Abstract

This research aims to explain the juridical review of various influencing factors, as well as the urgency of implementing the Peace Deed in resolving Child Custody Lawsuits through Mediation in the Religious Courts by studying the decisions of the Religious Courts in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This type of research is library research. The approach used is normative juridical which also uses a statutory approach, case study and conceptual approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using legal research studies. The primary data for this research is Article 130 HIR, Article 154 RBg KUHPer and PERMA No. 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures. The secondary data is various literature that is relevant to this research. The results of this research are that there is inconsistency and disharmony between two government regulations regarding the implementation of the Peace Deed in the Religious Courts which involves two regulations and laws, namely Article 130 HIR and Article 154 RBg with PERMA No.1 of 2016 concerning mediation procedures. The inconsistency and disharmony between the two government regulations has resulted in overlapping decisions in the Religious Courts, especially in the case of child custody claims which are listed in several decisions that have been issued by the Religious Courts in several regions in West Nusa Tenggara Province

Abstract

The ability to read the Quran is a fundamental skill in religious education for students in schools. Co-curricular programs can play an important role in improving this ability. This study aims to explore the implementation of co-curricular programs in improving the ability to read the Quran in primary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical description design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as observation of learning activities. The research subjects consisted of 30 students who participated in the co-curricular Quran reading program for one semester. The results showed that the implementation of this co-curricular program contributed positively to the improvement of students' Quran reading skills. Teachers reported significant improvements in students' Quran reading proficiency, as shown through increased evaluation scores. In addition, parents' involvement in supporting the program was also a determining factor in the success of students' improvement. This study indicates that a well-designed co-curricular program can be an effective solution in improving Quran reading skills. The findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, students and parents in creating a supportive learning environment. Recommendations for future research include the development of a more structured program as well as a long-term evaluation of the sustainability of improving Quran reading skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah permodalan usaha dana zakat dan pembinaan usaha dari dana zakat berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi mustahik pada Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu permodalan usaha dana zakat dan pembinaan usaha dana zakat, sedangkan variabel terikat ialah Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mustahik Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang terdiri 65 responden. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji t) yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permodalan usaha dana zakat bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi mustahik dan pembinaan usaha dana zakat tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi mustahik

Abstract

This article is the work of dedication carried out by the five authors in Almendah Village, West Java, Sri Mulyo Village, Malang Regency, Hilimbulawa Village, Nias, and Lamahu Bone Village. During his service to different villages, the author discovered a number of the same problems, namely physical infrastructure problems in the form of building siring, roads, bridges, and so on. However, this problem is not realistic to be resolved if you look at your financial capabilities and the time you have. The only problems that can be resolved are the monotonous learning methods of TPQ, the decreasing enthusiasm for learning of TPQ children, and the increasing number of TPQ children who use digital technology in a negative way, namely addiction to online games. For this reason, the author chose a solution to provide CANVA application training to PTQ teachers with the hope that these teachers will teach it to TPQ children. The aim is to make learning methods more varied, PTQ children are happy and enthusiastic about learning again, and can use technology. digital with positive things. The latest news that the author received was that this learning method was well received by PTQ children and the hope is that the children's enthusiasm will return and they will be able to use digital technology well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of madrasah heads in improving student learning achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Muslimin Undaan Kudus by using a qualitative approach through case study methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, deputy heads of curriculum and student affairs, participatory observation, and documentation of student achievements. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by triangulating sources. The results of the study show that the head of the madrasah carries out three main roles. First, as a manager, the head of the madrasah effectively plans, organizes, and supervises academic and non-academic programs through a collaborative approach. Second, as a motivator, the head of the madrasah provides psychological encouragement and appreciation to teachers and students, thereby increasing the spirit of learning and achievement. Third, as a supervisor, the head of the madrasah supervises learning on lesson plans, annual programs, and semester programs, as well as encourages teacher professional development through training and workshops. This study confirms that the leadership of madrasah heads that integrates managerial, motivational, and supervisory functions makes a significant contribution to improving students' academic and non-academic achievements. This study also recommends strengthening the capacity of madrasah heads as agents of change in educational transformation through participatory and collaborative leadership models.

