Abstract

Stres akademik rentan dialami oleh Mahasiswa tingkat akhir karena memiliki tuntutan dan beban tugas yang semakin banyak. Salah satu cara menurunkan stres akademik yaitu melakukan expressive writing. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh expressive writing terhadap penurunan stres akademik mahasiswa Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP UHAMKA angkatan 2018 tahun akademik 2021/2022. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif Pre experimental design dengan jenis one group pretest and posttest. Jenis sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling dengan pengambilan sampel 24 Mahasiswa FKIP UHAMKA. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket stres akademik yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan pengujian Paired Sample T-Test didapatkan hasil nilai Sig. (2-Tailed) <0.05 atau 0.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh expressive writing terhadap penurunan stres akademik Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Traditional snack cakes can be contaminated with harmful microbes due to poor hygiene and sanitation practices. This study aims to identify the types of bacteria contaminating traditional snacks sold by street vendors on Jl. Al-Falah. The method used is the pour plate technique on Plate Count Agar for 24 hours at a temperature of 33-35 °C, along with selective media Salmonella Shigella Agar and Eosin Methylene Blue Agar. Observations include both fresh samples and those stored for 24 hours. Confirmation tests were conducted on SSA and EMBA media, followed by SCA (Simmon Citrate Agar). The results showed that six types of cakes exceeded the microbial contamination limits: P1S1 (6.2 × 10⁵ colonies/g), P2S1 (10 × 10⁴ colonies/g), P3S1 (4.8 × 10⁴ colonies/g), P1S5 (5.6 × 10⁴ colonies/g), P2S5 (5 × 10⁴ colonies/g), and P3S5 (8.6 × 10⁴ colonies/g). Out of 15 samples, two were detected to contain pathogenic bacteria: P1S1 was positive for Salmonella sp. and Escherichia coli, while P3S2 was positive for Escherichia coli. In conclusion, the contaminating bacteria Salmonella sp. and Escherichia coli were found in cake samples from different vendors.

Abstract

Microbial contamination in vegetables often originates from spraying or irrigation with contaminated water. Fertilization using animal manure can also lead to contamination, with bacteria such as Salmonella and E. coli found in vegetables like lettuce. Samples were collected once from each traditional market, repeatedly taken from roadside stalls, inside the market, or from kiosks. Macroscopic colony characteristics on EMBA (Eosin Methylene Blue Agar) and SSA (Salmonella-Shigella Agar) media were observed after incubation, including colony shape, color, structure, and growth size or diameter. EMBA media cultures of E. coli on five vegetable samples from Pasar Melati, Pasar Sei Sikambing, and Pasar Kampung Lalang showed contamination in all five samples. SSA media cultures of Salmonella sp. on five vegetable samples from these markets revealed contamination in one sample. Gram staining of all samples identified Gram-negative bacteria, appearing red in color.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) security concern and perceived ease of use on repurchase intention: the role of e-trust and e-satisfaction as mediators (2) The effect of security, perceived ease of use, repurchase intention of the role of trust and satisfaction as a mediator. The populace utilized in this study is all clients of E-business applications and the example involved is clients of E-trade applications in Bukittinggi City somewhere twice involving E-business for web-based shopping. The quantity of tests utilized in this review was 200 respondents. Information was gathered through an internet-based survey (google form) and information about the executives utilizing PLS (Partial Least Square) programming. The results of this study indicate that. (1) Security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention (3) security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention (4) e-satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention (5) security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust (6) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction (7). Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction (7). Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through security concerns (8). e-satisfaction a siginifikan effect on repurchase intention through trust. The results of this study indicate that it is positively and significantly influenced by security, convenience, and repurchase intention mediated by e-trust and e-satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of budget goal clarity and budgetary participation on budgetary slack, with information asymmetry as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on 60 respondents from 20 Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Palangka Raya City. Using multiple regression and moderated regression analysis, the results show that budget goal clarity negatively affects Budgetary Slack, while budgetary participation positively affects it. Information asymmetry moderates both relationships, strengthening the effect of budget goal clarity and weakening the effect of budgetary participation on Budgetary Slack. These findings imply the importance of clear budget goals, managed participation levels, and minimized information asymmetry in reducing Budgetary Slack. The study contributes to the understanding of budgetary practices in local government units and provides insights for improving budget management in the public sector.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the effect of profitability, company size and audit committee on earnings quality. This study uses quantitative descriptive research with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The sample selection used purposive sampling, and the number of samples used was 115 samples, and the analysis tool used was Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 26. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that profitability has no effect on earnings quality; 2) company size has no effect on earnings quality; 3) audit committee has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality; and 4) profitability, company size and audit committee simultaneously affect earnings quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the example of the principal, teacher discipline and the principal's contribution in improving teacher discipline at SD Keci Aneuk Bate. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection through direct observation and interviews with resource persons. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the principal's attendance at SD Aneuk Bate followed the rules of timely arrival and on time to leave even though it was outside the applicable time. SD Aneuk Bate is very wise in action, able to solve problems in school, confident in practicing, simple in character, but respected by his subordinates. The Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is very concerned about the problems faced by teachers and teaching staff and the Principal of SD Aneuk Bate is also very dedicated and responsible as a leader in carrying out his duties. The discipline of teachers at SD Aneuk Bate is well carried out in terms of compliance with laws and regulations, punctuality, and firm character. This is demonstrated by compliance and enforcement of regulations that can make farmers eligible. The principal's example in improving teacher discipline is well carried out so that he can be an example for his subordinates

