awareness of students who are still in the development stage. Instilling disciplined character values ​​has been proven to significantly increase discipline and shape students' moral and spiritual character. This study confirms that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is crucial in instilling disciplined character values, which contribute to the formation of student character at MIN 4 Way Jepara, Lampung Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of inferiority and superiority found in the novel Selena by Tere Liye. The benefits of this study are to increase knowledge about literary science, especially in the field of literary psychology research. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. The data used in this study are sentences, quotes, or excerpts that show conformity with Alfred Adler's Inferiority and Superiority theory. The data collection techniques used in this study are library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. Then the data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions from the data obtained. The results of this study indicate the existence of forms of inferiority in the form of timidity, hesitance, insecurity, cowardice, and submissive obedience. Meanwhile, the form of superiority contained in the Selena novel by Tere Liye is in the form of the final goal that the main character wants to achieve, namely to become a student at the High Shadow Academy (ABTT) and to be able to defend himself to become a student at the High Shadow Academy (ABTT), then the strength of struggle as a form of compensation manifested in the form of courage, stubbornness, rebelliousness, and opposition. And the struggle that is carried out is to achieve personal superiority.

Abstract

This study explains the basic concepts of methodology in Islamic studies, highlighting the urgency and scope of methodology in the context of Islamic studies, recognizing its vital role in providing a framework for comprehensive scientific research. The research method employed is library-based, involving the exploration of library materials or secondary data, including primary sources such as books, journals, and other relevant resources related to the object of study. The findings of the research indicate that the application of appropriate methodology not only enhances the understanding of Islam but also has the potential to enrich cross-disciplinary knowledge and influence contemporary thinking about religion, all within the framework of a well-functioning and comprehensive Islamic education process. The implications of this research underscore the importance of understanding and applying the proper methodology in the praxis of Islamic education to address global challenges and strengthen the contribution of Muslims in an increasingly complex world.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of inclusive governance and the rule of law in protecting human rights in the post-globalization era through the perspective of the Hadith. The research employs a qualitative method with a normative-analytical approach, focusing on the thematic interpretation of selected Hadiths that emphasize justice, inclusivity, and legal supremacy. Data collection includes literature review and the analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic texts. The findings highlight that principles of inclusive governance and legal supremacy align with the core values of the Hadith, which advocate for justice, the prevention of oppression, and the protection of minority rights. The research reveals that integrating these principles into modern governance models can address socio-political inequalities and strengthen human rights protection. The study concludes that the Hadith offers valuable guidance for reimagining governance frameworks that are just, inclusive, and rooted in moral and ethical principles, making them adaptable to the challenges of the post-globalization era.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter, akhlak, dan kompetensi spiritual peserta didik sejak usia dini. Dalam konteks pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, kemampuan membaca yang baik dan benar menjadi pondasi utama agar anak dapat memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Islam secara utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Al-Balong terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an anak di Desa Labuhan Ratu III. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design), melibatkan 30 responden melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen berupa tes kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an, observasi, dan wawancara, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an anak setelah mengikuti pendidikan di TPQ, dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) = 0,001 (< 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran TPQ dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an, membentuk akhlak mulia, dan memperkuat identitas keislaman sejak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan TPQ perlu terus dikembangkan melalui inovasi metode pembelajaran dan sinergi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Membentuk Kreativitas Peserta didik Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti melakukan wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 20 September 2024 hingga 11 Oktober 2024. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam membentuk Kreativitas Peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yaitu: (1) Perencanaan meliputi pembentukan tim fasilitator, identifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan pendidikan, penentuan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi projek, penyusunan modul projek dan penyusunan strategi pelaporan projek, (2) Pelaksanaan meliputi pengenalan tema-tema, kontekstualisasi tema, aksi nyata, refleksi dan tindak lanjut, (3) Evaluasi meliputi instrument assesmen yang bervariasi dan rapor projek. Dengan menggunakan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dapat membentuk kreativitas peserta didik dengan mengkreasikan panjang maulud.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadis menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya pengembangan pendidikan di MI Miftahul Ulum Braja Harjosari, Kecamatan Braja Selebah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran Reward and Punishment, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas metode tersebut dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 24 siswa kelas IV, dengan komposisi 14 peserta didik putri dan 10 peserta didik putra. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar angket respon peserta didik, lembar aktivitas guru, dan hasil tes belajar, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam ketuntasan belajar siswa, dengan persentase ketuntasan pada pra tindakan sebesar 34%, meningkat menjadi 58% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 83% pada siklus II. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model Reward and Punishment berhasil meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This research explores in depth the concept of moral integrity which is the main basis for economic actors in the current context. The focus of this research is to identify ethical principles that should be upheld and behaviors that economic actors should avoid ensuring sustainability and fairness in economic interactions. A qualitative approach is used to investigate the impact of moral integrity on economic decisions. Research findings show that moral integrity must involve a commitment to values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility. On the other hand, behavior that should be avoided includes practices that can harm society, such as fraud, corruption, and exploitation. This article provides a holistic picture of the role of moral integrity in shaping the character of economic actors and its impact on economic sustainability. The implications of this research finding can guide companies, regulators, and individuals in designing policies, business practices, and ethical guidelines that are in accordance with Islamic moral and justice principles. This research contributes to a deep understanding of moral integrity in the complex context of today's economic interactions.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics values in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banda Aceh City. Through a quantitative approach with survey method, data collection involved 150 SME owners as respondents selected through stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the implementation of business ethics values has a positive and significant effect on SME performance, with honesty in transactions as the most dominant factor (41.2%). There are significant differences in the implementation of business ethics values based on business sectors, where the service sector shows a higher level of implementation. The research findings benefit the development of business ethics for SMEs in developing countries
