Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is an innovative learning model in the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). This study aims to identify and analyze innovations in the teaching of the subject of Akidah Akhlak using the Contextual Teaching and Learning method in an environmentally-based Madrasah. In an era of education that increasingly demands relevance and applicability, the Contextual Teaching and Learning model is still considered an effective method for enhancing understanding and internalizing the values of akidah akhlak in everyday life. The focus of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 (MIN 1) Yogyakarta, which is one of the environmentally-based madrasahs with programs related to environmental preservation. This environmentally-based program requires a lot of learning outside the classroom, which can be integrated into the teaching of Akidah Akhlak using the CTL method. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of innovative teaching of Akidah Akhlak with the CTL method in grade III at MIN 1 Yogyakarta has several notes: 1) the learning process runs well and is attended by all students; 2) the implementation of the CTL model is constrained by limited time; 3) the results show that the application of the CTL model in teaching Akidah Akhlak not only improves students' understanding of the material but also helps them apply religious teachings in their daily behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the distance learning policy during the pandemic on Islamic religious education teaching, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by Islamic religious education lecturers at Alma Ata University. The study uses weekly evaluations of online learning sessions. The impact of the distance learning policy led lecturers to better understand and master technology for online media in each lesson, recognize the obstacles faced by students in online learning, and provide solutions for them. Alma Ata University has implemented e-learning for students, which can be accessed through the web using the internet. The results of this study show that in order to implement distance learning effectively, lecturers must be responsive and innovative to ensure that the teaching process runs smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competency needs of elementary school teachers in Yogyakarta. Using the Literature Study method, this study collects data from various literatures related to the development of teacher professional competencies, as well as an analysis of the priority competency needs index among elementary school teachers. The results of the study indicate that the development of information technology can be utilized to support more interactive and dynamic teaching in Islamic religious education, which has been proven to increase student engagement and understanding. Application-based learning technology, online platforms, and other digital media enable more equitable and relevant access to religious education for the younger generation. With the integration of technology, Islamic religious education is expected to be more interesting and effective in achieving learning objectives in the digital era.

Abstract

The vanilla plant (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) is one of a spice plants that has economic value and the global demand for vanilla continues to increase along with the development of industries that rely on vanilla raw materials. One of the factors that contributing to the vanilla low production is the limited availability of cuttings as a source of section. One effort required to increase vanilla plant production is by using good section as well as paying attention to the number of segments on vanilla plant cuttings. This research aims to determine the effect of the number of segments on the growth of vanilla plant cuttings (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). The experimental design used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 5 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 15 treatment units, namely R1 = 1 segment, R2 = 2 segments, R3 = 3 segments, R4 = 4 segments, and R5 = 5 segments. The observational data from the treatment was processed statistically. If the results of the analysis have a real effect then a further test is carried out with BNJ at a real level of 5%. The parameters observed were shoot height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and shoot diameter (cm). The results of the research showed that the treatment of the number of cutting segments had a very significant effect on the growth parameters of shoot height, number of leaves and shoot diameter of vanilla plant seedlings with the best treatment obtained in the R4 treatment (4 segments).

Abstract

Sea cucumbers are marine invertebrates belonging to the class Holothuroidea, living in various aquatic environments ranging from shallow coastal waters to deep seas. Sea cucumbers have an important ecological function in coral reef ecosystems. The aim of the research is to determine the community structure of sea cucumbers (Holothuroidea) in the intertidal zone of Koepisino Beach, North Buton. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research conducted in the intertidal zone of North Koepisino Buton Beach. Data collection was carried out by exploring each station measuring 50 × 100 meters for 3 stations. Data analysis was descriptive quantitative, In the intertidal zone of Koepisino Beach, North Buton, 12 species of sea cucumbers belonging to two orders, Aspidochirotida (genera Holothuria, Bohadschia, Telonata, and Stichopus) and Apodida (genera Synapta and Opheodesoma), were discovered. The community structure components analyzed in this study were abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, and dominance index.The highest abundance of sea cucumber species was at station I (sand substrate) at 0.009 (ind/m2). The lowest species abundance was at station III (coral rubble substrate) at 0.005 (ind/m2). H. scabra is the species with the highest abundance, namely 0.0026 ind/m2, while Bohadschia similis, Bohadschia vitiensis, Opheodesoma spectabilis, Telonata ananas are the species with the lowest abundance, namely 0 ind/m2. The Shannon-Wiener sea cucumber diversity index (H') is in the medium category 2.144. The sea cucumber uniformity index at the research location is high (E > 0.6) and there is no dominant species.

