Abstract

This paper investigates the mechanical properties of eco-friendly concrete incorporating recycled aggregates and industrial by-products. An experimental program was conducted to assess the compressive strength, tensile strength, and durability of various concrete mixes. The results reveal that the use of recycled materials can produce concrete with comparable mechanical properties to conventional concrete. This study highlights the potential of eco-friendly concrete in reducing environmental impacts while maintaining structural integrity.

Abstract

The subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) plays an important role in instilling Islamic historical values in students. One of the topics taught is the Story of Fathu Makkah, which describes the victory of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Muslims in conquering the city of Makkah without war. However, in the learning process of grade IV students at MI Salafiyah, it was found that students showed a lack of interest in this material due to conventional and less engaging teaching methods. This study aims to enhance students' interest in learning the Story of Fathu Makkah through the use of story posters as a teaching medium. The research method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, student learning interest questionnaires, and comprehension test results. The findings indicate that the use of story posters significantly increased students' learning interest. In the first cycle, students began to show interest in the material, although some were still less active. After improvements were made in the second cycle, there was an increase in student engagement during discussions, and their understanding of the material improved. Moreover, the students' average scores increased compared to before the intervention. The conclusion of this study is that the use of story posters can enhance students' learning interest in the Story of Fathu Makkah in grade IV at MI Salafiyah.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to explore strategies for increasing customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Lumajang Imam Bonjol. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the sharia banking sector, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with bank management and several loyal customers, as well as direct observation of bank services. The research results show that implementing sharia values, improving service quality, sharia product education, and good personal relationships are the main factors in building customer loyalty. These strategies not only increase customer trust but also strengthen long-term relationships between banks and customers. This research provides insight for Islamic bank management to design more effective policies in maintaining customer loyalty amidst the challenges of the modern banking industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) di lingkungan kampus dengan menggunakan pendekatan Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peluang, tantangan, dan implikasi potensial dari adopsi IoT dalam menciptakan kampus cerdas (smart campus). Dengan menganalisis kebijakan terkait IoT, wawancara dengan mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf kampus, serta observasi terhadap infrastruktur kampus, penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga kategori utama: peluang, tantangan, dan implikasi potensial. Peluang yang ditemukan mencakup efisiensi operasional dalam pengelolaan ruang kelas dan laboratorium, peningkatan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, dan kontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui sistem hemat energi berbasis IoT. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur kampus, kekhawatiran mengenai privasi data, dan kendala anggaran. Sedangkan implikasi potensial mencakup kesenjangan akses teknologi bagi mahasiswa dari latar belakang ekonomi kurang mampu, serta kebutuhan akan kebijakan inklusif dan pelatihan staf untuk mendukung penerapan IoT secara efektif. Penelitian ini menyarankan langkah-langkah strategis untuk memperkuat infrastruktur jaringan, kebijakan perlindungan data, dan keterlibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam perencanaan dan implementasi IoT di kampus. Dengan demikian, penerapan IoT di kampus tidak hanya membutuhkan teknologi yang canggih, tetapi juga pendekatan yang holistik, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan semua pihak. Upaya kolaboratif antara manajemen kampus, mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf menjadi kunci dalam memastikan IoT dapat membawa manfaat maksimal sekaligus mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam merancang kebijakan dan strategi adopsi IoT yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting di era digital ini, terutama untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa sebagai bekal masa depan. Salah satu penyebab SDN Bojonggede 03 mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa adalah karena guru tidak selalu menguasai teknologi terkini. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, diperlukan pelatihan pengembangan materi pembelajaran dan modul pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Tujuan dari kursus ini adalah untuk membantu guru menjadi lebih mahir dalam membuat modul pembelajaran yang menarik, kreatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Sosialisasi, instruksi, bantuan implementasi teknologi, dan penilaian adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini. Guru dilatih untuk membuat modul pengajaran berbasis AI, seperti Chat GPT yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Mereka juga dilatih untuk membuat materi pembelajaran yang didukung kecerdasan tiruan yang akan membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep yang diajarkan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan, pemahaman dan kecakapan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi kecerdasan tiruan dalam membuat materi pembelajaran meningkat secara signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran, para pendidik mampu mengembangkan rencana pelajaran dan sumber daya pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI. Para guru juga memperoleh manfaat besar dari pelatihan ini dalam hal kemampuan mereka untuk membuat materi pembelajaran dan administrasi guru secara efektif. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa, yang pada waktunya mendorong peningkatan standar pendidikan, telah terbukti bahwa peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berbasis teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan sangatlah penting.

