Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of self-regulated learning as a strategy to build student independence by using several approaches to improve students' independent learning abilities in tertiary institutions. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted: collection, reduction, data display, and concluding. The results of the study show that self-regulated learning as a strategy for building student independence shows findings of varied approaches, namely, community-based learning, where learning involves student participation starting from planning, implementation and evaluation, e-resource management which directs students to be independent in finding information and learning resources through various electronic sources, and motivation to learn in order to achieve the targets to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the heutagogical approach to improving the metacognitive intelligence of students at Ma'had Aly. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research. The researchers attempted to understand the phenomena of education and learning activities in Ma'had Aly. Researchers conducted participatory observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data display, data reduction, and data conclusion. The results showed that the heutagogical approach implemented at Ma'had Aly improved students' metacognitive intelligence through some activities, including a reading test with the blank matter, meaning understanding, memorizing nadzom, and achieving the learning goal.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology makes all buying and selling transactions carried out not have to be face to face. Then buying and selling in Islamic law is often referred to as buying and selling online, which is actually permissible in modern fiqh as long as the pillars and conditions are met when it does not involve usury, gharar and maisir because basically all buying and selling must avoid these things. This study analyzes the review of Islamic law regarding buying and selling online with Shopeepay Later Credit. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research analysis show that: The practice of Shopeepay Later transactions is carried out through an application, namely through the Shopee marketplace, when Shopee users register for Shopeepay Later activation. After Shopeepay Later is successfully activated, users can use Shopeepay Later to shop, and users can pay for their purchases according to the tempo They selected. The way to pay bills can be done by transferring via ATM, I-Banking, M-Banking or paying through minimarkets such as Indomaret and Alfamart. According to Islamic law, Shopeepay Later, when viewed from the pillars and terms of buying and selling, the pillars of qard are in accordance with Islamic law. Then, if seen from DSN-MUI No: 110/DSN- MUI/IX/2017 regarding the sale and purchase contract, it is permissible that the non-cash sale and purchase price may not be the same as the cash price, so the price difference is on Shopeepay Later to buy now, pay later, 3x instalments, 6x instalments and 12x instalments are allowed. Buying and selling Shopeepay Later is justified by buying and selling greetings. That is, both buying and selling are delayed on greetings for goods that are delayed, while on Shopeepay Later, the money is delayed. However, the fine that applies as much as 5% when late paying is usury

Abstract

ABSTRACTMuslim countries. Furthermore, with the increasing Islamization of the archipelago, this study uses normative research. The type of data used consists of two, primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained in the field, this study obtained three important findings namely, the first, the growth of Islamic religion and culture does not eliminate local culture. The process of Islamization does not use military force. Peaceful Islamization took place through trade, the arts, marriage, and education. Second, the effort to reconcile religion and culture is a natural thing and has been done for a long time, with evidence that supports it, as Wali Songo spread Islam by entering community customs. All three Indonesian popular cultures combine many Islamic themes and symbols; Therefore, Islam is often regarded as an important cultural resource in Indonesian popular culture. Urf can only be used as one of the arguments in enforcing sharia law if it meets the following criteria: Urf is good (both specific and general, actions and words) and applies in general.Keywords: Religion, Archipelago Culture, and Islamization.

Abstract

This research presents the strengthening of mahasantri's memory towards Nahwu and Shorrof learning using mnemonic learning approach in Marhalah Tamhidiyah, Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Mnemonic learning is an innovative and creative learning concept, which prioritizes fun learning and joy full learning, where students are invited to memorize while playing by utilizing all available media and learning resources around them. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research shows that the learning of Nahwu and Shorrof with the mnemonic learning approach in Marhalah Tamhidiyah Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo is done through; first, making of learning materials or teaching materials that are interesting and innovative are intended to arouse the motivation of students, help and facilitate students in learning Nahwu and Sharraf easily, effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Education is the largest field of investment in building and shaping men(insanul kamil). Education touches are believed capable of forming a hu-man resources civilized and qualified. The family as an educational insti-tution first and foremost for children, has a considerable role in realizingthese ideals. The family as an institution has a function that is important inshaping personalities, social, religious attitudes of children. Error interac-tions within families due to less optimal family members in carrying outtheir roles and functions of each can give rise to various problems in thefamily. Kids are the most important asset in a family, religion and nation ofIndonesia. Therefore, Islam as a religion that rahmatan lil Alamin payingattention and signs in the implementation of education within the family.The role of parents and families have a tremendous impact on the growthand development of children.

Abstract

Active learning approach is implemented on a morality of learning Aqidah Akhlaq learning invites students to actively learn. When students learnactively, meaning they dominate the learning activity, so with this activitystudents actively use the brain, either to find the main ideas, solveproblems, or apply what they had learned into a problem that exists in reallife. Through active learning approach this addition, students are invitedto participate in the learning process, not only mentally but also physicallyinvolved. In this way students will typically feel more pleasant atmosphereso that the learning outcomes can be maximized.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze several effective strategies used by SD Insan Terpadu to build public awareness of the quality of children's education. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Sources were selected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman concept which consists of three activities, namely data presentation, data reduction, as well as drawing conclusions and data verification. The research results show that the strategies used by SD Insan Terpadu to build public awareness of the quality of children's education include: (1) active communication with parents, (2) parent participation in parenting seminars, (3) collaboration with the local community, and (4) ) use of social media. By implementing this strategy, SD Insan Terpadu strives to create an educational environment that supports children's overall development by involving and building support from the community.

Abstract

This study explores how counselling service management can overcome burnout in students in madrasas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the effectiveness of counselling services in the school. The research method used is a qualitative method of case studies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies involving students, counsellors, and teachers. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques to identify the main themes that emerge from the data. The results show that an in-depth process of identifying student needs can reduce the risk of burnout by designing more appropriate interventions. The appointment of the right counsellor increases the effectiveness of counselling services through a better understanding of student problems. Ongoing mentoring programs provide emotional and practical support that helps students develop better-coping strategies. In addition, student feedback is used to improve the quality of counselling services. This research contributes significantly by updating the perspective on counselling service management and offering intervention models that can be applied in various educational institutions to overcome burnout. These findings provide practical guidance for other educational institutions to improve their counselling services to address student burnout.

Abstract

This research analyzes strategies of islamic education teachers based on local wisdom in enhancing learning quality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 6 Banyuwangi. This research uses a qualitative case study type approach. The research subjects included the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, PAI Teachers, Religious Figures, local cultural figures, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that PAI teachers who integrate local wisdom values into the curriculum and teaching methods can increase student engagement and motivation. Effective strategies include using learning materials that contain local culture, developing extracurricular activities that focus on local traditions, and collaborating with local communities to provide contextual learning experiences. Applying local wisdom in PAI learning increases students' understanding of religious material and strengthens their cultural identity, ultimately improving the quality of education in madrasas. This research suggests that PAI curriculum development should pay more attention to local wisdom as an integral part of learning strategies to achieve more holistic and meaningful educational outcomes. Artikel ini menganalisis strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 6 Banyuwangi. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Bidang Kesiswaan, Guru PAI, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Budaya, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal ke dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa. Strategi yang efektif antara lain dengan menggunakan materi pembelajaran yang memuat budaya lokal, mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang fokus pada tradisi lokal, dan berkolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual. Penerapan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran PAI meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi keagamaan dan memperkuat identitas budayanya, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di madrasah. Artikel ini menyarankan agar pengembangan kurikulum PAI sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan kearifan lokal sebagai bagian integral dari strategi pembelajaran untuk mencapai hasil pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan bermakna.
