TIncoterms (International Commercial Terms) is a set of international rules compiled by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to regulate the rights and obligations of parties in cross-border buying and selling contracts. This article aims to analyze the strategic role of Incoterms in international trade, examine the significant changes in Incoterms 2020, and identify the challenges of its implementation among business actors, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study techniques sourced from scientific journals, books, and ICC official documents. The results show that Incoterms provides clarity on logistics responsibilities, risks, and costs, but its implementation still faces barriers such as low legal literacy and lack of technical training in the small and medium enterprise sector. Changes in Incoterms 2020, such as the replacement of terms and adjustments to insurance coverage, demand better adaptation from businesses. This article recommends increased education, practice-based training, and synergy between government, academia, and industry players to improve understanding and implementation of Incoterms as an integral part of global trade strategies.

This study aims to provide a description and analysis of data concerning KIP Kuliah scholarship recipients in private universities located in Central Java. The data for this research was obtained from KIP Kuliah managers at LLDIKTI Region VI Central Java. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research, involving a descriptive statistical analysis of the previously processed data. The analysis findings showed that the data on KIP Kuliah recipients at private universities in Central Java aligned with the recipient criteria outlined in the 2022 KIP Kuliah guidelines. The data analysis unveiled various effects and challenges faced by recipient students. To promote positive effects and tackle these challenges, it is recommended to provide appropriate support and recommendations.

Purpose: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of workload, work stress and burnout on turnover intention employee of PT. Esta Dana Ventura Branch of Makasar.Design/Methodology/Approarch: This research uses explanative research with a quantitative approach. A sample of 120 respondents was selected for data collection using simple random sampling method. A closed questionnaire was used which was facilitated through Google Forms. The collected data was analyzed using a Likert scale model and t test.Findings: This study confirms a positive and significant relationship between workload, work stress, and burnout with employee turnover intention. These results support theories that describe excessive workload, high stress levels, and levels of burnout with the desire of employees to leave the organization. These implications can enrich our understanding of how these variables are interrelated and how they impact employee attitudes and behavior. Based on the research results, PT. Esta Dana Ventura Makassar Branch should take some practical steps Encouraging open communication between management and employees is very important. This can help identify problems related to workload, work stress, and burnout that affect employees. Management needs to open effective communication channels to provide opportunities for employees to convey problems and problems that are experienced.

The rapid development of technology and information today has had a significant impact on changes in people's behavior. Changes in behavior are often the main cause of the emergence of various types and forms of health problems, such as the high morbidity caused by Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM). One of the PTM which is a very serious health problem today is stroke. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness of the prevention of stroke disease through the formation of a community for teenagers who care about stroke. The method used in this activity is to form a youth community to have an activity plan oriented to the early prevention of Stroke. The people who are the targets in this activity are people in Grimak Indah Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province who are at risk of having a stroke. Proses perancangan alat adalah salah satu proses untuk menciptakan suatu alat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Melalui berbagai tahapan proses yang kemudian dikumpulkan menjadi satu rancangan akhir yang paling baik. Pada umumnya otomatisasi merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan pada masa sekarang. Hal itu dibutuhkan karena keinginan manusia untuk mempermudah aktifitasnya agar lebih praktis, efektif, dan efisien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perancangan automatic infrared control switch dengan menggunakan metode quality function deployment (QFD) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaplikasian yang paling ideal pada automatic infrared control switch. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori R&D (Research and Development) dan didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode quality function deployment (QFD). Didalam proses menentukan kebutuhan pengguna, maka didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode HOQ (House of Quality). Proses mendapatkan voice of customer di penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan maka telah didapatkan rancangan control switch automatic dengan infrared yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu menggunakan bahan cover dan komponen elektronik yang berkualitas baik dan durable, memiliki powerbank dan anti-slip, dan memiliki harga jual yang sesuai dengan fiturnya.

Introduction: Caffeine, antioxidants, and vitamin C are important compounds found in coffee beans. These chemical compounds affect the taste and aroma of coffee. The research aims to examine the effect of hormone application on the chemical content of coffee beans. Methods: The research was carried out at the people's coffee plantation in Kwadungan Gunung, Kledung, Temanggung, Central Java. The research uses an experimental method with two factors. Factor I variety consists of two varieties, namely Sigararutang and Yellow Catura. Factor II of the Plant Growth Regulators (PGR) application consists of four levels, namely: Control, ethrel, NAA, and gibberellin. Each treatment combination with 5 replications. The parameters observed were the number of fruit/ tree, the number of ripe fruit/ tree at the first harvest, caffeine content, vitamin C, antioxidant activity, sugar, and protein. Data were analyzed using ANOVA with the DMRT further test. Results: The number of coffee cherries of the Yellow Catura was better than the Sigarar Utang. The caffeine is better in Sigararutang in all PGR applications compared to other combinations. The antioxidant activity of Yellow Catura with the application of NAA and GA3 is better than other combinations. Vitamin C in Yellow Catura with GA3 application and control is better than other combinations. The protein in Yellow Catura with NAA application is better than other combinations. The sugar in Yellow Catura with all applications of PGR is better than the other combinations. Conclusion: PGR application and differences in varieties affect the chemical content namely caffeine, antioxidant activity, vitamin C, protein, and total sugar.

Aborsi has always been a hot topic, especially regarding abortion provocatus criminalis, which is increasingly common in modern society and industries experiencing globalization. What is the criminal responsibility of abortion perpetrators based on Article 75 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 194 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health? To find out the legal responsibility of the perpetrator of an abortion based on Article 75 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 194 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. There are also medical records that are useful in determining something related to a doctor's actions. Medical records have a very important function and role in the health sector, including in law enforcement efforts, especially proving malpractice cases in the medical field. The police should be more careful in handling abortion cases and perhaps this can be done by approaching teenagers by providing education about the dangers of having an abortion, the negative impacts of promiscuity, and the police should be able to work together with doctors or midwives who know about abortion and if Any teenager who comes to a doctor or midwife to have an abortion should be reported to the police.

Sustainability is currently a concern for many parties, including banks. The Bank began to consider whether the proposed funding would be allocated for projects that do not conflict with natural sustainability. This is known as green finance. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of green finance affects the value or performance of the bank. The research sample is go-public banks in Indonesia for the period 2019 – 2021. This study found that 70.93% of banks implement green finance. This study found that the implementation of green finance has a positive effect on firm value when the proxy for firm value is Tobin Q. However, when the proxy for firm value is the Price Earnings Ratio, Earnings per share, and Stock Return, then the implementation of green finance has no effect on company value. This study also found that the effect of green finance on firm value was more evident in banks in the KBMI 4 group. Of the four models used in this study, three models found a significant positive effect, namely the TobinQ, Stock Return, and EPS models. only in the PER model did not show any effect.

80% of cases of building or house fires in Indonesia are caused by electrical short circuits. Currently, there are only MCB and ELCB devices protecting for building electrical installations, but these devices cannot protect the conditions that cause fires. In a short circuit, there will be heating of the short cable or device. In this study, researchers used a thermal camera that can be placed on an electrical panel to be able monitor the temperature of electrical panel which includes cables, MCB, or can be placed on other devices. When the detected object temperature exceeds a predetermined limit, the device will provide a warning in the form of sound and text and can automatically cut off electricity in the building's electricity network. This research produces a prototype of a power grid safety device using a Raspberry Pi that can be applied to buildings and objects that have the potential to emit excess heat that can cause fires. Systems it will be able to monitor, provide warnings and can automatically cut off the electricity network when the temperature of the observed object exceeds the specified limit and has the potential to emit excess heat which can cause a fire.
