Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the use of multi-media in learning Islamic Cultural History at the State Madrasah Aliyah Kota Tebing Tinggi. This research is located in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN), Tebing Tinggi City, which is located at Jalan Baja, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. The method approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This type of qualitative descriptive research displays the results of the data as they are without the process of manipulation or treatment from others which is carried out using triangulation data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation studies.  From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History in Tebing Tinggi City MAN has been applied to the SKI subject. The basis for using multi-media is based on the need to assist teachers in providing knowledge about Islamic Cultural History. The main objective and task of the teacher is to transfer knowledge (transfer of knowledge). The process of using multi-media is done by presenting the subject matter in the form of a slide on Microsoft Power Point. In addition to using media in the form of laptops, teachers also use additional media such as videos, pictures, speakers, the internet and other media assistance. The purpose of usin g multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History is to make it easier for teachers to deliver subject matter to students. The obstacles to the use of multi-media in learning Islamic Cultural History are limited to the selection and use of media types. Meanwhile, the opportunity for using multi media is that there are several learning media facilities that have been provided by the madrasah. The response to the use of multi media in learning Islamic Cultural History can be seen from the attention of students in seeing and listening to explanations from the teacher regarding the subject matter carried out in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) differences in islamic religious education learning outcomes of students who were taught using audio-visual media with image media, (2) differences in islamic religious education learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles, (3) differences in student learning outcomes with visual learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, (4) differences in student learning outcomes with auditory learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, (5) differences in student learning outcomes with kinesthetic learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, and (6) interaction between learning media and learning styles on learning outcomes of islamic religious education.  The research findings show: (1) there are differences in the learning outcomes of islamic religious education students who are taught using audio-visual media with image media that have been verified through statistical testing, (2) there are differences in student learning outcomes of islamic religious education with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles, this is evident from statistical testing, (3) there are differences in student learning outcomes with visual learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven based on the results of statistical tests, (4) there are differences in student learning outcomes with auditory learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven based on the results of statistical testing, (5) there are differences in student learning outcomes with kinesthetic learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven through the results of statistical testing, (6) there is interaction of learning media and learning styles on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran berfikir kritis dan matematika awal untuk anak usia dini menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis STEAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan penelitian secara langsung di dalam kelas Di RA Tazkia Medan Timur. Dimana di dalam kelas terdapat 15 peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan berfikir kritis dan kemampuan matematika awal pada anak usia dini.Berdasarkan penelitian di kelas RA Tazkia Medan Timur, menunjukan adanya peningkatan model pembelajaran STEAM untuk kemampuan berfikir kritis dan Matematika awal pada anak usia dini. Pada masa prasiklus pada keseluruhan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 20,6 lanjutan pada siklus I anak keseluruhan pengalami peningkatan dengan skor rata-rata 3,36 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat dengan mendapat nilai keseluruhan 4,03. Dari hal tersebut STEAM dapat meningkatkan berpikir kritis dan matematika awal untuk AUD.

Abstract

Permainan sirkuit bagus untuk pengembangan keterampilan motorik kasar seperti permainan ini memiliki unsur latihan sirkuit. Morgan dkk, (2015) menyatakan bahwa circuit training atau permainan adalah metode pelatihan di mana ada praktik memiliki banyak kegunaan situasi yang berbeda, sebagai tuntutan kebugaran, serta mampu lakukan kapan saja, di mana saja. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau PTK (Clasroom Action Research) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran apabila diimplemantasikan dengan baik dan benar. Hasil kecerdasan majemuk anak setelah menggunakan penerapan permainan sirkuit lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tidak menggunakan penerapan permainan sirkuit yang dilakukan pada kelas kontrol. Peningkatan hasil kecerdasan majemuk anak dengan menggunalkan permainan sirkuit adalah Peningkatan kecerdasan majemuk pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan sebesar 45% sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi 77%. Dengan demikian, sudah tidak ada lagi anak yang berkategori belum berkembang (BB) dalam pengembangan kecerdasan majemuk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the naturalist intelligence of early childhood through the singing method in group B RA Binayah. This research is an Action Research Class (CAR). The subjects of this study were 10 children consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. Data collection uses an observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is the average value and percentage. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in naturalist intelligence in children as seen from the average results of naturalist intelligence in cycle I reaching 30% of children who get an assessment of developing as expected. then in cycle II it reaches 30% of children who get an assessment of developing as expected. It is recommended for future researchers to use the Singing method to improve naturalist intelligence in early childhood.

