This study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model to the learning outcomes of natural resource material for class IV SD Negeri 193 Palembang. The effect of the intended application in terms of student learning outcomes as long as the problem-based learning model is applied, the learning outcomes achieved after carrying out learning using the application of the problem-based learning model, the research subjects, namely class IV totaling 25 people with 16 male students and 9 female students, which will be given treatment using the Problem Based Learning model in natural resource science subjects. The method used is an experimental method with the type of One Group Pretest And Posttest. The data collection technique used the test method, and the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the calculation of the initial test (pretest) obtained an average value of 46.6 while the final test (posttest) obtained 81.2 and the overall average value of Product Moment, namely rxy, was obtained at 0.567 which is included in the category "Moderate Positive ”. This shows the results of inferential statistical analysis using Product Moment correlation obtained rxy = 0.567 ≥ rtable = 0.396 there is a significant correlation even though the correlation is moderately positive from tcount = 5.966 ≥ ttable = 2.3 and n = 23 with a significant level of 32.1% so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in class IV natural resource material at SD Negeri 193 Palembang.

Penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja guru secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional/sebab-akibat.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tunjangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih; 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih, dan 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Prabumulih.

This research aims to produce comic civics learning media on youth oath material in Class V Elementary Schools that is valid and practical. This research uses the Research and Development method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The results of data analysis show that the comic media developed is in the "very valid" category based on a validation questionnaire sheet from 3 experts which includes content, construct and language with an average validity value of 85.97% and the comic media developed is in the "very practical" category. based on the student response questionnaire sheet with an average of 93.62%. Based on these results, it shows that the comic products that have been developed are suitable for use in the learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak tiga puluh orang yaitu guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri jalur delapan Kecamatan Air Salek Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin; Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin, dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin

Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang peranan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah yang diterapkan di SD Negeri empat belas Betung dengan rumusan masalah penelitiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologic naturalistic. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik pengamatan terlibat, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. informan dalam penelitian ini, Kepala Sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan peran utamanya sebagai pemimpin dan manajer dengan baik, di samping peran yang lainnya adalah seorang wirausahawan yang tangguh dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri empat belas Betung melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah cukup bagus, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kinerja kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan,dalam berkolaborasi dan menjalin komunikasi dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatan yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan

This development research aims to produce, animation learning media based on a contextual approach to the theme of events in the occultation that is valid and practical for grade V elementary school students. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The subjects in this research were grade V elementary school students, totaling 30 people. The animation learning media based on a contextual approach to the theme of events in the occultation that was developed using the ADDIE model, namely (1) analysis (analysis stage), (2) design (design stage), (3) development (development stage), (4) implementation (implementation stage), (5) evaluation (evaluation stage). Data collection was carried out using a validation questionnaire sheet. This research produced animation learning media based on a contextual approach to the theme of events in the occultation that was valid. Data analysis techniques are carried out with validity analysis using expert validation questionnaires, practicality analysis using student response questionnaires. The result of the sheets, validation questionnaires with the basis of data analysis, the average valid value is 94%. The result of the student questionnaires with an average practicality value percentage 93%.

Kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V tegolong rendah, sebagian besar siswa menganggap bahwa matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang sulit, sehingga membuat kemampuan literasi numerasi perlu diperbaiki.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V, dan upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal AKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana peneliti menggunakan analisis data observasi, wawancara, tes soal dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V tergolong baik, dilihat dari banyaknya 9 siswa yang memperoleh nilai baik dengan persentase sebesar 54 %, dan upaya yang dilakukan sekolah masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi dengan cara mengadakan kegiatan bulanan literasi numerasi melibatkan para guru atau pendidik untuk bisa berkonstribusi upaya meningkatkan jumlah dan ragam sumber belajar yang bermutu seperti menyediakan buku-buku berkaitan dengan numerasi baik fiksi maupun nonfiksi serta dapat memperluas askes terhadap sumber belajar seperti mengembangkan sarana penujang dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai media pembelajaran. Sekolah dan guru dapat menfasilitasi kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh siswa masing-masing sesuai kebutuhan melalui pendekatan atau penerapan secara menyeluruh di sekolah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership climate and the atmosphere at the principal's school on the commitment of teachers in one phase and one time. This study uses quantitative methods, the sample of this study is 4 first grade driving schools in the eastern region of Ugan Kumering Ulu with 70 teachers. The author used the method of data collection in this study by conducting direct observations at the research site to understand the work environment, work processes and other relevant methods, and distributing the research questions among all the students of teachers 70. The method of data analysis in this study using normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using anova spps 26. The value of. Sig (2 -tail) is 0.000 mean less than 0.05. and a percentage of 88.3 percent. The Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) of the school coefficient is 0.006, which is less than 0.05. and a percentage of 38.1 percent. Therefore, it can be said that there is an effect between the school atmosphere and the teacher's commitment to the driving school. The variables of principal management and school climate for teacher loyalty in class 1 run upper secondary school, the Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) is 0.009, a less than 0.05. and a percentile of 90 percent. So it can be concluded that the accusation is accepted. Therefore, it can be said that the principal's leadership and school climate have an impact on the teacher's involvement in school management.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan modul pendampingan berbasis CIRC untuk siswa yang memiliki keterlambatan membaca dan menulis di SD Negeri 10 Payaraman. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau biasa disebut Research and Development. Model pengembangan yang akan dirancang peneliti yaitu dengan mengikuti versi Robert Maribe Branch yaitu mengembangkan desain pembelajaran dengan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis penelitian validasi materi mendapatkan rata-rata 98,48% dan ahli media adalah 77,03%. Hasil uji kevalidan analisis materi dan design dapat dikatergorikan dari angket skor validasi ahli adalah “Sangat Valid” dan “Valid”. Angket One To One mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 85%, angket tersebut dapat dilihat dari respon angket peserta didik dengan skala kecil percobaan 5 peserta didik dengan kriteria dengan kriteria “Sangat Praktis”. Angket small group uji skala dengan percobaan dari 10 peserta didik dengan rata-rata 88,8% dengan kriteria “Sangat Praktis”. Penilaian pada postest angket efektif mendapatkan uji skala dengan percobaan 10 peserta didik dengan rata-rata sebesar 84,4%, dengan kriteria “ Sangat Efektif’
