Abstract

This study conducted a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) to critically evaluate recent research on dividend policy, focusing on publications from 2021 to 2025. Using the PRISMA guidelines, the review identified and organized literature into three key categories: theoretical foundations, determinants of dividend decisions, and the outcomes of dividend policy on firm performance. The study highlighted the use of major theories such as Agency Theory, the Cost of Equity Hypothesis, and Signaling Theory, which continue to shape the understanding of dividend behavior. It also examined various internal factors—such as profitability, liquidity, and corporate governance—and external influences, including macroeconomic conditions and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, as significant determinants of dividend decisions. The review found that dividend policies have a notable impact on firm profitability, market valuation, and investor perception, especially in periods of uncertainty. Additionally, the study recognized a growing interest in how ESG considerations influence payout strategies. Future research directions include exploring the integration of ESG metrics into dividend models, examining the role of economic cycles and financial crises (e.g., COVID-19), and assessing the implications of technological advancements and digital finance on dividend strategies and broader corporate governance frameworks.

Abstract

Background: Pluralism and multiculturalism are critical issues in the context of global education, particularly in increasingly diverse societies in terms of culture, religion, and ethnicity. Islamic education, as a value-based spiritual education system, holds significant potential in shaping inclusive and tolerant communities. However, challenges arise when exclusive interpretations of religious teachings hinder the development of a pluralistic educational approach. Aim: This study aims to examine the relationship between Islamic education and multicultural education management in efforts to develop an education system that is responsive to diversity. Method: The research employed a literature study approach by reviewing 50 scientific articles, from which 15 were selected based on their relevance to the theme, methodological approach, and contribution to the discourse. The selection process was carried out in three stages to identify articles that specifically addressed the values of pluralism, strategies of education management, and the challenges of implementation in the context of Islamic education. Results: The analysis revealed that pluralism, from the perspective of Islam, is an authentic value reflected in the teachings of the Qur’an, which emphasizes the importance of mutual understanding and respect for differences. Islamic education was found to be highly relevant to multicultural education management, as both prioritize justice, equality, and tolerance. Strategies identified include the integration of multicultural content into the curriculum, teacher training, inclusive classroom management, and anti-discrimination policies. Discussion: The study highlights key challenges, including limited teacher understanding of multicultural concepts, societal resistance to pluralism, and underdeveloped educational policies supporting diversity. To address these challenges, solutions such as curriculum reform, capacity-building for educators, and the creation of safe and inclusive learning environments are proposed. These strategies aim to strengthen the capacity of Islamic educational institutions to manage diversity effectively. Conclusion: This study concludes that Islamic education can serve as a strategic force in developing a multicultural education system. It contributes significantly to the creation of a peaceful, just, and respectful society by embedding the values of pluralism within educational management practices.

Abstract

Purpose – This research examines the conceptual integration of a love-based curriculum and humanistic approaches within Islamic education frameworks, analyzing their potential implications for learning management systems in Indonesian religious educational institutions.Method – The study employs a systematic library research methodology, analyzing relevant literature published primarily from 2020 onward. Data collection involved comprehensive examination of official policy documents from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia, academic journals, and scholarly publications through databases including Google Scholar, ERIC, JSTOR, and DOAJ. Analysis utilized thematic categorization to identify key conceptual elements. Findings – The research identifies three fundamental dimensions of the love-based curriculum: its philosophical foundations in Islamic rahmatan lil 'alamin concept, its pedagogical emphasis on emotional intelligence development, and its practical implementation challenges. The integration of humanistic values with Islamic educational principles creates a framework that enhances character formation while addressing contemporary educational challenges, including digital disruption and social fragmentation. Research Implications – This study contributes to educational theory by proposing a conceptual framework that bridges Islamic educational principles with contemporary humanistic pedagogy. The findings suggest practical applications for curriculum development in religious educational institutions facing modernization challenges. This research presents the first comprehensive conceptual analysis of the love-based curriculum initiative within the context of Indonesian Islamic education, offering insights that extend beyond religious boundaries toward broader educational reform considerations.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of fermentation with lactic acid bacteria Pediococcus pentosaceus on phosphorus content in rice bran. This bacteria is a probiotic isolated from animal intestinal microflora, with high colonization ability due to its suitability to the original environment. The study focused on the ability of the isolate to break down phytic acid bound to the bran, with the main indicator being an increase in phosphorus levels. The fermentation results showed the highest viability at an incubation temperature of 37°C, with a maximum number of 240 × 10⁸ CFU/g at 12 hours, but decreased thereafter. Although there was an increase in phosphorus levels, the results were not statistically significant (p>0.05) in both dry bran (P1) and wet bran (P2) treatments. The highest increase in phosphorus occurred at a temperature of 44°C (0.91±0.004%; +25%) and at 37°C (0.87±0.002%; +19%). This suggests that temperature affects the effectiveness of fermentation, but water content and incubation time may be limiting factors. Overall, fermentation of rice bran with P. pentosaceus did not show a significant increase in phosphorus levels.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the values of material wealth expressed in Sabariah's novel and simultaneously reflect society's social structure and relationships. The sociological approach of literature is used to explore how the representation of material wealth in literary works functions as a mirror and shapes social structure. At the same time, it examines the relationship between material wealth and social structure in Sabariah's novels. Pierre Bourdieu's concept of economic, social, and symbolic capital is used to understand how wealth functions as a status and power-forming element in the narrative. Data collection was carried out through a text study of the novel Sabariah. The data unit is sourced from parts of the text. Data analysis was carried out thematically with a descriptive method. This study's findings show four forms of representation of material wealth in the novel Sabariah. The four forms are the exposure of the ideas and ideas of the importance of material wealth, material wealth as a symbol of power, wealth as an ambiguous social value, and material wealth/property, which can be a driver of conflict. This research concludes that the novel Sabariah turned out to be a sociocultural documentation of the Minangkabau people in his time, which was published by Hamka very critically

