ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang sering disebut “the silent killer” karena penderita sering tidak memiliki keluhan. Prevalensi penyakit hipertensi akan mengalami peningkatan selama dua decade terakhir. Fenomena yang terjadi di Desa Paras, Kecamatan Pangkur, Kabupaten Ngawi sebanyak 34% penduduk menderita hipertensi, dan lebih dari separuhnya belum mengerti bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen diri secara baik. Program ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program edukasi hipertensi berbasis komunitas dalam menerapkan self-management untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah pasien dan keluarga dengan hipertensi dengan jumlah 60 orang serta Ibu kader kesehatan dan perwakilah dari Puskesmas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi tentang manajemen diri penyakit hipertensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Hasil dari pemeriksaan kesehatan didapatkan bahwa mayoritas mengalami prehipertensi (66,7%). Peserta sangat senang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini karena selain mereka mengetahui kondisi kesehatannya juga mendapatkan ilmu tentang kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai langkah kuratif bagi warga yang menderita dan langkah preventif untuk warga yang tidak menderita hipertensi. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam self management penatalaksanaan hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Kualitas Hidup, Manajemen Diri ABSTRACT Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is often called "the silent killer" because sufferers often have no complaints. The prevalence of hypertension has increased over the last two decades. The phenomenon that occurs in Paras Village, Pangkur District, Ngawi Regency is that 34% of the population suffers from hypertension, and more than half of them do not understand how to carry out good self-management. This program aims to implement a community-based hypertension education program in implementing self-management to improve the quality of life of hypertension patients. Participants in this activity were patients and families with hypertension totaling 60 people as well as health cadres and representatives from the Community Health Center. This activity was carried out with lectures and discussions about self-management of hypertension to improve the quality of life, where health examination activities had previously been carried out. The results of the health examination showed that the majority had prehypertension (66.7%). Participants were very happy to take part in this service activity because apart from knowing their health condition, they also gained health knowledge. This activity is carried out as a curative step for residents who suffer and as a preventive step for residents who do not suffer from hypertension. This activity is very useful in increasing public knowledge in self-management of hypertension management. Keywords: Hypertension, Quality of Life, Self-Management

A community service activity in the form of continuous development for teachers were carried out to improve teacher learning management in the 21st century. Continuous Professional Development (PKB) is the development of teacher competency which is carried out according to needs, in stages, on an ongoing basis. The benefit of this community service for teachers is that it provides provisions for scientific development, especially managing teacher learning in the classroom. Meanwhile, students will receive better quality learning management and be able to generate student motivation to learn effectively. The method for implementing the activities was carried out in the form of a workshop for preparing 21st century skills-oriented learning tools. The number of participants in the activity was 120 participants, divided into three groups which were held from 14-20 December 2022. From the results of implementing this activity, it was found that: 1) this activity can improve the quality of junior high school teachers' learning, as seen through the results of designing learning tools and media teach teachers, and 2) teachers are enthusiastic about participating in the activity and based on the response questionnaire, 98% of teachers hope that this activity will be sustainable. The obstacle faced in this activity was the implementation time when the school was actively studying which caused the teacher's concentration to be distracted.

ABSTRACT With so many people infected with Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), the government issued a regulation on Large-Scale Social Restrictions which resulted in the teaching and learning process which is now conducted online. With these rules, parental support is needed in the child's learning process at home. Parental support is assistance given to children, especially in learning. To analyze the relationship between parental support and children's learning achievement during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Kartoharjo 1 Magetan. The approach used is cross sectional. The sample used by some students at SDN Kartoharjo 1 was 60 respondents, the sampling technique used cluster random sampling. From the research conducted the majority of parental support is very high with very good children's learning achievement as many as 16 respondents (26.7%). The results of the Rank Sperman test show a significant value value = 0.020 (p value = 0.020 <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between parental support and learning achievement with a coefficient of r = 0.301 which indicates a sufficient relationship. H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between parental support for children's learning achievements during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Kartoharjo 1 Magetan. Therefore, parental support is needed to improve children's learning achievement. Keywords: Parental Support, Learning Achievement ABSTRAK Dengan banyaknnya masyarakat yang terinfeksi Corona Virus Disease COVID-19 pemerintah mengeluarkan aturan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang berakibat pada proses belajar mengajar yang sekarang dilakukan secara online. Dengan adanya aturan tersebut dukungan orang tua diperlukan dalam proses belajar anak di rumah. Dukungan orang tua adalah bantuan yang diberikan kepada anak terutama dalam belajar. Menganalisis hubungan dukungan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar anak di masa pandemi covid-19 di SDN Kartoharjo 1 Magetan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebagian siswa di SDN Kartoharjo 1 sebanyak 60 responden, tehnik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan Mayoritas dukungan orang tua sangat tinggi dengan prestasi belajar anak sangat baik sebanyak 16 responden (26,7%). Hasil uji Rank Sperman menunjukkan nilai signifikan ρ value = 0,020 (p value=0,020<0,05), yang berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien r = 0,301 yang menunjukkan hubungan cukup. H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada hubungan dukungan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar anak di masa pandemi COVID-19 di SDN Kartoharjo 1 Magetan. Oleh karena itu, dukungan orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Orang tua, Prestasi belajar

