Abstract

Electrical installations used for more than 50 years often experience a decline in quality and pose various safety risks, such as fires, electric shocks, and damage to electrical equipment. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of electrical installations in residential homes that have been used for more than 50 years, as well as determine the need for revitalization to improve the safety and reliability of the electrical system. The research method was conducted through a quantitative approach with field surveys and technical measurements. Insulation resistance measurements were performed to assess the quality of cable insulation. The collected data includes the physical condition of cables, connectors, protective components, grounding systems, and electrical load distribution. The measurement results before revitalization showed that the insulation resistance values varied between 0.5 MΩ to 0.9 MΩ, all of which were below the minimum feasibility standard of 1 MΩ according to PUIL 2011. After revitalization, the measurement results showed a significant increase with insulation resistance values reaching 2.0 MΩ to 2.5 MΩ, ensuring that all rooms now meet the minimum feasibility standards. These findings emphasize the importance of revitalization to extend the lifespan of electrical installations and reduce safety risks. This research provides practical recommendations for homeowners and electrical technicians to conduct regular inspections and revitalization of aging electrical installations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the electrical system.

Abstract

Microenterprises in Indonesia play a significant role in regional employment creation and economic development. However, many run under their productive potential due to constraints in technology provision, labor management, and scaling strategies. This study assesses four labor-intensive microenterprises in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) using a qualitative case study approach, supported by Cobb-Douglas production function modelling. Through in-depth field analysis of UD Batako Sejahtera, UD Muslim Kerupuk Kulit, UD Berkah Beton, and Artshop Kodong Sasak, we examine the relationship between labor, capital, and output, recognize forms of return to scale, and propose tailored strategies to enhance productivity. Findings revealed that most enterprises initially experience increasing returns to scale, yet they face inefficiencies beyond the origins of optimal input. Modest investments in relevant technology, structured work systems, and incentive programs can significantly increase output and sustainability.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the capacity of the management and staff of the Daarut Tauhiid Ummat Empowerment Cooperative (KOPMU-DT) in managing human resources through an HR audit approach. To date, partner cooperatives have not had a structured and well-documented HR audit system, resulting in HR management not running optimally in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The training was conducted face-to-face for two days by a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program at Pamulang University, and attended by participants consisting of management, managerial staff, and cooperative HR personnel. The training materials included an understanding of the basic concepts of HR audits and their urgency for organizational effectiveness, the process of developing audit instruments relevant to the cooperative's needs, practical simulations of HR audit implementation, and analysis of simulation results to formulate data-based strategic recommendations. The evaluation results showed a 45 percent increase in participant understanding as measured by pre- and post-tests. In addition, all participants demonstrated active participation throughout the activity. One important achievement of this activity is the beginning of the formation of cooperative managerial awareness to gradually compile and develop an internal HR audit system, as part of the process of improving the organizational structure and data-based decision-making. The concrete output of this activity is an HR audit instrument template tailored to the cooperative context, as well as an audit simulation report that can serve as an initial reference for implementing a sustainable HR audit system.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknik dasar olahraga panahan kepada siswa/siswi Summer Camp Thailand Diamon yang diselenggarakan di Kampus FiP UMMAH Takengon. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya olahraga panahan tidak hanya sebagai aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sebagai media pendidikan karakter, pembentukan disiplin, peningkatan konsentrasi, dan penguatan nilai kerja sama. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 25 orang siswa berusia 13–17 tahun dari Thailand, yang diberikan materi tentang tujuh teknik dasar panahan: stance, nocking, drawing, anchoring, aiming, release, dan follow-through. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif-. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta (100%) mampu mengenali dan menjelaskan teknik dasar memanah, dan 84% di antaranya mampu mempraktikkannya secara benar dan aman. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, kedisiplinan, serta pemahaman nilai-nilai seperti fokus dan kerja sama. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai seluruh indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan dan menghasilkan dokumentasi dalam bentuk laporan serta media publikasi. Oleh karena itu, program ini layak direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran teknik olahraga berbasis nilai edukatif dan lintas budaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana permainan balok dapat mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia dini di kelompok B TK Negeri Harapan Baru Sosom. Kreativitas merupakan potensi yang dimiliki setiap anak sejak lahir dan dapat dikembangkan melalui pendekatan yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan langkah-langkah yang sistematis dalam kegiatan bermain balok, mulai dari merencanakan bentuk, menyediakan alat dan bahan, mengenalkan media, membimbing anak dalam bermain balok, hingga melakukan pengulangan kegiatan untuk melatih kreativitas anak secara optimal. Permainan balok terbukti efektif dalam menstimulasi imajinasi, ide-ide baru, dan kemampuan konstruktif anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the diversity of local culinary delights that are used as brands and pillars of green tourism in Bonjeruk Tourism Village, Central Lombok Regency. The relationship between local culinary delights as brands of tourism villages and pillars of green tourism in Bonjeruk Tourism Village is like a coin with two sides. Local culinary delights in Bonjeruk Tourism Village utilize vegetables and spices grown in local fields and to meet the needs of culinary ingredients, replanting becomes a cycle of preservation that has a positive impact on the environment and also local economic growth. This study is a study that uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are a number of local culinary delights in Bonjeruk Tourism Village that are used as brands and pillars of green tourism. Local culinary delights include food and drinks that are used as brands and pillars of green tourism such as ayam merangkat, sate kuncung, olah-olah sayur, olah-olah daging, ares, serebuk, pelecing, jejeruk, bebetok, raon, ebatan, tum and jamu sherbet. The local cuisine of Bonjeruk Tourism Village is unique, evident in the use of ingredients and the cultural stories behind each type of local food and drink, distinguishing it from local cuisine from other villages or regions on Lombok Island. This uniqueness is the reason local cuisine is used as a tourist attraction and brand in Bonjeruk Tourism Village. Furthermore, the use of local cuisine as a village tourism brand has a positive impact on environmental conservation, marked by the replanting of various types of plants used as raw materials for local cuisine that are almost extinct. By being studied and re-popularized as a tourism village brand, local cuisine becomes a promotional tool for green tourism, which is expected to increase the number of tourist visits, improve the community's economy, and preserve the local environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of phubbing behavior on the associative social interaction of students in the Tadris Social Science-Economics program at UIN Mataram and to identify the underlying causes of such behavior. Using a qualitative approach with field research methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that phubbing behavior is triggered by social media use, online gaming, situational factors, and social influence. Characteristics of phubbing behavior include excessive smartphone use, anxiety when not using a smartphone, frequent screen-checking, and a preference for digital communication. The impact of phubbing on students’ associative social interaction includes feelings of being unappreciated, weakened friendships, reduced communication quality, and decreased cooperation. These results highlight that phubbing poses a significant challenge to fostering healthy social relationships in academic settings, emphasizing the need for digital awareness and strategies to strengthen face-to-face social interaction.