Abstract

Linguistic intelligence is the ability to use language both orally and in writing. In playing guess the name, children can look for objects that are nearby, and can mention the names of animals when their characteristics are mentioned. With linguistic intelligence, it is hoped that it can help in the stages of child development. The purpose of this research is to improve the linguistic intelligence of early childhood by playing guess the name at RA PAI Medan. The type of research used is classroom action research. The results showed that there was an increase in children's linguistic intelligence through guessing the name, namely cycle I reached 34%, cycle II reached 75%. The conclusion of this study is the application of name guessing games can improve children's linguistic intelligence.

Abstract

Multiple intelligences have now become common knowledge for educators. Every child has their own intelligence. Initially, intelligence only meant the value of brain intelligence. Therefore, all educators, especially in early childhood education (PAUD), must be able to recognize the potential of students to contribute to character development and self-confidence in overcoming challenges. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of multiple intelligences for early childhood with the traditional game of Batu Serimbang aged 5-6 years at RA Kurnia 2 Marelan. This research uses classroom action research (PTK) in collaboration with teachers, school principals, and school staff. The subjects in this study were 15 children. Data was collected using child ability test sheets, observations, field notes, and documentation. The results showed that the ability of children's traditional stone serimbang games in the first cycle of 20% of the children received an assessment of developing according to expectations and in the second cycle 80% of children who received an assessment of developing as expected and developing very well.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan problem based learning pada mata pelajaran sosiologi kelas X MAN 1 Labuhanbatu Utara. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling, dengan kelas X IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan X IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen 1 setelah perlakuan adalah 74,16 sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen 2 setalah perlakuan adalah 70. sekitar 4,16 poin memisahkan rata-rata hasil posttest antara kedua kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis Setelah skor dihitung, ditemukan bahwa dalam hal ini yang diamati adalah thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat bahwa 2,11< 2,39. Hal ini berarti hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) adalah ditolak dan hipotesis nol (H0) terima. penulis melihat adanya perbedaan antara kedua model yang digunakan yaitu model discovery learning dan model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar sosiologi siswa, dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang cukup besar atau secara signifikan antara kedua model setelah dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar kedua kelas yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan problem based learning pada mata pelajaran sosiologi kelas X MAN 1 Labuhanbatu Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui Pembelajaran IPS, untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran IPS, untuk mengetahui peluang dan ancaman dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran IPS di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis pendekatan fenomenologis lalu menggunakan analisis Swot untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasinya. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran IPS, guru agama dan siswa/siswi Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin. Setelah data diproses selanjutnya dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran IPS pada setiap materi pembelajaran IPS yaitu melalui RPP yang tercantum pada tujuan pembelajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran,Terdapat kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran IPS, kekuatannya yaitu: guru yang profesional dalam mengajar, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dan lingkungan yang berbasis Islam. Selanjutnya kelemahannya adalah: perbedaan karakteristik siswa, Rasa jenuh dan bosan yang dialami oleh peserta didik, Terdapat peluang dan ancaman dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran IPS, peluangnnya yaitu: adanya pengawas sekolah, kelompok kerja guru (KKG) dan wali murid. Selanjutnya ancamannya adalah: lingkungan sosial siswa yang berada di luar.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) to find out social studies learning plans that are integrated with Islamic values, (2) to find out the teacher's strategy in the teaching and learning process of social studies learning that is integrated with Islamic values, (3) to find out the supporng factors and obstacles to the integration of Islamic values in social studies learning at SMP Al-Hidayah Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological approach. Collecting research data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Informants in this study included school principals, student affairs, social studies subject teachers and students of SMP Al-Hidayah Medan. After the data is processed then it is analyzed by data reductiondata presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) the social studies learning plan used by SMP Al-Hidayah Medan teachers is in the form of lesson plans that have been integrated with Islamic values, and supported by superior programs in schools with Islamic nuances (2) The strategy used teachers of SMP Al-Hidayah Medan in integrating Islamic values into social studies subjects using problem-based learning strategies or problem-based learning which is a strategy model that can foster student creativity in solving social problems (3) there are several supporting factors in the application of the integration of Islamic values in social studies learning, namely: situations and conditions of the learning environment that are characteristic of Islam, adequate facilities and teacher understanding in the field of religion. As well as there are also factors inhibiting the integration of Islamic values in social studies learning, namely: differences in student characteristics and the feeling of boredom or boredom experienced by students due to dense learning.n service to the public and website visitors related to the North Sumatra Education Office.
