Abstract

The use of digital marketing in Islamic philanthropic institutions, especially for the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) funds, is a strategic innovation that increases the effectiveness of fundraising. This study using qualitative descriptive methods, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and digital media analysis. The Organisation utilizes various digital platforms such as websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook), and QR codes as the main tools for fundraising. The strategies implemented include the use of storytelling, educational content, and transparent financial reporting, which have been proven to significantly increase community involvement. The results of the study showed an increase in the number of donors by up to 40% and a change in donation behaviour, with more people choosing to donate online and regularly. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital marketing expertise, limited budget, and public scepticism towards the transparency of zakat funds. From an Islamic economic perspective, strategy is in line with sharia principles such as transparency, justice, and welfare. The study recommends increasing digital capacity, collaborating with Muslim influencers, and strengthening public trust through strong narratives and open reporting. A sustainable and sharia-compliant digital strategy can increase fundraising and wider social impact in society.

Abstract

Metode demonstrasi adalah salah satu pendekatan dalam pembelajaran yang melibatkan peragaan langsung oleh guru untuk membantu siswa memahami materi secara lebih konkret. Melalui metode ini, siswa dapat mengamati, meniru, dan mempraktikkan apa yang diperagakan, sehingga lebih mudah dalam memahami konsep atau keterampilan tertentu. Metode ini sangat cocok diterapkan pada materi yang memerlukan praktik langsung, seperti dalam pembelajaran Sujud Tilawah. Di SMP Negeri 1 Banyuglugur, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VII masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan melaksanakan Sujud Tilawah dengan benar. Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, baik dalam aspek pengetahuan (kognitif) maupun keterampilan (psikomotorik). Salah satu penyebab utama adalah metode pembelajaran yang selama ini lebih bersifat teoretis dan kurang memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk mempraktikkan secara langsung tata cara Sujud Tilawah. Dengan diterapkannya metode demonstrasi, guru dapat memperagakan secara langsung gerakan Sujud Tilawah yang benar, sehingga siswa dapat mengamati dan mempraktikkannya dengan lebih baik. Metode ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa, serta memperbaiki hasil belajar mereka dalam materi Pendidikan Agama Islam, khususnya Sujud Tilawah. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Sujud Tilawah. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat lebih menguasai tata cara Sujud Tilawah dan mengamalkannya dengan benar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. The demonstration method is an instructional approach involving direct demonstrations by the teacher to help students understand the material more concretely. Through this method, students can observe, imitate, and practice what is demonstrated, making it easier for them to grasp specific concepts or skills. This method is particularly well-suited for subjects that require hands-on practice, such as learning Sujud Tilawah. At SMP Negeri 1 Banyuglugur, observations have shown that class VII students are still struggling to correctly understand and perform Sujud Tilawah. This is evident from the low student learning outcomes, both in terms of knowledge (cognitive) and skills (psychomotor). One of the main contributing factors is the predominately theoretical teaching method, which has not provided students sufficient opportunity to directly practice the procedures of Sujud Tilawah. By implementing the demonstration method, the teacher can directly show the correct movements of Sujud Tilawah, allowing students to better observe and practice these movements. This method is expected to improve both students' understanding and skills, as well as enhance their overall learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education, specifically in the Sujud Tilawah material. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to measure the effectiveness of the demonstration method in improving students' learning outcomes on Sujud Tilawah. Through this approach, students are expected to master the correct procedures of Sujud Tilawah and apply them properly in their daily lives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Covid-19 cases, interest rates and money supply on Sharia stock returns with inflation as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis and using secondary data in the form of panel data on sharia stocks listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) starting from March 20, 2020 to July 2021. Sampling uses purposive sampling, which uses certain criteria so that can produce 20 companies listed in JII as a sample. The results show that the Covid-19 case has no effect on sharia stock returns, but interest rates have a significant and significant effect on sharia stock returns, then money supply has a negative and significant effect on sharia stock returns. Furthermore, inflation cannot moderate the Covid-19 case, interest rates and money supply on sharia stock returns. This research is expected to be useful for those who need information and references as a consideration in making decisions to invest.

