Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship of self-efficacy (X1) and psychological well-being (Y), optimism (X2) and psychological well-being (Y), social support (X3), and psychological well-being (Y) of learners school vocational high in the entire Malang City. The method used was non-experimental research with this type of research study causal relationship. Research findings show there was a positive and significant correlation between X1 and Y, X2 and Y, Y. X3 and X1, X2, X3 connected simultaneously to Y; The third contribution of variables X1, X2, X3 amounted to 26.84%, while 73.16% influenced by other variables; X2 most influential factor on the Y, the X3, and the third is the X1.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy (X1) dan psychological well-being (Y), optimism (X2) dan psychological well-being (Y), social support (X3) dan psychological well-being (Y) peserta didik SMK Negeri se-Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah non experimental research dengan jenis penelitian causal relationship study. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara X1 dan Y, X2 dan Y, X3 dan Y. X1, X2, X3 memiliki hubungan secara simultan terhadap Y; sumbangan ketiga variabel X1, X2, X3 sebesar 26,84%, sedangkan 73,16% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain; X2 faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap Y, kedua X3, dan urutan ketiga adalah X1.

Abstract

Career decisions making is an important thing. Today, many media can be developed to help make the right career decision; one of them is an electronic publication. This research aims to establish an electronic publication (epub) of career decision-making self-efficacy guidance. The development model used was the Borg &Gall model. The initial try out reveals high product validity while the student tries out demonstrates a very accurate, practical, feasible, and fascinating interpretation. The results show that the epub formed career decision-making self-efficacy guidance has fulfilled the theoretical acceptance and practicality aspects; thus, it can be used by the counsellors and students in the career guidance program.

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology is very rapid, of course, impact on the challenges and global competition faced by every country, one of which is Indonesia. Therefore quality human resources are needed. Quality human resources are formed through education five main characters are enhanced and must be possessed by students in Strengthening Character Education. These characters must be possessed by students of the industrial revolution era 4.0 to be able to enter the workforce and be ready to compete with other countries. Every student certainly wants a brilliant career, and that career is realized with an effort and planned carefully. All efforts undertaken by the counselor in helping students to plan further studies and their careers will not succeed without the right strategy. The strategy to improve students' career planning skills in the industrial revolution era 4.0 is Four C’s, which is a guidance-based strategy. Four C’s is a strategy to improve the ability to think at a higher level (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan konsep CSR dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dan kedudukannya pada perbankbankan syariah serta mengetahui kendala dan upaya dalam pelaksanaanya.Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan jenis field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologi normatif dan sosial ekonomi.CSR dalam ekonomi Islam aberpegang pada beberapa prinsip yaitu prinsip Tauhid, Khalifah, Keadilan, Ukhuwah dan Mewujudkan maslahah. Berangkat dari prinsip-prinsip tersebut maka kemudian muncul beberapa kriteria yang dapat dijadikan indikator bagi bank syariah dalam pelaksanaan CSR-nya. Kriteria tersebut adalah kriteria kepatuhan syariah, keadilan dan kesetaraan, bertanggung jawab dalam bekerja, jaminan kesejahteraan, jaminan kelestarian alam dan bantuan sosial.Berdasarkan hasil analisa laporan tahunan serta laporan keberlanjutan, penulis menemukan bahwa tidak semua kriteria CSR bank syraiah diungkapkan oleh ketiga bank yang diteliti. Ada beberapa poin kriteria CSR bank syariah yang belum disajikan seperti kurangnya program yang berkaitan dengan pelestarian alam, penggunaan pendapatan non halal untuk CSR, distribusi program yang belum merata, penentuan sasaran kegiatan CSR, kurangnya kemitraan, sosialisasi kegiatan dan pemahaman mengenai pelaksanaan, evaluasi di lapangan serta keberlanjutan program.  Kriteria CSR pada bank Syariah  merupakan suatu tawaran kepada bank-bank syariah dalam melaksanakan program-program CSR-nya agar bersesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam ekonomi Islam.Kata kunci: CSR, Ekonomi Islam, Bank SyariahAbstractThis study aims to describe the concept of CSR in the perspective of Islamic economics and its position on Islamic banking and know the constraints and efforts in the implementation. This research uses a qualitative paradigm with field research type using the normative and socio-economic theology approach.CSR in Islamic economics aberpegang on some principles that is the principle of Tawheed, Caliph, Justice, Ukhuwah and realize maslahah. Departing from these principles then then appears some criteria that can be used as an indicator for sharia banks in the implementation of its CSR. These criteria are the criteria of Shariah compliance, justice and equality, responsible for work, welfare, sustainability and social assistance.Based on the results of annual report analysis and sustainability report, the authors found that not all CSR bank syraiah criteria were disclosed by the three banks studied. There are several criteria of CSR syariah banks that have not been presented such as lack of programs related to nature conservation, non-halal income usage for CSR, uneven distribution of programs, targeting of CSR activities, lack of partnerships, socialization of activities and understanding of implementation, on-site evaluation as well as program sustainability. The CSR criteria on Sharia banks is an offer to sharia banks in implementing their CSR programs to conform to principles in Islamic economics.Keywords: CSR, Syariah Banking, Islamic Economics.

