Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational climate and organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction at the Batam City BPJS Employment Office. This type of research uses an associative causality design. Data was collected using a questionnaire and distributed to 115 respondents. Statistical data analysis uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) and uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect. The research results show that Work Discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with P-Values ​​of 0.002 < 0.05. Work Discipline directly has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment with P-Values ​​of 0.701 > 0.05. Organizational Climate directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with P-Values ​​of 0.041 > 0.05. Organizational Climate directly has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with P-Values ​​of 0.010 > 0.05. Organizational Culture directly has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with P-Values ​​of 0.008 <0.05. Organizational Culture directly has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with P-Values ​​of 0.006 > 0.05. Job Satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with P-Values ​​of 0.000 <0.05. Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of Work Discipline on Organizational Commitment with p-values ​​of 0.411 > 0.05. Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment with P-values ​​of 0.007 < 1.234. Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance through career development for employees of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Riau Islands Province. This research was conducted to test the proposed hypothesis using research methods that have been designed according to the variables to be studied in order to obtain accurate results. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary research. Data analysis techniques in research use two statistical approaches, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this research show that work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee career development, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has an indirect and insignificant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has an indirect and positive effect significantly on employee performance through career development, the work environment has an indirect and significant positive effect on employee performance through career development.

Abstract

Inspired by research at the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of the Riau Archipelago Region with the title The Influence of the latent variable Cultural Values on the latent variable Efficiency, which is positive and insignificant, the researcher wants to continue this research with the title Determination of Spiritual, Intellectual and Psychomotor Intelligence on Performance Through the Competence of Secretariat Employees of the Riau Islands DPRD Secretariat. The number of respondents was 188; with the Slovin Formula, a sample of 128 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square. The research results are as follows:the positive determination of the Competence variable is significant to the Performance variable, the positive determination of the Intellectual variable is not practical to the Competency variable, the direct positive determination of the Intellectual variable is not essential to the Performance variable, the positive determination of the Psychomotor variable is significant to the Competency variable, the determination of the Intellectual variable is positively not substantial to the Performance variable, the determination of the Intellectual variable is positive and not significant for the Competency variable, the determination of the Spiritual variable is positive and effective for the performance variable, the Competency variable is influenced by the variables of spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence and psychomotor intelligence with an interaction of 56.2%, the Performance variable can be explained/controlled by the variables of spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence, psychomotor intelligence and competency with their interaction is 63.4%. These findings indicate that Secretariat Staff should have spiritual, intellectual and psychomotor intelligence to improve the competence and performance of the People's Representative Council.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the following five variables: principal leadership, training, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics. parametric research variables, calibration tests / pilot tests, validity and reliability, outer model and inner model analysis, as well as discussion of the results of hypothesis testing or path analysis. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of a variable or set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect influences. The path coefficient calculation in this research was assisted by SmartPLS Ver 4.0 2022.

Abstract

Environmental issues such as global warming, the greenhouse effect, and drastic climate change, as well as social issues such as meeting the needs of both workers and interested parties continue to increase, and urge the development of innovative financial products. Manufacturing companies are currently in the spotlight of various interested parties, there are 8 industrial sectors that contribute large amounts of carbon emissions, namely: cement industry, steel industry, pen and paper industry, textile industry, ceramic industry, fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, and food and beverage industry. This concern for the environment must continue to be improved seeing that the impact of company operations is very significant starting from the greenhouse gas effect which continues to increase every day. As a country committed to the climate change control agenda, Indonesia has developed regulations, action programs and systems and mechanisms to reduce GHG emissions to meet the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target and control GHG emissions in national development. One of the supporting mechanisms developed is the Value of Carbon Economy.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the responses, strategies, constraints, and roles of communities in managing flash floods and landslides in Bener Meriah and Takengon Regencies. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and secondary documents. Analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns, themes, and meanings of disaster management practices in the field. The results show that this disaster caused multidimensional impacts, including loss of life, mass displacement, and damage to critical infrastructure. The IAEB and related institutions implemented a priority needs-based strategy, cross-institutional collaboration, utilization of GIS technology, and social and infrastructure rehabilitation. The main constraints included limited access, resources, coordination, and the psychosocial conditions of the affected communities. Synergy between the IAEB and local communities through community-based emergency response groups proved effective in accelerating recovery and reducing disaster risk. This study emphasizes the importance of an integrated, participatory, and needs-based approach in increasing regional resilience to disasters.

