ABSTRACT The phenomenon that has happened to Erigo is that Erigo's sales are still relatively low even though it has been established for 13 years. Intense competition in the fashion industry forces Erigo to think how to increase his sales. One of the ways that Erigo used to increase his sales was by using celebrity endorsements. This study aims to analyze the effect of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention through brand attitude and brand trust. The population in this study are all Erigo consumers. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. The samples taken were 125 Erigo consumer respondents who had purchased 2 times in the last two years. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling with AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on brand attitudes, and also celebrity endorsement has positive and significant effect on brand trust. Brand attitude has no effect on repurchase intention, and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention

ABSTRACT BCA is one of the largest banks in Indonesia. However, in 2020, Bank BCA received many complaints through their Halo BCA service. When compared to its competitors, Bank BCA has the fewest number of customers but the most complaints throughout the years 2019-2021. These complaints prove that customers are not satisfied with the services provided by Bank BCA. In this study, inconsistencies were found with previous research, that service quality has a significant impact on customer loyalty and that service quality has no significant impact on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service and customer trust in relation to customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable among Bank BCA customers in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is the community of Semarang who have been Bank BCA customers for the last three months and have used Bank BCA services in Semarang. The sample used consisted of 125 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 3.0 as the analysis tool. The results of this study show that service quality and trust have a positive and significant relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Likewise, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant relationship with customer loyalty. The biggest influence is shown by the trust variable in customer satisfaction, which is 0.473

ABSTRACT As one of the providers, ToGraduation intends to optimize these opportunities by analyzing weaknesses in all aspects of the business and exploiting the opportunities available. This research aims to find out whether the analysis of the development of the ToGraduation business can yield profits in the future. This research uses a qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques obtained from ToGraduation financial statements and observations obtained from ToGraduation business activities. The total funding required is Rp678.006.106, divided into Rp.362.135.295 for investment costs and Rp. 315.870.813 for working capital costs in the first year of the project. After sensitivity calculations, the results showed Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp1.090.006.861, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 76%, Payback Period (PBP) of 1.8 years, and profitability index of 1.163. These results show that ToGraduation's rental business has a worthy future to operate.

ABSTRACT Semarang city as the capital of Central Java province with its various easy access can be an option for developing business. This is an opportunity for business development in the F&B (Food and Beverages) sector, such as the coffee shop business. In an effort to win competition from many coffee shop outlets in the long term, innovative strategies are needed as a differentiator from competitors that can keep this business in demand by customers. This research aims to prove the influence of the relationship between brand experience on repurchase intentions through customer perceived value and customer satisfaction (study on Kopi Janji Jiwa in Semarang City). The data collected came from the results of distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents with the criteria being at least 17 years old, domiciled in Semarang, and having purchased Jani Jiwa coffee in the city of Semarang at least once. The results of the data collection were then analyzed quantitatively and structurally using the SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) method using SmartPLS version 4. The results of this study prove that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on customer perceived value, customer perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention and customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. The managerial implication that can be applied is to use this research as a consideration for Kopi Janji Jiwa in serving its customers when consuming Janji Jiwa coffee, so that customers get a positive experience and value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh manajamen operasional dan preferensiterhadap keputusan customer menggunakan jasa tour dantravel pada PT. L-Hijrah Tour & Travel Bureau Medan.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan dataprimer dan data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket. Populasi yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah pekerja dan customer. Tehnikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresilinear berganda dengan menggunakan program softwarespss versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh manajemen operasional secara parsialterhadap keputusan customer thitung 3,374 > dari ttabelsebesar 1,66055 dinyatakan positif dan signifikan , artibahwa ha diterima dan ho ditolak. Maka dapatdinyatakan bahwa manajemen operasional berpengaruhsecara positif dan signifikan keputusan costumer danpreferensi memiliki thitung 2,364 > dari ttabel sebesar1,66055 dengan signifikan sebesar dalam arti bahwa haditerima dan ho ditolak. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwapreferensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusancostumer. Sedangkan secara bersama sama manajemenoperasional dan preferensi Fhitung 73,046 > dari Ftabelsebesar 3,09 yang berarti manajemen operasional danpreferensi secara simultan berpengaruh pada keputusancostumer, maka ha diterima ho ditolak. Terdapathubungan yang positif antara manajemen operasional X1dan preferensi X2 dengan keputusan costumer yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya koefisien korelasi Rhitung0,695 atau 69,5 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,5%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini.

[Title: Improving Students' Learning Achievements Using Demonstration Methods on Electrical Material]. This study aims to improve the learning achievement of class VI Elementary School students in electrical materials using the demonstration method. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the research subjects being class VI students of Sandik 2 Elementary School totalling 19 students. Formative test instruments on electrical material and observation sheets were used to collect data on student learning achievement and implementation of learning using the demonstration method. The results showed that 80% of the total students had reached 70% of the level of mastery of the concepts given. The results of the observations also show an active and well-functioning learning atmosphere. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of demonstration methods can improve student learning achievement on electrical material.