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sektor coal mining yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: komite audit berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, proporsi dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of collaborative methods in learning writing at the junior high school level through a Systematic Literature Review approach. The literature sources used are from trusted indexers such as SCOPUS, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. The results of the analysis show that collaborative methods have a significant positive effect on improving students' writing skills. Activities such as group discussions, cooperation, and mutual feedback are proven to increase students' active involvement, stimulate creativity, and develop critical thinking skills and the ability to organize arguments in a structured and logical manner. Supporting factors, such as the creation of an inclusive classroom environment, the teacher's role as an effective facilitator, and students' intrinsic motivation, play an important role in the successful implementation of this method. However, despite the positive impact of existing research, there are some gaps that need attention, such as the lack of research that deeply discusses the practical challenges faced by teachers and students in time management and the division of roles in groups.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the implementation of school programs that occur at SDN 23 Ampenan. This research is important because school innovation programs are the main indicator of education quality. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets, open questionnaires, and field notes developed based on indicators of the implementation of the school's superior programs. The data collection method was carried out by means of a survey through the school environment introduction program (PLP-1). The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This article shows that the innovation program that was carried out can be implemented very well, the challenges faced during its implementation were the uncertain weather conditions that affected the school program implemented outside the classroom. The school programs of SDN 23 Ampenan have a positive impact on the quality of learning and character of students so that they can improve the quality of education at SDN 23 Ampenan.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program-program persekolahan yang terjadi di SDN 23 Ampenan. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena program inovasi persekolahan menjadi indikator utama mutu pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi, angket terbuka, dan catatan lapangan yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator pelaksanaan program unggulan sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei melalui kegiatan program pengenalan lingkungan persekolahan (PLP-1). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa program inovasi yang dilakukan dapat diterapkan dengan sangat baik, tantangan yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaannya yaitu adanya kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu yang mempengaruhi program sekolah yang dilaksanakan di luar kelas. Program-program sekolah SDN 23 Ampenan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan karakter peserta didik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 23 Ampenan.

Abstract

Penurunan pendapatan pedagang dan jumlah pengunjung setelah terjadinya wabah Covid-19 telah menimbulkan masalah keberlanjutan yang signifikan bagi Pasar Karang Joang di Kota Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi manajemen POAC (Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pengarahan, dan Pengawasan) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan pasar  Karang Joang di Kota Balikpapan berdasarkan fakotr-faktor yang telah diuraikan oleh peneliti terdahulu. Untuk mendapatkan informasi dari pengelola pasar, digunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif seperti observasi dan wawancara. Faktor utama yang menjadi penyebab terhambatnya keberlanjutan pasar Karang Joang  meliputi kondisi dan akses jalan yang kurang strategis sehingga , insfrastruktur yang tidak memadai dan pendapatan pedagang yang menurun sehingga mengancam keberlangsungan operasional pasar. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengatasi faktor utama tersebut  dapat difasilitasi melalui perencanaan jangka panjang dengan pemindahan pasar Loak Besi dan pembangunan fasilitas hiburan. Untuk mendukung tujuan tersebut pemerintah setempat melakukan komunikasi melalui pendekatan intensif terhadap Masyarakat sekitar, dan pedagang. Terlibatnya komunitas lokal sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pengunjung dan memperkenalkan Kembali citra pasar. Untuk memastikan tercapainya seluruh perencanaan yang telah dibuat,  pemantauan rutin sangat penting untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi hasil pelaksanaan.

Abstract

The need for animal protein in Indonesia continues to increase, driving the popularity of goat milk as an alternative to cow's milk that is easier to digest and has health benefits. This study aims to review genetic and nutritional factors that affect the production and quality of dairy goat milk. The method used is a literature review of relevant scientific sources. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that genetic and nutritional factors play a major role in goat milk production. Imported goats such as Alpine (2,633 liters/lactation) and Saanen (2,621 liters/lactation) are more productive than local breeds such as Sapera (264.6 liters/lactation) and Peranakan Etawa (154.3 liters/lactation), supported by strict genetic selection and optimal maintenance management. Milk composition also varies, with Senduro goats having the highest total solids (14.30%), protein (3.74%), and fat (6.40%) compared to Alpine. Nutrition plays an important role in supporting milk production, with high protein sources such as lamtoro (32.0%) and turi (31.29%), as well as fat from turi (7.57%) and indigofera (6.15%) which increase milk fat content. Genetic and nutritional factors affect the production and quality of goat milk, with imported goats being more productive and Senduro goats being superior in milk composition. Proper feed and good management improve milk quality and livestock health. Understanding these genetic and nutritional factors is expected to be the basis for efforts to increase the productivity and quality of dairy goat milk in Indonesia