Abstract

Implementasi supervisi model ilmiah berbasis teknologi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran secara keseluruhan dan berdampak positif pada prestasi siswa di KB Al Hikmah. Transformasi supervisi dengan teknologi digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi guru, di mana proses supervisi menjadi lebih terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi model supervisi ilmiah berbasis Google Form oleh kepala sekolah di KB Al Hikmah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru PAUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Form membuat supervisi lebih terstruktur, transparan, dan berbasis data, sehingga mempermudah proses pra-supervisi, pelaksanaan, hingga tindak lanjut serta pemberian umpan balik konstruktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam supervisi pendidikan. Secara teoritik, penelitian ini memperkuat konsep supervisi berbasis data dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan acuan bagi lembaga PAUD dalam mengoptimalkan supervisi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Manajemen Layanan Khusus Untuk Mencegah Stunting di TK Dharma Wanita yang terletak di Desa Balung Lor Kecamatan Balung Kabupaten Jember.  Berdasarkan hasil observasi di TK Dharma Wanita yang terletak di Desa Balung terdapat permasalahan berkaitan dengan asupan gizi anak belum terpenuhi karena salah satunya tidak mendapatkan cukup protein dari sumber makanan yang disebabkan oleh kebiasaan anak mengkonsumsi makanan instan seperti mie instan sebagai sarapan atau bekal sekolah. Jika kebiasaan ini terus berlanjut, anak berisiko mengalami kurang gizi yang dapat menyebabkan stunting. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dijalankan melalui model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Guna memastikan bahwasanya data yang didapat sudah bisa dikatakan akurat atau sebaliknya, maka peneliti memeriksa validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan khusus yang dapat mencegah stunting yaitu pemberian vitamin, pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan, serta pemberian makanan tambahan dengan bekerja sama dengan stakeholder terkait. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini diharapkan bisa membantu menurunkan angka stunting melalui manajemen layanan khusus.

Abstract

انخفاض درجات المعدل اللغة العربية للطلاب في الصف الأول في مدرسة معلمين ميدان بسبب الملل وعدم وجود اهتمام كبير بمادة اللغة العربية. "تخمين الكلمة" ((Wordle لزيادة جاذبية الطلاب في تعلم اللغة العربية وخاصة في حفظ المفردات. مع النظر في تأثير هذه اللعبة اللغوية على إستيعاب حفظ مفردات في اللغة العربية. والمنهجالمستخدم هو البحث الكمي بالنوع التجريبي والطريقة المستعملة هي طريقة إحصائية. أما النتيجة التي حصلت عليها وهي أن الباحث وجد تأثيرا استخدام اللعبة تخمين الكلمة في إستيعاب حفظ المفردات. ويستدلها الباحث من نتيجة الطلاب على الاختبار القبلي والبعدي، ٢،٠٤ < ١٣،١ > ٢،٧٥. فالفرض التبادلة مقبولة والفرض العدمية مردودة. فموجد تأثير لعبة تخمين الكلمة في استخدامها.

Abstract

Contact with child protection systems are a key site of the expression of social inequalities, yet research into the size and nature of this relationship remains sparse in Jakarta system context. This article reports on a study of the relationships between child protection system contact and small area-level deprivation. Using a national linked dataset including all children with system contact in 2013–14, (n =13,851 children) it found there is a marked relationship between deprivation and system contact, and significant differences between regions for all three outcomes of interest. Compared to children living in the least deprived quintile of small areas, children in the most deprived quintile had, on average, 13 times the rate of substantiation, 18 times the rate of a family group conference, and 6 times their chance of placement in foster care. There was limited evidence for the ‘inverse intervention law’ that proposes that children in similarly deprived small areas have higher rates of child protection system contact if they live in less deprived regions (larger areas). The pattern of placements showed the strongest support for this law, with children in similarly deprived small areas having, on average, almost twice the rate of placement if they lived in less deprived regions compared to more deprived regions. These findings have implications for policy, as they suggest a need to apply an inequalities perspective to child protection similarly to health inequities. Specifically, action is needed to address the causes of deprivation, provide services that respond to families living in poverty, address biases, and undertake further research to examine the interactions between demand and supply of services between similar deprivation levels.

