Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a type of food plant that is favored by many people, therefore many people cultivate oyster mushrooms to make a living because they see the large demand for oyster mushrooms, this problem is not matched by sophisticated tools in this cutting edge period. Farmers still use manual tools for mushroom treatment, by making a temperature and humidity monitoring system on mushroom kumbung, farmers can optimize crop yields, the monitoring system built is by installing a DHT 11 sensor around the mushroom kumbung, the sensor can be set by NodMCU and can measure the temperature and humidity in the oyster mushroom kumbung, the temperature and humidity settings are regulated by the NodeMCU which can later be displayed via the Smartphone, the conclusion of this monitoring system is increase the productivity of mushrooms produced by farmers.

Abstract

Training is very important to increase the productivity of the company. Without the right training, worker will not understand and not know how to do right process. Worker with right process will be achieve good product. Sometimes, the problem of lack training is no proper training material availability for process. In this paper, author want to create training material for soldering process because soldering process is one of critical process, no proper soldering training material and support e-training as new implementation in XYZ company, and author is using ADDIE approach to create it. From ADDIE approach, author create 2 training phase and 2 types of assessment and training use multi – sensory learning which are visual, auditive, kinesthetic and tactile. In visual, using interactive video, participants watch the video, do the process as they see in the video, give the explanation, and they can ask the trainer if any question. Then worker will get training more about product especially for quality, output and ergonomic. After implementing it, workers is more understand and they can produce good product and right quantity, and trainer is more comfortable to give training for workers.

Abstract

The activity of designing and developing products, whether in the form of goods or services, cannot be separated from the marketing concept which aims to fulfill customer needs. Customer satisfaction can be met by identifying consumer behavior towards a product. Consumer behavior towards a product can be detected by appealing to market needs (Market Full), suppressing market penetration with new technology (technology Push), and modifying potential products to be offered to the market (Platform Product) The aim of this research is to find out what consumer needs are for a product by using the Quality Function Deployment Method and Design For Manufacturing Assembly, to increase consumer satisfaction and reduce part costs and process costs in the company. Based on the results of this product development, the company makes products according to consumer desires and can save costs on product material parts and costs on product processes

Abstract

When facing a pandemic, education experienced a considerable surprise, where many things made us not expect this to happen. This results in several problems, such as educational institutions needing more time to be ready when facing the cessation of the teaching and learning process, information technology infrastructure suddenly being used to its maximum capacity, and human resources, which in some educational institutions may not be ready. In this research, we will use innovation profiling to implement pandemic learning systems in 2024. If it happens again, this framework will help us see the big picture when dealing with a pandemic. This research results from the 2024 pandemic learning systems framework, in which stages for overcoming the pandemic significantly influence the teaching and learning process in education. Therefore, we need to increase our readiness to face all of this. It is essential to do so that the teaching and learning process will continue to run well and by the learning outcomes set by each institution.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun. limbah yang berasal dari industry migas dikategorikan sebagai limbah B3 karena sifat dan konsentrasinya dapat membahayakan lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan dari latar belakang masalah, terdapat sistem penyimpanan dan pengumpulan limbah minyak pelumas bekas sebagai limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun, apakah sistem penyimpanan dan pengumpulan limbah minyak pelumas bekas lebih efisien dengan metode hand pallet system sebagai sistem yang baru, dan metode wellbarrow sistem sebagai sistem yang lama di PT Natura Perisa Aroma. Metode yang digunakan yaitu hand pallet system dan wellbarrow system, dari kedua metode tersebut bertujuan untuk membandingkan mana yang lebih efisien dengan menghitung beban kosong dan beban angkut dikedua metode tersebut, dari kedua metode sudah ada standar efisien yang ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian yang diperoleh adalah lama penyimpanan minyak pelumas bekas, pengumpulan minyak pelumas bekas, pengemasan minyak pelumas bekas, simbol dan label minyak pelumas bekas, bangunan minyak pelumas bekas, lokasi bangunan minyak pelumas bekas, pengangkutan minyak pelumas bekas, pihak ketiga, dan pemenuhan baku mutu air limbah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya program 5R dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis penyimpanan limbah minyak pelumas bekas sebagai limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) dengan membandingkan kedua metode terdapat satu metode yaitu hand pallet sistem yang lebih efisien waktu, sehingga dapat berpengaruh dalam produktivias pada saat proses pengumpulan minyak pelumas bekas dan tentu lebih ringkas dan efisien.

Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can only be seen in their quantity, while quality and development are still unsatisfactory. In general, one of the weaknesses, especially in the financial aspect, is that only a few MSMEs have experienced development in their financial performance. This is due to the lack of awareness of MSMEs actors regarding the importance of financial management in the company.Financial management is one of the essential aspects of the company’s progress, especially MSMEs. This is because the actors are faced with human resource problems. Financial management can be done through accounting, even though the standards are basic and straightforward. Accounting is a systematic process to generate financial information that can be used for decision-making by users.As long as MSMEs still use money as their transaction tool, accounting is greatly needed by MSMEs. The existence of financial/accounting reports will provide several benefits for MSMEs actors.

Abstract

The Jet Tempur curriculum is a guideline or tool to achieve a goal in carrying out salaf education learning at the Qiro'atil Qur'an Madrasa. The fighter jet learning is carried out for beginners to learn the Koran regarding learning the hijaiyah letters without harakat such as A, BA, TA sequences. The concept used by the Jet Fighter curriculum in memorizing the Qur'an is aimed at how teachers carry out the mentoring process for students who memorize the Qur'an. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. His findings reveal that the application of the Jet Fighter curriculum is more focused on improving reading and introducing the science of recitation to students, as well as the concept of the Jet Fighter curriculum to improve the quality of students' memorization using the Muroja'ah, Qiro'ati, and Sorogan methods

Abstract

The low absorption of the workforce in the vocational high school graduates indicate their lack of expertise and competency. It urges to improve their work skills to meet the demand of the world of work. This research aims at developing a Lean-based learning model to enhance the work skills of vocational high school students. This study can be categorized as development research using the modified Borg and Gall method. The Lean-based learning model was tested through three stages, namely its validity, effectiveness, and practicality towards students, teachers and industrial practitioners. Based on the research findings, the developed learning model can be categorized as good in case of its validity, effectiveness, and practicality. It means the lean-based learning model is valid, effective and practical as one of the alternatives to improve the competency among vocational high school students to fulfill the industrial demand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe moral decadence in the chicken-fed village in the Pabuaran community, Pabuaran sub-district, Serang district, Banten province. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research location is located in Indonesia. The results of the study show that: moral decadence in Kampung Connect Ayam is often carried out by men, aged 20-50 years and working, educated Players range from elementary to high school/vocational school, player betting intensity in one or two months, 4-12 times and cock games. Players Can use their own fighting cocks or bet on other people’s cocks. Second, how to play cockfighting gambling consists of several stages, namely preparation, implementation and completion. The preparatory stage consists of players or chicken owners looking for or determining enemies and determining locations. Abstract

In February 2021, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in DKI Jakarta Province reached 8.51 percent, this exceeds the national unemployment rate of 6.26 percent. This phenomenon is of serious concern to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, where the high open unemployment rate can become a worrying issue because the open unemployment rate (TPT) in Jakarta has increased more significantly compared to the percentage of unemployment at the national level. The purpose of writing this research is to prepare an Alternative Policy in the form of a Regional Action Plan for DKI Jakarta Province to overcome the problem of unemployment. This study utilizes the SWOT Analysis and TOWS Analysis methods. The results obtained based on the analysis and discussion are that the DKI Jakarta Provincial government can carry out many program activities to overcome the problem of unemployment in the DKI Jakarta Province Region, including an increase in the competitive ability of workers. This can be seen in the preparation table of program targets and activities. The benefits of this research are expected to increase labour competitiveness, realize job opportunities and industrial relations that are conducive to developing businesses, and improve worker welfare to reduce unemployment.