Abstract

Gastropods commonly known as snails, are the largest class of the mollusc phylum. The body of gastropods is equipped with tentacles, eyes, and radula, as well as a well-developed head, where the body of this animal is generally wrapped in a shell. Gastropods have a very wide distribution, both in fresh water, sea, mangrove ecosystems and on land. This study aims to determine the structure of the gastropod community in the intertidal zone of Waloindi Beach, Wakatobi. Research data were obtained through exploration methods at three observation stations, each measuring 100 x 20 meters. Community structure data in the form of density, diversity index, evenness index and dominance index were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study found 16 types of gastropods classified into 6 orders, namely Littorinimorpha (genera Conomurex, Stombus, Lambis, and Lentigo). Neogastropoda Order (genus Vasum, Conus, Mitra and Cymbiola) and Trochida Order (genus Turbo and Trochus), as well as Vetigastropoda, Cycloneritida, and Caenogastropoda orders (each found one genus, namely Angaria, Neritida and Cerithium). The highest density of gastropod species was found at station II (seagrass sand substrate) of 0.0635 (ind/m2), while the lowest density of species was found at station I (sand substrate) of 0.0245 (ind/m2). Strombus mutabilis is the species with the highest density, namely 0.023 (ind/m2), and Mitra mitra is the species with the lowest density, namely 0 (ind/m2). The highest gastropod diversity index was found at station II, namely 2.3209 and the lowest diversity was found at station I, namely 2.0643. Overall, the Shannon-Wiener diversity level (H’) of gastropods at the research location was 2.443839, included in the moderate category. The highest gastropod evenness index (E) was found at station II, which was 0.837088931 and the lowest at station I, which was 0.744545361. Overall, the evenness index at the research location was classified as high (E> 0.6). The highest gastropod dominance index (C) was found at station II, which was 0.191005917 and the lowest at station III, which was 0.127595156. Based on these criteria, the dominance index of gastropod species at the research location was classified as low.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Masalah pada ibu menyusui seperti ASI tidak keluar di awal kelahiran sering ditemukan, upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memerah atau memompa ASIhingga bayi dapat menyusui. Salah satu teknik untuk melancarkan ASI yaitu menggunakan teknik marmet.Tujuan : tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik marmet terhadap kelancaran ASI pada ibu post partum.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre eksperimental dengan rancangan post test only design control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu post partum normal 6 jam sampai 3 hari post partum yang mengeluhkan ASI nya belum keluar, ibu yang ingin memberikan ASI ekslusif kepada bayinya, berat badan lahir bayi normal (2500-4000 gram) yang berada di wilayah Bidan Praktik Swasta Rosita Kota Pekanbaru pada bulan Maret s/d Juni 2018. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 10 orang kelompok yang dilakukan teknik marmet dan 10 orang kelompok yang tidak dilakukan teknik marmet.Hasil : Hasil uji mann whitney menunjukkan ada pengaruh teknik marmet terhadap kelancaran ASI pada ibu post partum dengan nilai (ρ = 0,001) < α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian pada ibu post partum yang dilakukan teknik marmet memiliki nilai median lebih tinggi yaitu 12,00 dengan nilai minimum 11  dan maximum 12 dibandingkan ibu post partum yang tidak dilakukan teknik marmet memiliki nilai median 6,00 dengan nilai minimum 5 dan maximum 12.  Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh teknik marmet terhadap kelancaran ASI pada ibu post partum di bidan praktik swasta Rosita kota pekanbaru tahun 2018. (Nilai ρ-value 0,001 < α 0,05).Saran : diharapkan bagi bidan untuk memberikan edukasi pada ibu post partum tentang teknik marmet yang berguna untuk kelancaran ASI Kata kunci : Kelancaran ASI, Teknik Marmet. ABSTRACT  Background: Problems in breastfeeding mothers such as not having breast milk come out at the beginning of birth are often found, efforts that can be made are expressing or pumping breast milk. until the baby can breastfeed. One of the techniques to promote breastfeeding is using the marmet technique.  Purpose: the purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the marmet technique on the flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers.  Method: This type of research is descriptive research.pre-experimentalwith a plan post test only design control group. The population in this study were all normal postpartum mothers 6 hours to 3 days postpartum who complained that their breast milk had not come out, mothers who wanted to give exclusive breast milk to their babies, normal birth weight babies (2500-4000 grams) who were in the area of Rosita Private Midwife Practice, Pekanbaru City in March to June 2018. Sampling usedpurposive sampling totaling 10 people in the group that did the marmet technique and 10 people in the group that didn't do the marmet technique.Results: Test resultsmann whitney shows that there is an influence of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breast milk in postpartum mothers with a value of (ρ = 0.001) < α = 0.05. The results of the study on postpartum mothers who used the marmet technique had a higher median value, namely 12.00 with a value ofminimum 11 andmaximum 12 compared to post partum mothers who did not perform the marmet technique had a median value of 6.00 with a value of minimum 5 andmaximum 12.  Conclusion: There is an influence of the marmet technique on the smooth flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers at the private midwife practice Rosita in Pekanbaru City in 2018. (ρ-value 0.001 < α 0.05). Suggestion: It is hoped that midwives will provide education to postpartum mothers about the Marmet technique which is useful for smooth breast milk flow. Keywords: Fluency of Breastfeeding, Marmet Technique.

