Abstract

Background: Stress arises when job demands exceed workers’ capacity or resources, which over time may lead to fatigue, health problems, and reduced work motivation. Purpose: To determine the factors related to work stress among workers. Method: This quantitative research, using a cross-sectional approach, was conducted from June to September 2025 at Prima Maesa Putra Limited Liability Company, Ponorogo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. The independent variables in this study were workload, work fatigue, and interpersonal relationships, while the dependent variable was stress level. Data analysis used univariate analysis in the form of frequency distributions and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Results: The chi-square test results showed that workload was significantly related to work stress (p-value=0.008), where work stress occurred more frequently in workers with heavy workloads. Work fatigue had a very significant relationship with work stress (p-value=0.000), with the risk of experiencing stress being about six times greater in workers who experienced work fatigue. Interpersonal relationships did not show a significant relationship with work stress (p-value=1.000). Conclusion: Workload and work fatigue play an important role in increasing work stress, with fatigue being the strongest factor, while interpersonal relationships are not significantly related. These findings confirm that controlling workload and preventing fatigue are key to reducing work stress.   Keywords: Fatigue; Interpersonal; Stress Levels; Workload; Workers.   Pendahuluan: Stres dapat timbul saat tuntutan pekerjaan lebih dari kemampuan atau sumber daya yang dimiliki tenaga kerja, yang dalam jangka panjang berisiko menyebabkan kelelahan, gangguan kesehatan, hingga penurunan motivasi kerja. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkaitan pada stres kerja pada pekerja. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dilaksanakan bulan Juni-September 2025 di PT. Prima Maesa Putra, Ponorogo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, kelelahan kerja dan hubungan interpersonal, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tingkat stres. Analisis data yang digunakan univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja (p-value = 0.008), stres kerja lebih banyak terjadi pada pekerja dengan beban kerja berat. Kelelahan kerja memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan stres kerja (p-value = 0.000) dengan risiko mengalami stres sekitar 6 kali lebih besar pada pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan kerja. Hubungan interpersonal tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja (p-value = 1.000). Simpulan: Beban kerja dan kelelahan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan stres kerja, dengan kelelahan sebagai faktor yang paling kuat, sedangkan hubungan interpersonal tidak berhubungan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengendalian beban kerja dan pencegahan kelelahan merupakan kunci utama dalam menurunkan stres kerja.   Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja; Interpersonal; Kelelahan; Pekerja; Tingkat Stres.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji dan menganalisa kedudukan Aparatur Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) serta kendala dan solusi atas kedudukan APIP dalam pengawasan pengadaan barang/jasa berdasarkan Perpres 16 Tahun 2018. Pada tahun 2018, telah disahkan Perpres 16 Tahun 2018 tentang pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Diantara yang diatur adalah penanganan pengaduan masyarakat dalam pengawasan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang seolah-olah mendegradasi kewenangan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH), khususnya penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana korupsi. Urgensi penelitian ini ialah diharapkan dapat menegaskan perbedaan antara indikasi tindak pidana dengan kesalahan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan jenis deskriptif analitis. Kewenangan APIP didefinisikan sebagai menerima pengaduan, menindaklanjuti, dan melaporkan. Kendala dan solusi dibagi menjadi 3 subsistem. Pada legal substance belum adanya pengaturan yang merumuskan peran APIP dan adanya pengaturan yang tidak memberi ruang kepada APH dalam pengawasan pengadaan. Solusinya perlu revisi Perpres yang mengatur peran APIP serta menghilangkan aturan yang membatasi ruang APH dalam pengawasan. Dari sisi legal structure, 2 kendala berupa struktur organisasi dan sistem kerja. Solusinya, perlu adanya komite audit yang independen serta sistem pengembangan karier dengan motivasi mutasi. Terakhir dari sisi legal culture, kedudukan APIP menyisakan problematika paradigma kerja individu dan organisasi yang terkesan reaktif. Solusinya APIP perlu merevitalisasi pola pikir serta membutuhkan mitra kerja yang mampu merumuskan tindakan preemtif dan preventif.

