Abstract

Important components of the industrial workplace include work motivation, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, and non-financial rewards. The purpose of this study is to look into how various motivational factors affect leaders' and employees' communication and cooperation, as well as how non-financial incentives and interpersonal relationships affect workers' job satisfaction and work motivation in the electronics manufacturing sector. Purposive sampling was used in the study to select 91 respondents who worked for Indonesian companies that manufactured electronics. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyse the data that was gathered, and the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool was helpful in this process. The findings indicate that employee work motivation is significantly impacted by non-financial incentives. In other words, offering non-monetary rewards by top business executives raises worker motivation. The study's results also demonstrate that interpersonal relationships have no appreciable impact on workers' motivation for their jobs. This indicates that employees' levels of motivation at work are not directly influenced by the interpersonal relationships that exist between them and their bosses. Additionally, the study discovered that employee job satisfaction is significantly impacted by work motivation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital startup ecosystem has transformed the labor market, creating a demand for resilient and adaptive human resources. Hybrid work arrangements and digital competencies are crucial in this context, yet their impact on human resource resilience, with work-life balance as a mediator, remains underexplored. This study aims to examine the effects of hybrid work and digital competence on human resource resilience in digital startups while investigating the mediating role of work-life balance. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis was employed on a purposive sample of 150 employees from digital startups in Bandung, with data collected through structured questionnaires measuring hybrid work, digital competence, work-life balance, and human resource resilience. Results indicate that hybrid work and digital competence significantly influence human resource resilience, with work-life balance partially mediating these effects. The proposed model explains 83.4% of the variance in human resource resilience and 60.5% of the variance in work-life balance. These findings underscore the necessity of integrated policies that combine hybrid work, digital competency development, and work-life balance enhancement to foster sustainable human resource resilience in digital startups.

Abstract

Universities are using social media more creatively in their marketing as a result of digitalization. However, there are few theoretical models that explain the success of social media marketing (SMM) in educational institutions, particularly Instagram. This study seeks to address a theoretical need by concentrating on four variables: QMS, brand awareness, product image, and brand attitude. A poll of 141 Gen Y and 17-27-year-olds was used to acquire quantitative data. The data was then examined using the SmartPLS Statistics tool and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Three key findings emerge from the data analysis. First, QMS has a significant and positive influence on brand attitude, brand awareness and brand image.

Abstract

The digital age requires lecturers to be able to package learning activities using digital technology. The aim of this study is to find out how lecturers lead their students in learning activities in the digital age and the impact of the digital era on learning and lecturers. This research is qualitative and descriptive, with observational data collection techniques and interviews. The result of this research is the expansion of the digital age, making students and faculty learn unlimitedly in space and time. Teachers need to prepare a learning plan related to the material and digital media that will be used. The use of digital media such as Google Forms, Google Class, and PowerPoint, various learning applications, bloggers, quizzes, Google Meet video conferences, and Zoom meetings has been used by lecturers. The negative impact is that (1) the learning material has become wider so that the essential material is not obtained; (2) the learning is less focused; (3) the lecturer is not always able to control each student's use of the gadget; and (4) the enthusiasm and ability of the senior lecturer still need to be improved. In conclusion, lecturers, as student leaders in learning, are expected to be able to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.
