Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Lilin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab serta berperan penting dalam manajemen pemebelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui perencanaan program jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Melakukan pengorganisasian dan koordinasi kepada pendidik, tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik untuk dapat memanfaatkan pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Serta melakukan evaluasi untuk melihat manfaat dan kendala apa saja dari pemanfaatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Lilin. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan manfaat yang dirasakan dari pemanfaatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dari bermacam produk TIK yang sudah ada memberikan inovasi serta kemudahan dalam aktifitas sekolah terutama dalam aktifitas proses pembelajaran seperti, mempermudah pendidik/guru dalam mengelola manajemen kelas berupa pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran, silabus , RPP dan mengelola hasil nilai peserta didik. Serta dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu inovasi sumber belajar bagi pendidik dan peserta didik. Kendala yang dirasakan dari pemanfaatan pembelajaran berbasis TIK mahalnya sarana prasarana TIK sehingga memerlukan perencanaan program jangka panjang untuk melengkapi sesuai standar sekolah berbasis TIK serta masih belom meratanya jaringan internet.

Teachers’ job satisfaction is the teacher's perception of what he has obtained, through the indicators compiled. In this study the indicators used are the fields of promotion, salary and incentives, promotions, coworkers as well as supervisory and leadership evaluation. The purpose of this research is to look at the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public primary schools on Pulau Rimau. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). The number of objects in this study were five public primary schools. The results obtained from the research that has been done are stated that the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public primary schools in the Pulau Rimau region is included in the quite high category, but in the field of salary and incentives is an area with the highest average value of job satisfaction low.

Capacity building is part of improving the quality of performance. This research aimed at determining the effect of capacity building and leadership of school principals on teachers’ performance in Primary School of Pulau Rimau. The population and sample in this study were teachers who taught at Primary School of Pulau Rimau, sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques. The results obtained there is positive and significant effect of capacity building on the performance of teachers; there is positive and significant influence of school leadership on the performance of teachers; and there is positive and significant influence of capacity building and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers.

This study determined the instructional management of Islamic education in Primary School 25 Gelumbang. This study used qualitative method and the focus was instructional management. The instruments were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that there were steps in instructional management such planning, implementing, organizing and monitoring. Then in supervision, the teacher made a breakthrough by involving parents and homeroom teachers in controlling their children to memorize short letters and asmaul husna given.

This study aimed at determining the efforts to develop elementary school teacher’s professionalism in remote areas and the factors that become obstacles faced by teachers to improve the quality of elementary school education. This research was carried out in and SD Negeri 16 and 31 Pulau Rimau. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected using documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. Data were analysed using data collection, data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results stated that the development of professionalism of remote regional teachers in Banyuasin was 1) facilitating permission for elementary school teachers to continue their studies; 2) emphasizing school principals and teachers who have more ability to share abilities with peers; 3) reviewing each teacher after completing various training activities; 4) improve school facilities and infrastructure; 6) providing assistance to teachers who are implementing education; and 7) increasing the competency of school supervisors.

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership and work commitment to the professionalism of primary school teachers. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) how is the influence of the principal leadership on teacher professionalism?, (2) how is the influence of work commitment on teacher professionalism?, (3) how is the influence between principal leadership and teacher work commitment to teacher professionalism. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. This research is looking for systematic empirical data and in this study the researcher can’t directly control the independent variables because the events have occurred and according to their nature can’t be manipulated. This study places the influence of principal leadership and teacher work commitment to the professionalism of primary school teachers in Cokroaminoto cluster, Semidang Aji District, OKU Regency. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the performance of the Cokroaminoto cluster primary school teachers in good category of 65.5%, that’s, the mean or average score is 61.4155 which in 52–63 interval. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the professionalism of teachers in the professional category of teachers in carrying out their duties is 77.5%. However, there are still teachers whose professionalism is in the quite professional category at 12.0% and even there are still teachers who are less professional in carrying out their duties by 2.8%, this is reflected in the indicator that teachers do not master the methods and evaluation of learning outcomes. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the regression equation line Y = 18.668 + 0.260X1 + 0.472X2 is obtained. These results indicate that this positive sign is in accordance with the theory and can be interpreted that the principal leadership and teacher professionalism are good, so the teacher's performance will be good too.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher work discipline. As for the formulation of the problem: (1) is there an influence between the principal's leadership on teacher work discipline?, (2) is there an influence between work motivation on teacher work discipline?, (3) is there a significant influence between principal leadership and work motivation jointly on teacher work discipline?. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The method used by researchers to get a view of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 108 teachers. From the results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the principal's leadership, the very good data category was chosen by 8 out of 108 (9.6%) respondents. While the good category was chosen by 21 respondents (25.3%). The sufficient category was chosen by 30 respondents (36.1%). 19 (23.0%) respondents chose the less category. For the very less category chosen by 5 (6.0%) respondents. If it is related to the mean value on the discipline questionnaire, which is 74.4819, then the average respondent chooses the sufficient category.