Abstract

Organizational culture and the way managers think and act significantly influence the quality of the budgeting process and the overall financial stability of a company. A work environment characterized by strong shared values, clear rules, ethical standards, and effective communication can enhance collaboration among employees and contribute to more accurate, transparent, and realistic budgeting practices. Conversely, managers’ behavior reflected through consistency, integrity, accountability, leadership commitment, and sound decision-making skills also plays a crucial role in determining the accuracy of budget implementation, monitoring, and expenditure control. When organizational culture and managerial behavior are aligned and mutually reinforcing, the budgeting process becomes more efficient, disciplined, and adaptive to organizational needs. This alignment supports better allocation of financial resources and reduces the risk of budget deviations. As a result, organizations are better positioned to maintain financial control and achieve long-term financial sustainability. Therefore, the integration of a strong organizational culture with positive managerial behavior serves as an essential foundation for establishing a sound, flexible, and sustainable financial management system that supports organizational performance and strategic objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akuntansi syariah pada bank syariah di Indonesia serta mengkaji implikasinya terhadap kualitas penyajian laporan keuangan. Akuntansi syariah merupakan sistem akuntansi yang dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang menekankan nilai keadilan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan syariah dalam setiap transaksi keuangan. Keberadaan akuntansi syariah menjadi sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa aktivitas operasional bank syariah tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan, tetapi juga sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, standar akuntansi, serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan akuntansi dan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai penerapan akuntansi syariah pada bank syariah serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah di Indonesia secara umum telah mengimplementasikan akuntansi syariah sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku, khususnya Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) Syariah. Penerapan akuntansi syariah terbukti mampu meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keandalan laporan keuangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman sumber daya manusia, perbedaan interpretasi prinsip syariah, serta inkonsistensi penerapan antar bank syariah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan penguatan pengawasan kepatuhan syariah agar implementasi akuntansi syariah dapat berjalan lebih optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan anggaran produksi terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan melalui pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif. Anggaran produksi dipandang sebagai instrumen manajerial yang berperan penting dalam mengarahkan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengendalikan proses produksi agar berjalan efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai buku teks, artikel jurnal ilmiah, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dengan topik anggaran produksi dan kinerja operasional. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengelompokkan dan mensintesis temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran produksi yang disusun secara sistematis dan realistis mampu meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan, khususnya dalam hal efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, pengendalian biaya produksi, peningkatan produktivitas, serta ketepatan pencapaian target produksi. Selain itu, anggaran produksi juga berfungsi sebagai alat koordinasi dan pengendalian yang memperkuat integrasi antar departemen dalam perusahaan. Berdasarkan temuan literatur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran produksi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan kajian akuntansi manajemen serta menjadi referensi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang sistem penganggaran produksi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Anggaran untuk tenaga kerja langsung adalah elemen vital dalam perencanaan biaya produksi karena berkaitan erat dengan kelancaran operasional dan efisiensi biaya di dalam perusahaan. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, termasuk di sektor pengolahan pangan seperti pembuatan tempe, perlu menyusun anggaran tenaga kerja yang realistis untuk menghindari pemborosan dan kekurangan dalam sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penyusunan target anggaran untuk tenaga kerja langsung, realisasi biaya tenaga kerja, serta tingkat pencapaian anggaran yang diharapkan selama tahun 2025 di perusahaan yang memproduksi tempe. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang dianalisis mencakup target waktu kerja, tarif upah per jam, anggaran biaya tenaga kerja, serta pencapaian jam kerja dan biaya tenaga kerja langsung pada tiga departemen produksi, yakni Preparation, Packing, dan Quality Control. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan anggaran yang ditargetkan dan pencapaiannya untuk mengetahui perbedaannya serta menilai efisiensi dan produktivitas dari tenaga kerja. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja langsung pada tahun 2025 sepenuhnya memenuhi sasaran anggaran yang telah ditentukan, dengan tingkat pencapaian mencapai 100% dan tanpa adanya perbedaan anggaran. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan metode perencanaan dan pengelolaan biaya tenaga kerja yang efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan manufaktur kecil dan menengah dalam merencanakan dan mengelola anggaran tenaga kerja dengan lebih baik