Abstract: This paper tries to analyze the literacy and counseling assistance movement in the mass media regarding Islamic-based sexual education education on the @taulebih.id instagra account. sexual education is currently information that is widely campaigned for but is still taboo to talk about. The issues and problems of the discourse continue to grow but the right information about it is still lacking. The @taulebih.id account then has the vision to provide educational assistance in the form of information about Islam-based sexual education. This paper will explain how the form of assistance carried out by the @taulebih.id account in providing public awareness about Islam-based sexual education. This discourse then becomes important to study because in the freedom of opinion in the digital space makes a prolonged skeptical rotation of the information processed, especially in the era of information about sexual education that is increasingly wild and free. Explicitly this article will try to find answers to several questions that arise, including: How is the assistance provided by the @taulebih.id account in providing Islam-based sexual education? What kind of authority is built on the @taulebih.id account in providing trust and awareness of the information uploaded. The results of this discourse show that the dynamics of the authority of the @taulebih.id account in providing information and assistance in Islamic-based sexual education education are exemplified by producing content related to it, strengthening authority by providing references. In every content production, and provide direct assistance through Islamic-based sexual education classes and counseling both online and offline. Abstract

Law Number 34/2014 concerning Hajj Financial Management, mandates to establish a special hajj financial management body (Hajj Fund Management Agency, BPKH) tasked with managing the revenue, development, expenditure, and accountability of Hajj finance. BPKH has the authority to manage hajj funds around IDR 115 trillion as of April 2019. BPKH must place these funds into sharia investment instruments, taking into account safety, prudence, value of benefits and liquidity. According to Government Regulation Number 5/2018 (PP No. 5/2018), a minimum of 15% of the pilgrimage funds will be placed on the Islamic capital market. The form can be State Sharia Securities, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, sharia shares, sukuk, mutual funds and various other sharia securities recognized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). BPKH's investment in the Islamic Capital Market will gradually increase to 35% in 2021 with the amount estimated to reach IDR 47.35 trillion. The strong role of the increasing Islamic Capital Market in forming market capitalization (the Composite Stock Price Index, IHSG) indicates that the Islamic Capital Market has a large role in driving economic growth in Indonesia. So BPKH investment has a strategic position in the effort to develop the Islamic Capital Market in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the modern organic vegetable sector, the author observes that there is very tight business competition. Therefore, an effective approach is essential to attract buyers, although restricted sources of new information are one of the hurdles in establishing this business.Association rules are expressed with numerous features that are commonly referred to as (affinity analysis) or (market basket analysis. It was discovered that if consumers buy curly red chilies, they are also inclined to buy cayenne pepper with a 100% confidence level. Likewise, if people buy kale and red curly chiles, they are more likely to buy cayenne pepper with a 100% confidence level. This also applies if consumers buy tomatoes and curly red chilies with a 100% confidence level. In addition, other associations were also observed, such as if consumers buy curly red chilies, they prefer to buy tomatoes with a confidence level of 86%, or if they buy tomatoes and bird's eye chilies, they tend to buy curly red chiles with an 86% confidence level.Likewise, if people buy both cayenne pepper and red curly chili, they are more likely to buy tomatoes with an 86% confidence level. Finally, if customers buy kale and cayenne pepper, they are also likely to buy red curly chilies at an 83% confidence level. Based on the data acquired from this study, it is intended to obtain information about combinations of organic veggies that consumers typically buy together in each transaction, with the intention of improving organic vegetable yields and devising appropriate sales tactics.

Abstract

Management of an effective and representative library information system is a necessity for educational units to use a library information system design not only as a requirement but also as a necessity. Elementary School Warungnangka Kabupaten Subang is the focus of research on building a web-based library information system. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and case studies. It can be concluded that library management is still not computerized. The design of this information system is carried out using the waterfall method, with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation of program code using CodeIgniter, and testing using Blackbox so that all processes are running well and as needed. With this library information system, it can simplify the process of borrowing and returning books, speed up library reports, and create added value for the School Accreditation Visitation Program (BAN SM) and School Quality Fulfillment Program (ANBK). This information system will later be able to make information system updates that have been implemented previously, namely the library information system, which is still manual, into a computerized information system.

Abstract

As digital technology advances, government agencies are increasingly encouraged to master graphic design skills to make their publications and promotions more effective. However, many employees still lack expertise in this area. Therefore, as part of their Field Work Practice (PKL), students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu conducted graphic design training for employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag) using Canva. Canva was chosen for its ease of use, ready-to-use templates, and ability to create professional designs without requiring complex technical skills. The training included basic graphic design materials, demonstrations of how to use Canva, and hands-on practice sessions supervised by the trainer. Evaluation results showed that participants' understanding and ability to use Canva increased significantly. Many employees who were previously unfamiliar with graphic design now feel more confident in creating attractive and professional designs. Hopefully, this training will help agency employees maximize the use of digital technology to support their work.
