Abstract

The city of Semarang has experienced a decline in environmental quality due to its various activities. The dense population with a consumptive lifestyle has a negative impact on the environment. The green open space area of Semarang City has fulfilled the percentage of green open space area in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 14 of 2022. The results of this study are a decrease in building density (NDBI) in the non-building category from 2016 to 2021 of 4.6% or an area of 1800.26 ha. The increase in the area that occurred in the sparse vegetation category from 2016 to 2019 was accompanied by a decrease in the area of the dense vegetation category from 26.03% to 18.96%.

Abstract

According to the Marriage Law, a person who will get married must meet the requirements and marriage principles as stipulated in their respective religions and beliefs as well as the administrative requirements. However, sometimes marriage registration process is not fully fulfilled, which then leads to the cancellation of the marriage. Marriage annulment is the cancellation of a husband and wife relationship after the marriage contract is held. The cancellation process may be carried out by the religious court if the parties do not meet the requirements to carry out the marriage, as stated in Article 22 of Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. This study will analyze the decision to annul the marriage and its legal consequences at the Pandeglang Religious Court. The research used content analysis, which is to analyze descriptively the content of court decisions with a normative approach. The results of this study are that the panel of judges granted the application for annulment of marriage with legal considerations and the existence of obstacles to marriage because it was contrary to the principle of marriage itself, namely the principle of monogamy. The reason was the Petitioner's negligence and the manipulation of Respondent I and Respondent II in attaching the administrative requirements of their marriage, in which the marriage occurred when Respondent I still had a legal wife. The annulment of the marriage leads to legal consequences for the child, and the assets possed during the marriage, as well as third parties. Thus, the annulment of marriage does not have a retroactive effect on the position of the child and third parties.

Abstract

Abstract

In reality, the Muslim population in Western countries is increasing significantly every year. By 2030, it is projected that the world's Muslim population will reach 2.2 billion with a growth rate of 24.9%. Muslims living in Western countries live their lives as a minority group, they are faced with various complex challenges, ranging from worship issues, and muamalah, to marriage issues. This paper aims to examine the development, challenges, and problems faced by Muslim minorities living in Western countries, and how fiqh responds in providing solutions to all issues faced by Muslim minorities living in non-Muslim majority areas. This research method uses normative legal research, namely legal research that focuses on analyzing the text of laws and regulations, legal decisions, or other legal sources. The primary data is taken from classical and contemporary books, books, and reputable journals that discuss the problems of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim majority countries. The results of this study show that the presence of Muslims in Western countries poses a major challenge, namely changing the negative views of Western countries towards Islam which is considered an extreme and terrorist religion. Four serious issues are often faced by Muslim minorities: eating food slaughtered by non-Muslims, receiving inheritance from non-Muslims, marital relations between people of different religions, and wishing non-Muslims happy holidays. Although there is still debate among scholars regarding the issue of 'food from non-Muslim slaughter', they choose not to allow consuming food from non-Muslims based on the rule of shad al-zari'ah (closing opportunities). Apart from this, in the context of citizenship, Muslim minorities have six obligations towards the state, namely preaching, implementing basic religious laws, maintaining Islamic law, assisting the development of the state, establishing good relations between communities, and not rebelling against the state.

Inflation is an increase in the prices of goods and services in a certain period whose growth is sought to remain low and stable for the sake of society's welfare. The aim of this research is to predict or predict the rate of inflation which will contribute to Indonesia economic uncertainty after the 2024 General Election. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Bank Indonesia website. This research uses Indonesian monthly inflation data from 2015 to 2024. The data is analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing method. The results of the analysis showed that descriptive analysis of Indonesian inflation from 2015 fluctuated and continued to decline until in 2021 it reached 1.67% and increased in 2022 reaching 5.51% and continued to decline in the following year. Forecasting results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method continue to decline for December 2024 to April 2025 with a MAD error value of 0.3202. Inflation forecasting in Indonesia is expected to support interested parties in making policies to maintain country stability and control economic uncertainty after the election.
