Abstract

The problem currently occurring in the company is that currently the company only relies on acquaintances of the owners and workers there to carry out marketing, namely by marketing by word of mouth. This will of course lead to a narrow reach of consumers, unable to compete with similar companies and unable to adapt to external trends. Sales that occurred during the 12 months also experienced a fluctuating phase. Therefore, this company requires planning accompanied by the right strategy. The method used in this research is scenario planning. By using scenario planning, various scenarios can be prepared in the planning process, which allows them to be more flexible and remain focused on implementing an effective marketing plan. The research results showed that there were 4 scenario plans taken from two variables, namely clothing trends and competitors. The first quadrant of the scenario is responsive and adaptive, the second quadrant is operational efficiency, the third quadrant is innovative, and the last is differentiation. The scenario that should be used is the operational efficiency scenario because this will provide a wide consumer reach and also gain consumer trust directly through face-to-face meetings. Hybrid marketing conducted online and offline will provide flexibility to adapt strategies to changes in market trends or changes in consumer behavior. So the company can allocate resources according to needs.

Abstract

Salbutamol is a medication that stimulates beta receptors, particularly beta agonists, which are widely used as a remedy for sudden asthma attacks and those triggered by physical exercise due to its potent and rapid bronchodilating properties. These medications are known as short-acting beta-agonists (SABA). The purpose of this study was to examine in detail the significant differences in dissolution and absorption rates associated with the active ingredient in two pharmaceutically equivalent drug products, and to compare them to determine their bioequivalence. The research methodology involved experimental studies using a quantitative approach, including tests of physical quality, content determination, and dissolution testing. The results of the physical quality test for the uniformity of salbutamol tablet sizes showed that generic branded tablets, brand A, brand C, and brand D had a thickness of 0.10 cm ± 0 and a diameter of 0.50 cm ± 0, brand B had a thickness of 0.20 cm ± 0 and a diameter of 0.60 cm ± 0, and brand E had a thickness of 0.10 cm ± 0 and a diameter of 0.40 cm ± 0. The weight uniformity test results indicated that none of the generic branded tablets, brand B, or brand D deviated from columns A (7.5%) and B (15%), whereas none of the tablets from brands A, C, or E deviated from columns A (10%) and B (20%) ...

Abstract

Sunscreen digunakan untuk melindungi kulit dari radiasi sinar UV. Salah satu bahan alami yang berpotensi sebagai sunscreen adalah ekstrak belimbing depok(Averrhoa carambola L.) yang mengandung senyawa flavonoid. Belimbing depok yang berasal dari Depok, Indonesia, diekstraksi dengan larutan air dan diuapkan menggunakan rotary evaporator untuk memperoleh hasil yang kental. Telah dilakukan skrining fitokimia ekstrak bersamaan dengan kromatografi lapis tipis. Formulasi sunscreen dibuat terlebih dahulu dengan melarutkan bahan ke dalam masing-masing fase air dan minyak, dilanjutkan dengan mencampurkan kedua fase tersebut dengan ekstrak. Tiga formulasi dibuat dengan konsentrasi ekstrak berbeda yaitu 2, 4, 6% b/v. Seluruh formulasi diamati secara fisik melalui penilaian organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, pola penyemprotan, daya sebar lekat dan dilanjutkan dengan penilaian stabilitas pada suhu penyimpanan 4o & 40oC selama 24 jam. Ekstrak dan seluruh formulasi dievaluasi menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dalam rentang panjang gelombang 290-320 nm pada interval 5 nm untuk penentuan nilai SPF. Semua pengukuran diulang tiga kali. Hasil ekstrak menunjukkan kandungan flavonoidnya. Ketiga formulasi menunjukkan karakteristik fisik dan stabilitas penyimpanan yang baik. Formulasi semprot yang mengandung ekstrak belimbing wuluh konsentrasi 2% memberikan perlindungan maksimal (SPF 14.09). Formulasi dengan ekstrak 4% menawarkan perlindungan ultra (SPF 16.66), sedangkan formulasi dengan ekstrak 6% memberikan perlindungan ultraviolet yang lebih tinggi (SPF 18.33). Di antara seluruh konsentrasi yang diuji, formulasi dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 6% menunjukkan nilai SPF tertinggi, yaitu 18,33, menawarkan perlindungan ultra terhadap sinar matahari. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa formulasi semprotan dengan ekstrak belimbing wuluh sebagai bahan sunscreen alami mempunyai kemampuan dalam menyerap sinar ultraviolet tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

Pet World merupakan salah satu jasa pelayanan kebutuhan hewan peliharaan yang berada di Kabupaten Garut, namun pemenuhan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to know the level of service based on the dimensions of quality provided to customer satisfaction and to produce suggestions for improvements to improve service quality at Pet World. This study used a Mix Method approach. The Qualitative data was used to test the validity and reliability. The quantitative data was used for processing the Servqual method to measure customer satisfaction, the ZOT method to measure whether the service is still within tolerance limits, and the Kano method to measure priority. The results showed unsatisfactory service attributes or attributes with a negative gap score were two attributes on the tangibles dimension in terms of comfort and security, one on the reliability dimension in terms of product accuracy, and one on the responsiveness dimension in terms of access to information. In addition, the Servqual, ZOT, and Kano methods are relevant to the research conducted because this method measures service quality based on its dimensions and does orient to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Kano; Mix Method; service quality; zone of tolerance

Current ratio merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai likuiditas perusahaan, yang menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk dengan sampel selama lima tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2019, tahun 2020, tahun 2021, tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan studi pustaka. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penjualan dan biaya oprasional berpengaruh terhada current rasio pada pt astra argo lestari tbk selama periode yang dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis terkait pemasaran dan pengelolaan biaya, guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan stabilitas likuiditas.