The development of professional teachers, especially in the field of publications, requires a place that can accommodate their work. The initiation of creating a journal as a medium for teachers to actualize in it is a step forward that can be an inspiration for schools to continue to develop professionally and can be a reference for other schools. MAN I Kota Kediri is one of the public madrasah schools that is committed to developing themselves to the maximum and dares to seize opportunities related to the need to manage a new journal as a forum for the actualization of teachers. However, their lack of ability in journal management and expertise in scientific writing makes it difficult for them to perform the progressive program they have planned. This community service is to increase the capacity of journal managers at MAN 1 Kediri City. The method used in this activity is an in-service training program with training as well as mentoring for teachers as journal managers at MAN 1 Kediri City. The results of this study indicate that teachers can perform the registration process and submit scientific papers to the OJS that has been provided.

ABSTRACTThe rumors of the existence of the Nyadran Tradition in Semanding Hamlet began to decline among the community due to modernization and lack of knowledge about the spiritual meaning implied in it. In fact, this tradition is a hereditary culture that is usually done every year and has a meaning that contains noble values for the residents of Semanding Village. The existence of the rumor, the researcher aims to analyze the background, community participation, and the meaning of the Nyadran Tradition of Semanding Village, Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative guided by the stages of Miles and Huberman's research. The results showed that the Nyadran procession was motivated by a form of respect for the ancestral spirits of Semanding Village. The whole society actively implements Nyadran as a form of compliance with customary norms by prioritizing tolerance. In addition, the community considers the Nyadran procession to have a symbolic meaning in each procession which symbolizes gratitude to The God.ABSTRAKAdanya rumor eksistensi Tradisi Nyadran di Dusun Semanding mulai menurun dikalangan masyarakat karena adanya modernisasi dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai makna spiritual yang tersirat di dalamnya. Padahal tradisi ini merupakan kebudayaan turun-temurun yang biasa dilakukan setiap tahun dan memiliki makna yang mengandung nilai luhur bagi warga Dusun Semanding. Adanya rumor tersebut peneliti bertujuan melakukan analisis latar belakang, partisipasi masyarakat, dan makna Tradisi Nyadran Dusun Semanding, Kabupaten Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan berpedoman pada tahapan penelitian Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prosesi Nyadran dilatar belakangi oleh bentuk penghormatan kepada roh leluhur masyarakat Dusun Semanding. Seluruh masyarakat aktif melaksanakan Nyadran sebagai bentuk kepatuhan norma adat istiadat dengan mengutamakan toleransi. Selain itu, masyarakat menilai prosesi Nyadran memiliki makna simbolik pada setiap prosesinya yang melambangkan rasa syukur kepada Sang Pencipta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penghimpunan dana sosial melalui kegiatan jimpitan di Perumahan Griya Tanggung Asri Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sejarah terbentuknya kegiatan jimpitan, bentuk pengelolaan kegiatan jimpitan dan manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan jimpitan. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunkan teknik purposive. Purposive merupakan teknik pengambilan sumber data melalui pertimbangan yang sekiranya informan mengetahui tentang informasi yang dicari, untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data. Model interaktif Miles dan Huberman digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) sejarah terbentuknya kegiatan jimpitan, disebabkan keresahan masyarakat adanya tindakan kriminal pada tahun 2014 di perumahan berupa pencurian barang berharga. Setelah itu semua masyarakat, ketua RT dan ketua RW mengadakan musyawarah untuk menyelesaikan permaslahan dan hasil dari musyawarah membentuk kegiatan ronda malam untuk mengamankan lingkungan. Untuk memberi semangat petugas ronda malam, masyarakat bersepakat mengadakan kegiatan jimpitan, 2) bentuk pengelolaan jimpitan dilakukan masing-masing RT. Bentuk pengelolaan dibagi menjadi dua yaitu, pengelolaan ronda malam serta kegiatan jimpitan dan pelaporan hasil jimpitan yang dibagi atas tiga tahapan yaitu mingguan, bulanan dan akhir tahun, 3) manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan jimpitan yaitu sebagai pendanaan kegiatan masyarakat dan lingkungan menjadi aman dan nyaman sehingga tercipta kehidupan yang harmonis.

Madurese is an ethnic group that we encounter in many cities. This ethnicity is usually attached to the image of the merchant. Besides this image, Madura also attaches to the image of newcomers. How this ethnic group became very attached to the merchant's identity indeed cannot be separated from the role of parents. The family environment is very instrumental in directing or learning children. The purpose of this research is to find out how to internalize these ethnic entrepreneurial values—this research designed using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation and in-depth interviews. Interview techniques are used to reveal how to internalize the value of entrepreneurship towards families, especially children. The research findings show that in some ethnic Madurese, there is no internalization process of entrepreneurial values in their families, but in other parts, this process occurs. Furthermore, the findings in the field show that the experience of parents influences the internalization process. The process of internalizing entrepreneurial values did by modeling or giving examples by parents, involvement, and habituation of parents' activities to children. Involvement did and verbally begins by inviting children to help with the work of parents. Most entrepreneurs tend to learn from the experience of joining parents or family. The values adopted by children in this ethnicity are self-confidence, high work ethic.DOI: 10.17977/um022v5i12020p001