Wanita di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja rela meninggalkan keluarga untuk memperbaiki nasib dan status sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan bekerja ke Luar Negeri. Penghasilan yang mereka dapat diluar negeri mereka kirim ke daerah asal untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, seperti: sandang, pangan, pendidikan, kesehatan, infrastuktur bangunan rumah dan sebagainya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW) terhadap sosial ekonomi keluarga yang ditinggalkan di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berupa reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak positif kehidupan keluarga yang ditinggal adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan sehari-hari keluarganya, adanya peningkatan pendapatan, perubahan tempat tinggal lebih baik, bertambahnya aset yang dimiliki yang akhirnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan taraf hidup keluarganya. Sedangkan dampak negatif adalah hubungan keluarga menjadi kurang harmonis yakni sering terjadi selingkuh atau menikah lagi, buruknya manajemen keuangan anggota keluarga bersifat konsumtif, perhatian dan pendidikan terutama pengawasan anak-anak tidak bisa optimal.

Penelitian ini dilakukan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang membuat masyarakat di Kelurahan Pasar Bhayangkara Kecamatan Talang Ubi KabupatenPALI bekerja di sektor informal dan juga untuk mengetahui kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang bekerja di sektor informal. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan dasar-dasar metode studi kasusdan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, maka data-data yang diperoleh dalam prosedur penelitian ini merupakan data-data deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Wawancara 2). Dokumentasi, dan 3). Observasi Langsung. Teknik Analisis data melalui prosedur dan tahapantahapan berikut: 1. Reduksi Data, 2. Penyajian Data dan 3. Conclusion Drawing/Veriffication. Hasil dari wawancara menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pekerja sektor informal memiliki pendidikan rendah, itulah yang menjadi penyebab masyarakat bekerja di sektor informal, selain pendidikan juga masalah lingkungan yang kebanyakan bekerja di sektor informal, pendapatan para pekerja sektor informal paling kecil yaitu 200 ribu rupiah perharinya.

Abstract The formulation of the problem in this research is how to analyze the liquidity ratio and solvency of Tirta Lematang Regional Water Company in Lahat Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of liquidity and solvency in the Tirta Lematang Regional Water Company in Lahat Regency. The object of the study of Tirta Lematang Regional Water Supply Company is Lahat Regency 2015-2017 period. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the liquidity ratio research of PDAM Tirta Lematang can be seen from the calculation of current ratio in 2015 (11.62%), 2016 (317.50%), and 2017 (0%). While the liquidity ratio is seen from the calculation with a quick ratio in 2015 (10.54%), 2016 (306.18%), and 2017 (0%). Based on the calculation of the liquidity and solvency ratios, it can be concluded that PDAM Tirta Lematang is in an unhealthy criteria because it is in accordance with the health assessment standards can be said to be healthy if> 65%. The solvency ratio of PDAM Tirta Lematang can be seen from the calculation of the debt to assets ratio in 2015 (345.54%), 2016 (17.00%) and 2017 (47.86%). The solvency ratio can be seen from the calculation of debt to equity ratio in 2015 (140.73%), 2016 (20.96%) and 2017 (91.80%). Based on the calculation of the liquidity and solvency ratios, it can be concluded that PDAM Tirta Lematang is in an unhealthy criteria because it is in accordance with the health assessment standards can be said to be healthy if> 65%.
