Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan  nilai yang terdapat pada kurikulum merdeka atau Profil  Pelajar Pancasila atau (P5) pada buku PAI dan budi pekerti kelas 1 SD yang diterbitkan oleh PT Tiga Serangkai  Pustaka Mandiri, Solo yang diterbitkan tahun 2022, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research) dalam penyajiannya data bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun kesimpulan hasil analisis buku ajar PAI menghasilkan dan memuat secara global pada sumber belajar atau buku ajar Pendidikan agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Kelas 1 SD terbitan tahun 2022 mengandung nilai-nilai profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) yaitu memuat enam dimensi pada nilai profil pelajar Pancasila yakni (1)beriman kepada Tuhan yang maha Esa dimana pada dimensi ini meliputi

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam proses rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di MTsN 1 Kotawaringin Timur sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Fokus kajian terletak pada bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi rekrutmen dilakukan serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam praktik kelembagaan madrasah negeri di daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus lapangan, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTsN 1 Kotim melaksanakan rekrutmen melalui tiga jalur, yaitu ASN, PPPK, dan honorer, dengan perencanaan tahunan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan guru. Proses seleksi mencakup seleksi administratif dan substantif, namun belum didukung oleh standar operasional prosedur tertulis. Terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan pelamar yang kompeten, anggaran yang minim, serta lemahnya koordinasi dengan otoritas pusat. Meski demikian, pihak madrasah melakukan berbagai strategi adaptif seperti kerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi, rekrutmen terbuka melalui media sosial, dan pengembangan profesional guru. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara prinsip MSDM ideal yang berbasis merit system dan praktik manajerial di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, pembakuan prosedur, peningkatan kapasitas manajerial, dan sinergi kelembagaan menjadi aspek penting untuk memperkuat tata kelola rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di madrasah.

Abstract

Fatherless is a condition of psychological absence of fathers in the growth and development of children in household life. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of fatherlessness in Indonesia due to patriarchal culture, using Amina Wadud's feminist thinking about the concept of caring for children. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, namely by collecting books, journals, and websites related to the research theme. The analysis used is critical analysis by describing the formal object, namely Amina Wadud's thinking, to be used as an analysis of the material object, namely the fatherless phenomenon in Indonesia. The results of the analysis of this study are fatherless conditions due to patriarchal culture should not occur because; first, the Qur'an states that the rights and obligations in caring for children between men and women are the same. Second, a flexible system of cooperation is key in the household, including in terms of caring for children. Third, women also have the right to be as productive as men, not just focusing on childcare.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an important approach in building social harmony amidst the diversity of ethnicities, religions, and cultures in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the contribution of multicultural education to increasing the tolerance of high school students. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in two public schools in Yogyakarta that have heterogeneous student backgrounds. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study indicate that the integration of multicultural values ​​in learning, culture-based extracurricular activities, and teacher training have a positive impact on increasing attitudes of mutual respect among students. Consistent implementation and support from all school components are key factors in creating an inclusive educational environment. These findings contribute to the development of educational policies that are responsive to social and cultural diversity.

Abstract

Gender equality, especially concerning leadership, is a complex topic in Islam. Issues of feminism and women's emancipation are often considered taboo in Muslim communities in Pakistan. Traditional Muslim scholars, influenced by the cultural dimensions of Islam in their era, formulated laws regarding male supremacy over women in their writings. In contrast, in the modern era, contemporary Muslim scholars, such as Dr. Said Ramdhan al-Buthi, engaging with Western knowledge, have attempted to establish new paradigms regarding feminism, particularly concerning women's leadership, while remaining grounded in scriptural analysis. This study aims to describe al-Buthi's views on gender equality in women's leadership. Al-Buthi's perspective holds particular value in legitimizing feminism within Islam, as his arguments are strongly rooted in the Qur'an and Hadith. This study was qualitative and adopted a library-based research design. Data were collected from al-Buthi's writings and other relevant literature and analyzed using narrative synthesis and content analysis. The findings indicate that, in al-Buthi's view, women are granted access to leadership, albeit with certain limitations, which differs from the general prohibitions of traditional scholars. This finding suggests that socio-cultural aspects can influence scholars' decisions and simultaneously promote inclusivity in leadership.

