Abstract

This study aims to understand how the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu-Musi Banyuasin. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a qualitative research type. The informants in this study include the Foundation Head, School Principal, Vice Principal for Facilities, and Administrative Staff. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the planning for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDIT An-Nuriyah Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin, has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from setting targets and objectives in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, formulating the current state of procurement, identifying all the facilitators and obstacles in procurement, and developing a procurement plan for educational facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study discusses the process of marketing educational services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Keban II-Musi Banyuasin. The research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation, which consists of time triangulation, method triangulation, and source triangulation. The findings of this research indicate that the marketing of educational services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Keban II has been implemented effectively. The products offered by the madrasah meet the needs and expectations of the users. The marketing of educational services is conducted through a well-organized process and effective educational customer strategies, spreading information about quality and products via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as using banners. This process is also supported by skilled human resources in their respective fields. The marketing costs are covered by the madrasah budget and do not hinder the process. Prospective students are not charged any registration fees. The madrasah is strategically located, surrounded by many residents and several elementary schools/madrasah ibtidaiyah

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand how the evaluation process of student disciplinary character education is conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The study involved 8 informants, including the Principal, Vice Principal, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, and 3 parents. Data collection techniques employed include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was ensured through triangulation, consisting of source triangulation, time triangulation, and technique triangulation. The results of the analysis show that the evaluation has gone well as expected. This is achieved through coordination involving all stakeholders, with plans and objectives set by the principal to all parties. Each stakeholder is required to work together and discuss in advance to ensure that coordination runs smoothly, both in learning and habituation. This coordination is carried out regularly every month. Furthermore, intracurricular implementation involves the application of disciplinary character values in all subjects, attendance recording, and habituation that associates disciplinary character in students. Supervision is carried out by monitoring teacher performance through daily observation and attendance, as well as by building a school culture that supports an environment that pays attention to the character of discipline.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consist of 8 people, including the school principal, vice principal, teaching staff, administrative staff, students, and parents. The data collection techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation, which consists of source triangulation, time triangulation, and technique triangulation. Based on the results and discussion, it is evident that the competence of the school principal in administrative services at MTs An-Nuur Palembang has been well-executed, as seen from three main aspects. The first aspect is the analysis of the improvement of administrative services, where the principal plays a key role in managing administrative services by acting as both a leader and manager who directs and organizes all administrative activities. As a manager, the principal is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently and effectively. The evaluation of the principal's competence shows that an effective principal must be able to provide appropriate guidance and support to all staff, including administrative staff. The impact of improved administrative services indicates that enhancing the principal's competence includes gaining a deeper understanding of school administrative processes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of computer lab facility procurement, the factors influencing it, and the solutions for the procurement process at SMA Islam Al Amal Khair Palembang. The study was conducted at SMA Islam Al Amalul Khair Palembang using a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this study were the school principal and the vice principal in charge of facilities and infrastructure. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of computer lab facility procurement at SMA Islam Al Amalul Khair Palembang has been successfully carried out. However, there are several aspects that need further improvement, particularly in the procurement process, to enhance the school's quality and competitiveness with other institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of information technology usage on improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. The use of information technology is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching process, particularly in planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of educational programs. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques including observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects of this research are teachers at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression tests and prerequisite tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the collected data. The research findings indicate that the use of information technology has a positive effect on enhancing teacher performance at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang. The regression coefficient of 0.606 suggests that every increase in the use of information technology can improve teacher performance. The t-test results show a value of t_calculated = 7.386 and t_table = 1.676 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a significant effect. The determination test shows that information technology accounts for 52.2% of the improvement in teacher performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, optimizing the use of information technology has a positive impact on teacher performance, and it is recommended that schools continue to support training and development of technology skills for teachers in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Public Relations Strategies in Marketing at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang. The research focuses on how public relations strategies are implemented in the company’s marketing efforts, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in marketing the company to the public. This study was conducted at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang using a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this research were public relations personnel, company leaders, and employees. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The analysis results indicate that public relations strategies in marketing at PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang are being implemented but have not yet reached their full potential. Continuous improvements to the strategies in use are necessary. With optimized strategies, it is hoped that PT. Duta Putra Wisata Palembang will grow further and be able to compete with other companies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational thought of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari as presented in the book Adab Al-‘Ālim wa Al-Muta‘allim. This type of research is a literature review, which involves examining and analyzing various scholarly sources such as books, journals, and relevant articles. The data collection tool consists of written documents relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which involves reviewing the content, meaning, and relevance of literature sources to systematically and critically formulate conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, the book Adab al-‘Ālim wa al-Muta‘allim by KH. Hasyim Asy’ari emphasizes that adab (ethics and manners) is the main foundation in Islamic education to attain the blessings of knowledge. The book elaborates in detail the ethics of both teachers and students, emphasizing that mastery of knowledge must be accompanied by noble character. Teachers are expected to be role models in patience, sincerity, and moral responsibility, while students must have sincere intentions, respect their teachers, and be diligent in learning. By referring to classical scholars' thoughts, the book remains relevant across generations, stressing the importance of education that touches the intellect, heart, and moral values holistically