Abstract

This research explores how the core values embedded in Islamic boarding school education contribute to developing a moderate and inclusive form of Islam. This study will focus on the impact of these values on individuals within the pesantren environment and, consequently, on broader societal dynamics. The approach employed in this research is qualitative, precisely a literature review type, which is a problem-solving method that seeks data sources, both primary and secondary, in the form of books, journals, essays, articles, and other document data. Data analysis in this study used content analysis techniques. The study results found that Islamic boarding school education is a vital moral force in Indonesia's education system, shaping unique social values like local wisdom within its distinct subculture. The research highlights strengthening these values as a novel foundation for Islamic moderation, presenting two education models. The innovative use of social construction theory identifies stages in value transmission, habitualization, and transformative shifts, enriching discourse on Islamic education. Urging a redefinition of education, the study emphasizes the coexistence of Islamic values with global trends. Pursuing moderate Islamic education aligns with togetherness, justice, tolerance, consultation, and social liberation, marking a significant stride in educational research and practice. This research explores the process of transmitting social values in Islamic boarding schools with a conceptual foundation of moderate Islamic education, emphasizing an inclusive paradigm for Islamic values alongside global trends.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the judges' considerations using gender justice in the Decision of the Madiun District Religious Court Number 1512/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Kab.Mn. Normatively, the permissibility of polygamy rests on the wife's consent and the husband's ability to be fair. In this case, the problem started with applying for a polygamy permit after the Applicant married his second wife. Argumentation: The Applicant, who was married before applying polygamy, was considered unlawful. This is doctrinal legal research with a case, conceptual, and statutory approach. Data sources for this research are court decisions, laws and regulations, books, journals, and research results. This research provides a conceptual basis for judges in making decisions on applications for polygamy licenses based on gender equity so that justice in society is created objectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of PPAT (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) guidance and supervision. It utilizes a normative and descriptive approach, gathering primary and secondary data through field investigations and relevant material collection. The analysis is qualitative, revealing that the PPAT Supervisory Council (PPAT) MPPD (Masyarakat Perlindungan Pejabat Dokumen) plays an active role in addressing non-compliance with office hours, in accordance with Article 47 of Permen ATR/Ka BPN No. 2 of 2018. Sanctions for such violations include written warnings and higher-level discussions with MPPW (Masyarakat Perlindungan Pejabat Wilayah). To improve guidance and supervision, efforts include disseminating land policies, defining PPAT duties, and regular office oversight. This study highlights the importance of effective supervision in ensuring PPAT compliance with regulations and duties, ultimately contributing to improved land management.

Abstract

This study was conducted on soil improvement works development Pelabuhan Indonesia III projects, Teluk Lamong Surabaya. The aim of the study was to obtain the optimization of the acceleration of soil consolidation using preloading with prefabrication vertical drain (PVD) and prefabrication horizontal drain (PHD). The method used in this study is the optimization of value engineering methods, which generally consists of phases: information, creativity, analysis, development and recommendation. The study concluded that the consolidation of the soil with alternative preloading system using  landfill with  gd = 1.91 kg/m3 and using  PVD/PHD brand Geowork type MW- 408/Geowork  type SD 100 X 20 with a distance of 80 cm is a method the most optimal soil improvement. This alternative produces a faster consolidation of 53 days from the scheduled time and cost savings of about Rp 1.77 billion from the planned start-up costs.

Abstract

Isu pengembangan program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab telah mendapatkan perhatian oleh para ketua/ koordinator program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab se-Indonesia. Beberapa agenda pun dicanangkan dalam rangka menyatukan langkah menuju perbaikan program secaran nasional. Salah satunya adalah kegiatan Rakernas dan Semiloka PPPBA Indonesia yang berlangsung di Malang pada tanggal 24-26 Agustus 2022. pada kegiatan tersebut dibahas tentang Best practice kurikulum PBA berbasis MBKM, Bedah instrumen akreditasi prodi dan Akreditasi internasional (Aqas). Di sisi lain, para ketua prodi PBA se-Indonesia saling bertukar program pengembangan yang dibuktikan dengan penandatangan MoU masing-masing Pengelola program studi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa program studi PBA dari perguruan tinggi Islam se-Indonesia, terus bergerak dan bersinergi dalam rangka mengembangkan program sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab IAIN Ternate sebelumnya juga terus berbenah dengan berusaha menciptakan bi’ah lughawiyah melalui kegiatan daurah arabiyah, rihlah ilmiah dan program stimulasi metode pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan library research sebagai bentuk kajiannya. pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif Seluruh data dan informasi yag diperoleh baik dari penelusuran literature terkait maupun hasil wawancara dan observasi, diolah dengan menggunakana analisi deskristif kualitatif melalui kerangka acuan deduktif. Kerangka acuan deduktif yang dimaksud adalah dengan menjabarkan informasi sekompleks mungkin kemudian diambil sebuah kesimpulan akhir yang mencakup keseluruhan data dan informasi terkait analisa pengembangan program studi pendidikan bahasa Arab di IAIN Ternate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bukti adanya upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengelola dalam mengembangkan program studi pendidikan bahasa Arab di IAIN Ternate. Program tersebut jika secara kontinu dilakukan, maka tentu akan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menyenangkan bagi para mahasiswa PBA IAIN Ternate. Dengan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, maka bukan tidak mungkin PBA IAIN Ternate sebagai satu-satunya penyelanggara Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Provinsi Maluku Utara, akan menjadi salah program studi yang diminati di masa yang akan datang
