Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of the non-physical work environment and servant leadership on employee performance in the Nusakambangan open prison, with motivation as a mediating variable. Servant leadership emphasizes a leadership style that prioritizes service to subordinates, while the non-physical work environment includes psychological and social aspects that can affect employee comfort and productivity. This descriptive study used a quantitative approach. This study involved 68 people working at the Nusakambangan Open Prison. Sampling saturation was used to cover the entire population, consisting of 68 employees. In this study, interviews, observations, and questionnaires were used to collect data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to conduct data analysis. The research findings indicate that servant leadership has an impact on motivation, as does the non-physical work environment; both affect performance through motivational mediation. The results suggest that a leadership style that prioritizes service and a psychologically supportive work environment can increase employee motivation, which in turn can lead to better performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Deep Learning dengan dukungan gamifikasi Liveworksheet dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Trigonometri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental) pola pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 42 siswa kelas XI MAN 4 Banyuwangi tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, uji N-Gain untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar, serta uji statistik inferensial menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan capaian antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dengan skor rata-rata post-test sebesar 87,36 dan nilai N-Gain 0,43 (kategori sedang). Capaian ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang memperoleh rata-rata post-test 82,40 dengan N-Gain 0,17 (kategori rendah). Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000 < 0,05, yang mengonfirmasi bahwa perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi PBL, pendekatan Deep Learning, dan gamifikasi Liveworksheet menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan metode konvensional. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Deep Learning supported by Liveworksheet gamification in improving student learning outcomes on Trigonometry. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test and post-test pattern. The research subjects involved 42 grade XI students of MAN 4 Banyuwangi in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, the N-Gain test to measure the improvement of learning outcomes, and inferential statistical analysis using the Independent Sample t-Test to examine the significance of the differences in achievement between groups. The results indicated that the experimental class experienced better improvement in learning outcomes with an average post-test score of 87.36 and an N-Gain value of 0.43 (medium category). This achievement was higher compared to the control class, which obtained an average post-test score of 82.40 with an N-Gain of 0.17 (low category). The t-test results showed a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that the difference in the improvement of learning outcomes is statistically significant. These findings demonstrate that the integration of PBL, the Deep Learning approach, and Liveworksheet gamification creates an effective learning ecosystem for strengthening conceptual understanding and student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to apply an effective management pattern at the Carocok Beach tourist attraction. This research method is qualitative with the type of field research. Research informants were determined using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data using the Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of study show the management of the Carocok Beach tourist attraction has been carried out well and can increase the income of the surrounding community, but not optimal. This can be seen from the problems that occur in the Carocok Beach. Such as lack of cleanliness, illegal levies, traders not well organized and the price of goods is relatively expensive. For this reason, an effective management pattern is needed at Carocok Beach. The ways that can be done are (1) improving the arrangement of the Carocok Beach, (2) making entrances and exits of tourist objects, (3) making a schedule of tourist visits, (4) completing supporting facilities for the tourism activities, (5) improving performance security guards, (6) conducting tourism awareness trainings, (7) involving relevant agencies in the management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan peningkatan keterampilan menyusun naskah drama pada jenjang pendidikan menengah melalui sintesis berbagai artikel penelitian relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan prosedur identifikasi, penyaringan, eligibilitas, dan inklusi terhadap artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2015–2024. Sumber data berasal dari basis data elektronik SINTA. Sebanyak 250 artikel teridentifikasi dan setelah melalui proses seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh 30 artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar koding yang digunakan untuk mengekstraksi informasi mengenai latar belakang, metode, model, media, serta hasil penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik dan sintesis naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) mendominasi metodologi yang digunakan (60%), umumnya dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan peningkatan signifikan pada capaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) di setiap siklusnya. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek terbukti paling efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naskah drama, diikuti model latihan terbimbing, model sinektik, dan model kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share. Media audiovisual dan platform digital seperti YouTube dan Google Classroom mendominasi penggunaan pascapandemi COVID-19. Faktor penghambat utama meliputi kesulitan mengembangkan ide (80%), keterbatasan kosakata (70%), metode pembelajaran monoton (75%), dan rendahnya minat baca (60%). Adapun faktor pendukung meliputi penggunaan media inovatif (90%), minat terhadap seni peran, lingkungan diskusi yang suportif, serta akses terhadap perangkat digital. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan menulis naskah drama membutuhkan intervensi holistik yang mencakup inovasi model dan media pembelajaran, penguatan literasi baca, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif. Guru disarankan mengadopsi model PjBL kolaboratif dan memanfaatkan platform digital tidak hanya sebagai media pengumpulan tugas, tetapi juga sebagai ruang publikasi karya siswa.Trends and Challenges in Teaching Drama Script Writing in Indonesia: A Systematic Literature ReviewThis study aims to describe the improvement of drama script writing skills at the secondary education level through the synthesis of various relevant research articles. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion procedures for articles published between 2015 and 2024. The data source comes from the SINTA electronic database. A total of 250 articles were identified and after going through a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 30 articles were obtained that met the requirements for further analysis. The research instrument was a coding sheet used to extract information regarding the background, methods, models, media, and research results. Data analysis techniques used thematic analysis and narrative synthesis. The results showed that Classroom Action Research (CAR) dominated the methodology used (60%), generally implemented in two cycles with a significant increase in the achievement of the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in each cycle. The Project-Based Learning Model proved to be the most effective in improving drama script writing skills, followed by the guided practice model, the synectic model, and the Think Pair Share cooperative model. Audiovisual media and digital platforms such as YouTube and Google Classroom dominate post-COVID-19 pandemic usage. The main inhibiting factors include difficulty developing ideas (80%), limited vocabulary (70%), monotonous learning methods (75%), and low interest in reading (60%). Supporting factors include the use of innovative media (90%), interest in acting, a supportive discussion environment, and access to digital devices. The implications of this study confirm that improving drama scriptwriting skills requires holistic interventions that include innovation in learning models and media, strengthening reading literacy, and creating a collaborative learning environment. Teachers are advised to adopt a collaborative PjBL model and utilize digital platforms not only as a medium for submitting assignments but also as a space for publishing student work.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping character, fostering creativity, and enhancing discipline in students. Learning success is largely determined by the teacher's skill in optimally and effectively organizing and controlling the classroom, aiming to create a conducive learning atmosphere that fosters enthusiasm and fosters students' creative potential. The effectiveness of classroom management is influenced by several factors, both internal and external. Internal factors include psychological aspects such as self-awareness, interest, motivation, and a positive mindset. Students with high motivation and self-awareness tend to be more active and responsible. Learning success is largely determined by the teacher's skill in optimally organizing and controlling the classroom. Research shows that the most dominant external factors are a lack of parental supervision and support, as well as a community environment that does not support discipline. Therefore, the main conclusion is that teachers must take a strategic role in balancing these internal and external influences. This can be achieved through the implementation of planned, collaborative, and contextual classroom management strategies, an inclusive, participatory learning environment, and one that supports the development of student creativity.

