Abstract

Aerator has function to supply the dissolved oxygen in the water is very important for the survival of fish, therefore theaerator is required to be on for 24 hours. However, due to depending on PLN electricity, when there is a power outage for along period of time, the aerator can't supply dissolved oxygen into the pond and the oxygen supply in the pond will dropdrastically. This is dangerous because it can threaten the survival of ornamental fish. Therefore, an energy supply system isneeded that can supply electrical energy to the aerator to replace the dependency electricity from PLN. This tool is designedto use a power supply from solar panels so that it is not affected in the event of a PLN power outage, and can always supplydissolved oxygen levels for the survival of ornamental fish. In addition, this tool is also equipped with a monitoring systembased on the Nodemcu ESP8266 Microcontroller which is displayed via the Thingspeak server. The monitoring system usedin this tool uses a PH sensor and a temperature sensor. The use of PH sensors and temperature sensors because the level ofacidity (PH) and temperature are one of the parameters of water quality other than dissolved oxygen. When the aerator is on,the information on the pool water will be read through the PH sensor and temperature sensor.

Abstract

The process of drying coffee beans often done by manually using sunlight which has its drawbacks, where coffee farmers cannot predict the weather which may rain at any time. If exposed to rain water, coffee beans that are slightly dry will become wet and moist again, which will affect the quality of the coffee beans. Therefore, in this research a literature study will be carried out, followed by the construction of an IoT-based coffee drying machine so that its condition can be monitored at any time. In the drying process, a PTC fan and heater will be used to regulate the temperature and humidity in the coffee drying machine to get better results in drying coffee. This research will also test how much temperature and humidity are optimal in the coffee drying machine, because it will also affect the drying time and the quality of the coffee produced. To determine the quality of the coffee beans and develop a coffee drying machine, researchers will collaborate with UKM Boyolali which has experience in drying coffee beans. IoT-based dying coffee machine has been made, with dimensions (80 x 47 x 115) cm, drying capacity of 30 grams, using electric fuel which is integrated with temperature and humidity sensors which function as drying temperature controllers, with measurement error calibration results of 1.2 and organoleptic tests show that the quality of the coffee produced by the tool/machine is better than the coffee produced by manual heating, where the coffee beans heated by the machine have a strong coffee aroma but do not smell burnt, the color is even, light brown in color and has a bitter taste and when crushed and dissolved there is no precipitate on the surface. The optimum temperature for the IoT-based dying coffee machine is 80ºC in 883 seconds or the equivalent of 15 minutes, which is equivalent to traditional drying by relying on sunlight for 10 days, while the optimal humidity for the IoT-based dying coffee machine is 15 %, this is in accordance with the quality standards of coffee as a result of heating.          Keywords: Coffee beans, Drying coffee machine, IoT ABSTRAK  Pada proses pengeringan biji kopi saat ini masih sering dilakukan secara manual menggunakan sinar matahari yang memiliki kekurangan, dimana petani kopi tidak bisa memprediksi cuaca yang kemungkinan bisa terjadi hujan setiap saat. Jika terkena air hujan biji kopi yang agak kering akan menjadi basah dan lembab kembali, dimana akan jadi berpengaruh pada kualitas dari biji kopi tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan study literature, yang dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan mesin drying kopi berbasis IoT sehingga bisa dipantau kondisinya setiap saat. Pada proses pengeringan akan digunakan fan dan heater PTC untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembapan di dalam mesin drying kopi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih bagus dalam pengeringan kopi. Pada penelitian ini juga akan diujikan seberapa besar suhu dan kelembapan yang optimal di dalam mesin drying kopi, karena akan berpengaruh juga pada waktu pengeringan dan kualitas kopi yang dihasilkan. Untuk menentukan kualitas dari biji kopi dan mengembangkan mesin drying kopi peneliti akan bekerjasama dengan UKM Boyolali yang sudah berpengalaman dibidang pengeringan biji kopi. Telah dibuat mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT, dengan dengan dimensi (80 x 47 x 115) cm, kapasitas pengeringan 30 gram, menggunakan bahan bakar listrik yang terintegrasi dengan sénsor suhu dan kelembaban yang berfungsi sebagai pengontrol suhu pengeringan, dengan hasil kalibrasi error pengukuran sebesar 1,2 dan uji organoleptic menunjukan bahwa kualitas kopi hasil alat/ mesin lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan kopi hasil pemanasan manual, dimana biji kopi hasil pemanasan dengan mesin mempunyai aroma kopi kuat namun tidak beraroma gosong, warna merata, berwarna coklat muda dan mempunyai rasa pahit dan ketika ditumbuk dan dilarutkan tidak ada endapan dipermukaan. Suhu optimal pada mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT adalah 80ºC dalam kurun waktu 883 detik atau setara dengan 15 menit yang mana hasil tersebut setara dengan pengeringan secara tradisional dengan mengandalkan sinar matahari selama 10 hari, sedangkan kelembapan optimal pada mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT adalah 15%, hal ini sesuai dengan baku mutu kopi hasil pemanasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Indonesia Standard) di pasar tradisional  Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin terus berkembang sehingga masyarakat harus bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat dengan perubahan tersebut.     Salah satu perkembangan yang harus mulai diikuti oleh masyarakat adalah pembayaran secara tunai menjadi non tunai. Hadirnya aplikasi QRIS yang menjadi salah satu cara untuk memudahkan  kegiatan transaksi pembayaran dalam kegiatan bisnis. Hal inilah yang kemudian coba diterapkan di pasar panji, dimana penjual dan pembeli diharapkan bisa bertransaksi tidak lagi secara  tunai. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode incidental dalam pengumpulan sampel dan Regresi Linear Berganda sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan membawa pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalm penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Indonesia Standard) di pasar tradisional panji kabupaten Situbondo, hal ini dikarenakan sikap, penerimaan dan budaya masyarakat terhadap penggunaan QRIS cukup baik, meskipun Sebagian masyarakat masih melakukan pembayaran secara tunai dalam setiap transaksinya.