Abstract

This program is a community service initiative that aims to improve staff understanding and skills in the principles of Islamic economics and Islamic capital markets. Conducted at Tadika Al Fikh Orchard, an early childhood education institution in Malaysia, the program targets teaching and management staff to strengthen Islamic financial literacy. The activity will occur from 3 to August 8, 2023, involving 40 participants led by Puan Hj. Siti Ruzita Ramli, Chairman of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard.This activity explores the effectiveness of training programs that include lessons on Islamic mutual funds, stocks, Sukuk, and other Islamic financial instruments. Program implementation methods include identifying partner problems, conducting interactive training, and evaluation through pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire. The program results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of Islamic capital markets, as evidenced by an increase in average scores from pre-test to post-test. The evaluation showed that the training improved the understanding and practical application of Islamic economic principles and capital markets. The implications of this program are broad, enhancing individual capabilities and positively impacting Islamic financial education in the context of educational institutions and the wider community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis kontekstual untuk topik singkatan dan akronim dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah minimnya paparan eksplisit terhadap unsur linguistik mikro dalam buku ajar konvensional serta kurangnya keterhubungan materi dengan konteks kehidupan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dirujuk dari Thiagarajan et al. (1974). Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada 15 siswa SDN Sumbersari 02 Jember dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Validitas bahan ajar dievaluasi oleh dua ahli dengan cakupan isi materi, keterpaduan visual, dan keterkaitan dengan capaian pembelajaran, memperoleh skor rata-rata 90% (kategori sangat valid). Kepraktisan diperoleh dari hasil observasi guru menggunakan lembar skala Likert terhadap empat indikator utama, menghasilkan skor 96%. Efektivitas diukur dari hasil posttest berbasis indikator kompetensi dasar, menunjukkan bahwa 73% siswa mencapai atau melampaui Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan kontekstual pada pembelajaran linguistik mikro efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa melalui keterhubungan antara bahasa dan realitas sehari-hari. Kontribusi utama studi ini terletak pada inovasi pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis CTL dalam ranah linguistik mikro, topik yang selama ini kurang dikaji serta menyarankan perlunya pengembangan lanjutan dalam skala lebih luas dan melibatkan aspek afektif serta psikomotorik.

Abstract

Background: The digital divide in Indonesia's underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions creates significant challenges for mathematics education in elementary schools. Traditional teaching methods often fail to engage students, resulting in low learning motivation and poor academic outcomes. Objective: This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of 'EduGame Mathematics,' a gamification-based mobile learning application designed to enhance learning interest among elementary school students in 3T regions. Methods: A quantitative experimental research design was employed using a pretest-posttest control group design. The study involved 120 elementary school students (grades 4-6) from three schools in 3T regions, randomly assigned to experimental (n=60) and control (n=60) groups. Data collection instruments included learning motivation questionnaires, mathematics achievement tests, and application usability assessments. Statistical analysis was conducted using independent t-tests and paired t-tests with SPSS 25.0. Results: The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher learning motivation scores compared to the control group (M=85.4, SD=8.2 vs M=68.7, SD=9.1; t(118)=10.45, p<0.001). Mathematics achievement scores showed substantial improvement in the experimental group, with a mean increase of 24.3 points (from 62.1 to 86.4), while the control group showed minimal improvement of 5.2 points (from 61.8 to 67.0). The application received high usability ratings (M=4.31/5.0) and demonstrated strong acceptance among students and teachers. Conclusion: The EduGame Mathematics application effectively enhances learning interest and achievement among elementary school students in 3T regions. The gamification approach successfully addresses educational challenges in resource-constrained environments, providing a scalable solution for improving mathematics education quality in remote areas of Indonesia.