Abstract

Abstract: Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a major threat and problem in the health sector. The aim of the study was to describe the profile of HIV patients at the VCT Polyclinic of Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital in 2021-2022. The research method is descriptive observational using secondary data from the VCT Polyclinic registration books and PDE. The results showed that there were 147 HIV cases with the highest cases in 2022 totaling 75 patients (51%). Based on variables, the most cases in 2021 were age groups 17-25 and 26-35 years (26%), male gender (72%), Banjarmasin domicile (56%), working status (44%), secondary education level (47%), key population MSM (22%), heterosexual transmission (26%), clinical stages 3 and 4 (24%), opportunistic tuberculosis infection (15%), first line therapy regimen (93%), and CD4 count <100 cells/mm3 (32%). Whereas in 2022, the highest number of cases were in the age group of 26-35 years (40%), male gender (67%), Banjarmasin domicile (59%), working and non-working status (36%), no school education (27%), key population of MSM (34%), homosexual transmission (40%), clinical stage 4 (45%), opportunistic tuberculosis infection (15%), first line therapy regimen (97%), and CD4 count <100 cells/mm3 (27%). The number of cases of opportunistic infections based on the highest CD4 count was tuberculosis with 7 patients in 2021 and 12 patients in 2022 with the highest CD4 count for the appearance of opportunistic infections, namely <100 cells/mm3 (74%).  Keywords: HIV, patients profile, opportunistic infection, key populations, Banjarmasin. Abstrak: Human Immunodeficiency Virus merupakan ancaman dan permasalahan utama bidang kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan profil pasien HIV di Poliklinik VCT RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin tahun 2021-2022. Metode penelitian yaitu observasional deskriptif menggunakan data sekunder dari buku registrasi Poliklinik VCT dan PDE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kasus HIV sejumlah 147 pasien dengan kasus tertinggi tahun 2022 sejumlah 75 pasien (51%). Berdasarkan variabel, kasus terbanyak tahun 2021 yaitu kelompok umur 17-25 dan 26-35 tahun (26%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (72%), domisili Banjarmasin (56%), status bekerja (44%), tingkat pendidikan menengah (47%), populasi kunci LSL (22%), penularan heteroseksual (26%), stadium klinis 3 dan 4 (24%), infeksi oportunistik tuberkulosis (15%), regimen lini terapi pertama (93%), dan jumlah CD4 <100 sel/mm3 (32%). Sedangkan tahun 2022 kasus terbanyak yaitu kelompok umur 26-35 tahun (40%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (67%), domisili Banjarmasin (59%), status bekerja dan tidak bekerja (36%), pendidikan tidak sekolah (27%), populasi kunci LSL (34%), penularan homoseksual (40%), stadium klinis 4 (45%), infeksi oportunistik tuberkulosis (15%), regimen lini terapi pertama (97%), dan jumlah CD4 <100 sel/mm3 (27%). Jumlah kasus infeksi oportunistik berdasarkan jumlah CD4 terbanyak yaitu tuberkulosis sebanyak 7 pasien di tahun 2021 dan 12 pasien di tahun 2022 dengan jumlah CD4 terbanyak munculnya infeksi oportunistik yaitu <100 sel/mm3 (74%). Kata-kata kunci: HIV, profil pasien, infeksi oportunistik, populasi kunci, Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services have gained significant popularity among Indonesian customers, particularly within the younger demographic that values convenience and flexibility in online shopping. This research uses a qualitative approach to examine the applications of Islamic law on the utilization of BNPL inside digital transactions in Indonesia, while also assessing its effects on consumer behavior and economic stability. The findings indicate that although Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) provides ease and accessibility for consumers, substantial obstacles exist in aligning this practice with maqāṣid sharia principles, especially with usury and consumer protection issues. Factors such as financial literacy, governmental laws, and product transparency significantly impact the adoption of BNPL, shaping customer comprehension and utilization of these services. Islamic financial institutions bear a significant obligation to deliver several itemsthat not only meet the demands of consumers but also sharia compliance. As such, this research contributes to strengthening the integration between digital technology and the financial system, as well as supporting sustainable economic growth that is compliant with Shariah principles.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the main goal that must be realized so that customers continue to use a product or service from a brand. There are complaints from Aiskin Padang customers regarding prices and promotions, indicating that these two aspects can influence customer satisfaction. This research is a type of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Determining the sample size for this study used the Lemeshow formula and obtained 96 respondents with the data collection technique distributed using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing carried out using the t test, f test, and determination test with the help of the Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 20 programs. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are acceptable, 1) there are positive and significant influence between price on customer satisfaction 2) there is a positive and significant influence between promotion on customer satisfaction 3) there is a positive and significant influence between price and promotion simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The proportion of price and promotion influence is 66.0%, while the remaining 34.0% is outside this research.