Abstract

This study analyses legal protection for consumer safety arising from inconsistencies between the identities of Grab driver partners displayed in the application and those encountered in practice, as well as the legal remedies available when consumer safety and security are not adequately guaranteed. The research employs an empirical juridical approach with qualitative methods, using a case study at PT Grab Indonesia in Semarang City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, and analysed descriptively by linking empirical findings with Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The findings reveal that mismatches in partner identities constitute a recurring issue that undermines consumers’ rights to accurate, clear, and honest information, while simultaneously exposing them to heightened safety and security risks. Empirically, consumers experience fear, discomfort, and psychological insecurity during rides, yet often continue the service due to situational constraints, reflecting their weak bargaining position in platform-based service relationships. From the perspective of Gustav Radbruch’s legal theory, these conditions demonstrate deficiencies in legal certainty, justice, and legal utility, particularly regarding platform accountability. This study concludes that effective consumer protection requires not only material compensation, but also guarantees of personal safety, transparent information, and corrective-preventive measures by platform providers. Consumers may pursue layered legal remedies, including internal complaint mechanisms, dispute resolution through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK), litigation, and criminal reporting in cases involving serious threats or criminal elements.

Abstract

This study investigates effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and financial performance on stock returns of palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2024. Financial performance is measured using Return on Equity and Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover and Price to Earnings Ratio. The study applies a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from firms’ annual and sustainability reports. Purposive sampling results in 22 firms and an unbalanced panel dataset. Panel data regression is employed using EViews 12. The results indicate Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance variables do not significantly influence stock returns. However partial analysis shows that Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. In contrast all financial performance indicators show no significant relationship with stock returns. These findings imply that within Indonesian palm oil sector investors respond to social responsibility disclosure more than traditional financial ratios when assessing return prospects.

Abstract

This study empirically examines the effectiveness of an integrated empowerment program that combines halal certification assistance and creative packaging design to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in the religious tourism area of the Great Mosque of Demak, Central Java. Using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the program involved participatory asset mapping, facilitation of halal certification in collaboration with BPJPH and a local Islamic higher education institution, Islamic-themed packaging design training, and sharia-compliant digital marketing assistance. A descriptive–evaluative design was employed with quantitative and qualitative data collected before and after the intervention. The results show that all 15 MSMEs obtained halal certification, adopted redesigned packaging that reflects local Islamic identity, and achieved an average sales increase of about 52% within three months. Qualitative evidence indicates improved halal literacy, stronger product identity, and greater market confidence. The study concludes that integrating halal certification and packaging innovation through an asset-based approach can effectively strengthen MSME competitiveness in religious tourism destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity of the detention clause diploma by the company through the perspective of labor law and power relations theory. The phenomenon of diploma withholding is still found in the practice of Labor Relations in Indonesia, although it has no explicit legal basis in labor regulations and is often justified as a form of safeguarding the interests of the company. This practice reflects the inequality of positions between employers and workers, giving rise to an urgency to reassess its legal legitimacy within the framework of protecting the fundamental rights of workers. The research method used is juridical normative approach to legislation and conceptual. The results showed that the detention of diplomas is contrary to the principles of freedom of work, the principle of equality, and respect for human dignity as reflected in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning manpower amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the establishment of government regulations in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning job creation into law. The conclusion of the study confirms that the diploma withholding clause in the employment agreement is invalid and should have been declared null and void. The novelty of the study lies in the use of Michel Foucault's theory of power relations to explain the detention of diplomas as an instrument of control that maintains the structural dominance of employers over workers in modern industrial relations.

