Abstract

Blockchain technology's disruptive potential in the digital economy has spurred a surge in scholarly interest, leading to a complex landscape of research endeavors. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to illuminate the multifaceted dimensions of blockchain's impact. Through analysis techniques and visualization tools, including VOSviewer, we uncover publication trends, influential authors, research themes, collaboration networks, and the interdisciplinary nature of blockchain research. The results reveal a steady increase in publications over the past decade, indicating growing recognition of blockchain's significance. Influential authors emerge as key contributors, shaping the research discourse and driving innovation. Diverse research themes, ranging from fintech and digital transformation to cryptocurrencies and smart contracts, underscore blockchain's applications across various sectors. Collaborative networks highlight the emergence of focused communities, fostering interdisciplinary insights. The integration of VOSviewer facilitates an exploration of these insights, offering a nuanced perspective on blockchain's disruptive potential. Our analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving landscape, informing researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders navigating the complexities of blockchain technology in the digital economy.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital on Business Sustainability within the creative industries sector. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 150 business owners and managers using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that all three factors—Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital—have positive and significant effects on Business Sustainability. Specifically, Social Capital emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training. These findings underscore the importance of embracing digital technologies, investing in entrepreneurial education, and cultivating strong social networks to enhance the sustainability of creative enterprises. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and educators in the creative industries, offering practical strategies for fostering long-term business success.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of multichannel marketing strategy implementation, human resource (HR) skills, and customer experience on increasing sales in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 190 SME representatives using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that all three factors—multichannel marketing strategy, HR skills, and customer experience—have a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Among them, HR skills exhibit the strongest influence, followed by multichannel marketing strategy and customer experience. These results underscore the importance of integrating effective marketing strategies, enhancing HR competencies, and delivering superior customer experiences to drive sales growth in SMEs. The study provides valuable insights for SME practitioners and policymakers, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to improving business performance through strategic investments in marketing, HR, and customer experience.

Abstract

Human wants are limitless. Primary needs, secondary needs, and tertiary needs are the three sorts of needs that humans have. All of these requirements, especially basic requirements, are critical to human survival. The fundamental necessities themselves are food, clothing, and shelter, i.e. the need for important goods like clothing, food, and shelter. The most crucial element is the necessity for a place to live, a place to dwell or what we often refer to as home, as a place for us to take refuge and socialise with the environment. As a result, many people desire a suitable place to reside. This study took a quantitative approach, with 195 persons chosen utilising the Accidental Sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis reveals that all independent factors (product quality and price) have a positive effect on purchase intent.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to systematically map the research landscape on the influence of social media on consumer food behavior. The analysis encompasses 1000 scholarly articles published between 1962 and 2024, accumulating 32,394 citations over 62 citation years. Through co-citation and bibliographic coupling analyses, key clusters and trends are identified, revealing the multifaceted nature of social media's impact on food-related attitudes and behaviors. Insights from the analysis offer practical implications for marketers, policymakers, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making in areas such as marketing communication, public health interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The findings underscore the importance of continued research efforts to address emerging gaps and deepen our understanding of the evolving dynamics between social media and consumer food behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the digital nomad economy on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in popular destinations in Indonesia, including Bali, Yogyakarta, and Lombok. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 120 MSME owners and managers through a structured questionnaire measured on a 1-5 Likert scale. The findings, analyzed with SPSS version 25, reveal that the digital nomad economy creates significant opportunities for MSMEs, including revenue growth, an expanded customer base, and improved service quality. However, challenges such as increased competition, gentrification, and technological barriers were also identified. Regression analysis showed that adaptation strategies, customer engagement, and perceived challenges significantly influence business performance. This study underscores the need for capacity-building initiatives, inclusive growth policies, and enhanced access to technology to ensure sustainable benefits from the digital nomad economy for local MSMEs.

Abstract

In Jayagiri Village, Lembang, MSMEs face key issues. One of them is how to effectively implement green marketing in the digital era, which limits their ability to support sustainable development. Given the current lack of knowledge, it is important to understand the components that influence the integration of digital transformation with green marketing. An analytical descriptive qualitative method was used in this PKM activity. The 22 MSME owners in Jayagiri Village participated in this PKM activity through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), field observations, training and mentoring. The results show that MSMEs can adopt digital technology and implement effective green marketing strategies with proper guidance and training. In addition, this PKM activity found that incorporating digital technology into green marketing strategies allows MSMEs to optimise resources, reach a wider market, and increase sustainable brand awareness. These findings are crucial for the development of strategies that enable MSMEs to survive and thrive in a technology- and sustainability-driven economy.ABSTRAKDi Desa Jayagiri, Lembang, UMKM menghadapi masalah utama. Salah satunya adalah bagaimana menerapkan green marketing secara efektif di era digital, yang membatasi kemampuan mereka untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Mengingat kurangnya pengetahuan saat ini, penting untuk memahami komponen yang mempengaruhi integrasi transformasi digital dengan green marketing. Metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Para pemilik UMKM sebanyak 22 orang di Desa Jayagiri berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan PKM ini melalui wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), observasi lapangan, pelatihan dan mentoring. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM dapat mengadopsi teknologi digital dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran hijau yang efektif dengan mendapatkan bimbingan dan pelatihan yang tepat. Selain itu, kegiatan PKM ini menemukan bahwa memasukkan teknologi digital ke dalam strategi green marketing memungkinkan UMKM untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan kesadaran merek yang berkelanjutan. Penemuan ini sangat penting untuk pengembangan strategi yang memungkinkan UMKM untuk bertahan dan berkembang dalam ekonomi yang didorong oleh teknologi dan keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dalam konteks era digital di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini menggabungkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, siswa, dan orang tua untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang komprehensif. Temuan-temuannya mengungkapkan kondisi integrasi teknologi saat ini, menyoroti kesenjangan dalam akses dan infrastruktur teknologi. Mengatasi kesenjangan digital dan menyediakan pengembangan profesional yang sesuai untuk para pendidik diidentifikasi sebagai langkah penting untuk membuka potensi penuh dari teknologi untuk meningkatkan pendidikan di Indonesia. Pelokalan konten digital dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan berbasis teknologi merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi masa depan yang semakin berpusat pada teknologi.

Abstract

This research investigates the various factors influencing customer satisfaction in Indonesia's context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By examining the interaction between organizational culture, digital marketing strategy, service quality, and environmental sustainability, this study aims to explain how these elements collectively influence customer satisfaction. Data was collected from 300 Indonesian MSMEs and their customers and analyzed using Smart-PLS 4. The results showed a significant positive relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction. Organizational culture, digital marketing strategy, service quality, and environmental sustainability have different but interconnected roles in shaping customer satisfaction in Indonesian MSMEs. The findings provide valuable insights for MSMEs in Indonesia, showing that developing a customer-centric culture, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, maintaining high service quality standards, and integrating sustainability practices can improve customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth and competitiveness in this dynamic market.