Abstract

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play a crucial role in human rights advocacy in Indonesia, particularly in fostering public awareness and influencing government policies related to the fundamental rights of citizens. This study aims to analyze the contribution of NGOs in fighting for human rights in Indonesia, focusing on their efforts to promote the protection, advancement, and enforcement of human rights. The approach used in this study is qualitative, employing literature review and in-depth interviews with NGO representatives, human rights activists, and other relevant parties. The research findings indicate that NGOs play a strategic role in advocating for human rights issues, whether through public education, public campaigns, or litigation in court. NGOs also serve as partners to the government and international institutions in introducing and implementing international human rights standards in Indonesia. Although their contributions are significant, NGOs also face various challenges, including political pressure, restrictions on freedom of expression, and a lack of government support. This study concludes that NGOs must continue to strengthen collaborative networks with various stakeholders to enhance their influence in human rights advocacy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The cognitive load problem was experienced by 2nd grade students of Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 2 Malang, showed by a decrease in the quality of Juz 'Amma memorization due to physical and mental fatigue. This study aims to analyze psychological problems in the process of memorizing Juz 'Amma and examine the effectiveness of psycho-pedagogical interventions in solving problems. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data source was determined through the purposive sampling technique, which involved students and tahfizh teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out comprehensively through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using interactive models (Miles, Huberman, and Saldana) which included the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, and tested for validity using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that the difficulty in memorizing students purely stems from cognitive fatigue which triggers a decrease in motivation. To overcome this, psycho-pedagogical synergy has proven to be effective through external scaffolding of teachers (Talaqqi and Sim'i methods) and internal strategies of students (Wahdah method). In conclusion, memorization barriers are an accumulation of psychological and neurobiological factors that require adaptive handling. This study recommends a paradigm shift towards Differentiated Learning through the provision of halaqah zones and silent zones so that pedagogical interventions are more humane and on target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh hasil Observasi yang peneliti lakukan terhadap peserta didik di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah media grafis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pengaruh media grafis yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan siswa dari kelas XI AKL 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dampak antara media grafis dan minat belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur dampak media grafis dan minat belajar siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dari SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan pengaruh dampak signifikan media grafis terhadap minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang cukup kuat atau sedang antara keterlibatan media grafis dengan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari uji koefisien Product Moment menghasilkan “rxy” atau “ro” sebesar 0,521, sedangkan “rt” pada tabel signifikan 5% = 0,306 dan taraf signifikan 1% = 0,349. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa “ro” > “rt” baik pada signifikan 5% maupun 1%. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima atau disetujui dan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) ditolak atau tidak disetujui. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dampak pengaruh pada media grafis terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh hasil Observasi yang peneliti lakukan terhadap peserta didik di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah media grafis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pengaruh media grafis yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan siswa dari kelas XI AKL 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dampak antara media grafis dan minat belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur dampak media grafis dan minat belajar siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dari SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan pengaruh dampak signifikan media grafis terhadap minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang cukup kuat atau sedang antara keterlibatan media grafis dengan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari uji koefisien Product Moment menghasilkan “rxy” atau “ro” sebesar 0,521, sedangkan “rt” pada tabel signifikan 5% = 0,306 dan taraf signifikan 1% = 0,349. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa “ro” > “rt” baik pada signifikan 5% maupun 1%. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima atau disetujui dan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) ditolak atau tidak disetujui. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dampak pengaruh pada media grafis terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence in Islamic Education to improve elementary students' literacy. It is a library research with a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing SINTA-accredited literature from 2021-2025 and international publications. The analysis involved identification, data selection, data extraction, and content analysis to map the relationship between AI, TPACK, basic literacy, and Islamic educational values. The findings indicate that AI has the potential to enhance literacy through adaptive, interactive, and contextual learning, but its implementation must be carefully guided. The study also shows that AI can strengthen literacy while promoting the values of manners and character, ensuring technology serves not just as a cognitive tool. An AI-Literacy model of Islamic Integration is proposed, combining AIEd, TPACK, literacy, and the principle of at-ta'dīb as the foundation for AI integration in PAI. This model offers a conceptual framework for PAI teachers to design ethical and relevant literacy learning in primary schools.
