Latar belakang: Manifestasi klinis infeksi H. pylori pada anak tidak spesifik. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan gejala klinis dan pemeriksaan endoskopik. Pada anak pemeriksaan endoskopi memerlukan ketrampilan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan H. pylori berdasarkan kultur dan pemeriksaan PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer glmM (UreC) pada feses anak yang dirawat di RSUP Mataram-NTB dengan diagnosis awal diare. Hasil: Dari November 2011-April 2012 diperoleh 35 spesimen feses anak diare yang memenuhi syarat. H.pylori positif pada 9 pasien (25,71%), 3 (16,6%) berusia 0-1 tahun. Kultur feses positif pada 3 (8.57%) kasus. Simpulan: H. pylori dapat dideteksi dengan metode kultur bakteriologi dan PCR. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan sampel lebih besar pada populasi anak normal atau dengan gejala gastrointestinal.Background: Clinical manifestations of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in children are not specific, and diagnosis through endoscopic examination in children needs special skills. This study aims to determine H. pylori by culture and PCR primers glmM (UreC) in the feces of children diagnosed as diarrhea treated at the Department of Pediatrics, Mataram University, West Nusa Tenggara. Result: From November 2011-April 2012, 35 specimens have been obtained, Nine was positive for H. pylori (25.71%) 3 were from patients aged 0-1 years (16.6%). Abstrak : IPA adalah mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan cara mencari tahu tentang alam secara sistematis, sehingga IPA bukan saja hanya penguasaan kumpulan pengetahuan berupa fakta-fakta, konsep atau prinsip saja tetapi juga merupakan suatu proses penemuan. Pelajaran IPA dapat dijadikan wahana bagi siswa untuk mempelajari diri sendiri dengan alam sekitar yang selanjutnya dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui strategi pembelajaran contextual teaching and learningdapat memberi kontibusi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di MIN 2 Samarinda. Sebab strategi pembelajaran CTL memiliki kelebihan di antaranya pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna dan riil,pembelajaran lebih produktif dan mampu menumbuhkan penguatan konsep siswa atau konstruktivisme. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi strategi contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di MIN 2 Samarinda.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat yaitu strategi contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dan motivasi belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MIN 2 Samarinda dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 115 siswa. Penarikan sampel dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane atau Slovin dengan jumlah 53 responden. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan koefisien korelasi product moment dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20.0.Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara strategi contextual teaching and learning terhadapmotivasi belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di MIN 2 Samarinda dengan kategori sedang dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, nilai r hitung = 0.567>r tabel = 0.271 dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) yaitu 53 – 2 = 51. Adapun hasil nilai t hitung= 4.918>t tabel = 2,008,sedangkan koefisien determinasi (r2) menunjukkan persentase sumbangan strategi contextual teaching and learningterhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 32.2% dan 67,8% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.

The research objective is to find out the effectiveness of Mathematics learning result by using multimedia auto play of East Kalimantan ethnic. The research is a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of the research is all sixth grade students of SD Fastabiqul Khairat in Samarinda City. The data collection technique is done by simple random sampling. The research sample is 50 students consist of 25 students for experimental and control groups. The instrument used in collecting the data is the test of Mathematics learning result. The prerequisite of data analysis is using Liliefors test for the normality test while for homogenity test is using Fisher test, with a = 0,05 obtained the sample from the normal and homogeneous distribution of population, while the data analysis technique is using t test. The research result is that the using of multimedia auto play of East Kalimantan ethnic is effective in increasing the Mathematics learnning result.

Local wisdom can be integrated into education through learning resources. Gulai Kasam is an example of local wisdom owned by the people of Kaur district, Bengkulu Province which can be used as a biology learning resource. The aim of this research is to identify the potential of gulai kasam as a biology learning resource, especially in biotechnology material. The type of the research used is descriptive qualitative with the research subject local wisdom where the author examines and describes the potential of local wisdom of gulai kasam by linking the fermentation process that occurs in making Gulai Kasam and what ingredients are found in the manufacturing process which is used as a biological learning resource. The research was carried out in Selika village, Bengkulu Province in April 2023. The data that had been obtained was then described through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, data conclusion. The results showed that gulai kasam has the potential to be a source of learning biology on biotechnology materials because in the manufacture of gulai kasam there are fermentation processes that can be used as an alternative so that students can more easily understand traditional biotechnology.

This research aims to identify and describe the Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) learning model to improve students' argumentation skills in science learning. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. From the search strategy results, 75 articles were found from 2017 to 2023, then selected gradually and systematically into 20 articles relevant to the topic of the ADI model in science learning. The analysis of journal article reviews based on SLR proves that the ADI learning model can be implemented using various learning media and significantly influences students' argumentation abilities in science learning. Apart from that, this argumentation ability also provides improvement for students who have different academic abilities. The ADI model can also improve other skills, such as understanding concepts, critical thinking, and learning outcomes.

The aim of this research is to determine the learning of inheritance, the ability to understand theory and the ability to practice the distribution of inheritance assets among Madrasah Aliyah students in Banda Aceh City. This research was conducted with a field study using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the learning of marais at Madrasah Aliyah Banda Aceh City is carried out by including the material of masaris in the RPP, and is also carried out with preliminary activities, core and closing activities, as well as providing evaluations to students. The students' ability to understand the theory of marasah Aliyah Madrasah Aliyah Banda Aceh in learning the jurisprudence of waris based on the description test given to students, it was found that 76 students got good grades, so it was concluded that 79.58% of the students from the 96 sample students had mostly mastered the material. Only a small number of students still need more in-depth enrichment regarding the reasons why someone is prevented from inheriting inheritance. It is known that the practical ability of dividing inheritance among Madrasah Aliyah students in Banda Aceh City has mastered the practice of dividing inheritance, this is proven by 73.9% of students answering the test questions correctly, and only a small portion of the sample answered incorrectly as many as 25 students or as many as 26.1 %

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of work empowerment, job characteristics, and individual characteristics on employee performance at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency, totaling 51 people. This research employs multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Work empowerment, job characteristics, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency. (2) Work empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency. (3) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency. (4) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in East Kolaka Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job involvement, supervision, and job characteristics on employee performance at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe. The sample in this study consists of all employees at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe, totaling 54 individuals. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Job involvement, supervision, and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe. (2) Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Class I Port Operator Unit in Molawe. This study aims to analyze the legality of applying taxes to cryptocurrency In Indonesia and to analyze the mechanism of tax collection against cryptocurrency In Indonesia. This type of research is normative research that discusses the legality of applying taxes to cryptocurrency In Indonesia, by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, even secondary law and tertiary legal materials.The results of the research show that: 1) The legality of applying taxes to cryptocurrency In Indonesia is Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 68/PMK.03/2022 concerning Income Tax and Value Added Tax on Crypto Asset Transactions. This crypto tax rule applies starting May 1, 2022, for all types of crypto asset transactions such as trading crypto assets for fiat currency, swapping crypto assets for other crypto, or exchanging crypto assets for goods. other than crypto assets and/or services. 2) Mechanism of tax collection against cryptocurrency In Indonesia is that the Government appoints a third party as a collector of VAT on trading crypto assets and Income Tax Article 22 on crypto asset transactions. The intended VAT and crypto PPh collectors are Trade Operators Through Electronic Systems (PPMSE) who are taxpayers who have been confirmed as Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP), both domestically and abroad.