Abstract

This article discusses how the process and method of learning Islamic Religious Education in instilling the value of Islamic moderation in the Al-Azhar Kediri Islamic Middle School. The value of Islamic moderation is very important for someone to live in a pluralistic country like Indonesia. Therefore, it is really needed the right process and method in instilling these values. This study uses a qualitative method. While the type of research approach used is the phenomenological approach. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman models. Abstract

This study explores the influence of financial literacy, attitudes towards money, and financial pressures on the financial well-being of non-profit workers in Indonesia, an issue that is relevant given the high social activity but lack of attention to the financial well-being of workers, especially with the majority of them being low-income. Using the purposive sampling method on 108 respondents from various regions in Indonesia, the study's findings showed that financial literacy had a significant positive influence on financial well-being. In contrast, attitudes towards money had no significant effect. On the other hand, financial stress significantly negatively influences the financial well-being of workers of nonprofit organizations. These results emphasize the importance of efforts to improve financial literacy and pay attention to financial pressures in improving the financial well-being of non-profit workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

ACC deaminase-producing rhizobacteria play an important role in enhancing plant growth and health, particularly under environmental stress condition. This study focused on isolating and determining the population of potential ACC deaminase-producing rhizobacteria from the rhizosphere of peanut plants (Arachis hypogea L.) grown under varying moisture level. Bacterial population was measured using the Standard Plate Count (SPC) method on Dworkin-Foster (DF) medium supplemented with 3 mM.L-1 ACC as the sole nitrogen source. The isolated bacteria were screened based on their ability to grow after 24 hours of incubation on the selective medium. Result showed that bacterial colonies on nutrient agar (NA) medium varied in color, while colonies on the selective medium were uniformly white. The total population of ACC deaminase-producing rhizobacteria generally declined as soil moisture decreased, nevertheless, the sample at 80% available water contained fewer bacteria (7.3 x 103 cfu.g-1 soil) than those (9.7 x 105 cfu.g-1) at 50%. In an additional experiment, 9 out of 11 selected isolates were found to potentially produce ACC deaminase, with 5 of these being diazotrophic bacteria. This study contributes valuable information for designing irrigation systems in sustainable land management, particularly concerning plant-beneficial microbes that produce ACC deaminase and help plants tolerate environmental stressors.

Abstract

Accounting information systems can aid businesses in enhancing sales volume and profitability, notwithstanding the challenge of increasing sales. This research investigates how promotions and management accounting information systems influence product quality, and explores whether product quality serves as a significant mediator. A survey was conducted among customers of PT. Saudara Karya Surabaya, involving 102 respondents selected through purposive sampling of customers who had completed at least one transaction. Structural equation modelling was employed to analyze the collected data. The findings indicate that both management accounting information systems and promotional strategies positively impact product quality. Furthermore, the study reveals that the relationship between promotions, management accounting information systems, and sales volume is mediated by product quality. This study contributes to the theoretical framework of marketing strategy by integrating concepts of product.