Abstract

Salah satu aktivitas esensial yang dilakukan oleh individu atau komunitas untuk mempertahankan eksistensi adalah bekerja. Aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memegang peranan krusial dalam dunia industri, baik yang berskala kecil maupun besar. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya perbaikan serta pengembangan program terkait kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai produktivitas yang maksimal. Dalam studi ini, metode yang dipakai adalah analisis pohon kesalahan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Untuk analisis, pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penilaian hasil keselamatan kerja dan status keselamatan menunjukkan angka frekuensi yang mencerminkan total kecelakaan yang terjadi per 1.000.000 jam kerja dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kecelakaan kerja berimbas pada produktivitas. Sekitar 10, 7, dan 3 kecelakaan dilaporkan dari tahun 2022 sampai 2024. Sementara tingkat frekuensi untuk periode tersebut adalah 44,3; 39,9; dan 13,52 per satu juta jam kerja. Angka keparahan yang tercatat dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024 adalah 1.552,4; 395,25; dan 94,69 per satu juta jam kerja. Pada tahun 2023, diketahui Nts sebesar -304,79, sedangkan pada tahun 2024 ada di -1966,79. Dari data yang diterima, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penurunan angka kecelakaan kerja berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

This study reveals the positive impact of using audiovisual media in teaching Kang's Escape athletics to fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Suka Mukti. The main findings indicate a significant influence of audiovisual media on students' learning motivation, evidenced by a strong significance value (p < 0.05). This suggests that the use of videos, animations, or multimedia presentations in athletics learning can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm, thus encouraging them to learn more actively and enthusiastically. The results of this study are in line with the importance of the role of learning media in creating effective and efficient teaching and learning processes. Audiovisual media, with its ability to present information in an interesting and interactive format, has proven to be able to overcome students' passive behavior and encourage active participation in learning. The use of this media is also in line with the differentiated learning approach that recognizes the diversity of students' needs and abilities, providing opportunities for each student to reach their maximum potential. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of audiovisual media in learning, especially in the context of Kang's Escape athletics, has a significant positive impact on students' learning motivation. These findings provide empirical support for educators to make better use of the potential of audiovisual media in creating a more conducive learning environment and motivating students to learn more diligently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in fostering religious values in early childhood within a formal educational setting. This study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to gain a deep understanding of religious learning practices implemented by teachers. Data collection techniques included observation of learning activities, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation studies relevant to the early childhood religious education process. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through diligent observation and triangulation of data collection techniques. The results indicate that teachers play a strategic role in strengthening religious values in early childhood, manifested through their understanding of basic religious concepts, the implementation of habitual worship practices, the use of varied and contextual learning strategies, and modeling religious attitudes and behaviors in daily life within the school environment. These findings confirm that optimizing the role of teachers significantly contributes to the internalization of religious values in early childhood and is a crucial factor in the formation of religious character from an early age.

Abstract

Hovè is a local modest fashion brand with a minimalist, elegant, and timeless concept, targeting urban women aged 20–35. Since its establishment, the business has relied mainly on digital channels such as Instagram, Shopee, and TikTok Shop for marketing and sales, while also experimenting with offline sales through boutique partnerships. The business implementation includes market and competitor analysis, differentiation strategy based on timeless design and strong brand storytelling, limited-scale production, and promotion through content marketing and influencer collaboration. Nevertheless, Hovè faces several challenges. Brand awareness remains relatively low, sales fluctuate sharply with months of no transactions, limited capital constrains both production capacity and promotional efforts, and customer engagement is still suboptimal. These issues are reflected in financial performance, where most months record losses due to high variable costs and inconsistent revenue. To address these problems, Hovè adopted a digital marketing optimization strategy using the AIDA model, developed lifestyle, storytelling, and product highlight content, and strengthened influencer collaborations to expand reach and enhance consumer engagement. Evaluation results indicate that KOL collaboration is most effective in raising awareness, while product highlight content contributes more strongly to conversion. In conclusion, Hovè shows potential for sustainable growth provided it can maintain consistent digital content management, reinforce influencer strategies, diversify sales channels, and improve financial and operational efficiency.
