Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji kontribusi motivasi, keaktifan, serta kreativitas pada hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang pengambilan datanya dilakukan melalui angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 23 siswa yang dipilih secara acak dari salah satu SMK swasta di Surakarta, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Pengujian data menggunakan uji prasyarat diantaranya uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas serta uji hipotesis melalui analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, dan uji t. Didasari dari hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25, diperoleh simpulan, yaitu: (1) Ada kontribusi keaktifan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar, (2) Motivasi dan kreativitas tidak berkontribusi signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) Keaktifan, motivasi, dan kreativitas berkontribusi signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien determinan 0,805. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase kontribusi keaktifan, motivasi, dan kreativitas pada hasil belajar siswa adalah 80,5%, sedangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi sisanya 19,5%. Oleh karena itu, perlu perhatian khusus pada upaya peningkatan keaktifan, motivasi, dan kreativitas agar berdampak positif pada hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the welfare of cooperative members through governance and social responsibility (CSR) variables. The research objects are the Bererod Gratia Savings and Loans Cooperative and the Madani Savings and Loans Cooperative. Samples were taken from cooperative members who had been members of the cooperative for 3 years or more. The research uses a qualitative approach to analyze the results of the questionnaire. Analysis was carried out using content analysis. Primary data was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires announced to respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was taken from the 2020-2022 Annual Member Meeting Report. The questionnaire concluded that the welfare of cooperatives depends on good, professional and sustainable governance and social responsibility (CSR). Good Corporate Governance is manifested in transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, equality and fairness in every financial transaction, level of management commitment, quality of cooperative performance, and decision making that involves all members. Research also shows the responsibility of social cooperatives for the welfare of members and the surrounding community which has a positive influence in the form of social, economic, environmental, law-abiding, and education-health. Finally, research shows that professional quality performance by having work motivation, good financial freedom, a conducive work environment, opportunities for self-development, a strong collaborative team, and sustainable financial stability can help the welfare of cooperative members and the desire for cooperatives. The research results show that both cooperatives have succeeded in promoting the welfare of their members. Suggestions for further research include research on other cooperatives. not limited to just two cooperatives and with a wider working area coverage.

Abstract

The title of this research is about Liquidity Analysis, Solvability, Activity to Measure Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar with the objectives and benefits to describe, analyze, measure financial ratios to financial performance at PT. Telkom Mamuju. This study uses both primary and secondary data based on the company's financial statements PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar from 2019 to 2022 and tests were carried out on financial ratios including liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios to measure how much financial performance the company PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar.As for the results obtained in this study the Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar Based on the results of calculating the liquid ratio analysis, it can be said that Telkom went bankrupt because the company experienced difficulties in paying short -term debt, the Financial Performance of PT. Based on the solvency ratio analysis, Telkom is quite good which continues to grow every year. The reason is the fees obtained from the company's small loans, the Financial Performance of PT. Sekni Indotama Kab. Polewali Mandar uses a fairly healthy performance analysis where it grows every year. Abstract

This studi aims to determine the effect of students’ attitudes on learning outcomes of mathematical logic and to determine how much influence students’ attitudes have on learning outcomes of mathematical logic The research sample consisted of third semester students of the computer science engineering program who took the mathematical logic course. The result obtained are that there is an effect of attitude on the learning outcomes of student mathematical logic. The result of the regression model obtained with the value of F count = 7.055 with a significance level of 0.009 < 0,005 with indicates that there is an effect of attitude on the learning outcomes of mathematical logic. The result of the correlation value r is 0.231 and the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.053 which shows that the effect of the independent variable (attitude) on the dependent variable (learning outcomes of mathematical logic) is 5.3%. This shows that there is a positive influence of students’ attitudes on students’ learning outcomes in mathematical logic.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding to Indonesian Migrant Workers and their families in Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia who are members of the Muhammadiyah-Aisiyah Branch Leadership (PRIMA) Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The dedication method used in this activity is socialization, lectures and questions and answers. This service was held on Saturday, 24 December 2022. The socialization of global diversity insights took place at TPA 1 PRIMA Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This community service activity has had a positive impact on the understanding of the PRIMA Kampung Bharu extended family, regarding the insight into global diversity, and how to coexist peacefully in other countries and tolerance internally and externally for Indonesian citizens living in Malaysia.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of politeness norms and language skills on communication procedures between students and teachers in junior and senior high school students learning subjects in pink. This research method uses quantitative research with an observational approach involving 92 respondents, and this research instrument uses a Likert scale with 92 questions. The data results using multiple regression tests show that the influence of politeness norms on communication manners significantly affects communication manners with a regression value of 18.6%. Annova F produces a value of 10,024, indicating the significance of the model as a whole, while the sign value of 0.000 confirms each independent variable. This study plays an important role in understanding the influence of politeness norms and language skills on communication manners between students and teachers in civic education learning subjects. This research provides insight into how politeness norms and language skills affect communication between students and teachers, especially in Civics subjects at the junior and senior high school levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang model pembelajaran Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VII C di SMPN 1 Labuapi melalui Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VII C dengan jumlah siswa 32 Orang yang terdiri dari 15 Orang Perempuan dan 17 Orang Laki-laki. Desain penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan catatan hasil refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah deksriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkannya model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keaktifan belajar diukur dari evaluasi dari setiap siklusnya yaitu pada pra siklus atau sebelum diadakannya tindakan menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan indikator diperoleh rata-rata observasi keseluruhan subjek penelitian sebesar 31% dengan kriteria “sangat kurang aktif”, meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 41,5 % dengan kriteria “sangat kurang aktif”, dan meningkat pada siklus II diperoleh sebesar 78% dengan kriteria “aktif”

Abstract

Scientific literacy must be mastered by students because it relates to the environment. This study aims to determine the increase in students' scientific literacy abilities using videoscribe animation-based e-modules. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative conducted at SMPN 5 Depok, Yogyakarta. The tsubjects in this study were 32 class VII B students who were selected using cluster random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a test in the form of multiple-choice questions with data collection techniques in the form of pretest and posttest questions. Based on the differences in the pretest and posttest results obtained and the average N-gain obtained 0,62, it is in the medium category which indicates that the videoscribe animation-based science e-module used can improve students' scientific literacy skills.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are rarely measured in science learning. This study aims to analyze students' critical thinking skills through learning science e-modules based on Google sites. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 6 Yogyakarta, totaling 61 students. The data collection technique used essay questions on critical thinking skills which totaled 7 items. The results showed that the identifying indicators had an achievement of 66.39% in the medium category, interpreting indicators had an achievement of 61.75% in the low category, indicators analyzing had an achievement of 69.26% in the medium category, indicators expressing opinions or arguments had an achievement of 69.26% 73.36% in the high category, the evaluating indicator has an achievement of 58.61% in the low category, and the indicator concludes that it has an achievement of 63.93% in the medium category. Thus the average students' critical thinking skills as a whole are in the medium category with an achievement percentage of 64.43%.

Abstract

This study aim for test effectiveness application lectora inspire to understanding draft student. Research design this use design study quasi experiment with one group pretest posttest design. Sample in research this that is class VIII C with the number of 29 students and taking sample using cluster sampling technique. Instruments used is an instrument of understanding draft with material system digestion human. Data collection is carried out with use test understanding form concept _ pretest and posttest. Understanding results draft analyzed using paired sample t-test. Research results shows the average obtained of -13,428 that there is enhancement understanding draft participant educate.
