Recent decades have seen an amazingly fast development of inverter topology, including multilevel inverters. This kind of inverter typically functions as a buck converter; a boost converter is the reverse of this kind of inverter. The two inverters limitation to operating in either buck mode or boost mode is a negative. In this study, a five-level inverter that can operate in both buck and boost modes and only requires a single DC source input voltage is proposed. The suggested inverter will therefore have a large operational area. This new inverter's possible conduction modes are examined in order to determine the control system that will be used. A test based on computational modeling and hardware implementation is then conducted in the lab after the new control structure based on sinusoidal pulse width modulation is established. This new inverter can operate in five-level in a buck and/or boost converter in terms of the output voltage to the input voltage, according to the results of simulation and testing. The proposed new inverter outperforms traditional inverters that solely run on buck or boost.

Abstract Budaya pada setiap organisasi memiliki keunikan dan kekhasan yang berbeda disetiap perusahaan. Keunikan yang khas dari setiap organisasi berasal dari gaya manajemen, kebijakan, operasi karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin. PT Fajar Utama Karya merupakan perusahaan konstruksi di wilayah Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana manajemen komunikasi interpersonal yang dilaksanakan oleh pimpinan kepada karyawan. Menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya komunikasi tidak efektif pada proyek. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa seluruh kegiatan komunikasi perusahaan dipimpin oleh diretur utama perusahaan. Kegiatan komunikasi interpersonal untuk membangun kohesivitas dilakukan melalui briefing, syukuran, pemberian bonus tahunan dan tunjangan hari raya, sementara dalam praktiknya kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan pimpinan masih tertinggal. Praktik komunikasi efektif yang tertinggal disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan pemimpin untuk memberikan pelatihan yang dibutuhkan pekerja dalam pengelolaan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, sehingga menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya, kelebihan biaya, hingga pelaksanaan kegiatan yang salah sehingga harus didesain ulang. In the era of globalization with rapid advances in information technology, various lines of manufacturing industry, both old and new, are increasingly developing. The business environment continues to change and develop. This research aims to see the influence of Activity Based Costing on profits, see the influence of Target Costing on profits partially, the influence of profits on Just In Time (JIT) partially, and see the influence of Activity Based Costing, Target Costing, on profits with Just In Time as a moderating variable at Berkah Mandiri Jaya, Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with statistical analysis to process data in the form of numbers. The findings discover that the application of the Activity Based Costing method can increase company profits. This is because the method provides accurate cost information and enables precise pricing for each product.

This study describes the implementation of the Internet of Things using the MQTT protocol and mosquitto as a broker combined with a 2x16 LCD for a pH monitoring system in a freshwater fish farming system at BPBIAT Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia. To obtain accurate data, the calibration process is carried out in several stages, including using buffer 6.8 and distilled water. The calibration results on the 6.8 buffered liquid sample mean that the data obtained are appropriate, while the aquades obtained a value of 7.73, this is due to the storage factor of the distilled water so that it can change the pH value. The final result of the research shows that the data that appears online on the Node-Red dashboard is the same as that which appears locally on the 2x16 LCD. This means the MQTT protocol is working fine. The data displayed on the Node-Red UI is sent periodically every 30 minutes. The consideration is that, during the experiments, the pH value of the water did not change significantly beyond the range of 6.5-8.5. This data illustrates that the pH quality of the water for freshwater fish farming at BPBIAT is ideal for use.

This study aims to examine the influence of Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, Workload on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Employee Performance at Badan Perencanaan Pembanguna Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Jawa Timur. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data were collected from employees working at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur. The collected data is analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS method with the Smart PLS Version 4.0 software. The respondents for this study were 118 employees out of a total of 137 employees at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur. The data collection instrument was measured using a Likert scale. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership significantly influences OCB but does not significantly affect Employee Performance. On the other hand, Self Awareness significantly influences both OCB and Employee Performance, while Workload does not significantly affect OCB but has a significant impact on Employee Performance. Additionally, OCB significantly influences Employee Performance. These results highlight the importance of implementing Servant Leadership and fostering Self Awareness to encourage OCB, while Workload has a greater impact on employee performance. Interestingly, the implementation of servant leadership does not seem to drive employee performance at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur, however the high level of OCB in BAPPEDA of East Java Province can enhance employee performance. This study aims to find out how good the cardiorespiratory endurance level of the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar futsal team is. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the test technique used to collect data is the Multistage Fitness Test. The population in this study was 25 futsal team players at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar, the sample to determine the population used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The prevalence of "fair" (moderate) fitness levels among players under the age of 18 in the futsal team of SMA Negeri 22 Makassar indicates the need for a targeted training program to improve their cardiorespiratory endurance. With 62.5% of respondents falling into this category, this shows the potential to increase their fitness levels to achieve better performance on the field. Identifying factors contributing to lower fitness levels among the 37.5% of players categorized as “poor” (poor) may provide valuable insight for developing personalized training interventions and plans to meet their specific needs. By addressing these fitness gaps, teams can potentially improve their overall performance and competitiveness in futsal tournaments. A sufficient level of cardiorespiratory endurance is important in the sport of futsal, which involves fast movements, sudden changes in direction, and high intensity. By having a sufficient level of cardiorespiratory endurance, SMA Negeri 22 Makassar futsal players can maintain their performance during matches, reduce fatigue and minimize the risk of injury.