Direct regional elections are a concrete manifestation of the formation of democratization in the regions. The aim of holding direct regional elections is to form a strong government based on the choice and legitimacy of the people. The aim of this research is to explore the role of self-efficacy and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. This research involved 100 students as samples that were sent questionnaire via Google Form. Data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The research results succeeded in revealing that, variable family support and self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. This shows that if the family support and self-efficacy variables of the students are good or high, it will cause the students' entrepreneurial intention to also be good or high. Likewise, vice versa; Self-efficacy can mediate the relationship between family support and entrepreneurship among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. For this reason, in an effort to encourage interest businessman Students, apart from needing to improve family support, can also be done by increasing students' self-efficacy.

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict on the performance of female employees mediated by work life balance. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were female employees, totaling 56 employees. This research used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, and work life balance can be a mediating variable between multiple role conflicts on employee performance.

This study aims to explore and evaluate the efforts made in increasing literacy love in students of Kanisius Demangan Baru Elementary School (SD) in Yogyakarta. Literacy plays a crucial role in students' intellectual and social development, and an understanding and appreciation of literacy can enrich their educational experience. This research method involves collecting qualitative data through classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analyzing documents related to literacy programs that have been implemented, and finally drawing conclusions. The results showed that efforts to increase love for literacy involve innovative teaching strategies and integrating literacy into the curriculum. Teachers actively promote students' interest in reading through activities such as book discussion groups, story and storytelling performances, library visits, promoting literacy corner projects in classrooms, and enlivening school walls and hallways with student literacy works. In addition, science literacy programs can also improve students' knowledge of nature, and storytelling teacher programs can improve teachers' and students' abilities with literary appreciation. The evaluation results showed a positive increase in students' reading interest and literacy understanding. The findings may provide insight for other schools looking to increase the love of literacy at the primary level, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in creating an educational environment that supports children's literacy development.

This study aims to determine the career development and job satisfaction of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is This research uses the expost facto method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. This research will be conducted from January 2023 to August 2023.Â The population of this study was all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar which amounted to 59 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 59 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey to SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar by distributing questionnaires to teachers who were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results showed that improving the career development system would have an impact on increasing teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah Aceh Besar.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan pandangan akademik dan meningkatkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pemilihan kepala daerah (PILKADA) secara langsung, bebas, rahasia, jujur dan adil terhadap pemikiran dan perspektif Hak Asasi Politik Masyarakat Indonesia. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi, dilakukan dengan cara sosialisai dan/atau memberikan edukasi melalui metode ceramah. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan tentang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) Secara Langsung, Bebas, Rahasia, Jujur Dan Adil Sebagai Perwujudan Hak Asasi Politik Masyarakat Indonesia dengan dasar peraturan perundang-undangan terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) dan agenda sosial dengan pembagiian sumbangan berupa uang kepada peserta. Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sunan Bonang Tuban ini dihadiri khususnya oleh warga Kelurahan Panyuran yang berjumlah kurang lebih 15 orang, kegiatan dilaksanakan bertempat di Balai Kelurahan Panyuran, Kecamatan Palang, Kabupaten Tuban. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik dan berhasil, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan (100%), ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan (85%), ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan (90%), dan kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi (75%).

General background:In a dynamic world of work today, where more and more tasks have to be carried out in teams, employees are required to be able to work more flexibly and help the others in their team. This behavior is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Specific background: OCB will appear when employees feel satisfied with the work they have. There are several leadership styles that can influence the growth of OCB behavior and job satisfaction felt by employees, one of which is the transformational leadership style. Aims:This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by job satisfaction among BPS employees in the North Maluku Province region using SEM-PLS. Results: Primary data was collected from a sample of 158 employees. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect both directly on employee OCB and indirectly mediated by employee job satisfaction variables.Novelty: highlights the key role of job satisfaction on OCB. Implications:Reccomends to pay attention to employee satisfaction and needs at work Highlights: Transformational leadership significantly enhances employee job satisfaction and OCB. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB. Effective leadership styles are essential for fostering a positive work environment and maximizing employee contributions.
