Abstract: This study aims to prove whether there is influence of individual counseling services rational emotive behavior therapy in improving self-confidence of students bullying in students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran T.A. 2017-2018. The population of this research is all students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran T.A 2017/2018 with total 35 students. Methods of data collection using psychological scale with the instrument of self-confidence scale of 27 items. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentage and t test. The results showed that the confidence of students bullying before getting treatment in the form of group guidance, obtained low criteria with an average score of 38.8. After obtaining individual counseling, the criterion increased to 41.2. It can be concluded that individual counseling service rational emotive behavior therapy can improve students' self-confidence. Keywords: bullying, rational emotive behavior therapy, individual counseling Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh layanan konseling individu rational emotif behavior therapy dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa korban bullying pada siswa kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran T.A. 2017-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran T.A 2017/2018 dengan jumlah 35 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi dengan instrumen skala kepercayaan diri sebanyak 27 item. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif presentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa korban bullying sebelum memperoleh perlakuan berupa bimbingan kelompok, diperoleh kriteria rendah dengan skor rata-rata 38,8. Setelah mendapatkan konseling individu, kriteria meningkat menjadi 41,2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling individu rational emotif behavior therapy mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. The puerperium period is the initial period of breastfeeding and is a determinant of the success of exclusive breastfeeding, but there are still many formula feedings because breast milk does not come out immediately at the first puerperium. Rolling back massage is a method of overcoming barriers to breastfeeding at the beginning of birth, which is to speed up the timing of breastfeeding. The study aimed to analyze the effect of back massage on the timing of breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers. This type of pre-experimental research used intact-group comparison design, a population of 30 nursing mothers, using purposive sampling technique according to inclusion criteria, research instruments using observation sheets and SOPs. Divided into 2 groups, the observation and treatment groups, the treatment group who received back massage for 2-3 minutes twice a day. The results showed that the group that was given the back massage technique had a mean value of 11 while the group that was not given a back massage had a mean value of 19. This means that those who are given a rolling back massage when breastfeeding is faster than those who are not given a rolling back massage. Analysis of the data using the Mann Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.028 which indicates that there is an effect of rolling back massage on the timing of breastfeeding. Midwives can provide a back massage technique for mothers who do not immediately come out of breast milk at the beginning of birth, so that the time to release breast milk is faster. Efikasi diri merujuk pada Proses kognitif berupa keputusan, keyakinan, atau penghargaan sejauh mana individu memperkirakan kemampuan dirinya dalam melaksanakan suatu tugas atau tindakan tertentu yang diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran secara empiris tentang: 1)karakteristik remaja, 2) Kognitif remaja dalam mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS, 3)Motivasi remaja remaja dalam mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS, 4)Afeksi remaja dalam mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS, 5)Seleksi remaja dalam mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS di kota bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 144 remaja usia 15-18 tahun yang tinggal di kota bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner berupa google formulir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan statistic deskriptif berupa editing data, pengkodean data, pembuatan lembar ringkasan, pembuatan tabulasi data serta penganalisisan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri remaja dalam mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 71,52%. Menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki efikasi diri cukup rendah dalam usaha mencegah perilaku beresiko HIV/AIDS, terlebih pada aspek kognitif dan motivasi yang memiliki kecenderungan pada kategori sedang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Lectora Inspire untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran Difraksi dan Interferensi Gelombang Mekanik kelas XI program MIPA di SMA N 1 Kayen. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA N 1 Kayen. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak. Didapatkan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MIPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik dokumentasi data, metode tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media Lectora Inspire terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi Difraksi dan Interfrensi Gelombang Mekanik Kelas XI SMA N 1 Kayen Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.

Painting the water transfer printing model on metal is the job of covering the surface of a metal object using water as the medium. The problem that often occurs is that the film does not want to stick on the surface to be painted. This is mostly due to things like the slope of an object, the condition of the water, and even the time needed. To solve these problems it is necessary to use a structured and patterned painting method. The research that has been done produces the right work steps to maximize the painting results using a water transfer printing model. The important point to do in painting using this model is the room that is not windy, the need for primers before painting, the slope of the water condition must be clean and calm and the temperature is around 32̊, the condition of the film is clean, the activation time of the film is about 60 seconds and the angle of the object when dipped 40-50̊. This important point makes painting using the water transfer printing model more optimal. Keywords: Metal, Optimization, Water Transfer Printing

Every human being needs the fulfillment of basic needs in life, as well as children. During the covid-19 pandemic the fulfillment of the needs of orphanage children needs to be considered. This study aims to find out an in-depth and empirical picture of the fulfillment of children's needs during the covid-19 pandemic at al-Mubarokah Children's Orphanage which includes aspects of physiological needs, security needs and social needs. The research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Informants in this study were three caregivers, two caretakers and three foster children. Data collection is conducted with in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results showed that social needs seen from sub-aspects of social interaction showed good results. While aspects of physiological needs and the need for security have not been maximized. In an effort to improve physiological needs and security needs, a program was designed. The program proposed by researchers is Panti Sigap for Children's Needs during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this program is to improve the fulfillment of children's needs related to aspects of physiological needs and security. This program uses the groupwork method.