Abstract

Local Economic Development which has the potential to become a tourist village in District XIII Koto Kampar is Koto Mesjid Village and this is a process where local governments and community organizations are involved to encourage business activities to create jobs. The aim of the research is to know. the strategy. development. local economy and the impact of the Kampung Patin Tourism Village according to Islamic economics. This research includes descriptive explanatory research, and descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the research, the local economic development strategy through the tourist village of Kampung Patin, namely: a. Carry out counseling, training and community development in the field of tourism and culture. b. Increase community participation by optimizing community partnerships in the development and management of tourism objects. c. Increase promotion in the field of culture and tourism. d. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the unique characteristics of female leaders that contribute to the enhancement of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance within firms. Additionally, it seeks to synthesize and critically review existing literature on the topic, examining theoretical frameworks, research themes, methodologies, and settings. Employing a systematic literature review guided by the SPAR-4-SLR protocol, the study utilizes both bibliometric and content analysis techniques. Data were gathered using the Publish or Perish software and visualized through VOSviewer, resulting in a comprehensive review of 52 relevant articles. The findings suggest that female board members exhibit distinct attributes compared to their male counterparts, which can positively impact the implementation of ESG practices. However, many studies emphasize the need for a minimum representation threshold to ensure the effectiveness of women’s participation in boardroom decision-making. The study recommends that both corporate entities and policymakers adopt gender diversity policies to foster more active involvement of female leaders in ESG-related governance. The selection of this research topic addresses a critical gap, recognizing the significant potential of women leaders in promoting balanced and comprehensive decision-making, particularly in relation to ESG considerations. Ultimately, the study maps the current landscape of research on female executive roles and board gender diversity, highlighting trends across theoretical, methodological, and contextual dimensions.

Abstract

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan sangat penting bagi mahasiswa untuk kemadirian secara ekonomi kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam membuat produk yang unik dan memiliki nilai keterampilan yang tinggi agar dapat menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja. Dalam era digital, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat yang sangat efektif untuk dimanfaatkan dalam mempromosikan produk untuk memulai usaha baru dan mengembangkan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa yaitu produk baru yang di kemas melalui media sosial yang nantinya akan menjadi keberlanjutan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan yang berbasis pemanfaatan media sosial bagi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif objek dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 4 program studi Administrasi Bisnis universitas yang ada di kabupaten subang dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang telah mengikuti program pelatihan ini. Hasil penelitian yang didapat untuk mahasiswa adalah bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial memudahkan mahasiswa untuk memulai usaha berinovasi produk baru, media sosial yang di efektifkan adalah platform Instagram, mahasiswa dalam pelatihan penggunaan media sosial Instagram membuat produk yang menarik dan dikemas agar dapat meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan pemasaran, serta memperluas jaringan bisnis mahasiswa.
