Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of digitalization of the tax administration system and tax literacy on employees' annual e-SPT reporting at PT. Daiki Aluminium Industry Indonesia. Using a quantitative associative approach, the research collected data from 80 employees who are individual taxpayers through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both digitalization of the tax administration system and tax literacy have a positive and significant effect on annual e-SPT reporting, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of training and disseminating information about digital tax systems to improve tax compliance. The study also identifies challenges such as technical issues and gaps in understanding, emphasizing the need for enhanced support and education for taxpayers.

Abstract

The learning model is a learning structure that has been compiled, designed, and determined to achieve a desired learning goal. The background of this research is that students still lack knowledge about regional creative dances, and the low learning outcomes of students in regional creative dance material. To support ethnoscience-based learning, researchers use models Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the material of Cultural Arts and Crafts (SBdP) sub-material of regional dance creations. The population in this study were students of class IV, totaling 30 people. Sampling in this study was saturated sampling of 30 students. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, written tests in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Data were analyzed usinguji paired t-test. Research design withpre-experimental design typeone group pretest-posttest (single group pre-test-post test). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the SBdP material (Cultural Arts and Crafts) sub-material for dance is based on ethnoscience using the model Project Based Learning (PjBL) is proven to have an influence on the learning outcomes of class IV students at Muhammadiyah Prabumulih Elementary School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi fungsi manajemen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif Canva dan Google Form di SMP Negeri 2 Betung Banyuasin. Media interaktif ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diterapkan secara efektif dalam memanfaatkan media interaktif. Guru berperan penting dalam merancang materi yang sesuai menggunakan Canva, sementara Google Form digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa secara real-time. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua media tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi siswa, dan efisiensi proses pengajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran modern di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies employed by teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2, Banjarmasin to manage disruptive behavior in the classroom during the learning process. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analysis based on data gathered from semi-structured interviews with teachers and a review of related literature. This approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the practical techniques used by educators in real-time classroom settings and assesses their effectiveness in creating a conducive learning environment. The findings reveal that teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 effectively utilize a combination of behaviorist and constructivist strategies to manage and mitigate disruptive behaviors. Key strategies include the application of positive reinforcement to encourage desirable behaviors and the establishment of clear, consistent rules to provide structure. Additionally, the use of engaging and interactive teaching methods has been shown to significantly reduce instances of disruptive behavior by maintaining high levels of student involvement and interest. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as the diverse nature of the student body and varying degrees of parental support pose obstacles to the uniform application of these strategies. The research indicates that while the employed strategies are generally effective, they require continuous adaptation and support to address these challenges adequately.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The relationship between Pedagogical Competence and teacher performance; (2) The relationship between Teacher Discipline and teacher performance; and (3) The relationship between Pedagogical Competence and Teacher Discipline together on teacher performance at SD Negeri 04 Jaya Pura. Pedagogical competence includes the teacher's ability to design, implement, and evaluate the learning process, while teacher discipline involves the teacher's commitment and consistency in carrying out tasks. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to all teachers at SD Negeri 04 Jaya Pura and analyzed using linear regression techniques to measure the influence of two independent variables on teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that both pedagogical competence and teacher discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance. Teachers with high pedagogical competence are more able to manage the learning process effectively, while teacher discipline directly affects the consistency and quality of their performance in the school environment. This study concludes that improving teacher pedagogical competence and discipline is very important to improve teacher performance, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education.

Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers in implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) at SD Negeri 126 Palembang and its impact on fostering a positive school culture. This research aims to identify and describe the role of teachers, the challenges faced, and the solutions to overcome these challenges in the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) project to enhance a positive culture at SD Negeri 126 Palembang. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation, interview and literature studies. The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in P5 implementation, including facilitating project-based learning, guiding students in understanding Pancasila values, and creating a conducive learning environment. However, challenges such as limited teacher understanding of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) concepts, insufficient training, and a lack of parental and student involvement were identified. Proposed solutions include increasing teacher training and awareness programs, strengthening collaboration between schools and parents, and developing more innovative teaching methods. With effective the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) implementation, it is expected that a generation of intelligent, character-driven students with a strong positive culture in society can be developed.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of describing the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek. This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation instruments that discuss the factors of learning difficulties experienced by students. Based on the results of the research on the analysis of the difficulty of learning mathematics in building materials in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek, it can be ascertained that, the factor of learning difficulties in mathematics in the material of building spaces in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek consists of 2 factors, the first is internal and external factors. external. learning difficulty factors consisting of internal factors consisting of students' self and external factors consisting of outside students in class V SD Negeri 17 Air Salek were 81% included in the very valid category. There are 8 subjects who are not interested in learning mathematics, 7 subjects are not interested in learning mathematics and 5 subjects are not able to learn mathematics.

Abstract

Pentingnya literasi budaya dalam pendidikan anak SD juga terkait erat dengan pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa. Melalui literasi budaya, anak – anak dapat memperluas kosakata mereka, memahami nuansa dalam bahasa dan mengembangkan kemapuan berbicara dan menulis yang lebih baik. Sumatera selatan adalah salah satu provinsi di indonesia yang terletak di wilayah salah satu pulau sumatera dengan ibu kota palembang.keberagaman budaya di sumatera selatan yaitu rumah adat, pakaian adat, senjata tradisonal, makanan khas daerah dan lagu daerah dari sumatera selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi keberagaman budaya dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN 232 palembang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara , Tes dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis menggunakan presentese. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh bagaimana hasil analisis kemampuan memahami siswa  pada materi keberagaman budaya dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN 232 Palembang sudah dalam kategori naik dapat dilihat dari nilai – nilai yang diperoleh oleh siswa dari nilai yang tertinggi 100 sampai yang terendah 60.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang harus dipelajari di sekolah dasar.Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di sekolah dasar dirancang untuk peserta didik menjadi manusia dan warga negara yang baik. Keterampilan sosial merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk berani berbicara, mengungkapkan setiap perasaan atau permasalahan yang dihadapi sekaligus serta menemukan penyelesaian yang adaptif, memiliki tanggung jawab yang cukup tinggi dengan segala hal, penuh pertimbangan sebelum melakukan sesuatu, mampu menolak dan menyatakan ketidak setujuannya terhadap pengaruh negatif dalam lingkungan sekitar.Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi partisipasi pasif, ketika datang ketempat yang  dijadikan untuk observasi penelitian, disana peneliti hanya mengamati proses pembelajaran IPS kemudian melakukan pencatatan di lembar observasi berupa check list sesuai dengan variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu keterampilan sosial siswa dalam pembelejaran IPS tanpa ikut terlibat langsung dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebut. Siswa kelas V SD taman Siswa Sei Buah Palembang telah menunjukkan sikap keterampilan sosial berdasarkan 7 indikator, serta guru juga telah melakukan tugasnya sebagai pendidik dalam penanaman keterampilan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data secara keseluruhan dapat di simpulkan bahwa keterampilan sosial kelas V SD Taman Siswa Sei Buah Palembang termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas Va sebagai eksperimen yang menggunakan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Inside Otside Circle dan kelas Vb sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (Ceramah) SD Negeri 04 Palembang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan menggunkan metode desain ekperimen True Experimental dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Posttest Only Control Design populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 04 Palembang yang berjumlah 70 Peserta didik. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 21 Siswa kelas Va dan 23 siswa kelas Vb Teknik Sampel yang di gunakan Clursterr Random Sampling.Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji T (Independent Sampel t-test), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model pembelajaran Cooperative Larning Tipe Inside Outside Cicrle Terhadap hasil belajar perjuangan Proklamsi Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 04 Palembang. Dimana diperoleh hasil rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen adalah 75,71 dan pada kelas kontrol 62,17. Disimpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh signifikan dari Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Tipe Inside Outside Circle Terhadap Hasil Belajar Perjuangan Proklamasi Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 04 Palembang.