Abstrak: Salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan merencanakan danmelaksanakan pembelajaran adalah melalui teknik supervisi kunjungan kelas. Tujuannyaadalah: 1) mengetahui implementasi teknik supervisi kunjungan kelas dalam rangkameningkatkan kemampuan merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran guru bidangstudi Sejarah; 2) mengetahui apakah teknik supervisi kunjungan kelas dapat meningkatkankemampuan merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran guru bidang studi Sejarah.Metode yang digunakan ialah rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Kesimpulannya: 1)teknik kunjungan kelas dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif dan efisien; 2) teknis kunjungankelas terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaanpembelajaran; 3) teknik kunjungan kelas terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuanmelaksanakan pembelajaran guru bidang studi sejarah.Kata kunci: kemampuan merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran, teknik supervisikunjungan kelas.Abtract : One means to improve the ability to plan and carry out the engineering supervisionof learning is through classroom visits. The purpose of this study are: (1) knowing howthe implementation of classroom visits supervision technique in order to improve theability of teachers of History to plan and implement learning teachers at MAN RejotanganTulungagung; (2) determine whether classroom visits supervision technique can improvethe ability of teachers of History to plan and implement learning at MAN RejotanganTulungagung. The method used is the design of Educational Action Research. The resultsshowed that: (1) the implementation of supervision techniques can be implemented in theclassroom visits MAN Rejotangan Tulungagung effectively and efficiently; (2) classroomvisits supervision technique proven to increase the ability of teachers in preparing a lessonplan (RPP) as preparation for the implementation of the learning process; (3) technicalsupervision of classroom visits are proven to increase the ability of teachers to implementlearning the history of the MAN Rejotangan Tulungagung.Keyword: the ability to plan and to implement learning, he engineering supervision oflearning is through classroom visits.

The Taekwondo sports coaching system necessitates effective organisational management. However, managing a sports organisation unquestionably demands a suitable and accurate concept, one that will ultimately allow the sports organisation to accomplish its objectives. The purpose of this study was to examine the basic interpretation of historical aspects, development systems, management resources, and achievement development. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research, employing a phenomenological research design. The research sample consists of 5 informants, including 1 club founder, 2 club executives, and 2 athlete coaches, selected for direct interviews. Data analysis involves (i) introduction and organization; (ii) coding and reduction; (iii) interpretation and representation. The findings revealed that the coaching system, management resources and Taekwondo achievement development at the Mahameru Club in Sukoharjo Regency were functioning effectively. The limitations of this study are the sample used and the scope of the study which is only one area. As a result, future research should compare and broaden the scope of the study by investigating the factors that influence the implementation of the coaching system, management resources, and achievement development, such as psychological, sociological, and environmental aspects for athletes. The conclusion of this research indicates that this research makes a notable contribution by delving into the uncharted territory of Taekwondo sports coaching at Mahameru Club. It not only fills a knowledge gap but also furnishes practical guidance for the improvement of coaching strategies.

Background Problems: The lack of variety in exercises applied by coaches makes players feel bored, so they must be given training variations by looking at training methods that significantly improve basic tennis technique skills between game training methods and drills. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine differences in the effect of game and drill training methods on improving basic tennis technical skills based on the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. Methods: In this context, the method used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 24 male athletes in Lampung who were separated into 4 groups. Findings and Results: (i) There are differences in the effect of game practice and drill methods on improving basic tennis technique skills. (ii) There is a difference in improving basic tennis technique skills between the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. (iii) There is an influence of interaction between training methods and age groups on improving basic tennis technique skills. Conclusion: The age group 10-12 years is more appropriate if given the game training method, and the age group 13-15 years is more appropriate if given the practice training method. The findings of this study provide an important contribution by highlighting the importance of both applied training methods for basic tennis technique. This training method is also adapted for age-based characteristics. Therefore, the recommendation to use game and drill training methods as part of tennis training can help athletes cope with intense playing conditions. Based on the analysis above, the novelty of the research developed by the researcher was two exercise methods compared, two age groups that were sampled, and research instruments using International Tennis Number (ITN) On Court Assessment. Researchers used game and drill training methods that could affect the sample after treatment. Different from previous research, the sample used was male athletes aged 10-15 years.

Learning in digital era demands innovation of learning materials where video is one of the attractive materials. Unfortunately, many teachers don't have skills to make learning videos, including some teachers at the Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Godean. Therefore, this program aims to improve the skills of partners in making learning videos. The main equipment used is a cell phone which is owned by all teachers so there is no need to procure additional equipment. The steps carried out are preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations have been made by discussing with partners about the training to be held. The training was completed on April 9, 2022 at the UMY Information Technology Laboratory, attended by 37 teachers from three Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Godean District. Participants received theory and immediately practiced making videos using their respective cell phones. Training evaluation was carried out using pre and post tests as well as observation. This program has succeeded in increasing teachers' knowledge and skills in making learning videos with a significant increase in pre-test and post-test results of 54.7%.