Abstract

Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) are important facilities for monitoring children's nutritional growth and development, but there are still many posyandu that use manual methods for recording data. This results in obstacles such as inaccurate data, delays in decision making, and difficulty in accessing information. To overcome this problem, the E-Posyandu information system was implemented at the Posyandu, Mojosongo Village, Surakarta. E-Posyandu is a digital platform designed to facilitate automatic and structured recording, storage and processing of children's nutritional data. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the E-Posyandu system in improving monitoring of children's growth and nutritional status in Mojosongo Village. By using this technology, the monitoring process becomes more efficient, data is easier to access, and the potential for recording errors can be minimized. Apart from that, this system also offers reminders and notification features to parents regarding the posyandu schedule and necessary health measures.The results of the implementation show an increase in the accuracy and speed of collecting child nutrition data, as well as increased parent participation in monitoring their child's health. It is hoped that E-Posyandu can become an innovative model to be applied in other posyandu in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of the Islamic Left movement in Pesantren education in Indonesia, in order to develop scientific knowledge and to restore the treasures of Islam. This research uses a leatherative method of literature review or literature review with narrative analysis obtained from various sources of books or research journals that are in accordance with the research domain. Pesantren as an example of Islamic education in Indonesia. Pesantren education has a long history, has a culture that prioritizes Islamic values, the education methods applied, and as a medium for da'wah. Pesantren in this modern era is not only focused on cultural education, but also penetrates into science, technology, and economic education. The progress of Pesantren today is in accordance with the vision of leftist Islam Hasan Hanafi who prioritizes scientific renewal which is not only focused on traditional science studies but also examines the science that exists in Indonesia and continues to run formal education provided by the government or the Pesantren itself. Currently, Muslims are experiencing a setback in science and technology where Muslims only enjoy technological products made by Western society. This certainly provides a challenge to Pesantren in this modern era while still prioritizing eastern culture. The need for the implementation of the Islamic Left in education in Pesantren with the presence of education related to IT or science that harmonizes with the Qur'an to develop the curriculum, so that it can enrich the Islamic treasures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of School Environment on Student Learning Motivation at MTs Darun Nahwi Singajaya. The population in this study were 3 teachers and all students totaling 79 people. Sampling used a technique to determine samples from a population that has certain characteristics only. The number of samples set was 38 students. Data collection techniques used were: observation, questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaire data were analyzed using a frequency table. While interview and observation data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach which was analyzed through 3 stages, namely: Data reduction, Data presentation and Data verification. The results showed that the MTs Darun Nahwi school environment influenced student learning motivation. This can be proven from the percentage of influence of school environmental conditions, namely 60.53%, learning facilities 47.37%, learning infrastructure 50.03%, relationships between students 42.13%, relationships with teachers 68.42% and relationships with school staff 52.6%, school atmosphere 52.65%, the role of teachers as motivators in learning activities 73.53%, rules 54.91% and cooperation between teachers 63.16%. The obstacles faced by teachers in increasing student learning motivation are students' attitudes and interests in learning and limited learning facilities and infrastructure. Efforts to overcome obstacles include creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, giving prizes for achievements, implementing the rules as well as possible, optimizing the role of teachers as motivators, cooperation between teachers in improving the quality of learning facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion in this study is that the MTs Darun Nahwi school environment influences student learning motivation, both positive and negative.

Abstract

MAN 4 Aceh Utara students learn a variety of subjects, including lessons to speak Arabic (Kalam). This lesson aims to make students able to speak Arabic properly and correctly. However, in practice, students face many problems and difficulties in Arabic resulting in the learning outcomes that have not reached the cut score (KKM). One of the reasons is that the teacher has not applied a good method and is in accordance with the student's condition, nor is there suitable learning media in learning. Researchers assume that the direct method and Arabiyah Baina Yadai Auladina textbooks can improve the skills of students in speaking. Therefore, Researchers examine the use of Arabiyah Baina Yadai Auladina textbooks with a direct method to increase skills in Arabic speaking (Classroom Action Research in MAN 4 Aceh Utara). The purpose of the research is to determine the implementation of Arabiyah Baina Yadai Auladina textbooks and direct methods to improve the skills of students in Arabic speaking and its effect on students and student responses to this learning. Classroom action research methods are used in this study. Researchers collected data using observations, questionnaires, and tests. Student of first grade who became the subject of research with the 20 students. The results show indicate that the implementation of learning is in accordance with the plan with a percentage of 57.69% (enough) in the first cycle and increased in the second cycle to 92.3% (very good). The ability of students in Arabic speaking increases after the application of this book and method. This is evident from the average score in the first cycle is 57.75 (enough) and in the second cycle increased is 79.25 (very good). The level of improvement in students' abilities or N-GAIN 1.03 is in the high interpretation. And finally, student's responses to this application were positive.

Abstract

As stated by students through the interview they acknowledged the difficulties in learning Arabic such as Qawa'id. Students found difficulty with the use of Isim Dhomir and the difference of Fi'il (verb) as well as the use of Jar and Mubtada Khabar letters while learning Qawa'id. Besides, they also found difficulty in formulating the correct sentences according to Qawaid rules. Based on the experience of the teacher, students’ ability is very lack in mastering the Qawa'id materials. It is shown by the result of the Qawa'id assignments given. Furthermore, the students did not remember what the teacher explained when they were asked back by the teacher. The teacher points out that the students lack the motivation to learn Arabic. This problem will affect students' ability to accept the material. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament model with Kahoot to improve students' ability to Qawa'id Nahwiyyah. (2) to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament model with Kahoot to improve students' ability to Qawa'id Nahwiyyah. (3) Determine the effectiveness of the Qiyasiyyah method with cards to improve students' ability to Qawa'id Nahwiyyah. (4) Knowing the effectiveness of the Qiyasiyyah method with cards to improve students' ability to Qawa'id Nahwiyyah. The research methodology in this thesis is an experimental method with a factorial design (The 2 x 2 Factorial Design). Based on the explanation, the researcher concluded that (1) The application of the team's games tournament model with Kahoot was effective in improving the ability of students (lk) in Qawaid Nahwiyyah. With evidence that the distribution of data is at the signification level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) Implementation of the team's games tournament model with Kahoot is not effective in improving the ability of students (pr) in Qawaid Nahwiyyah. With evidence that the distribution of data is at the signification level of 0.065 > 0.05. (3) Application of the Qiyasiyyah method with cards effectively to improve the ability of students (lk) to Qawaid Nahwiyyah. With evidence that the distribution of data is at the signification level of 0.015 ≤ 0.05. (4) Application of the Qiyasiyyah method with cards effective to improve the ability of students (pr) in Qawaid Nahwiyyah. With evidence that the distribution of data is at the signification level of 0.004 ≤ 0.05.