Abstract

DAGUSIBU (Get, Use, Store, and Dispose) is a drug counselling programme designed to increase community knowledge and awareness about the correct use of drugs, especially how to get, use, store, and dispose of drugs. This programme was implemented at Posyandu Kemunin VIII with the aim of increasing family awareness of medicine. The material provided is in the form of a general understanding of drugs and their classification which includes over-the-counter drugs, limited over-the-counter drugs, hard drugs, and hard drugs as well as pharmaceutical needs. We will then explain what drugs require precautionary measures if misused, and how to use and store them properly. The objective of the DAGUSIBU socialisation is to improve the community's knowledge and understanding of medicines. Activities are conducted through interaction, lectures and interactive discussions. The response and enthusiasm of the community in attending the activities, asking questions and actively participating in discussions regarding the purchase, use, storage and disposal of medicines. The good and correct use of medicines is evidence of this socialisation effort.

Abstract

For a Muslim teenage girl, staying true to her identity becomes more challenging as she faces various temptations. This study aimed to explore the role of Islamic resilience and self-identity in Muslim women's da'wah experiences, focusing on the challenges and strength required to maintain their faith and identity in this context. This research was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach, utilizing in-depth interview to gather detailed insights into the participants' experiences and perspectives on resilience and self-identity in their da'wah activities. The informants of this study were teenagers in their late adolescence, specifically in the age range of 18-21 years. This study examined the experiences and perspectives of Muslim youth in building their identity and how they develop resilience within themselves. This study proved that self-identity of Muslim women had impacted their resilience in da'wah. This study also found out that the dimensions of Islamic resilience can be used by Muslim preachers to be able to survive in maintaining their commitment and identity in preaching

Abstract

Securities crowdfunding is a service that funds MSMEs and start-up companies using standard agreements. The agreement used contains clauses containing moral hazard from the service provider company in the form of forcing service users not to involve the provider in the event of a dispute, whereas if the legal relationship is explained, the provider acts as an intermediary for service users with a central role, so that without the provider, such digital funding will not occur. This information technology-based funding activity is covered by Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 57 of 2020 concerning Securities Offerings through Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding Services and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16 of 2021 Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 57 of 2020 concerning Securities Offerings Through Services Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding. The use of the standard agreement refers to Article 64(1) of POJK 57 2020 with the principles of balance, justice, and fairness. The agreement clause also contains unclear dispute resolution related to sharia funding, and service users will also experience the potential risk of disputes between organizers, issuers, and investors, as well as risks related to investment. Normative legal research is used as a research method that is classified in library research using a statute approach as an approach to contractual analysis and dispute resolution hierarchies by breaking down various laws and technical regulations from the Financial Services Authority. Analysis with this approach was found in the study of Article 1338 of the Civil Code requiring contracts to be made in accordance with the law, but the agreement clauses used did not apply the principles of justice, norms, and morality. Apart from that, a hierarchy was found in digital-based and offline-based dispute resolution with clustering the level of each problem or dispute. This level of clustering is a codification of the breakdown results carried out by the compiler of interrelated regulations, which are classified as internal dispute resolution and external dispute resolution.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) project-based learning model is on students' ability to think creatively about opportunity material. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research involved class VIII students at MTs Negeri 2 Kuningan. In this research, purposive sampling was used. Two classes VIII-H were selected as control classes and two classes VIII-I were selected as experimental classes, each with a total of 30 students. Abstract

Coffee drink is a drink extracted from coffee beans that produces spent coffee grounds, which have macro chemical compounds for plants in terms of growth and development, namely Ca, Mg and N, P, K. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best dose of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from spent coffee grounds for the growth of coffee seedlings. The study was conducted from January to June 2023 at the Lampung State Polytechnic Practice Park, Bandar Lampung. This study used a Randomized Block Design, consisting of 4 doses of liquid organic fertilizer treatment (P0 = 0, P1 = 50 ml, P2 = 100 ml and P3 = 150 ml per polybag) with the observed variables being plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and dry root weight at 14 to 84 days after planting (DAF). The results of this study are that the application of LOF from spent coffee grounds affects the height of coffee seedlings at 14 and 28 DAF, the number of leaves at 84 DAF, and the diameter of the stem at the age of 56, 70, 84 DAF, but does not affect the dry root weight. The best treatment is the application of LOF with a dose of 100 ml/polybag which has a major effect on plant height, number of leaves and stem diameter. Keywords: dregs, dose, spent coffee, liquid fertilizer