Abstract : The phenomenon of this research is learning Indonesian grade 2 (two) MI Al Muhsinin Woods Crossing on the material read aloud still not been implemented optimally. This fact is in accordance with the test the ability to read text with a 20-40 character word on MI Al- Muhsinin Rimba Melintang, the results obtained from the 20 students who attended, only 6 students, or 30% of students who can read fluently and loudly. While 7 students or 35% of students read haltingly and only heard the sound volume on certain words, while 7 people or 35% of other students not fluent at all and the only sound softly. The purpose of this study improve the learning process in an effort to improve the ability to read aloud grade II MI Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang with the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Talk Write (TTW). While the expected benefits in the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Talk Write (TTW) to enhance the knowledge form the character of students to the ability to think, speak with Indonesian good fit with national curriculum standards. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) as the second cycle was conducted in April 2016 in MI Al Muhsinin Rimba Melintang. At each cycle performed two (2) meetings of learning and 1 (one) meetings for the Daily Deuteronomy done, then do the reflection to determine the next treatment. The results of this study begins to gather preliminary data result of learning or Pre-cycle value of the average grade 59.75 with the percentage of completeness 30%, followed the first cycle increased to the value of the average grade 66.25 or the percentage of completeness 65%, on the second cycle increased acquisition value class average 75.50 with the percentage of completeness 85%. Of the average value obtained in this study can improve learning outcomes Indonesian reading materials reading text aloud in class II MI Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang.Key Word : Type Think Talk Write (TTW), Reading Loud.

Champak (Michelia champaca L.) is a flowering plant in the Magnoliaceae family that requires light as an energy source for photosynthesis. Low light intensity will adversely affected the plant growth. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of various light intensity levels on the growth of champak’s seedlings. It was carried out for three months, February to April 2016, at the Permanent Nursery of BPDAS Palu-Poso, Universitas Tadulako. Randomized Block Design was employed as the method, consisting of five treatments namely: I1 = Light intensity of 10%, I2 = Light intensity of 30%, I3 = Light intensity of 50%, I4 = Light intensity of 70 %, I5 = Light intensity of 90%. Each treatment consisted of two groups, namely Group 1 (seedling with 3-4 leaves) and Group 2 (seedling with 5-6 leaves), which were replicated six times, so there was a total of 60 seedlings as the samples. The parameters were the height, diameter, number of leaves, and leaf area. The results of this study indicated that before the seedlings reached 3-months after weaning, diverse light intensity levels insignificantly affected the observed parameters. Subsequently, it demonstrated the highest level of diameter (1.90 mm), leaf number (3.8 leaves), leaf area (291.01cm2), height (3.83 cm) were obtained by I1, I2, I4, and I5, respectively.

Abstract : This Research aims to develop Student Activities Worksheets Based on Hierarchy of Concept on the buffer solution subject valid based on the feasibility aspect of content, language, serve and graphic. The type of this research is research and development (R and D) with reference to the development process of 4-D model. The subject of this research is student activities worksheets based on hierarchy of concept. Instrument of data collection are validation given to three validators, and from analysis data obtained by the validity of aspect of content, aspect of language, aspect of serve, and aspect of graphic are 93,45%, 91,67%, 95,83%, dan 89,58% with valid category. Student activities worksheets which validated by the validators tested to 30 students and get response result with percentage of 88,07% with positive category, and assessed the praticality by three teachers and get response result with percentage of 95,28% with very practical category. Based on the result of data analysis can be concluded that student activities worksheets based on hierarchy of concept that produced is valid and can be used for the subject buffer solution.Keywords : Buffer Solution, Student Activities Worksheet, Hierarchy of Concept

A lubricant is a liquid that is given between two moving metal objects to reduce the friction. Rubber seed oil is an oil that cannot be consumed because it is poisonous, so it has the potential to be a biolubricant. This research purposes to synthesize biolubricant by using rubber seed oil as raw material and determine the effect of oil and octanol mole ratio and reaction temperature to the biolubricant yield. This research was carried out in several stages: preparation of raw materials including extraction of rubber seed oil by pressing method, then continued by degumming process to purify the oil from the gum. Next, the esterification process to reduce of free fatty acid at the oil. Then, oil will be transesterification process with octanol to make biolubricant with variations of mole ratio oil : octanol was 1:3, 1:5 and 1:7 and variations temperature reaction of 150oC, 170oC and 190oC. This process was did for 6 hours by adding 3% (v/v) oil of NaOCH3 as a catalyst. The highest yield produced was 86,105%. The best biolubricant characteristics were produced at a mol ratio of 1: 5 and reaction temperature of 190°C with a density of 0.832 gr/ml, viscosity index 198.658, flash point 324oC, pour point 5oC and yield 84.357%.Keywords: biolubricants, rubber seed oil, octanol, transesterification