Abstract

Penanganan barang bukti dalam perkara koneksitas tindak pidana korupsi yang melibatkan unsur sipil dan militer menimbulkan tantangan hukum dan administratif yang kompleks, terutama ketika barang bukti tersebut berupa alat utama sistem persenjataan (alutsista) bernilai tinggi seperti helikopter AW-101. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek yuridis, prosedural, dan kelembagaan dalam penanganan barang bukti yang berujung pada kerugian negara dalam kasus pengadaan helikopter AW-101 oleh TNI AU. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap undang-undang, dokumen resmi, dan putusan pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian dalam prosedur penyitaan, pengamanan, dan penyerahan barang bukti, serta lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga penegak hukum, yang berdampak pada penurunan nilai ekonomis aset dan membebani keuangan negara. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penegakan prinsip akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan kehati-hatian dalam pengelolaan barang bukti korupsi agar tidak memperbesar kerugian negara dan dapat mendukung efektivitas pemulihan aset melalui jalur hukum

Abstract

Plastic waste is a type of waste that is difficult to decompose by natural processes so other alternatives are needed in its processing such as paving block construction materials. This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of plastic bottle waste and determine the compressive strength value of paving blocks. The method used in the study was an experiment in the Civil Engineering Laboratory, Politeknik Negeri Fakfak with a mixture composition of 100% PS, 50 PS: 50% KK, 40% PS: 60% KK with a rectangular paving block design type measuring 20 cm x 10 cm x 8 cm. The results showed that using 50% plastic bottle waste and 50% gravel affected the characteristics and compressive strength value of paving blocks. The compressive strength value of Paving Blocks using 50% PS bottle waste and 50% gravel was higher than the mixture of 100% PS bottle waste and the mixture of 40% PS bottle waste + 60% KK, which were 24.14 MPa, 22.79 MPa, and 21.58 MPa. The mix of 50% plastic bottle waste and 50% gravel showed good performance in the paving quality category, including a mixture of 20% PET and 80% fly ash with a quality of 24.20 MPa for use in pedestrian or parking areas.

Abstract

Problems often faced by educational institutions recently are often found among students. Several cases that occurred at educational institutions in Bima were specifically related to acts of violence against children/students, either occurring among students or carried out by teaching staff. Cases of beatings experienced by educators are one of the most frequent cases in educational institutions at junior high to high school levels. This situation is a scourge in the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. So special attention is needed in handling this situation by providing character education from an early age so that students with character and morals can be formed. This research aims to determine the process of implementing moral education and transcendental idealism for students at MIN 5 Bima and SD IT Uswatun Hasanah. The method used is qualitative with a multicase study approach. Primary data sources in this research were obtained from two educational institutions, MIN 5 Bima and SD IT Uswatun Hasanah. The results of the research show that there are differences in the implementation of instilling moral values in elementary schools, especially at MIN 5 and SD IT Uswatun Hasanah. These differences show that MIN 5 implements three main activities in instilling moral values in students, namely the Thousand Days Movement. /Infaq for Charity, Tahfid (Memorization of Juz 30), and Health (Environmental Cleanliness) while the results of the activities of instilling moral values at SD IT show that through the program to save adab and ethical values as the formation of student character and morality with a values-based approach Islamic values. These efforts involve all elements in creating a learning environment that supports the positive character and spiritual development of students in the future.
