Abstract

Disparities in access to technology and the gap to education are critical issues that span communities around the world, especially among low-income groups and in remote areas. The research method used was a literature review. The results show that limited access to technology in education results in low academic achievement and students' lack of readiness to face work demands in the digital era. Furthermore, students from low-income families and remote areas are most affected, with a greater likelihood of falling behind in digital literacy and independent learning skills.

Abstract

Tax reform is a broad area of regulatory change, technology implementation, and incentive policies. The research in this investigation uses the literature research method. The results show that the impact of tax reform on Small and Medium Enterprises is dualistic. On the one hand, reforms that prioritize transparency, simplicity, and are supported by clear guidelines are well received by Small and Medium Enterprises, as they ease the reporting process and improve tax compliance. On the other hand, complex and confusing reforms create uncertainty and operational challenges, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises that are less prepared in terms of technology and infrastructure. Therefore, technological readiness and supporting infrastructure play an important role in determining the effectiveness of tax reform. Furthermore, the need for support from the government, both in the form of tax incentives and education, greatly affects the success of Small and Medium Enterprises' adaptation to tax reform. Incentives such as tax subsidies or rebates help to reduce the financial burden, while training and education improve the understanding of Small and Medium Enterprises of the new rules. Thus, to achieve effective and equitable tax reform, a multifaceted approach is required involving improved regulations, increased access to technology, and ongoing support from the government.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and their impact on increasing sales. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study analyzes various aspects of IMC implementation in MSMEs, including challenges, opportunities and best practices that can be adopted. The method used in this research is systematic literature analysis, utilizing the latest scientific sources such as academic journals, industry reports and relevant case studies. The main focus of the research is on the period 2010-2023, covering the latest developments in digital marketing strategies and their impact on MSMEs. The research results show that effective IMC implementation can significantly increase MSME sales through several key mechanisms: (1) increasing brand awareness, (2) marketing cost efficiency, (3) increasing customer engagement, and (4) optimizing marketing channels. However, research also identifies several key challenges that MSMEs face in adopting IMC, including limited resources, lack of technical expertise, and difficulties in measuring return on investment (ROI). The study concludes that despite the challenges, IMC offers significant potential for MSMEs to increase their competitiveness and sales. The proposed recommendations include a gradual approach in implementing IMC, a focus on cost-effective use of digital technology, and developing the internal capacity of MSMEs in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies.

Abstract

Collaboration between government agencies through digital system integration aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality of public services. This integration enables real-time data and information exchange, reduces redundancy and speeds up work processes. However, its implementation is faced with various challenges, including differences in technological infrastructure, data security issues, resistance to change among employees, as well as bureaucratic constraints and rigid regulations. Overcoming these challenges requires significant investment in technology, implementation of strict security protocols, comprehensive training programmes, and solid political support. With the right strategy, digital system integration can achieve the expected goals and provide maximum benefits to the government and society.

Abstract

Regulatory transformation in digital government presents major changes in the field of public administration law, which provides a variety of challenges and opportunities. Digitalisation in government has the potential to increase the efficiency and transparency of regulatory processes and law enforcement through faster, more accurate, and well-documented systems. However, this transformation also requires addressing crucial issues such as personal data protection, cybersecurity, and equalising access to technology in society to avoid a digital divide. This requires an updated legal framework that is flexible and adaptive to technological advancements, while still upholding basic legal principles that protect citizens' rights. Cross-sectoral cooperation between policymakers, technology experts, and communities is essential in building a safe, inclusive, and dynamic digital government to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

State Administrative Law plays a crucial role in realising public transparency and accountability through clear and firm regulations for government officials. By establishing various rules governing the decision-making process, information delivery procedures, and complaint mechanisms, administrative law ensures that public activities are carried out in an open and accountable manner. Such regulations help reduce corruption, collusion and nepotism, and maintain the integrity of government officials. In addition, administrative law promotes discipline and responsibility of public officials by establishing sanctions for violations and providing fair and transparent dispute resolution mechanisms. It also protects the rights of the public to obtain correct and responsible information. With consistent enforcement, administrative law creates cleaner, more effective governance that is responsive to public needs, thereby strengthening public trust in government and encouraging active participation in public oversight.

Abstract

The dynamics of Education Policy in Indonesia are experiencing changes and challenges in Indonesia. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results showed that; first, Consistent Policy Change: Education policy in Indonesia has gone through various phases of change in response to social, economic and political developments. These policies include increasing access to education, equalising quality and integrating technology in the teaching and learning process. Secondly, the education gap: Despite efforts to equalise access to education, this study found that there are still significant gaps between urban and rural areas and between different socio-economic groups. These gaps result in disparities in the quality of education received by students. Thirdly, resource management: One of the major challenges identified is the limitations in resource management, both human and financial. The lack of qualified teaching staff and adequate education infrastructure are major obstacles to effective education policy implementation. Fourth, Policy Implementation: The study found that although education policies are formulated comprehensively, their implementation is often inconsistent due to a lack of coordination between levels of government and weak supervision. This results in policies that are good on paper not always producing the expected results in the field.

Abstract

The green economy as a sustainability solution from a social and economic perspective explores the potential of transitioning towards a green economy as an answer to global environmental challenges. The main focus of the green economy is to reduce carbon emissions, improve resource use efficiency, and protect biodiversity with the aim of achieving a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. From a social perspective, a green economy is believed to improve people's welfare through the creation of new jobs and improved access to resources. Meanwhile, from an economic perspective, while it requires a large initial investment, the shift offers cost efficiencies and opens up new opportunities for technological and market innovation. In conclusion, a green economy can be a key strategy to achieve inclusive and environmentally sustainable development.

Abstract

The application of the green economy in a development context is a paradigm that is gaining increasing attention to address global environmental challenges while promoting inclusive economic growth. Theoretical approaches highlight the potential for emissions reductions, resource efficiency, and a transition towards the use of renewable energy. Empirically, evidence shows that green economy policies can drive new job creation and reduce unemployment, positively impacting the economy and people's quality of life. Therefore, synergies between the government, private sector and communities are important in implementing green economy strategies. A shared commitment to sustainable practices can minimize social inequalities and ensure equitable access to resources and economic opportunities. Although challenges remain, the results of this study show that a green economy is a vital path to achieving sustainable development that is balanced with environmental preservation and social welfare.