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi pengembangan ini menghasilkan panduan untuk konselor dan media permainan simulasi keterbukaan diri yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan diri siswa SMP. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg & Gall (1983): melakukan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, mengembangkan produk awal, uji ahli (ahli materi BK & ahli media), hasil uji ahli dan uji calon pengguna produk (konselor), revisi produk, uji lapangan awal dan revisi produk akhir panduan permainan simulasi dan media permainan simulasi, berdasarkan hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli dan calon pengguna, dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan permainan simulasi untuk konselor dan media permainan simulasi ini sangat tepat, sangat berguna, sangat mudah, dan sangat menarik. Abstract

Abstract: Pappasang is a Mandar Tribe cultural product which contains advice. This advice has a characteristic describes the tribe identity of Mandar Tribe. This study aimed to examine the social identity of the Mandar Tribe adolescents in Pappasang as well as the foundation of guidance material. The qualitative study of gadamerian hermeneutics interpreted the social identity of Mandar Tribe adolescents in Pappasang. The findings showed the social identity are: empathy; remind each other; mutual help; solidarity; keep the disgrace on a secret; obedient; generous; democratic. Then, the social identity in Pappasang constructed to be material for guidance and counseling.Abstrak: Pappasang merupakan produk budaya Suku Mandar yang berisi petuah. Petuah tersebut memiliki ciri khas yang menggambarkan identitas Suku Mandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji identitas sosial remaja Suku Mandar dalam Pappasang sekaligus menjadi konstruksi terhadap bahan bimbingan. Penelitian kualitatif hermeneutik gadamerian ini akan menafsirkan identitas sosial remaja Suku Mandar di dalam Pappasang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan identitas sosial adalah: empati; saling mengingatkan; tolong menolong; solidaritas; menutup aib; taat; dermawan; dan demokratis. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a package of guidance planning further studies with a model of creative problem solving for high school students who meet the acceptability aspects are aspects accuracy, usability, convenience and attractiveness. The guidance package consists of counselors guide book that contains the steps to the stage of providing guidance in career planning and student guide book that contains the materials and evaluation. The research method was adapted from models of Research and Development (R & D) procedural Borg & Gall (1983). Experts and field trials is limited (potential users) are analyzed using inter-rater agreement models (Gregory, 2011). Test validity index subject matter experts, media and potential users counselor showed very high criteria. These products meet very precise criteria, very useful, very easy and very attractive to mean very feasible to use. Based on the test can be concluded that the guidance package product planning further studies have met the acceptance criteria.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa paket bimbingan perencanaan studi lanjut dengan model creative problem solving bagi siswa SMA yang memenuhi aspek keberterimaan yaitu aspek ketepatan, kegunaan, kemudahan dan kemenarikan. Paket bimbingan tersebut terdiri atas buku panduan konselor yang berisi langkah-langkah pemberian bimbingan sesuai tahapan dalam perencanaan karier dan buku panduan siswa yang berisi materi serta evaluasi. Metode penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model Research and Development (R&D) prosedural Borg & Gall (1983). Uji ahli dan uji lapangan terbatas (calon pengguna) dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement model (Gregory, 2011). Indeks validitas uji ahli materi, media dan calon pengguna konselor menunjukkan kriteria sangat tinggi. Produk ini memenuhi kriteria sangat tepat, sangat berguna, sangat mudah dan sangat menarik sehingga bermakna sangat layak untuk digunakan. Abstract

Although many studies have examined the relationship between spirituality and empathy, very few studies have focused on demographic and spiritual dimensions in influencing empathy for pre-service teachers. This study analyzes the effect of gender, age, and years of formal education on spirituality and empathy and analyzes the influence of the spiritual dimensions on empathy. This research is a cross-sectional study, with 319 Muslim pre-service teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire adapted from the Spirituality Assessment Scale (SAS) and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). The results show that age affects spirituality, while empathy is influenced by age and gender. One unanticipated finding was that years of formal education had no effect on either spirituality or empathy. The most important finding of this study is the higher the level of innerness, the more likely it is to have high empathy. This study's findings are useful as an assessment material and creating counseling designs to increase empathy for pre-service teachers. This is a part of forming the ideal profile of counselors in schools later. Integrating Islamic values ​​is also an essential alternative in counseling for Muslims.

