Weaving is a choice of work for women who live in rural areas, not only providing economic benefits but also preserving Indonesia's cultural wealth. According to a government report, weaving crafts make a large contribution to state revenue in the creative economy sector. This condition is inversely proportional to the situation of women weavers in rural areas, because they have limited access to low-interest capital and marketing at fair prices. This study to describe the importance of protecting women weavers and to analyze the importance of the regulation of Pancasila justice-based affirmation policies to protect female weavers. This is a normative study using legal materials sourced from laws, legal theories and the results of previous research. Research findings, first weaving has high velue for community. The current challenge is that weavers in villages above 40 years old, while there is very little interest in young women to weave. Second female weavers in the village rely heavily on high-interest capital loans and deliberately created unfair markets. Even though the government has a low-interest KUR program, women weavers find it difficult to access KUR because they do not have assets as collateral. This situation must be placed within the framework of women's limited access to justice. Pancasila justice which prioritizes communal interests is the perspective used to photograph this situation. This research suggests the need for affirmative policy arrangements for protection of women weavers through Regional Regulations at the Provincial, District and Village levels.

Halal label is a written form of halal statement to show that the product in question is halal status and functions as consumer protection so that the right of Muslim consumers to consume halal products is guaranteed. Indonesia, as a country with a majority Muslim population, is maintaining the halal value of a product, especially food. Lately, the number of products that have not been certified halal has made it difficult for Muslim consumers to distinguish between halal and non-halal products for consumption. The emergence of various foreign food products from various countries has become commonplace for the community. However, in reality the products circulating in Indonesia are not guaranteed halal, so it needs supervision so that products that are not halal, cannot be circulated and consumed by Indonesian Muslim communities. The purpose of writing this journal is to explain the legal protection efforts for Muslim consumers of food products that are not halal labeled in a positive legal perspective in Indonesia and in Korea. The method used refers to the laws and regulations. The data obtained were analyzed in a qualitative way. Based on research results, regulations relating to Halal products are still very minimal. Therefore, in the Korean trade arrangement it is stated that:"Acceptance of agency for commercial transactions", which means: Korea gives freedom to every agent to carry out trade transactions including by giving halal labels on their products. The form of consumer protection for Muslim consumers is Halal certification. Keywords: Halal label, Muslim consumers, consumer protection.

The industrial era 4.0 has presented sophisticated online transactions, this has also brought changes to the banking and investment sector in Indonesia. The phenomenon of online transactions in banking and investment practices has made Islamic finance, which prohibits the concept of giving interest or usury, becomes "grey", in other words, unclear or uncertain. There is no prohibition in Islamic law for a contract, which is only related to something that is not certain. However, if something uncertain causes the other party to suffer losses and the other party gains, then it becomes gharar. This study raises a legal issue, namely how gharar practices in banking and investment in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical. The results of the study concluded that gharar should be avoided in banking and investment institutions because the practice of gharar has the potential to occur in all (commercial) business contracts. where there is incomplete information due to the uncertainty of both parties who transact and even change something that should be certain to be uncertain. So that to realize a good transaction system according to Islam, it needs support from Muslims, namely by applying the concept of investment in Islam. Islamic financial transactions must be constructed carefully and avoid things that are prohibited by Islam.