Abstract

On September 22 2019 the Petitioner was proposed by Respondent I to be made his wife and plans for his contract in March 2020. However, with the deception carried out by Respondent I and his family to the Petitioner, the Marriage Book Quotation was published Number: 908.67.XII.2019. date, 13 December 2019 issued by Respondent II without the knowledge of the Petitioner as a prospective bride. Because on that day the Petitioner and his mother as well as his two siblings were invited to Mr. De''s house from Respondent I for a family friendly event as well as visiting his Mrs. De' who was ill. Marriage Book Number: 908.67.XI1.2019 dated 13 December 2019 issued by Respondent II, who has never lived in the same house as a husband and wife and the condition of the Petitioner's virginity is still a virgin. Oh, because it's based on Law no. 1 of 1974 regarding Marriage Oo. Book I Compilation of Islamic Law, the Petitioner still has the right to submit the Petitioner in the case aquo; based on these considerations, it can be concluded that there has been a legal mention for the Petitioner to annul the marriage with the Respondent as intended by the elucidation of Article 71 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law that a marriage can be annulled if the marriage is carried out by coercion Tries, Grants the Petitioner's request ; Canceled the marriage of the Petitioner and the Respondent which was carried out on December 13 2019 with the excerpt of the Marriage Certificate Number 908/67/XM/2019 dated December 13 2019 issued by the District Office of Religious Affairs xxxx xxxx xxxxx; Declare that the Quote of the Marriage Certificate Number 908/67/XI1/2019 dated 13 December 2019 issued by the Office of Religious Affairs of the District of xxxx xxxx xxxxx has no legal force; Charge the Petitioner to pay the costs of this case in the amount of Rp. 380,000,000 (three hundred and eighty thousand rupiah)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the findings of researchers in the field regarding the existence of secret divorce processes in Wakan Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. In Wakan Village, there are many controversies surrounding the secret divorce settlement. In this study, the researcher aims to understand the process of secret divorce settlement among the community in Wakan Village and the impacts that arise from such secret divorces from a socio-legal perspective. The researcher utilized qualitative research in this study, collecting both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques involved three stages: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis conducted by the researcher is qualitative descriptive interpretation of the findings presented deductively (general). Subsequently, in the final conclusion, the researcher draws inductive (specific) and systematic conclusions. Keywords: Sociology of Law, Settlement of Divorce Under the Hand

Abstract

Narcotics, on the one hand, are drugs or materials that are useful in the field of medicine or health services and the development of science and on the other hand, they can also cause dependence which is very detrimental if they are misused or used without strict and thorough control and supervision; producing, planting, storing, distributing, and/or using Narcotics without strict and thorough control and supervision and contrary to laws and regulations is a Narcotics crime because it is very detrimental and is a very big danger to human life, society, nation and country and Indonesia's national resilience. Based on data from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Narcotics Agency, the number of inmates in Correctional Institutions in DKI Jakarta has reached 70% who are convicted of drug cases, seeing this number where the number of convicts of drug cases almost dominates all Correctional Institutions, we can assume that the drug crime rate in DKI Jakarta is far exceeding the level of crime/other crimes, which is an average of 600 cases per month. Departing from the case above, the problem can be formulated as follows: 1. What are the provisions governing intermediaries for narcotic crimes according to law number 35 of 2009? What are the sanctions against intermediaries for drug crimes according to law number 35 of 2009? In compiling this thesis, the authors use the following methods: 1. Primary data, namely legal materials that are binding, namely in the form of laws relating to capital punishment, 2. Secondary data, namely legal materials that provide an explanation of primary data such as: books, court decisions and others. The conclusions obtained in this research are: 1) The public prosecutor charges the defendant with imprisonment for 7 (seven) years and a fine of Rp. 1,820,000,000.- (one billion eight hundred and twenty million rupiah) subsidiary for 1 (one) year in prison; 2) The Panel of Judges in their decision handed down a 6 (six) year imprisonment and a fine of Rp. 1,820,000,000.- (one billion eight hundred and twenty million rupiah) with the provision that if the criminal fine is not paid then it is replaced with imprisonment for 6 (six) months.