Abstract

Abstract: The research was intended to produce a website content about career information for students of SMKN 2 Malang. This creative and innovative website content is student-centered. Today’s millennial generation also need to develop 4C’s skills in everyday life to prepare for education and employment in the 21st century. Development research adapted into the five steps of Borg and Gall (1983). Trials consist of an initial product trials and limited field trials. An initial product trials were conducted by BK material experts and media experts, while limited field trials were carried out by counselors. The instrument was validated using logical validity based on the aspects of accuracy, usefulness, convenience and attractiveness. Quantitative data were analyzed using an inter-rater agreement, while qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model input from experts and potential product users. The results of the assessment show that website content products have a very high acceptance so that they are suitable for use in BK services regarding 4C’s based career information for vocational students. It is hoped that the counselor can provide this information service to students by understanding the infographic as a guide to using the website and adjusting it to the activity procedures on the RPL-BK. For future researchers, it is hoped that they can test the effectiveness of the product in order to obtain more accurate results. In addition, it can also combine with new models or theories to make it more complete and interesting. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan konten website tentang informasi karier siswa SMKN 2 Malang. Konten website secara kreatif dan inovatif ini berpusat pada siswa. Generasi millenial zaman sekarang juga perlu mengembangkan keterampilan 4C’s pada kehidupan sehari-hari demi mempersiapkan pendidikan dan pekerjan di abad ke-21. Penelitian pengembangan mengadaptasi menjadi lima langkah Borg and Gall (1983). Uji coba terdiri dari uji coba produk awal dan uji lapangan terbatas. Uji coba produk awal oleh ahli materi BK dan ahli media, sedangkan uji lapangan terbatas dilakukan oleh konselor. Instrumen divalidasi dengan menggunakan validitas logika berdasarkan aspek ketepatan, kegunaan, kemudahan dan kemenarikan. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dari masukan para ahli dan calon pengguna produk. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa produk konten website memiliki keberterimaan yang sangat tinggi sehingga layak digunakan pada layanan BK tentang informasi karier berbasis 4C’s bagi siswa SMK. Diharapkan kepada konselor dapat memberikan layanan informasi ini kepada siswa dengan memahami infografis sebagai petunjuk penggunaan website dan disesuaikan pada prosedur kegiatan dalam RPL-BK. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat menguji keefektifan produk guna memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Selain itu, dapat juga dengan mengkombinasikan dengan model atau teori baru agar lebih lengkap dan menarik.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop educational bibliographic media "Scars Make You Strong" to Increase Self-Esteem of children in Pondok Tahfidz Quran LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Malang. This study was developed to help facilitate counseling teachers in providing group guidance interventions using bibli education techniques. The scope of this research is the bibliographic media of the story book "Scars Make You Strong" to increase the self-esteem of the adolescent children. This study uses the model Research and Development developed by Borg and Gall (1983) with the following steps: data collection, planning, product development, testing (BK material expert and media expert), revision of the results of expert testing and candidate testing users, revised trial results, and the final product. Expert testing and field testing of prospective users were analyzed using quantitative data analysis using the formula average (mean) and qualitative data analysis. The validity index of expert and prospective user tests shows high criteria and meets acceptability, namely usability, accuracy, convenience, and attractiveness, so that the product is feasible and can be given to prospective users of story books, namely children in the cottage, and guidebooks for use for counseling teachers / guidance teachers. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media biblioedukasi Buku Cerita Bergambar “Scars Make You Strong” untuk Meningkatkan Self-Esteem anak di Pondok Tahfidz Quran LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Malang. Penelitian ini dikembangkan guna membantu memudahkan guru BK dalam pemberian intervensi bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik biblioedukasi. Ruang lingkup dalam penelitian ini adalah media biblioedukasi buku cerita “Scars Make You Strong” untuk meningkatkan self-esteem anak pondok. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Research and Development yang dikembangkan oleh Borg dan Gall (1983) dengan langkah : melakukan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, uji coba (ahli materi BK dan ahli media), revisi dari hasil uji ahli dan uji calon pengguna, revisi hasil uji coba, serta produk akhir. Uji ahli dan uji lapangan calon pengguna dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan rumus rata-rata (mean) dan analisis data kualitatif. Indeks validitas uji ahli dan calon pengguna menunjukkan kriteria yang tinggi dan memenuhi akseptabilitas yakni kegunaan, ketepatan, kemudahan, dan kemenarikan, sehingga produk layak dan dapat diberikan pada calon pengguna buku cerita yakni anak di pondok, dan buku panduan penggunaannya untuk guru BK/guru pembina.
